A set of paths link the courtyard to various areas of the grounds. It's nice to walk along either on your own or with a friend. The trees on either side of the path help to create a light atmosphere. So go on, take your time and soak up the fresh air, heaven knows students need it.
João was trying to figure out how to place the flowers so that they would look best, when something hit him. He hadn't been watching her but if he had, he would have snorted this time at the colour of the shawl. He had forgotten her for a moment, actually, until he was tickled by her leg's touch, because it licked his rear. He didn't laugh, though. He only stared at her foot and for a second, stupidly enough, waited for some sort of apology. Sure, it was a light touch but it still--
He sighed mentally, his patience wearing out. This was the first time someone was ignoring him--and what an ignorance it was! João Neves, accustomed to people looking at his mouth for his orders, was being ignored by this stupid Mudblood villager girl! If his mother had heard about it!.. Even his father, who was softer in such matters, would give him a good speech about villager girls. Soon enough, he thought. Soon enough, this will all end. Shaking his head to clear it, he gave no attention whatsoever to her humming, although he was secretly annoyed by it too--everything she did today managed to annoy him--he quickened his examination and finally got up once he deemed the soil was safe enough to plant flowers.
Once on his foot, he started putting small sparkles in the air to mark where they would be planting the flowers. He was done with the first arrangement already in three minutes. Now, she could lower herself to just help him with the rest, they would be done here in an hour or so.
Waaaaiiiit...
"Where's the name tag?" Asking that as neutrally as he could, adressing her forehead. She said she would bring it with whatever decorations she wanted to make. She hadn't forgotten, had she?
Louisa was going to get her own shovel from the bag when he stood up and talked. To her forehead that wasn't visible beneath her hair. Name tag. Right. She turned away from him, he addressed the forehead so the forehead should answer him - Oh! Only it doesn't have a MOUTH. Hmpf.
Humming to herself as if the world was a wonderful, wonderful place Louisa knelt down and started rummaging through her stuff in the bag. She got the shovel out and laid it on the ground, then the gloves next to it and finally the name tag, with a big title of 'Herbology Task Force' on top of it. Their names, year, and house were added too. She pinned it to the dummy's shawl and took a step back admiring HER work.
Moving on. The Ravenclaw settled down on her knees and brought the flower box to her side so that it was the border line between her and him. She slipped her gloves in and started digging a small neat hole with her shovel. The flowers were supposed to form one word that is 'Respect' right? He did mark the places with small balls of light as well so it wasn't really hard to determine where to plant the flowers.
Louisa put the shovel aside, grabbed the first flower and cradling its roots carefully she placed it inside the hold and started putting back the dirt around it, then patting it gently. It didn't water right now, correct? It was only a flower. They could moisturize the soil once they were done with all of them. She moved to digging another hole in the other place he'd marked. Repeating the process over and over again, and making sure not to look at him or acknowledge him.
She was still humming.

Good thing she didn't forget it, though João could only see it out of the corner of his eye. He was busy planting the flowers back, of course, according to the plan of 'Respect'. He was already done with 'R', which was the hardest, when she was done decorating the scarecrow. Different type of flowers per letter, right. As if it would even look good like that. But he hadn't argued--he just didn't. He regretted the day he signed up for this, and he cursed the day he agreed working with her; now he only wanted to be done with it.
He didn't even look at her when she apparently decided to help him. He was halfway in the 'E' and he was pleased at how fast it went, for he was also using his wand to open the spots. He got the hang of it and in four minutes, he was done with 'E' and 'S', careful to use different flowers with each letter.
In less than 10 minutes since she lowered herself to work on the soil too--'villager girl!'--they were done spelling out 'RESPECT' right in front of the scarecrow decorated in... pink.
He took a step back and viewed the scenery in front of him: A scarecrow of two metres high with pink hat and pink shawl, flowers and dead stems used as decoration, with a name tag on it too that said 'Herbology Task Force'; and right in front of it, centring the scarecrow flowers spelling out 'RESPECT' as each letter was done with a different type of flowers. All in all, it looked nice and he thought people would get that the scarecrow named 'Herbology Task Force' was watching them and demanded respect for the flowers.
He didn't even glance at her though, like the way she did. Instead, he eyed the remaining few flowers for a moment and waited for her to decide what to do about them. He was actually testing her to see if she would talk or not. If not, she could do the cleaning by herself. He was done doing the hard work.

♫♫ Mhhmm...hmmm..mhm...mhmmmmm...♫♫
Aaaand Louisa patted the last flower down ending her humming. She half-smiled down at the work they'd done so far and got up, gloves and shovel still in hands. Few steps to the back and she continued to smile at the 'scarecrow' with her decorative shawl and flowers, the Respect word in different colors and types. Yep, people were totally going to pay attention to this.
She went over to her bag, took her gloves off and grabbed her wand. Non-verbally cleaning the gloves, and the shovel. She stuffed them inside and slid her bag into her shoulder. The extra flowers were going with her, of course. He was a boy, he didn't like flowers. Louisa wanted to... do something with them. Something her conscience doesn't approve of but her subconscious keeps tugging her to do it. She knelt and grabbed the box with the flowers.
She was done.
He could take care of the dead branches and stems. He had his wand so... it shouldn't be hard.
After a moment hesitation, she turned and slowly made her way out of here. No word spoke for over an hour.
Wow. Just... wow, she was impressed with herself once again.

Finally. Finally, she cared to stop humming that stupid song. Seriously, if she hadn't stopped humming, he would have to perform a silencing charm on her and that just wouldn't be pleasant. Unlike her, he didn't hex people if he knew they wouldn't like it at all, unless in a duel or something.
He nodded to himself at the work done. It was a good effort on his behalf, while she just ordered. He congratulated himself mentally over the work done, and finally removed his gloves to clean them along with the shovel. He performed the cleaning spells non-verbally again, with his back deliberately to the girl beside him. He paid no attention whatsoever to her as she did her cleaning too, but he heard the footsteps alright. Turning halfway to see her out of the corner of his eyes, he saw that she had taken the flowers with her, but didn't even touch the rest of the work-place, leaving the cleaning up to him.
As if he was her personal maid.
FUMING with that maddening thought, he threw every litter into the other box, face turning redder with every piece he yanked. He just couldn't stand how she--how she used him in this project. He stopped cleaning the area for a moment and took a few breathes quickly with eyes closed. It was no use. The more he stayed there, the more he thought about the whole thing and even exaggerated some of her actions as he played them on his mind. He reopened his eyes and almost kicked down the whole thing. But no... he wouldn't give her that satisfaction. She thought of him as her maid? He would tell who was the rich kid and who was the silly villager.
Collecting every garbage around inside that box as he would dump it in a bin somewhere, he left the place too quickly. He had some planning to do.

Upon hearing his question, Lewis did end up biting his lip a little, not because he was nervous but rather because he was thinking about the question. "Uhm...nothing really." He shrugged, tugging on the sleeve of his shirt absently. "I...I'm just outside." Thank you, Captain Obvious! "W-what are you doing?" Since this was quite obviously not about work or anything serious. This was just two people talking. Two guys talking. Something Lewis was very unfamiliar with.

Now that Ella had all the flowers she needed for her first mission on the task force, the second year was ready to gather some branches. After putting some serious thought into it, she decided the pathways would be a good spot to look for them. The path was lined with large trees on either side and there was bound to be lots of fallen branches on the ground, free for her to pick from. She arrived early, knowing the pathway wouldn't be too crowded, and stepped off to the right, walking in and out of the line of trees, stooping down now and then to inspect the various branches that littered the ground. The blonde wasn't looking for anything too big, that would be too hard to arrange in the castle. Nope, she just needed some branches bigger than twigs but not too long or too heavy. She was quite small after all.
As she continued to walk, Ella stumbled upon a particularly large pile of sticks around the outskirts of one of the trees. "Awesome." She said to herself as she bent down to gather some of them. She realized it would probably be easier if she bound all the sticks she needed together in one large bundle to carry back to the castle so she pulled some rope from her bag and set it aside on the ground. Once she had enough wood for the idea she had in mind, she pushed them together in a neat pile and began to wind the long rope around the middle of the pile, securing them all together. "Perfect." Now she could check off the second set of materials needed for her mission. GRIN. Ella picked up the bundle and placed her bag back over her shoulder before heading back to the castle to create the last materials she would need.
Sophie didn't know his first name? That didn't surprise him since just a few people only knew his first name. "Its Edvard." he mumbled hoping that Sophie didn't catch that. He never like his first name. Its just sound too old for his liking. "Oh. Okay." Well, he won't be too surprise if the girl manage to find the spell since she's SO smart.
"Yup!" Messer nodded his head. "Its just SO boring. You just circling around the pitch looking for the snitch and when you do, you only feeling the excitement of the game like fifteen minutes or so." he told her. But, hey! That's just his opinion tho. "Why not?" he pouted again. "I promise I won't be that annoying." Liar!"Have you ever watched any Appleby Arrows matches live?" he asked.
"Yeah. Me too." He missed his Astronomy Professor. And stargazing? "I miss stargazing too." Last year Astronomy assignment was FUN! They're allowed to visit the observatory late night to stargaze. How cool is that! "Too bad they closed the observatory this year." he frowned. Its not that they can't do some stargazing from the grounds but stargazing from observatory was the BEST! "I hope they will open it soon."
Color Change Charm? Messer raised his eyebrows at this. Why would Sophie like that particular charm? Oh so she like that charm because she could change color anytime then? Made Ella's face turn to green?! He laughed at that. "I bet Ella wasn't too please you made her green." Too bad he missed that. "We're allowed to decorate our dorm room?" Oh he didn't know that. He'd love to decorate his messy dorm. His favorite spell? "That would be Accio!" he beamed. "It made my life easier." You know you just Accio! your things and it'll fly towards you. How awesome is that?
What? Sophie almost couldn't understand what he said, buuuut she thought she heard 'Edvard'. "You mean like professor Roslund's first name?? That's so cool, Messer!" Even if she knew his first name now, it would be weird to call him anything else but 'Messer'. That was his first name in Sophie's head still. Heh.
Coming to think of it, Seeker was indeed the least cool position! "You're actually right! And they can't even pay close attention to the rest of the game, otherwise they'll let the other team get the snitch!" It was still a very important position, of course, but not that cool. Sophie smirked at his comment. He wouldn't be annoying... Yeeeah, right! "Okay, but don't complain if I start making arrows fly about!" Not that she would do that, of course, what if it hit someone?? He didn't have to know that, though. "Oh, I have!" She said enthusiastically. "Just once. It was a match against the Kenmare Kestrels. Their leprechauns are so cool!" She said with a smile. "But WE won, of course!" GRIN. "I wish I had seen a match against your team! But dad said it's too dangerous..." Because of their rivalry and stuff. But Sophie WOULD watch a match of these two teams one day! She could even go with Messer once they were old enough! How awesome would that be?? "What about you??" She asked excitedly. Talking Quidditch was fuuuunnnnnn!!!
"I know! It was so fun to go up there! I've found some pretty nice stars on that assignment!" She had never stargazed like that before, and it was BRILLIANT! "I hope so too!" She could look at the stars from their Common Room and all, but it was so close to the grounds it was almost pointless! "Have you been stargazing anywhere?" Because staying out late at night was... not cool. At least stay out long enough to stargaze properly, that is. They could even get detention! Nope, not cool at all.
Sophie chuckled again. "She didn't mind, actually!" Thank Merlin! "She even let Laura draw some red dots on her face after that, hahaha!" She loved everything that happened in their dorm. She had the best roommates of all Hogwarts! Sophie shrugged her shoulders. "I don't know if we are allowed, I just did it!" And it looked wicked! Surely they wouldn't get in trouble for making things prettier, right? Accio? That was indeed a very useful spell! "I bet you're really good at it then!" It had actually taken Sophie a little while to get the hang of that spell. She wasn't even sure if she was good at it yet. She could try! Pointing her wand at another dry leaf, she said firmly. "Accio!" The leaf moved a little, but stopped halfway there."I have to practice this one a lot more!" She said looking back at Messer. "Do you have any tips?"
Heh.

"Yes, its like Professor Roslund first name." That's one of the reason why he like their last Astronomy Professor. Cool? His name? "No, its not." Having the same name like his Professor was but his name definitely not cool, because he has the same name like his father. They just put Junior after his last name. How come his parents, namely his father, not as creative as other parents. "But please don't call me with that name." he told Sophie.
See. See. See. He's right. "Yeah and not to mention that they're the key for a team to win or lose the game." Well, that's not entirely true but 150 points were a LOT. "You could do that?" he asked in awe. Like seriously? That was just WOW! "You're so lucky. I never see Kenmare Kestrels game." He wanted to see the leprechaun. "How's the leprechaun looks like?" he asked. "Yeah. Me too. My Father won't allow me to go to any Wimbourne Wasps vs Appleby Arrows games." His cousin told him that its a very interesting match. Duh! They're enemies. "Yes, I've only seen one game live. Its Wimbourne Wasps vs Chudley Cannons." He remembered that was a week after his father told him that he's a wizard. Good time.
"Yeah. Me too." he nodded his head. "What's your favorite star or constellation?" Everybody has one, so he's curious what's Sophie's. "At school? Just once I think." Yeah just one time. "How about you?"
She didn't mind? Oh, the wonder of the girls mind. He never understand how it works probably never will. "Red Dots?!" Merlin! "Did you take any pictures?" Because he'd love to see Ella in green and with red dots on her face. Hmm..Maybe he should asked Mummy Badger about that or maybe the new TreyenLewis. "Umm..I'm not that good. Not as good as you." That's for sure. Tips? She asked for tips? Errr..Okay. "Well, I just pictured the thing I want to summon flying to my hands." Probably not the best tips ever but it always work for him. "Oh and you have to say the object name." He added. Messer put his bag on the ground then "Accio bag!" It flew right into his arms.

Was it him, or did Lewis look worried? Or anxious, or confused, or SOMETHING. Hmmm, interesting. Maybe Lewis was just... shy. Paulie shrugged it off for now.
He couldn't stop himself from giving a curt laugh, though not a mean one, when Lewis responded to his question. "I can see you're outside. I guess the spinnin' in circles thing kinda got me curious." Curious Paulie - surprise, surprise. Lewis asked him his own question next. "Apart from bein' just outside," he smiled. hehe. "I'm just stretchin' my legs and gettin' some fresh air."
Aaaaaand maybe preparing to ask him about Kurumi..
Maybe, possibly, perhaps..... Okay, DEFINITELY.
He stuck his hands in his back pockets and casually shifted his weight. "So, I hear you and Kurumi are an item, eh?"
What? It's not like Paulie sought out the Hufflepuff to interrogate him! But he did happen to bump into him, soo..... might as well, right?
Why was he laughing? Lewis frowned a little at Paulie, averting his gaze to the tree behind the older boy while chewing on his lip. Why did people always think something was funny when it wasn't meant to be? It was happening to him A LOT! And Lewis never knew why. Hmpf.
Oh. That. So he'd see that. "I...I wasn't..." Okay, he kind of HAD been spinning in circles, hadn't he. Not for the purpose of spinning in circles though. "I was just...trying to think of something to do." He trailed off a little towards the end, blushing just a little bit at how weird that probably sounded. So he'd been spinning in circles for lack of anything to do?
THAT...was a really good answer to be honest. "Y-yeah. Me too. What you said." Why couldn't he think of normal answers like the Head Boy? Maybe he could teach him some time. Or make a list for him or something. Though, no, he'd already tried that and had kept mixing up what to say in reply to what.
...
...
If Lewis had had a drink in his mouth he would have probably spit it out right now. How did he...? What...? Why...? While he took a moment to process Paulie's question in which he just blinked at him as if he'd asked him to tell him all the names of the American National Soccer Team players from the last 30 years, the Hufflepuff still couldn't stop his lips from curling into a soft smile.
An item. Lewis wasn't sure if he liked that word but essentially it was true. "Yes..." He replied slowly, blushing a little at the boy's bluntness. Would he approve? Or would he react like Louisa had? Not that she'd outright said that she disappro- Oh, no, wait, she had actually, hadn't she?
"Yes, its like Professor Roslund first name." That's one of the reason why he like their last Astronomy Professor. Cool? His name? "No, its not." Oh, cool! Just like profesor Roslund! Sophie's name was now similar to their Charms professor, but not exactly. She liked that! So he didn't like being called that way? "Why don't you like it? I'm sure your parents do!" She added with a smile. They wouldn't have called him 'Edvard' if they didn't like that name, right?
Sophie nodded at his words. Yes, Seekers had A LOT of responsabilities on their shoulders... Sophie didn't like that. It was never good to have so much responsability over something or someone! At least in her opinion. Do what? He means the arrow thing? She smikred and nodded her head. Yes, so be careful with her, buzz-making boy! "Oh, the leprechauns are cool! They throw out fake coins and make everyone go crazy!" She chuckled. "You're going to love them if you love the color green." Yep! Green was everywhere when leprechauns were around. Sophie laughed out loud when he said he had watched a match against the Chudley Cannons. "I'm sure it was a good match. Your team won, right?" Because please... Chudley Cannons? Really?? Hahahaha! Poor orange team...
Her favorite star or constelation?? "I LOOOOVE the Polaris star!" That had been one of the first ones she had ever spotted! "I mean... isn't that the double star?" Now she was in doubt. "I think it's Polaris... the one that's part of one of that Bears!" Wait, but was that the boule star one? It has been over a year since she had spotted those with Tayla up in the observatory. She missed those times. "I haven't stargazed since last term. I really miss it!" Now she really hoped they opened the observatory again!
Still laughing, Sophie shook her head. "No, we didn't take pictures..." They should have, though! Ella looked pretty nice! Haha! Well, apparently he was better than her with the Summoning Charm. OOHH! They should say the name of the object then?? She watched as his bag flew into his hand and nodded. Right. "Accio Leaf!" She said, pointing her wand at the leaf again. It flew straight to her hand. "OOHHH, I get it! Thank you, Messer!!" She beamed. One more spell to her list! Yay!
João looked around for a moment, quite confused. Right, he was walking to think. Or not to think. Or to think of something else. Or to find the way to the sanctuary. He couldn't really remember it. He hadn't really thought it before his legs dragged him here. But here he was, probably away from Aspen.
Aspen.
How he'd made a fool of himself. Still...
Shivering a little despite his layers of clothing, he simply kept walking in small circles with his hands in the pockets, thinking. Or trying not to think. The whole business was so silly that... that it made no sense at all.
Maybe he shouldn't head for the sanctuary after all.

Coming from the Magical Creature Sanctuary, hands in the pockets of his dragon-leather jacket, Willy walked rather briskly toward the castle. He needed more brandy.......... for the dragon, of course, and he had a feeling the House Elves were sort of withholding it from him.
It was probably Toddles, the bloody troublemaker.
Thoughts absorbed by the baby dragon and baby elf, Willy found himself walking straight into what felt like a pillow. "OOF!" he muttered belatedly, realizing a second too late that he'd knocked over the pillow.
Er.... the breathing pillow? "Sorry?" Williamson blinked down at whatever he'd knocked over. Was that... was that the great marshmallow man??!

Just when João was really focused and could refrain from thinking about some certain things, there was always someone to crash into him to break all the concentration. He was ready to glare at whoever it was, only he saw that it was none other than the very professor of the dragon.
Or should he have said the father?
He really forgot about it all for a moment for the excitement of finding the man alone.
"It's okay, professor," he said and even managed a half-hearted smile. It usually wasn't okay, but the professor actually fathered a dragon and... João didn't want to think of the possible things that little thing could do to him if it wasn't okay.
"Your dragon," he got up though it was a bit of a struggle with the coats, "how is..." It? She? He? Did it really matter which gender he called it with? "How is the dragon?" Yeah, safest option was always the best.

Oh, it was just that kid, the one with the funny accent and the even funnier name. Ehh no big deal, really. Willy thought about offering the boy a hand up, but it was much more hilarious to watch him attempt to get up from underneath all those coats.
No wonder Willy had thought he looked like a marshmallow. "Bit chilly out here, eh?" he remarked quietly, fighting off another snigger or two. But then the marshmallow man was asking about his dragon, and William's face lit up for reals.
"He's fine, thanks for asking," he answered eagerly. "Roro's been flapping his wings and trying to light his ferret snacks on fire for the past week but you know, he hasn't had much success there." He chuckled and gave the kid a second glance.
He'd been to the lessons, right? Willy wouldn't need to go on a long tangent about dragon growth and development? No, William remembered he had done his homework; he just didn't know... how to say the boy's name.
"What's your name again?" he asked rather bluntly. "Are you interested in a career with dragons, perchance?"

Chilly? Oh not at all, João was just on the beach getting sun-tanned. The coats were just for the show.
Really. Good thing the man was a professor that was quite capable of giving detentions and deducting points and owned a dragon. João just let it pass with a short nod. It was obvious he was quite cold, or else, why the layers of clothing?
Moving on.
So the dragon was a he, eh? Good to know. He figured it would be fun to watch and shared some of the man's enthusiasm. But only some. To the point where he had to get any closer than ten metres. Then, his enthusiasm turned easily into fear and... he tried not to imagine being the ferret that was to be set on fire.
"Will it... he, will he recognise you when he's a fully-grown dragon?" Did it even recognise him now?
He paused for a second and considered telling him his easy name. But see, there was something in his manner that... he just wanted to tell his lovely name and snigger while he tried to pronounce it. He was a professor, sure, and João was respectful to no end but... he sometimes just couldn't resist.
"I'm João, sir, João Teixeira." Teixeira was just one of his other surnames and there were no limits in using it.
"I am, in a way... I want to study law or politics." So he'd be regulating them. Much safer, much more entertaining.

Oh.
Heheh. Lewis was trying to think of something to do, so he came up with spinning around in circles? Well, Paulie liked his train of thought. Granted, it was strange, but Paulie liked strange. Paulie was strange, so. Yeah. The Gryffindor shrugged and gave another smile. "Well, you're talkin' to me now, so I guess you've found somethin' else to do, huh?" For the time being.
YES! See, look! Lewis' reaction to that Kurumi question was PRICELESS. It even resembled Kurumi's reaction when he'd asked a similar question to her, what with the initial shock, followed by the traces of a small smile. Kurumi blushed WAY more, though. That girl's cheeks seriously turned to wildfire. Paulie's lips parted in a grin, though, and he nodded at the Hufflepuff prefect. "I think you guys make a good couple." Judging by the dreamy smiles and blushiness! hehe. With no hesitation on the subject that really was none of his business, Paulie went on. "And I mean, I've never met Jonathan.. and I feel bad for him, 'cause all this probably hurt like hell for him," he started, as he shifted his weight and ruffled his hair a little. "But I'm sure that he'd rather have Kurumi with the person she admires most, instead of staying with Jon just for the sake of sparing his feelings." Moments after those words left his mouth, however, Paulie had an epiphany. LOUISA. No wonder Louisa had disapproved so much of them! For she was currently in a strikingly similar situation! Louisa, however, had taken the route Paulie only just explained..

Did a kneazle have this boy's tongue or....? Strange. He just went from being cheerful to tongue-tied. Perhaps he was bi-polar. Heh. Going from hot to cold, needing coats... totally made sense to Willy.
"Yeah, he should recognize me," Willy answered a moment of thought. "I mean, I'm raising him, right? What sort of creature wouldn't recognize his own father?" He might have done that thing again where he forgot that he wasn't actually, biologically the dragon's father...
Eh, whatever. So the kid was Joahhhhhhhm Teixieieria? Cool. "I'm gonna call you JT, kid, since I can't pronounce that," at least he was honest, "but cool name."
It might have been an even worse name than WWW.
"So are you interested in laws and regulations regarding magical creatures?" Williamson squinted at the seventh year. "Because if you do go into politics one day, you should definitely change the law regarding dragon trading. Just sayin', it's too restrictive."

...his own father? João frowned. Did it--he really see him as his father? What about in wild nature then? Didn't they go killing each other? Or--they surely forgot all about their parents, no? Even the dogs did! Those were just a myth?
He really knew nothing about dragons, it seemed. It was just that he couldn't get himself too interested in creatures that certainly wouldn't mind eating him. And he didn't want to ask those out loud. What if those were common knowledge and the Professor just laughed at him?
Instead... "What do they eat in wild nature when they are... babies?" Brandy was a human beverage, after all. Did they go around looking for brandy? He hoped not... Or else, he certainly would have heard such a... scandal.
...
...JT? JT?!JAY-TEA?!
N...no. He... he couldn't accept that. He wasn't JAY-TEA! He was João! How hard could it be to say João? He hadn't even tried!
"Sure, professor." The man had a dragon that was to grow up in 2 years and would still recognise him. Better to... just accept some things to... live. Yeah. To live. At least, he didn't try to call him Jo or something.
"I'm insterested in becoming the Minister of Magic." He nodded brightly. If dragons were his love, politics and law were João's. "Well, I'll probably be minister of Brazil, but I'll keep that in mind."
And thus came the first request of his soon-to-start political life.

"I just don't like it. It sounds too old. Don't you think?" And about his parents? He's pretty sure that his father never liked his mother decide to named his own son after him. He even said that to his face when he's little but he's not gonna tell Sophie that.
Okay then, he won't making a buzz sound now or Sophie would do the arrow thing. "Fake coins?" That sounds pretty cool! "Did you get one of those?" he asked. Messer won't be too surprise about people going crazy because of that, because he's going to be one of those crazy people too if he's there. "Its an okay match." Since its against the Canons. "Of course my team won." Duh!
Polaris Star? Was she mean THE Polaris or the other one? "Oh. The one in the the Little Bear?" For a moment he thought she mean THE Polaris. "You never stargazing at home?" he asked Sophie. Well, its not as great as stargazing from the observatory but it's kinda fun too if you missed stargazing.
"Ah. Too bad." Because he want to see Ella's green face. See. She did it at her first trial. Well, she's smart after all he shouldn't be surprise. "You're really good with charm." He even didn't managed to do that summoning charm correctly on his first trial. "How did you become so good with charm?" he couldn't help to ask. Maybe she could give him a few tips?

Ah, that question. Yep, a lot of people liked to ask that one. Willy shrugged, tucking his hands deeper into the pockets of his dragonhide coat.
"They generally have their mother's milk, which is fortunate for them, as well as the fresh blood of whatever animals their parents catch for them." He had access to neither, so... brandy and chicken blood it was.
JT, Minister of Magic, eh? "Well well," Willy chuckled, "congratulations to you! When you do become Minister," Minister of Brazil, Britain, wherever, "you won't forget your old professors, will ya, JT? I wouldn't say no ter a government job."
Heh. He clapped the boy on the shoulder and started them walking back toward the castle, even if JT hadn't been going in that exact direction. "So you'll rule Brazil first and then move to Britain, right? Why Brazil? Britain too cold for ya?"
Man Willy was cracking himself up today.

Adam was walking outside along the pathways, pacing slightly as he did so. This was the first time that he was going to be seeing Louisa since their date, and honestly Adam was nervous. He had a strong feeling how this was going to go, and the howler that he'd received from his grandfather this morning the remains of which were shoved into his pocket certainly hadn't done a lot to help his mood. So, needless to say a scowl was what was present across his lips. Maybe it would be better if he just sat down. Heading over to the edge of the walk Adam sat down, pulling his knees up to his chest as he waited for Louisa.

Louisa, however, had taken the route Paulie only just explained..
His logic was just flawless to be honest. Now Lewis had something to do. Which was talking to Paulie. "I did!" He returned the Head Boy's smile with one of his own, even though it was a little more hesitant but no less friendly. "You do too." Not that he hadn't had anything to do before. He'd been - what had he said? - just getting some fresh air and stretching his legs.
Which didn't sound too time consuming really so maybe he would have some time to talk to him too.
Lewis wasn't completely sure he liked the grin on Paulie's face but it very slowly made him smile widen until it almost matched the Gryffindor's. He did look happy so no need to believe that he wasn't genuinely happy right now. Happy or amused. Or maybe both? It was always so hard to tell for hi- HE THOUGHT WHAT?! "T-thank you!" He blushed some more, DEFINITELY taking this as a compliment from the older boy. Now he had to return the compliment right? Only how? He would have to-
Before he got to say anything about that, Paulie went on and what he said made Lewis' face fall slightly, his smile fade and his happy expression being replaced by a look of guilt. "I-I feel bad for him too." He muttered, bowing his head slightly in shame as he bit his lip. The Gryffindor's next words made him look back up at him again however, a small frown on his face as he tried to make sense of them. Was that what Jonathan was supposed to do? Be happy for them basically? That sounded like a very unlikely scenario. "I don't think anybody is that...selfless." He hated to disagree with the Head Boy but this just sounded like it would only happen in a perfect world.
Adam was walking outside along the pathways, pacing slightly as he did so. This was the first time that he was going to be seeing Louisa since their date, and honestly Adam was nervous. Her cold was mild now even if her voice still sounded too nasal. Louisa had her coat as she strolled out of the castle and toward the pathways where he told her to meet him. All the way into the green road, she had her hands in her pockets and her eyes staring off as her mind raced through possibilities. She hadn't seen Adam since their date last week and despite being cool about the whole thing with Paulie, she was extremely nervous today.
She spotted Adam sitting solemnly on the ground with his knees drawn to his chest, a very visible scowl on his face. Uh oh. This couldn't be good. Louisa slowed down in her pace until she came to stand in front of him. "Adam... why are you sitting on the ground? It's cold." she gave him a measured smile.

Adam was eyeing a bird hopping along the ground on the other side of the path when he heard footsteps. He looked up to see Louisa staring at him, a somewhat weird expression on her face. "It seemed as good a place as any," Adam said with a gentle shrug of the shoulders and a small smile. But given by the different sound of her voice which could only be caused by a cold, Adam stood up, brushing the back of his jeans as he did so. "How are you?" Adam asked, closing the distance between them slightly so that they were closer. "I...uh...I wanted to talk to you about things. About our date and your thoughts," Adam said not really looking at Louisa's face but rather a spot over it.

She lifted her eyebrows and her mouth instinctively curled down at the corners. As good a place as any? That... was a bad choice of words. It only meant he was either in a sad mood or he was not very happy to see her. Bad news. Louisa, however, just looked down at her feet awkward. She would've told him to get up if he hadn't already gotten up already. "I'm good. Had a rough cold for a couple of days but I'm much better now."
Louisa almost asked him the same but he started talking again and this time she lifted her gaze to look up at him while he dropped his. That was just a proving sign of his bad mood.
"O-okay. Tell me what you're thinking, Adam. You're obviously... stressed out." She took hold of his arm to make him look at her as he talked.
