can i just confirm that ezzer123 does not have an east london or yorkshire accent. if anybody doesnt know where yorkshire is, its bascally in the middle of england. is full of miners and things and is very hilly. an east london accent is cockney. can i just confirm emma does not have this accent, well i dont really know what accent she has cos im around her all the time at school but she doesnt shove right and like and all the cockney stuff on the end, right. shes just got a standard (not regional) accent. allthough she does like to slip in to gerard butlker style scottish. but it is absolutely awful!!! anyway, i have an english accent and am proud of it!!!!!!!!! |
ocker!! anyone else here got an auzzie gizzard ? Just a quick question... ^^^ which emma are you talking about? |
I have a sort of welsh-ish accent, but am always accused of being from Manchester |
Basically I have a weird accent. I'm from North Carolina but I don't really SOUND like I'm from NC. My accent isn't as thick as most of the people that live here. One minute I'm speaking pure southern and the next minute I'm speaking like someone with a proper northern accent. I think someone told me over MSN that I sound like a southern valley girl so I guess my accent is a mix of southern hick and california valley girl. Hah if you ever want to know what that sounds like, just ask me and I'll do a voice clip for you. I can mimic an English and French accent and I have no idea why I can pull it off so well. Heh I blame language classes. |
60% American, 30% English, and 10% Vietnamese! |
Well, I am an Indian, But I haven't lived in India longer than 6 months...I go there every year for about a month, but the longest I have stayed there was six months when I was about five...living outside all my life till now (I am turning 15 this year) I can change my accent pretty soon, it takes me about a week or so to get my toung to have the particular kind of accent. I am living in Australia at the moment so mainly now I have an Australian accent with a bit of the British Accent (I love the British Accent.) So mainly now...Its Aussie!!!! |
I think i have a Californian surfer accent. I say dude way too much. lol. |
I have an accent sure, but I dont know which one, i dont know which country I sound like!!Hehhe, but i'm Ukrainian.. |
omg i love frenh peoples accent well im australian so i speak english |
I have a French accent ^^' |
I live in Kenya, speak English, watch Hindi movies and TV, and go to a totally multicultural school. So my accent is, unsurprisingly, a mixture of Swahili, British, Indian and Kacchhi (language from a certain region in India... my relatives speak it). I think it tends to change automatically according to who I'm speaking to. My friend says I speak exactly like an Indian, and my mum says I sound like a resident Swahili. So it's all rather confusing. :worried: |
^Are you from Kacch? I was born in Bhuj...But I am a Rajasthani.... ^^/^^^ I love French accent too!!!! |
I'm not actually from Kacch... the last three generations of my family have all been born and bred in Kenya. But I think I descend from Kacch... well, I think, cos I'm not sure and don't bother to find out! :D I also love French accents! They give English a new flavour... |
Asian (or South Asian) accent.I like brit accent tho.I can also speak in american n french accent but just 4 fun. |
whatever i feel like. after watching HP i turn british, or if i'm uber annoyed or something. sometimes i'm irish but most of the time i don't have an accent, i'm American so ya |
I don't think I have an accent. I was complaining about that a few days ago. I want a British accent. So, I guess American would be the only way to describe it. Whatever accent category Washingtonians fall into is what I have, I suppose. |
i think american, but there are different accents for america. usually there is a southern accent, eastcoast area accent, like people from boston. an accent on the westcoast area. i think i have a west coast accent, although sometimes i pretend to have an english accent for fun |
