Harry Potter: ••KA: RPotW•• ->All I want for Christmas...
Janus Thickey WardHas your role-play reached its natural conclusion or fallen under a barrage of spells? If so, it will be kept here for permanent care.
Familiar with the muggle tune, Rose had been humming it one fateful Christmas Eve at Hogwarts. This, however, lead to our story. Recognizing the song, a fellow character began to sing- but instead of ‘my two front teeth’ she substituted a character from a book. Entertained, the group of friends (both witches and wizards) continued to discuss what character (from a book or movie) they would want for Christmas. But, what happens when the magic of Hogwarts grants their request?
The witches and wizards do not know that the other characters will be arriving- in fact it should be a complete shock to them. The characters will all arrive on Christmas day- during the Ball that will be held at Hogwarts. A few things to keep in mind: characters from the same movie/book will know one another, but just for the fun of it, they will not remember their love interest in the actual book or movie (if there was one). Now, I would like to mix it up- maybe not all of the characters and witch/wizards fall in love. I would like a few conflicts and some to just end up as friends. And, as Christmas day fades away, so will they… but we can have some fun until then.
So, everyone will be taking 2 characters- their own student and then the character for someone else. Try and pick a character that everyone will know, and therefore will be able to play easier. If you do not know the character, do not pick them or talk to the person who requested him/her.
If you join, please tell me if you cannot continue! I’m tired of RPs just dropping off into nothing! I want this to be fun and have an ending! So, if you are not going to be here- let me know! You don’t have to leave- I can catch you up once you return. However, if you haven’t posted in the space of a week and didn’t give me any warning, I will have to pass over the characters.

"I promise... he won't do anything while I'm around!" she said with a laugh. Seb was going to kill her for this teasing, but they had done it to one another many times.
"Haha, you had better back off- Peter is my wish for Christmas," she said with a grin. "And will be for every year until I get him," she added with a wink, and then laughed in good nature.
"Pretty well... Merry Christmas Eve," she said with a nod. "I'm Roselyn by the way, Rose to my friends," she continued, a smile brightening her features. "So, I hear you've made your wishes for your favorite character? That's what we've all been discussing as well," she said with a soft laugh. "Brings up some fairly interesting debates," she said, glacing at Luke, Annie and Seb. "We might even go to the Room of Requirement in 2 days to construct a battle... you should join!" she said with a laugh.
Isabella nodded and smiled i am Isabella Macmillan she said well since Peter is in your wish for the rest of your life i guess i wont be able to wish for him she said smiling then i guess we must srike a deal.next year when you wish for him and if he ever happens to come around then you should at least let me meet him she said smiling and then shaking her head this is so childish,they all ae imaginary.but that's fine some madness is always good she thought

Isabella turned to see who Izzy's favorite movie or book character.
Greg just kept to himself the entire discussion. In his mind, his character was the best and the coolest. Why would he need to argue his point to anyone? They wouldn't admit that theirs was worse than his, so why even bother to argue it. As long as he knew it, he didn't need anyone else's opinion to make him feel better or worse about it.
"Don't get so defensive, Seb! I'm only joking," she said, giving him a gentle nudge in the arm. She had just put some food in her mouth when Seb asked about her own wish. She chewed slowly and finally swallowed. "I chose Peter Pevensie- from the Chronicles of Narnia," she said, fingering the book while a shy smile passed across her features.
"Of course you are!" Rose said, placing a hand on Seb's arm and giving the muscle a squeeze. "And you actually feel stronger from the last time I did that... maybe you could give Arya a run for her money," she said, winking over at Annie. She nodded in agreement with Seb as the conversation shifted to Anakin. "I wholeheartedly agree," she said. "He's much cuter when he's good!" she added.
Seb made a playful face at Rose and then nudged her back on the arm as he shuffled food into his mouth and swallowed. Peter Pensieve was his best friends choice for Christmas. A stand up guy with a lot of courage. Washing down the food with some pumpkin juice Seb said "Nice choice Rose. I would have picked him too if I were a girl." "Peter is Like me but a fairytale version."
Okey maybe he was out on thin water when he said that but he liked teasing and debating this with Rose. Seb felt Rose squeeze one of the muscles on his right arm and grinned "Well, I've been working out almost every day during the holidays so that's why i'm stronger now..I might even be able to lift you right off the seat." He pretended to measure Rose as if he actually was about to go ahead and do it.

Focusing on his food again he wondered why he had winked at Annie in the first place. Had he actually attempted to flirt with her? Seb shrugged to himself was he going a bit nuts. Annie was Rose's best friend too it could be a total disaster asking her out........ Taking another bite he continued thinking about the Christmas and Annie and Rose and well Arya too.

"Pleasure to meet you Isabella," she said with a nod. She laughed as they continued about Peter. "Well, if I ever meet him I will be sure to introduce you!" she said with a laugh. "Could you imagine if they actually came to life? That would be quite an interesting time..." she said, trailing off as she thought about it. They would probably all have their powers and abilities as well- so Anakin would be interesting. Not to mention seeing Luke attempt to battle Elizabeth.

"Lift me?" she asked, and immediately shook her head. "Oh no... don't even think about it!" she exclaimed, scooting away from him as he began to study her. "Annie! Save me!" she said, laughing as she bumped into her other friend.
Rose watched Seb's expression and wondered what he was thinking about so intently. She had seen the wink to Annie, but had disregarded it. She grinned as he spoke up once more. "Come now- you are just a like a vampire- I'm sure Izzy could classify you as such right now!" she said with a laugh. She gasped as he accused her of the same thing. "I am not the one to be afraid of!" she said, her voice slightly squeaky. She laughed at his nudge, and shook her head. "You are too much, Seb," she said, a smile playing on her lips.

Bella say her friend nod, and followed her direction of sight, looking at the boy Seb. She too wanted to here his answer,
"Yeah, id also love to know, should be fun!" She said smiling at him

Annie coughed. "A LITTLE bit? Right, then - I guess that makes my 'thing' with Star Wars a temporary hobby, then..." she laughed as she teased Rose, enjoying herself immensly. The decision to stay at Hogwarts for her last Christmas had turned out to be the best decision she's made all year - aside from buying a collector's edition of the Star Wars IV, V and VI.
Which she already had but the DVDs had begun to malfunction from overuse. Ahem.
"No, you weren't annoying - unlike me, I'm sure," Annie pointed out, then nodded at what said about Darth Vader. She HATED Darth Vader - he had killed Anakin!! Yet, in a way, she liked him. They shared a loveike relationship...
She LOVED HATING him. There - that made sense, right?

"Pretty fast? More like faster than the Millennium Falcon when it's at its swiftest!" Annie exclaimed with wide eyes, already picturing Darth Vader's entrance through the walls of the Grand Hall. Now all she needed was the sounds of the Imperial March to sound and she's completely lose it.
BACK TO SEB. Yes, yes, back to Sebastien... Er, who was now eating. Looking away from him - she HATED it when people looked at her as she ate, so she extended the same courtesy to others - she adjusted the glasses on her nose and focused on the conversations going around her.
It didn't take long for her to start giggling again.

Forcing herself to blink and remove her eyes from *ahem*'s biceps - she LOVED muscles on guys - Annie concentrated on the things that were coming out of her friend's mouths and relaxed as she realised the conversation was easily to get into.
Save her? OHYESSHEWILL! "Don't worry Rose - he won't TOUCH you! Listen here, Seb - I mastered the art of fighting at a tender age of FIVE. Which means I've had quite a while to get REALLY good," the girl nodded fervently, her eyes widening slightly as she fought to keep from not erupting in laughter.
It was true though - she had beat her oldest brother with a lightsabre a few years ago - and he was WAAAAAYYY older than her.
. . . Then again, a fight with a guy with biceps like that - her brother also had muscles, but he was HER BROTHER - would be totally unfair.

Rose smiled and nodded quickly. "You and me both... knowing me, I would trip right into Peter," she said with a laugh. However, at the thought of falling into Peter's strong arms... she sighed and placed her chin on her hand. Suddenly, she found her eyes straying over to Seb and she smiled. He really did remind her of Peter- or did Peter remind her of him? She pushed that thought aside and focused once more on the conversation.

Which means I've had quite a while to get REALLY good," the girl nodded fervently, her eyes widening slightly as she fought to keep from not erupting in laughter.
It was true though - she had beat her oldest brother with a lightsabre a few years ago - and he was WAAAAAYYY older than her.
. . . Then again, a fight with a guy with biceps like that - her brother also had muscles, but he was HER BROTHER - would be totally unfair.
"Of course, just a simple hobby! Oh, when are we watching those movies again? Every Friday night where we have technology right?" she asked with a broad smile. "Actually, I quite enjoy our Narnia and Star Wars discussions- same genre, such different worlds," she said with a sigh. She watched as Annie zoned out, and brought her fingers up to snap in front of her face. "Annie... dark side you think not of," she said, doing her best to twist the words like Yoda.

"Alright Annie, I think he got it," she said with a wink to her friend before smiling at Seb. "You wouldn't really hurt me, right Seb?" she asked, sticking out her bottom lip in a slight pout.

Izzy smiled at Greg as he joined in the conversation - he was usually quiet, but she liked these rare moments when he got involved. Izzy was brought back to earth, though, when Rose addressed her again and she was forced to turn back to her. She laughed at her friend's words. Mmmm.... this is very true - good thing I keep a store of it growing under my bed upstairs for times like these! she said with a wink, knowing there was really nothing of the sort.

Regal??? Him not Regal... Seb made face at Rose and then stood up to strike his most regal pose asking "Rose..I can be regal..But i would prefer a knight they are more to my liking." Seating himself down again he gave his best friend an extra nudge in the side.. Hearing that his IQ might have dropped from all his training Seb rolled his eyes at Rose saying "Oh, come on now. Since when could ones IQ drop from working out?"
The idea was just riddikulus. Smirking a little to himself Seb watched with some amusement how Rose scooted away from him and right into Annie just because he had mentioned lifting her... Sighing he muttered "I said I COULD. Not that I would."
And then he was practically being accused of acting like a vampire when he so wasn't. Sometimes Rose went overboard with her teasing. Seb shot Rose a questioning look asking "Me a vampire? Do tell how I am one because...I've totally lost you." Teasing he could take, Jokes too but acting like a vampire---.

Seb was knowledgable but what ever Annie was talking about was just a big black hole in his brain.. Since Rose asked Annie to save her from him Annie made a speech about mastering the art of fighting at the age of 5. Sighing and frowning at the same time Seb said "Let down your guard, Annie. I'm not going to lift Rose.. And i'm certainly not going to fight you. I have never fighted a girl and i'm not about to start now........" Turning away from Annie Seb hoped for something or someone to come and distract him because at the moment his EGO was a bit bruised by two girls...

Finally a distraction all though in the form of Ms Astoria Slithera..Seb shot her a welcoming smile saying "Merry Christmas, Tori!". Finishing up the last of the food on his plate he wondered why Annie was acting weirdly around him and why Rose suddenly was afraid of heights.
Isabella looked at Seb and as he spoke of girl called Arya.she hadnt read or heard of her yet so she didnt know much.but Seb seemed to have described everything about her.and the fact that she was pretty which he added as a statement that no one could contradict it made Isabella chuckle.she looked up at the other girls whom she didnt know.they were by the names of Annie and Tori.she must have seen them in corridors during school time but never met or talked to them.she looked at them and smiled.

"Yeah, I like them too - you're such a waste, you could have been a great Ravenclaw!" Annie laughed, and nodded at Rose's words. NO thoughts of Darth Vader starting from NOW.

"Sweep me off the... ROSE!" Annie exclaimed, suddenly realised what the girl had been insinuating. Had she been THAT obvious?! Dear Merlin. A blush started to creep up her cheeks and she groaned. THAT STUPID TELLTALE RUSH OF BLOOD TO THE FACE!

"A.... a BIRD?!" the Ravenclaw spluttered, forgetting for a minute that not everyone knew as much about Star Wars as she and Rose did. "It's a STARSHIP - the FASTEST one in the whole galaxy according to the original six movies and it was own and manned by none other than Han Solo himself, along with Chewbacca the Wookie. HOW do you not know this?" she informed him, genuinely flabbergasted that people who were ignorant to her favourite universe existed.
As least her surprise had managed to hide her slight embarrassement. She was so surprised she didn't notice two very obvious things: One - he had just made a statement that basically translated to "guys don't fight girls because it's unfair" and two - that she and Rose had made him feel uncomfortable.
She was THAT surprised.
