I think that I have polish accent.... UMM I don't know really, but sometimes my english teacher syas that I sound like real English... |
When I speak my native language (being Norwegian), I have a strange mix of east-side Oslo and Solung. That probably didn't make sense to anyone... When I speak english, however, I try to speak with a British accent, because I like it better than an American accent, but I always end up speaking really fast American English. I have no problems with speaking British, I manage pretty well to do so, but the american accent has become habit to me. A habit I really want to break, though. Not that I have a personal grudge against americans or anything, I just want to speak british! :) |
I've got half Cornish and half Devonshire. Thats Cornwall and Devon in the South West of the UK! I like it but I don't love it! |

i have no idea what kind of accent i've got. sometimes it's really fast american or a cockney british accent. i wish i had a proper british accent. |
Californian I guess since I live here? Though I sometimes find myself talking like a Texan since my dad is Texan and he talks weird. lmao |
I come from Jersey, so I have a bit of a new jersey accent, but I'll only do it subconsciously. I don't normally talk with an accent unless it is a, I guess, Northeastern 'american,' but I will talk with a jersey accent if I don't watch it. |
My accent is a Bostonian accent - hence the fact that I'm living in Massachusetts, close to Boston. For Bostonians, we forget to use the "r" sounds in words. So 'car' would be 'cah'. And we *like* to use the word wicked. Another example is: 'Cahs ah wicked weeid.' Translation: Cars are wicked weird. Although, I sometimes have a Brazilian accent, since I usually hang around with Brazilians, Mexicans, and Spanish people. -shrug- I <3 my accent. |
I'm from Long Island (NY) so sometimes I do come out with words in a slight accent (caw-fee, etc.) but I actually don't have a strong accent as all. Really harsh LI accents bother me.. city ones are even worse.. I actually speak a lot more "standard" American, especially living upstate most of the year now. It's funny though.. New York State along has SO many accents. Long Island, City, Central NY, Western NY, the "standard American", then more of a Canadian sound up around the border. It's interesting. And there's a bit of each at my school. |
Filipino accent! but i can do british and american too!!!!!!! |
