Hello everybody! I'm Lisa and will be one of your Mods of the Month for December. ^______^

Here on SS, I started teaching Muggle Studies in the School RPG last term and play Professor Jeremy Zookara who a lot of people fangirl over I don't know why . Before that I was Slytherin Prefect for one term and at some point I used to be Shopkeeper Assistant for Madam Malkin's in the Diagon Alley RPG.
Furthermore, I moderate and Head the Newbie Forum - yes, exactly the one you're posting in at the moment so that's awesome, eh? - and am one of the two German Mods in the Language Forums.
I just celebrated my three year SS anniversary on December 1st and I'm really really glad I joined back then as there are so many amazing people on here who I'm really glad I had the chance to meet. And I'm always up to meeting new peeps too. ^__^

Off SS, I'm turning 19 this month and am from Austria, yes, Austria as in the Sound of Music. xD I'm currently in my first semester of university in Vienna, studying 'English and American Studies' and 'Theater-, Film- and Media Studies'. I like to read and am a TV Series nerd...oh, and I like Greek Mythology and Ryan Reynolds movies.

You said you were very into mythology and obviously you enjoy fantasy YA because you are a Potter fan....I am curious. Have you ever read either the "Percy Jackson" books by Rick Riordan, or Michael Scott's "The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel" series?

I am a massive HP fan but I also read various YA fantasy novels with my daughter very night. I was just curious, those two series reference mythology so you might like them.

Off topic?! :O Why would you say that?

Since you two asked the same thing...for both the movie and the book it would be a tie between DH and HBP...as for the character, it would definitely be Ron. Second would be Draco.

Books, definitely. For the HP movies, I have to say that David Yates did quite a good job for the last few movies. I really do like his work.
But in general, between the two, I really like books a lot more.

1) I already answered that...I'd go with Eos. *nods*
2) Actress...that's like my dream-job. And no, it's not about being famous (though, it of course would be nice, duh. xD) but really about the acting. ^___^
3) Hmm...I'll go with Shopkeeper. Yes, I just love how you get to RP with all the new members and old ones too obviously. Which is why I'm REALLY happy I get to be one again.

Heh, yes, I do...I posted some pretty pics of them too a few pages back. They're called Piri and Nala.
Favorite band...The Killers. Though I like a lot of bands really but if I had to choose then I'd go with The Killers.
I do...yes, unfortunately our teams aren't exactly any good (even though they pretend they are *rolls eyes*) so I'm not like a huge fan of one particular team but I do like watching the World Cup and UEFA Euro. *nods*

I'm not sure I got your question but I didn't really do a lot BEFORE I was sorted because I joined just before the sorting (or even during the sorting, not sure) so I was sorted pretty quickly. At the beginning I spent a lot of time in Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes and the Fan Clubs.
