Kitty entered the empty prefects compartment and placed her worm container under the seat. Then she retrieved her small hand mirror and began placing black ribbons in her hair. Hopefully she wouldn't be sitting alone for too long, but if she was then she would leave to visit some of the other compartments.

Juno quietly pulled open the door to the Prefects compartment. She was exhausted. It had been a very long term, but very rewarding. She loved being a prefect and getting to do all the fun things that prefects got to do. "Hi, Kitty," she said with a small smile, "You ready for summer break?" She placed her snowy owl, Aster, up in the luggage rack, and put her hand in her pocket to make sure that her Pygmy puff, Stardust, and pet rock, Firefly were in her pocket. Stardust had really taken a liking to the rock. She cuddled it like it was a teddy bear or something.

"I so can't wait to get home and just relax," She plopped down on the seat opposite of the Ravenclaw prefect.

All to soon Hadleigh was standing just outside the Prefects compartment. She had only ever gotten to go inside once before and this was to be her second and final time. The year had gone by way to quickly. Her thoughts and feelings were in such a bunch right now the teen wasn't sure if she was coming or going.

Having been up and down the entire train saying her 'hellos' to everyone and still not having spotted Frankie she was hoping he was already inside. She needed to see him right now, he always knew just what to say to make her feel better. However when she slid the compartment door open and set Sammie down on the floor inside Frankie wasn't whom she saw. Hazel eyes landed on two of her fellow Prefects, yes fellow ones, until she was home.

"Kitty, Juno, how're you both? Ready for summer?" she asked softly slipping into the compartment and sitting down not a moment to soon either for her crup leaped up and sat himself down on her lap. Smiling softly down at Sammie she land a hand on his furry head and lightly scratch between his ears.

"Hi Juno." Kitty smiled warmly at the Hufflepuff prefect as she sat down in the seat opposite of her. Both of them were finishing their first term as prefect and were now heading back. "I am so ready," she said as she finished placing her last black ribbon her hair. "Do you and Esme have anything planned for the summer??"

Then Hady stepped in, and Kitty realized with a little sadness that this would be the last (and only second) time that they rode together as fellow prefects on the train. She smiled at the head girl as she moved to sit down. "Definitely ready. Guess what? I'm going to try to get at least one Muggle friend this summer," she told both Hady and Juno. 'You know how much I love Muggle things but I realized after that lesson with Professor Stewart that I was missing out on not knowing any real Muggles. So that's totally changing this summer." Aside of course from her dad, and he didn't really count.

"Hady?" she said after a moment of silence. "Remember when you saved me and Hads from being frozen two years ago?"
