Tallan Heights is the perfect guy. He’s funny, a good student, sporty, good-looking, he has a good group of friends, and he’s friendly. The only problem is, is that there’s one boy in school that is determined to take that all away from him.

Kesler Mitchell is the bad-guy. This Slytherin bad boy is the cause of all Tallan’s troubles. Kesler is also sporty and smart, but he’s devious, cunning, and completely jealous of Tallan, although he won’t admit it.

So, what other way to stop the jealousy, then to steal everything Tallan’s got? Throughout the summer, Kesler’s thought of a ploy to get Tallan’s girl, friends, and hopefully the whole of Hogwarts, against this lone, seventh year Gryffie.

Tallan, however, has to fight back to keep things he holds dear to him. As his girlfriend slowly slips away and his friends get more distant, will he even want to fight back?

Will Kesler succeed? Or will his plot to ruin Tallan’s life back-fire?

Pat looked over at Tallan and smiled, not just because it was his best friend. Hey, Tal. Nothing much, here, you? He grinned; there would be plenty of time to swap stories later on in the common room away from eavesdropping ears.

Nessy raised a small hand to wave goodbye to Kesler with a chuckle. "Thank god." She said relieved. Feeling herself blush as Patrick scooted beside her she bowed her head lightly smiling to herself. And then Nicole asked her a question, Nessy didnt have the power to supress her grin and just shook her head lightly. She turned her head slightly so she could see Pat out of the corner of her eye and smiled at him.

Tallan shook his head, smirking to Pat. He had a feeling that something had happened, but out of respect, didn't ask Pat to say anything else at the moment. He would, however, get him to tell him later. That was a promise. Hehe.

Nessy did look up afterwards and smiled at Nicole before swinging her legs over the bench slowly so she was facing tehf ood on the table. Man she was hungry now.

Nicole grinned, Nessy blushed when Pat was closer to her, and Pat looked really smug about something. She was sure she knew what it meant. Nicole would get details from Nessy later.

Jenna smiled and scooted over to the arm of the couch, giving Kesler more room and looking like a complete idiot. "Ugh's not good..." she said, looking at Kesler critically. It was very unlike her to care about others, but Kesler was definately a different story. "What happened?"

Kesler gave Jenna a weird look, who kept getting closer and then scootching farther away and sat on the arm of the couch. But she was the only one who was actually considerate and civil towards him. So he decided not to yell at her for embarrassing him. Kesler just sighed as he leaned back against the couch. "All I wanted to do was just change and try to be friends with the Heights guy. So many people like him, and I wanted to find out the reason. But I really can't see it one bit. He and his stupid friends won't give me any chance. All they say is that I'm up to something and that I'm not worth anything. Is that what people like him for, Jenna?"

Jenna's eyes widened, not expecting that answer. She frowned and put a hand on Kesler's shoulder. "I don't know..." she said, frowning. "I don't know why people like him. He's got such a big head, and he's immature."

She was curious to know why Kesler would actually want to be Tallan's friend. "I think people just like Heights because he...hmm." she shook her head. She had no reason why anyone would like him, let alone how he had a girlfriend and a ton of friends.

"Oh yeah!" Tallan exclaimed, remembering the food. He swiveled around on the bench so he was facing the food. He looked up and down the table in front of him a few times, then randomly started putting food on his plate, not looking to see what food it was, exactly.

Tallan tipped his head to the side and grinned at Nicole before going back to his food. He filled a goblet with pumpkin juice and put a few chicken wings on his plate. He leaned back as he thought of something, and tapped Nessy on the shoulder.

Nicole didn't seem to notice Tallan tapping Nessy one the shoulder though as she was absentmindedly eating her food her thoughts wandering with a smile on her face.

I planned it over the summer.. but I never thought of going through with it. I just knew that I was going to try and win everyone over to my side and against HIM," Kesler said, thinking. What WAS he gonna do? How was he gonna win everyone over? His friends.. his girlfriend... and the school..

Jenna grinned mischievously. "Soooo....you want his girlfriend?" she asked, raising an eyebrow. "You want all his friends? Or do you just want his friends not to want him?" If that made sense...

"I think I can help, if you'd like. You'd have to tell me the plan, but I'm good at things like that..." Jenna would do anything for Kesler, she practically worshiped the ground he walked on.

Kesler just shrugged at Jenna. "Whatever will make his life horrible. Make him regret ever acting horrible towards me and having a better life than I do. For having everything I want," he said, surging with jealousy. Except he didn't like to think it as jealousy. More like... oh what the heck? It's jealousy. "I want EVERYONE... to HATE Tallan Heights."

Tallan brightened. "Thanks Jenna," he said and then leaned in closer to whisper the plan that he had come up so far over the summer, into the girl's ear.

Jenna nodded, acting like she understood. She still had no idea why Kesler could possibly be jealous of Heights, but if he was, Jenna would help.

She smirked as he leaned over and started whispering in her ear. She nodded at the right spots, then grinned. "Everyone's going to hate him." she promised.

Nessy felt someone tap her on teh back and shuddered but decided to see where it had came from. Seeing Tallan she smiled and nodded at what he was saying. She stuck her thumb up as a yes an tried to think about what he wanted to talk about.

Tallan grinned at Nessy, pleased that she agreed to help, even though she didn't know what he needed. He nodded, then sat back up straight, looking at his food.

"I don't know why they make so much food," he said with a chuckle. "I mean, there is a lot of people here...but there's enough food to feed an entire army!" and with that he finished loading up his plate with everything he could get his hands on.

Jenna bit her lip in a mischievous smile of her own. "Tomorrow?" she asked, cocking her head to the left. "At breakfast?" she was planning on helping Kesler with his plan in every way possible, but she wanted instructions, first.

Kesler smirked at the thought of the event that would happen the next morning. It was brilliant. Of course it was, it took him ALL summer to think of such a plan to send Heights to his downfall. He'd be getting what he deserved. "It's perfect Jenna. I don't know what I'd do without you."
