Hii guys! *WAVES* I'm Maxie [and known by a LOT of variants of that name] and I shall be one of your mods for the month of December. 
On SS, I'm a FanFiction moderator and head the Department of Mysteries in the Ministry of Magic. I used to be the Gryffindor female prefect, and then teach Runes, and am the current Charms Professor in the lovely School RPG. I looove to write, and have written for most of SS's publications. Right now, I [also] head the SotS journalist team.
Off SS, I'm a student that shall [one day soon, let's hope] be an engineer. I've dabbled in almost every subject under the sun, and LOVE algebra, calculus, high-energy physics, chemistry and gemology. I adooore bread, good books and music, FF featuring the ship Draco/ Ginny, manga and anime, nice gadgets, and my black locks. *points to username*

Yep, I love Harry Potter. <3 Aaaand I've answered that a lot of times already, but here's the answer again: I like a lot of characters for a lot of different reasons, but some I reaaally like include Blaise Zabini, Severus Snape, Sirius Black and James Potter. They're characters that aren't one-dimensional, possess courage, have an enigma to them, and are fun to explore. ^__^
