Built the day Nate turned 10 it was designed for a house for him when he was older. His parents died the next year, so now him, his two older sisters, his little brother, and his older brother live there now. It has 7 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, a parlor, a living room, a bathroom, many secret tunnels, and a basement (people are not recomended down there unless they can handle untamed beasts).
The scene starts 2 years after it is built and Nate and his sister go down to the basement. (They don't know there are beasts down there.) Quote:

As Nate made his way in from the labrynth he heard his cousin ask him a question. "Oh I know what we could do. Wait down here for a second." Then Nate ran down the hall to a bookshelf. He pulled out one of the books, but it didn't come out all the way. It went downward then stopped. When Nate pushed it back the bookshelf opened which lead to his room. Then he walked inside.

There is a loud noise coming from outside. Then a flash of light appears through one of the windows. Obviously a storm had came through while Taylor and Nate were in the basement. Then Nate comes back out of his room carrying a box and a bag. The box and the bag rattle beause they are full of stuff, but what? "I found this muggle game when I was nine. It's called dungeons and dragons. It's kind of fascinating really. Do you want to play?"

He said "They must be all up in my sisters room. She has her room magically locked with a charm. The only way to get in is the reverse words, or the password."

Spencer came running down the stairs because he heard his older brother talking to his cousin. Once he got to the main room he snuck up behind his brothers chair. He then said "Boo!" Really loud. Hopefully that would scare him.
