Sutton surveyed the fudge display, choosing a few different kinds to try, including the chocolate-peanut butter kind Minnie said was one of her favorites. "I love chocolate and peanut butter anything!" she said, wishing she could eat it all right now. "My friend Edmund doesn't like peanut butter. It's a shame, really! He's missing out on some of the best things of life," she said with a laugh.

Still looking over the fudge selection, Suttion listend as Minnie explained about being raised in the Muggle world. It was nice to have someone else who understood. "You know... I think you're the first person I've met who wasn't raised in the wizarding world. Most people seem to be from wizard families," she said quietly. With a shrug, she asked, "Are you from here in England or somewhere else?" But then something caught her ear... "Celebrations? You mean, like parties? They have parties in the common room?" she asked with wide eyes. Sutton enjoyed a good party, especially hosting parties.

Harvey smiled as she repeated what he had said, well it seemed they both agreed that this is what it had come to now, the both of them here together. He watched her tuck a piece of hair behind her ear as she asked him to finish his sentence though he was not sure that he wanted to, not after how happy they seemed to be. But she had asked to know what he wanted to say and he would have asked her as well, so he had to tell her right cause it was only fair that he did. Oh boy here he went "And.. not later.. when .. its too late? When.. you could have decided that enough was enough and.. you wanted to move on.." yeah move onto better things or people. But he didn't say that he left it as that cause that in its self said quite a bit too. Well there he had said it and now she knew what he was about to say or say something along those lines at least, but he didn't want her to know that part.

He just continued to smile its like his face was stuck that way and all he could do was smile, he nodded and was glad that she agreed. So it was settled then they were going continue holding hands cause it felt good to hold hands, and also cause they just wanted to there was no doubt about that at all. He saw her smile at the floor "I didn't know the floor was that nice that it would make you smile" he joked with her, since he had not seen many people smile at the floor so seeing as this was a first he found it a little funny, in a good way though.

He smiled as she said that she liked them "Well not everything, just some of the things. But these were the ones that stuck into my head" but only cause he had like been planning her birthday gifts since she had given him his, and he had picked out a few things to give her "Thank you, yes I am a Ravenclaw, with a pretty Hufflepuff too" he chuckled looking at her reminding himself of the day he had admitted to her that she was pretty after she had asked THE question. Only this time he actually meant it in a certain way, this time he could say it without the fear that she would feel all awkward on him after he would say it. He listened as she asked her question "I .. guess we could go elsewhere.. who said we can't buy more. Do you want to buy more? .. or.. erm.. ooo! we.. could go .. for a walk.. if you haven't got any plans to go anywhere else. If you have.. then we can go there.. unless its a place where I cannot go" though he couldn't think of any place like that except a girly place where boys werent allowed.

"I...oh." So Harvey was concerned about that kind of thing? Ella was a bit surprised though deep down it felt kind of good that he thought someone else might want to date her. Not that she had liked anyone else while she liked Harvey. Not really..."Well um...I guess you don't have to worry about that anymore, right?" And she gave him a small reassuring smile.

Ella feigned annoyance and shoved Harvey lightly before rolling her eyes at him. "You just love to tease me, huh?" The third year said seriously before pouting. She wasn't really mad, though. She could joke too, yeah?

"Well the good things seemed to stick." Ells said with a smile, having been really pleased with everything Harvey thought to get her. He really had done a brilliant job. Andthenhewascallingherprettyagain. Blush. "Stop that, will you?" The complimenting thing. She was going to literally turn into a tomato at this rate. And then the rambling...Ella grinned at Harvey and tried to catch everything he suggested. "I think I'm good on candy thanks to you but um...a walk. Yeah, a walk would be nice. It's um...it's really nice outside." And they wouldn't have to worry about blocking the aisle or anything outside. Nope. "Should we go, then?" And she tugged on his hand gently, heading towards the door.

Harvey nodded as she looked a bit surprised, was it that surprising that he was concerned about that? He had no idea it was surprising, afterall he did like her now so of course he would be afraid of losing her before he even had the chance to tell he how he felt. He was just glad he got here in time before some other guy like Oakey or Justin or what ever other boys were around had the chance to try their luck with Ella, nope he had managed to tell her before anything else had happened. He smiled and shook his head "Nope I don't, not anymore and not ever" he smiled back as he looked at her, he was a lucky guy he was.

He was a kinda frightened when she seemed to annoyed at his floor comment before she shoved him lightly and rolled her eyes, he hoped that she was kidding cause he hadn't meant to annoy her. Him annoying her not long after telling her he liked her was not a good thing at all! He nodded hesitantly "It's fun to tease you, cause it sometimes makes you laugh, smile, blush, nudge me with your magical nudges. All that I love that you do to me" yup he loved seeing those things and being nudged, but it did seem like she was joking so all was good.. right?

He nodded "All the best things just stick to you like glue, and will never leave you" he smiled. He was glad that she had appreciated it since he had been planning it for months, starting from when she gave him some gifts and he decided that he needed to give her some back. He chuckled and shook his head "Um.. no.. ok fine I will.. for today" but from tomorrow was a different story, he would have a target number of times that he would have to compliment her per day and he would do that, even if she went completely red and had the color of two tomatoes together. He nodded and smiled as she grinned. Oh boy he had rambled again hadn't he? oh boy what were people going to say about Ella, that she chose some rambling guy? oh no that was not nice! "Thats good, yeah I guess you would be with the gummy worms, had I known you were here to buy some I would have let you buy them before I gave them to you" drat! he should have done that first! He smiled as she agreed to the walk outside, he looked outside and nodded it did look pretty inviting when you had a pretty girl on your arm "Yeah it does seem really nice out" he smiled as she started leading the way out tugging on his hand gently leading him outside the shop.

Minerva smiled as she saw Sutton pick her fudge and then she looked shocked, "Someone does not like peanut butter.. How is that possible?" she couldn't believe anyone could not like peanut butter it was like the greatest thing ever. "Oh I just don't think I could live without Peanut Butter." she joked a bit, but was serious at the same time. Looking at the other flavors of fudge she thought about trying something new, but then decided she would stick with the stuff she knew.

Minerva smiled, "You will find more of us around. I know I've met everyone one from every place around." she then smiled, "MMMM chocoballs sound good." Minerva said distracted for a moment and went over to the chocoballs. She then smiled "Oh I'm actually from America. My mother was from London though so I family there, but my dad's family are all Americans." she liked that she was from somewhere different, some students were from there as well, but she hadn't met to many so it was kind of fun to be in a small group. Minerva couldn't help but laugh when she seemed interested in the common room celebrations, "Yes you could say parties. We didn't have many last term, but I'm up for having more this term. The common room doesn't seem to be as popular as it use to be, we need to change that." Yes Minerva really wanted to change that and get everyone together. "Maybe we should have a get to know you gathering one evening in the common room?" she suggested, that would be a good start for a party.

"I know, right?" she said with a giggle at Minnie's comment about peanut butter. Sutton had practically lived off of peanut butter all through grade school. Then, almost jumping up and down in excitement, she smiled very brightly at Minnie. "I knew it! I knew you were from America! I am, too!" she said in an excited voice. "I'm from Ohio!"

Sutton continued following Minnie as she moved toward the chocoballs... those sounded good! It was chocolate... in a convenient bite-sized ball. Grabbing a couple and adding them to her basket, Sutton thought more on the idea of throwing a party in the Common Room. "You know, I think that'd be great! It seems like people mostly stick to their own groups of friends... and it would be really nice to have everyone together. Maybe it would help raise house morale!" since they were still in dead last in House Cup and had been practically the entire term so far. "Do you think we should ask Professor Hadley if it's okay first, or should we just... do it?" she asked quietly. She definitely did NOT want to get in trouble or go behind Professor Hadley's back. Professor Hadley was nice...

She watched as Cassia piled a load more chocolate frogs in, and them liquorice wand ect.. Seri didn't blame her for taking so much, it was so good, but it would limit Seri's supplies if Cassia ate it all! It was fine though, she had a nice supply she'd been saving from Sugarplum's! Plus, liquorice aands were THE BEST, THE KING OF SWEETS, ect, she wouldn't blame anyone for buting all of them. That reminded Seri, she needed to learn a duplication spell.


"Mmmmm, okay I guess" Seri made a face. It was going okay. She and Lex had not been expelled yet, contray to popular belief, and they had another prank up their sleeves. Which would be epic. But she could NOT let anyone in on it. "So I ended up a snake!" Seri smiled and raised her eyebrows. So they were in the same house. Seri had seen Cassia around a bit, but had been rather busy with her own heated discussions.

Seri grabbed a pack of Bertie Bott's Beans, and popped that in her basket too. "Good I guess, the teachers are a bit dim." Seri shrugged nonachantly. They didn't exactly seem keen to teach her ANYTHING. Mostly they were getting her to wait hand and foot on plants, or learn yoga. She wfelt like she was at some creepy retreat. She narrowed her eyes at Cassia's comment about friends and enemies and smirked. "Something like that. Certain students and I... just don't get on. But they'll get their retribution." Seri smiled secretively.

Maxwell laughed a bit as she chuckled at his Dementor joke. He'd never really thought himself to be that funny.

"Not so much, buy your love..i mean boys like to buy things for girls they like and i like you." He said happy she didn't reject him, he was a bit nervous and then she said she wanted a real date, he could do a real date.

"I think a real date would be lovely, so....Elliot, would you like to go on a real date with me?" He asked with the most charming smile he could muster.

Minerva looked at her strange for a second.. Did she just say Ohio..look, look. "Ohio really? I was actually born in Ohio, but my dad was in the military so we moved around a lot. We only stayed in Ohio until I was four." She smiled, wow this was a very small world. "I also lived in Tennessee, Florida, Texas, and California. Now that I'm with my grandparents I'm back in Tennessee." She smiled, yeah she had lived many places, but it was fun seeing the States and all. She was still in shock that she had met someone else from the same place she was born. "I'm actually a huge Browns fan and Blue Jackets fan as well. My dad got me into sports when I was super young." she smiled thinking about the games she use to go to.

Minerva couldn't help but smile, she really liked Sutton and was glad they got to meet each other. "I think you have some great ideas and I think your right. We do really need to get some spirit back into the house this term." Yes people didn't seem as close as they use to back a few terms ago. She remembered always having gatherings in the common room. She then thought a moment about what Sutton asked, "I don't ever remember asking for permission before, but you know it would probably be a great idea to ask. Maybe we could go talk with Hadley together one day and ask her, maybe she would even come." Yes that would be nice to ask her and see if she wanted to join them. Since it was a get to know your fellow puff party.

I like you. Elliot heard those words...and her insides did a million flips and went all WO;FHWHFO;GJEGKBAJDBGDWEFGW on her..but on the outside, she merely blushed and coughed to clear her throat...

And then he asked on her a REAL date...with a dazzling smile to match. Elliot wanted to swoon...to start giggling like mad, but...

Elliot wasn't like that.

Instead, she smirked smugly, and said, "Sure. I knew I would have trouble keeping you away." Yep. She laughed a bit, too, just so that he would know she was joking...

Manolo shook his head, smiled and paid for his candy. "Right then, let's go."

Maxwell caught the blush and loved the effect he was having on her. And then she said it...she said YES!

He was thinking of the perfect date, and how he could make it romantic for her... He smiled, just as charmingly "Really? That's great! You like me too, admit it." He said with a eyebrow raised.

Cardigan was out of Chocolate Frogs(again)! Well, that wasn't too much of a surprise, seeing she gorged on them in the common room with any free time she had! She, since her first year, didn't have Godric Gryffindor and Gwenog Jones! There were a handful more she was missing, bu those weren't as important to her. She aimed to own all the frog cards, especially all the important Hogwarts figures and the famous Quidditch players.

How long was it since she had been to Honeydukes? At least three months, since school ended in June and it was October now. Pushing open the door to the candy shop, she was welcomed with the sweet, never-ceases-to-be-awesome smell of candy! It was great. She was much more familiar to here than Diagon Aley's sweet shop, Sugarplum's. She had, indeed, been here more often than Diagon Alley's, since she usually spent most of her summer at her old home in Germany, which had THE BEST sweet shop in the entire universe!!! AND, it was all homemade! Now, back to the chocolate frogs! Cardigan went a little further into the shop, turning into the third aisle. She knew they were here!

Hmm.

Elliot was not the emotional type. And she hating showing...affection for people, except her sisters. They were the exceptions. But she had trouble with...being loving.

And this was no different, she supposed. While she wanted to give Maxwell a huge hug, at the same time..she didn't. Because she usually disliked hugs...Merlin. This was confusing.

"Fine. Fine...you got it out of me..." she rolled her eyes, but smirked. She starting walking towards the counter..."LEt's check out...and get out of here. It's really crowded...and I want my butterscotch..." she said with a sigh...yep. Elliot could be a diva...

Logan walked into the candy store, grinning at the amazing smell of candy. It felt so good to be back in Hogsmeade. In a few years, he'd finally be back at Hogwarts. He was so excited for that! He walked along the store, looking for any familiar faces. He was dying to see his friends!

As he walked, he looked along the sheves, eyeing all the candy, wondering what to get. He didn't see where he was going and suddenly bumped into someone, causing him to fall backwards and onto the ground. "Oooof!" he said as he hit the ground. Well, that hurt!

Maxwell felt very special. He knew she wasn't big on feelings, so the fact that she she said it, even reluctantly made him smile.

"Okay, let's go...Where should i meet you?" He asked about their date.

GAH! He wanted to have a date today?! Elliot suddenly found herself picturing what she should wear...MERLIN!

"You want to meet back here...today? Or what?" she asked, before she starting panicking...her heart was beating extra faaaast now! Great. She hoped he didn't notice..

SIGH.

Maxwell didn't mean today, but he'd be fine with today. He didn't mind one bit...but he'd have to come up with a brilliant idea, fast!

"I-I meant in general...I mean we can meet later today if you want. I'd love to see you again so soon." He said itching the back of his head.

Cardigan was about to pick up a Chocolate Frog, having found them, untill someone completely ran into her, knocking her to the floor as well. Gosh, what was wrong with this person?! Must have sight issues or something, 'cause it wasn't THAT hard to notice her. I mean, come on! It just doesn't make any sense, none at all. She just wanted to....urgh!!!!!

Who was this person, anyways?! They needed an explanation. "WELL, watch where you'r-" She stopped mid-sentence, and went all deer-in-the-headlights when she saw who it was. NO. JUST NO. What was HE doing here?! Not good timing! Blink, blink. Cardigan had no idea what to say. Last time she had seen him, he'd- oh, never mind. No point in going all in detail. No one could read her thoughts, anyways. This was odd. Completely odd. Out if this world odd!

OH GOOD. He didn't mean today..she breathed a sigh of relieeeef! "No! Not today!" she cried before she could stop herself...wait....oops...

Uh.

"I didn't mean- it's just that-" she stuttered, trying to collect her thoughts-" I'mn a girl! I can't get ready by...today." She said with a sigh...gah! Weren't girls not supposed to tell boys these things? Like weren't they NOT supposed to spill those secrets...

Oh well...

Elliot didn't seem to be following the rules of girlhood anyways...whatever. "When are you free?" She asked, thinking of her own schedule as well...OR maybe tomorrow? It was Sunday, Elliot's homework day, but oh well! "Tomorrow?"

Logan looked up, a little scared at how mad this person sounded when he noticed it was Cardigan. "C-C-Cardigan.." he stuttered, standing up and looking down at her for a few seconds. He bit his lip. "Er...let me help you up." he said, his voice cracking. GAH. Well, that was embarrassing...He stretched his hand out towards her, smiling nervously. This felt a bit awkward. Last time he had seen her...was...well...um. Yeah.

Maxwell smirked. "I know girls need time to get ready and look perfect...although you do every time i see you." He said with a small chuckle. "Between that and me wanting to plan something great, i didn't mean today."

Then she looked at her schedule. He wasn't nearly that organized. "Tomorrow sounds lovely.." he had a day, a whole day to plan something for this date. "Where should we meet?" he asked.

Emmanuelle didn't know how she had happened to run out of candy, and she didn't really care. All she knew was that this meant that a Hogsmeade trip was in order. Not that she really objected to visiting the village or anything. No, she had just been looking forward to catching up on a bit of light reading this weekend. Sigh.

She made her way into Honeydukes, grabbing a basket at the door. She began to wander down each of the aisles, grabbing whatever caught her eye and looked delicious. Which was quite a bit, actually.

HA! He knew how to compliment..."I know, thanks." Perfection. Something Elliot always strived for. And he wanted to plan something great...oh Merlin...should Elliot plan something great?

Wait.

NO.

He was the boy, and she was the girl. He should have to do all the work...so Elliot immediately shed the idea that she should be planning something as well...nope, not her job!

Where should they meet? Merlin. She smirked..."Surprise me. I'll expect you in front of the common room at...?" she looked at him, wondering what time...she was planning in head when to homework, when to start getting ready...and if she should eat lunch or not.

Maxwell smirked. "As long as you know.." He said thinking how beautiful she really was.

Maxwell liked how blunt she was, telling him he'd meet her at her common room. Maxwell thought for a moment, quickly coming up with a plan. "You can meet me there at 1:30, don't eat lunch."
