So, you've come up with a charrie. You have the perfect personality, the perfect look in your mind, but you don't have a celebrity to go with it? Look no further, this thread is to help out those who might want a little help! I got the idea from helping out a friend, so just fill out the form before, and someone will come up with a list of celebs/models that fit your description. Anyone can help out as well!

Um I've noticed that you ask for relatively similar people each time. And finding people who where lots of eyeliner isn't exactly easy. But I've found someone who matches basically everything else
