Fine, fine, fine you win...after Treasure Island I'll reread all the LotR books, which means having to push back GoF and Ootp and HBP...further still...*sighs* only for you Tao-kun. Yeah, LOTR has quite a lot of female heroines....I guess I never really thought of Hermione as a heroine before though...

| Wow. Tenth...that's great. I can't believe she beat Scarlett, Hester, and Natasha! *claps* I dont think Bridget should have gotten first...she's great but my vote would have been for Hester. Or maybe Scarlett. And Natasha sooo shouldnt have been that far down on the list. She should have had Juliet's spot...I love Juliet but...I dont see how she's a heroine. Anyway, good for Hermione. She kinda deserves it. Lol.

Hogwarts RPG Name: Jeremy Bradford Fifth Year | "It's not who you are that holds you back, it's who you think you are not." I would have given her higher than that, but still it's neat that she's on the list. She definitely deserves that spot, lol.

Number 10 is a great position! I mean that list has 20 of the female characters which have been around for ages. Take Juliet for example...
Go Ms. Marple for her second place. I call that the power of old women and chitty chatter. Quote:

Yeah, like Jo, my personal favorite from the list! Jo's #1! Scarlett is still in the running, but man, she takes first prize in the "Do I know how to pick 'em, or what?" category, and I ain't talking turnips, folks... *and yeah, if for no other reason than her mean right hook, Hermione is my hero*

Scarlett shudve been no.1...she's the best herione ever created,,and the most unique..she's one of her kind...
Bridget Jones???? i mean wasnt she kinda stupid...she shud have topped on the stupidest heriones list
Hermione cudve made it to a higher rank...but Jk never tried to make Hermione a great heroine...she was the smartest girl in her class not a great heroine....she has plus points to her character but well i gues 10th is kinda ok
Nancy Drew???? was she that great????...i mean i did like her when i used to read those books.

I like these choices: Bridget Jones, Elizabeth Bennett, Scarlett O'Hara, Nancy Drew, Josephine March, Hester Prynne, and of course, Hermione. They were strong, impressive characters, and it's great reading about them.
