I've spent the day thinking about yesterday. This is what I've come up with: Did you consider this: you can't blame Kelli or Amyliaz totally for all this mess? Unless your name is on the list in the Quidditch thread stating whether you could or could not make the match then you too didn't do what you were suppose to do. You failed your committment to the team too. Our captains were forced to wait to turn in their roster at the latest possible time because they only had a few responses. Perhaps if everyone had read the Quidditch thread and responsed on or before Friday like they were asked to do then Amyliaz could have posted her roster on Friday night and we wouldn't have miss the deadline. Even me...I should have email Kelli and Amyliaz first thing Sunday morning when I notice we had no roster but I didn't. I talked with Spots then brewed on it so I am guilty too. It's call the chain of events...cause and effect.

My point is in some ways every member of the team is is responsible not just two people. The word team doesn't contain the letter I in it nor the word them. It's just simply the TEAM. So let's stop the drama and act like one. First by playing one heck of a match and winning then second by forgiving each other.

Thanks Genie! That's the spirit we need to get our team moving! Those who are not on the list this match (and reserve players, you will rotate if we need more players to fill house spots), you could be a great help to look up answers as well, and post them here with the questions. Sometimes we have trouble locating answers, and if we get stuck, your help could help the team trememdously. Please only team members posting responses would be great, and once you make one response, just edit it with another answer. I don't know how our HoH would feel about us cluttering this thread up.
