Please, do try not to be afraid-- the home of Lucretia Cypress (now also home to Ameliah and Ted Black as well as Natalie Cypress) is much less scary than it appears. Lucretia has the inside of it decorated quite beautifully, as she enjoys entertaining guests, and does her best to make others feel welcome. Of course, with a house this big, there are indeed many secrets to be revealed... Which may or may not include a boisterous ghost that enjoys a good prank.

Scene One:
Ameliah and her friends are throwing a party to celebrating Logan getting back from his Aunt's house, as well as Ameliah and Lucretia's new house together.

Logan sat in his room, looking around. Well, he might as well get decorating. He had a ton of posters packed in his suitcase that he'd cover the walls with. YAY!
He hopped off his bed and opened one of his suitcases, taking out his Batman poster. He looked around the room, deciding to put it above his bed since it was his favorite poster. He then took out his Flash poster and hung that a little ways away from the Batman poster. Then he hung up his Green Lantern poster. Next, he hung up his Nirvana, Green Day, ACDC, and Foo Fighters posters. He looked around at all his posters and smiled. There! Now that that was done, he went up to the empty bookshelf on the opposite wall. Alrighty, time to fill that up with all his comic books!
He took them all out of his suitcase and set them in the bookshelf. He laughed at how full it was. Jeez, he had way too many comics...ah well. He then took his guitar case and set it against the bookshelf. He put all his art supplies in the top drawer of his dresser and set his superhero action figures and collectibles on top of the dresser. He set his Batman lamp on the dresser as well. He then took out his D.C superhero bedding and set up his bed. Lastly, he took out Peeta's cat bed and set it in the corner of the room and put his water and food bowls next to it. There! Now everything was all set. He smiled and looked around his room that looked way different than when he had first walked in. It looked a LOT better now! He beamed and plopped down onto his bed with his guitar and began to play.

But, breaking up was always hard...it could really hurt people. Like what he and Ella went through. That was just so...terrible...he had really hurt her. And he hated himself for it, he hated to see her so hurt. He shook the thought out of his head. Meh. Didn't want to think about that right now. And he hadn't finished the letter yet.
Logan blinked at the words about Ameliah having a crush on him. Uhmm...What...?! Seriously?...well, it said maybe. She likes Adam, Harvey, and Fergus better. It said right there in the letter pretty much, right? "I still like Harvs and Fergus, Adam, and I might have a crush on Logan."
Logan read that part over and over again and couldn't help but smile a little bit, totally forgetting that Eimear and Fergus were in the room wheen..

Logan sat at his desk in his room, running a hand through his hair. Ay yi yi. All this work he had to catch up on from the years he wasn't at Hogwarts was driving him absolutely nuts! He wished he could just be with everyone else at Hogwarts. That'd probably be way easier. And he'd be with Ameliah too. Gah. He missed her so bad. He sighed, putting his face in his hands. He'd been keeping himself locked up in his room for a long while now, he didn't really wanna see anyone for a while. The only person who he'd see is Peeta. That's it.
He sighed, looking at the pile of books and parchment and the quill in front of him. Meh. He'd get back to that...uhh...tomorrow. Yeah, tomorrow. Today, he just needed to..relax. Do what he wanted.
He shoved all the books and such off to the side and placed a big piece of paper down in the middle of the desk. He then got out his painting equipment and snatched his iPod, putting the headphones in his ears and turning a Green Day song on. As he listened, he began to paint a picture of Ameliah.
Once he finished, he realized how perfect it was. It looked JUST like her. He frowned, feeling the tears begin to trickle down his cheeks. Why him?! WHY?! UGH! He wish he could just have Ameliah with him now! He couldn't stand not being with her any longer. And to think, he'd have to wait until the next Hogsmeade weekend or...Christmas break or whatever to see her. That was too far away to him! He glared at the painting, picking it up and crumpling it into a ball and tossing it as hard as he could across the room. He then got into his bed and began to sob into his pillow. Jeez, he'd never cried like this before. He really DID miss Ameliah.
Lucretia walked inside with Ameliah, Ted, and Dora. FINALLY, here niece was home!! But... she really wanted Am to get to talk to Logan before anyone else, soooo... "We'll just... head upstairs, kay?"
Ted stared at Lucy. "Whadaya mean, we? I wanted to - "
Mathorda glared Ted down, grabbing his wrist and pulling him upstairs to leave Am alone with Logan.
Ameliah's heart did a little tap-dance, and she rushed to hug Logan. She didn't let go for several minutes, most of which, she realized, were spent crying a little on Logan's shoulder. "I... I missed you so much, grá," she said with a sniff.

Ameliah sniffed some more. There was a choking feeling in her throat that was unfamiliar, but at the same time, she knew she'd felt it before.
It was the feeling of sobbing.
She thought Logan's steady hold would keep her together, but feeling him shudder broke her down even more. "I... I don-don't wanna leave y-you aga-a-a-in!" She didn't want to have to deal with the sadness, or counting the days to Hogsmeade. Even if she had to leave Hogwarts for several terms, it was worth being able to wake up to Logan instead of her damp eyes and pillow.
She wouldn't want to rush into that decision right now, however, so she made no mention as she sobbed more into Logan.

After a while, Logan finally stopped crying. He felt Ameliah sob into him and he frowned. It broke his heart to see her cry like this. He began to run his fingers through her hair and with his other hand, he patted her back softly. "It's okay, Ameliah. Don't cry..." he said, kissing the top of her head softly. He placed his hands on both sides of her face and lifted it up so he could look at her. "We're both together now. For the rest of the summer." he said, giving her a comforting smile.
After a while, Logan finally stopped crying. He felt Ameliah sob into him and he frowned. It broke his heart to see her cry like this. He began to run his fingers through her hair and with his other hand, he patted her back softly. "It's okay, Ameliah. Don't cry..." he said, kissing the top of her head softly. He placed his hands on both sides of her face and lifted it up so he could look at her. "We're both together now. For the rest of the summer." he said, giving her a comforting smile.
Ameliah gave Logan a weak smile, controlling the sobbing but still letting the tears roll silently down her cheeks. There was no way that was stopping for several more minutes.
"Sorry... I've been keeping that in for a while," she mumbled. To be honest, it was more than a while. Am had never cried for at least five years. Burying her head into Logan's chest, she hugged him even more, never wanting to be alone again.
It was then that she whispered three words she never thought she'd ever hear out of herself:

Ameliah gave Logan another sad smile as he wiped her cheek. "I... I don't wanna leave you again." Her eyes welled with more tears. "I wanna st-stay here. With you." Now that she had gotten the words out, she had her mind set -- she was going to stay home for at least a year. She could catch up for Hogwarts and return for OWLs, but she was not going to leave Logan in a few months' time.
Her smile was wide and happy this time, and even though it was hidden in Logan's shirt, she was sure he could feel it. After several minutes, she hesitantly pulled away. "Do you wanna make some celebratory brownies?" she asked, using her sleeve to wipe her face off. She didn't want her first day back with Logan to be spent crying, so something was neeed to take her mind off.

Logan wiped more of Ameliah's tears away and he kissed her forehead. "I don't want you to leave me again either." he said with a sigh. "But you have to go back to Hogwarts. I'll be there with you soon enough. Before you know it." he said.
Logan could feel Ameliah smile, which made him happy. It was good to know she wasn't crying or too sad anymore. He hated to see her like that. He then listened to her question. "Of course, whatever you wanna do. But first..." he leaned into her again, his face getting closer and closer to hers until their noses were touching. He stared into her eyes for a few seconds before pressing his lips against hers and holding her face in both of his hands.

Ameliah looked pleadingly back up at Logan. "I don't have to. I can stay here, I can study from home like you...," she said, fighting more tears. There was no way she was gonna leave him behind again - she wouldn't be able to handle having to get back on the train in only a few months.
She was smiling as Logan moved in for a kiss, wrapping her arms around his neck as she kissed him back - her first kiss both with Logan and... well, anyone. It was a happy feeling, one that spread through her entire body, warming her. She felt like she did when she ever thought of Logan, but it was multiplied ten times as she stood there, completely entranced by what was happening.

Logan had been dreaming of this moment for a long while now, and now that it was happening, he felt like the happiest guy in the world. His heart was pounding against his chest and his stomach was doing crazy flips.

Ameliah smiled widely, nestling her head onto Logan's shoulder. "Of course it's what I want, but I promise I'll still think about it." She gave his hands a squeeze back, kissing his cheek. As much as she really wanted to stay, she wanted Logan to be sure as well.
After several seconds, or minutes, or days, Ameliah hesitantly pulled away. Her heart was still racing, and she was grinning like a love-struck idiot... mostly cause she was one at the moment.

"Okay, good. Really think about it, Am." Logan said, a serious look on his face. He smiled a little as she squeezed his hands back and kissed his cheek. He sighed. He really hoped she'd say she'd stay actually. It was total torture just sitting here all year waiting for her.
When Ameliah finally pulled away, Logan looked down at her, a goofy smile on his face. He had been waiting for that for SO long.
