Ramona walked into the restaraunt and up to the counter, can I get a lasange and a coffee please, she asked the woman behind the bar, she went and sat back down at a table, pulling out her blackberry and texting her friends. Her coffee arrived and 15 minutes later her lasange arrived, she picked up her knife and fork and began to cut up the lasange into bits, forking it into her mouth |
Tishy! <33333 Nathan smiled and shook his head. Paris was indeed a force of nature. “I'd say she got most of it from your side of the family.” He smiled. “..but there's definitely a wee bit of Greenwood in there.” Definitely some Emily. Her middle name seemed pretty appropriate. He laughed and clinked glasses with Egypt. “Rather you than me.” He mumbled. That fashion stuff went right over the man's head. Nathan grimaced. He tried.. Merlin's pants, he tried. What do you do when your family disappears and all your letters are returned with a note in your wife's handwriting telling you never to write again? Nathan was a wreck – there were days where he didn't even get out of bed after they'd gone; he didn't eat; wash – he had no motivation whatsoever. He had been around and visited the family in that house he had grown to hate almost everyday since their return. What more could he do? He sighed – Paris needed someone to blame that was all and Nathan being so close to her was going to be the first choice. He squeezed Egypt's hand back. A cinema day seemed a pretty easy way back into his daughter's heart. “Alright.” He said with a nod. “If that's all it takes.” He smiled a little at Egypt. Hehe! Nathan couldn't help it that he had nice hair. And yeah, he was rather vain about it, liking the attention Miriam gave him over it. “Oh come on. You're just jealous of Miriam.” He winked and giggled naughtily. “Merlin, I'd rather stick hot pokers in my eyes than confront your mother.” He confessed with a shrug. “But I can't stand that this situation has divided you from your father. If bringing you and your father close together again then I'll gladly do it.” He explained. He smiled when she joked about her fear of snakes. No wonder Egypt stayed the hell away from that reptile tank of Nathan's. Perhaps calling Afia snake is an insult to snakes. He snickered like a naughty schoolboy and took another sip of his drink. “Lets... just not rush into anything, love?” He asked gently. Nathan was only just getting used to having seven kids to care for again without the addition of another. |

"Prost, cheers." she mirrored Dessie's motion and sipped down some of her tea. She casually picked at her chicken and some pizza ,taking her time and savoring the flavors. That was the best part about food, how it tasted. When Dessie asked about how to eat fish and chips Rin smiled. "Well that varies from person to person. Salt is optional. Either cutlery or hands, though I myself use fingers. Malt vinegar just brings out the best flavour in my opinion." She moved a few fries onto her plat along with two pieces of fried fish. She took the malt vinegar from the side of the table and while holding one piece, doused it lightly with the vinegar. She took a small bite from the end and smiled. It was PERFECT. "Mmm, now that is divine." |
Blair walked up to the restaurant. She needed to get a bit to eat. She walked in and looked around. She felt a little out of place. She started to bit her bottom lip. She didn't kow many people and it made her feel even more out of place. She started to back up to leave when she bumpped into someone coming in."Oh I am so sorry I wasn't watching where I was going."She softly to the person as she turned around to see who it was that she ran into. |
Sawyer was just walking into the restaurant when suddenly he was colliding with one of the customers. The woman rushed out an apology, but he simply smiled and shook his head. "No worries. You're all right, then?" He lifted his eyebrows as he inquired after her, waiting for a response. |

"Well, I was just planning on getting a quick bite to eat, but you're welcomed to join me, if you'd like." Sawyer didn't have too much time until he had to get back to work, but he figured there was plenty for a short meal with the woman. He met her eyes. "I'm Sawyer Camden, by the way. I work with Ministry Security. And you might be..?" |

"I guess so. I'm Blair Kyle I'm in International Cooperation." Bliar said to him as she held out her hand. She started to blush a little bit. She never thought she would meet a cute guy like him before. |
"Pleasure to meet you, Blair," Sawyer said as he shook her outstretched hand. He couldn't tell whether she was bluching, or if her face just happened to naturally have a pinkish color to it. "So," he motioned towards the restaurant. "Are we just going to stand here all day, or would you like to eat?" |

She smiled. "Paris is a dangerous combination or Riddle and Greenwood. I'm just glad she loves us," Egypt giggled. Egypt had heard horror stories from Paris and the parents of children who had found themselves on the wrong side of Paris' wand. She clinked her water glass with Nathan's wine glass. "Its a job I take very seriously," she giggled. She loved shopping and dressing up her boys. Even if she had to hex them into the clothes sometimes. She didn't want to see him upset but then she didn't want Paris to be upset. Both of them could be right pains in the backside of they were upset and it was just easier to make them both uncomfortable enough to talk with each other and sort out their problems. There was no way Paris could stay made at her father, but she could throw a nice tantrum and have the whole house held hostage till her mood changed. And Egypt would rather just avoid that and have Nathan talk to his daughter. "That is all it will take Nathan. You know how Paris gets. She just wants you to go to her." And that would be the end of it. Nathan would get to spend time with his daughter and Paris would get her time with Nathan and more than likely a shiny new piece of jewelery to gush over. She folded her arms across her chest. "I am not jealous of Miriam. She is a nasty little mirror," Egypt told him. Miriam had gotten all the other mirrors to give Egypt a hard time when she had threatened to toss her out. If Egypt thought Nathan wouldn't have a complete meltdown she would have let JoJo and Diggy have a whack at Miriam. But there was no telling how Nathan would react to something that drastic. She tried not to giggle, but it was an apt comparison. She reached across the table and gently cupped her husband's cheek. "I'm not going to let her hurt you or our family any longer." she told him gently. If she never spoke to her mother again it would be alright with her. She had hurt Egypt deeply, and worse she had hurt Nathan and her children. "Me and my father will get passed this," she smiled. She wasn't going to come between her father and her mother, but she didn't want to stop speaking to her father. "If you honestly want to go speak to my mother I will stand by you and support you." She would do anything he wanted her to do. Her mother had been putting Nathan through hell since the day they met. Granted Nathan had drank more than was needed but her mother had made him nervous and her critical comments hadn't helped. She shook her head. That's what he always said but he freaked out every time they had another baby, but he was always alright in the end. She wanted another girl. There were enough boys in the Greenwood family. But this time she would leave it up to Nathan, "We will do whatever you feel is best. If you don't want to have anymore children that is alright with me." And she meant it, she wanted more children but not if Nathan didn't. |

She fellowed Swyer to the table and nodded to him as he pulled out her chair. And watched him walk over the the other end of the table. "I don't know this my frist time here."She said to him as she smiled at him softly. |
This is making me hungry! :P Quote:
No, Dessie wouldn't just Rin based on the fact that she was drinking tea. Nope, nope, that would be wrong of her. "I like salty food - salt makes thing taste better, I always say," Dessie nodded and added a little salt to the small pile she had formed on her plate. Picking up her knife and fork - she was never really one for eating with her hands, the exception of course being pizza - and had begun to cut when she realised what was missing. While Dessie was not really fond of vinegar in any form, she DID like lemon. And she knew for a fact that lemon went well with fish. Finding one on the table, Dessie squeezed it over her fish and watched with satisfaction as the juice ran down her food. Yum! Putting the lemon down and wiping her hands in her napkin, she finally took a bite. "Oh my - you're quite right, this stuff is delicious!" Dessie remarked as she swallowed and immediately moved to cut up another bite. |

"I will have what he is having."She said softly. She wonder what Drago was doing right now. Her mind kept going back to Drago ever sense she met him. |
Asher's stomach growled as he sat down at a table in the restaurant waiting for Chloe to sit with him. He gave her a smile, knowing that the new decision he had made would make her very very happy, even if it would be at least another month or two before it would be put in place...if it would happen at all. |

When he complimented her efforts at work, though, she couldn't help but smile. "Thanks. It's been hard, and to be honest I'm pretty exhausted, but I'm loving my new job so, SO much," she said, now positively beaming because, to be honest, Chloe liked being in charge. She was a natural leader. |

"Chloe." he began gripping her hands gently, "I've been thinking long and hard, thus the reason for holing myself up in the library for hours on end at home." He stated thinking of Junior who had been very oddly quiet lately. "I've been thinking that I might, no I'm going to put in for a transfer." He told her with a grin, squeezing her hands just a little and relaxing his body, happy he had finally told her what he was so thoughtful over the few days. |

"Its not only just for you." he paused again. "I want our family in the future to be able to know what I do, why I spend so many hours at work and not just knowing that I do work that I can't speak of." He told her lightly, he was thinking in the long run, not just the present. |

When he said the words, "our family," her eyes snapped up at him and stared into his steadily not with fear, but it was something very-nearly resembling shock. Then, her face broke out into a wide smile, one her truest most genuine Asher!smiles. "You've never said that before... our family. I was starting to think that maybe you didn't want to have kids what with still sort of taking care of the boys and Zi. I didn't know how to bring it up, but I guess this means, you do... want to have kids of our own, I mean?" she asked, bubbling with excitement. |
Quote:
"You see, Chloe, the kids are growing up, and we've had to take care of ourselves. And I know I've been the one who has always been there for them, and I always will be, but I've got to let go at some point." He paused and leaned back, what was his point? Oh, that he DID want kids with Chloe. "I definately want kids of our own if you want them too." He told her, he knew thought that she most likely would want kids, she was a people person and would be an amazing mother. |
