"Give yourself more credit Taylor and if you want to we can still go practice sometime. I always need the practice. Speaking of practice did I actually see Damon on a broom in class today?" She never thought in a million years she would see him on a broom. It just didn't seem like something he would do.

Tay laughed, "Yeah we can." She nodded and smiled, "Yeah you did." Taylor grinned, "I uh.... lets say convince instead of forced.... him to go to the class." Tay snickered a little.

Minerva laughed "I thought I did see him. It just really surprised me since I didn't think he liked to fly or ever wanted to. He sure has changed a lot it seems in just a matter of a few weeks. His hair is red, eyes always that wonderful green." Min blushed saying this.."His clothes are not just all black, what's going on with him?" Was this change for Taylor she wondered or for another reason.

Tay sighed and shrugged, "Who knows... I'm not used to the red and green....." SHe dont know which she prefered..... Taylor laughed, "Well he didnt want to go but i made a deal with him." She smirked.

Minerva put her friend into a hug. It was just good to be friends again and she feared that something might push them apart again. She didn't want to lose her friends. "I am sorry for everything Taylor." she let go of her friend and looked at her. "I know things are still awkward and confusing, but I am very worried about Damon. It's still pretty awkward between us, so I know he won't come to me like I have told him he can. I just wish we could get past this, but until we can please look after him and make sure he is getting along with everything and if you need anything or if something goes wrong I am here to help in anyway I can. she didn't know how things were going with his family, but wanted to make sure that if he couldn't ask her for help someone else was allowed to as well. She would still do anything for him and for Taylor.

Taylor nodded and smiled, "I will keep an eye out if you do the same with Maxwell... I am worried about his relationship with his mother..." Tay sighed and gave a half grimace.

Minerva looked down "I know what your talking about. We have been spending a lot of time together lately. I think we just understand how the other feels right now, but he has talked about her a few times. I wish I knew how to help fix it. I would give anything to have my family back and hate to see him or Damon wasting time being mad at their parents." she did wish she could figure out how to help both boys with their issues, but she just didn't know how to do it. "I guess all we can really do is just listen to them and be there when they need the shoulder."

Taylor nodded, "Yeah i guess that is all we can do." She sighed, "I hate seeing them angry at their parents..." She thought about her father and a tear ran down her face. "It is a waste of time that could be spent doing things with them..." Tay trailed off.

Minerva saw the tear and remembered her dad. She hugged her friend again "I get it, I feel the same way." looked back at Taylor she pulled a tissue from a bag and handed it to her. "Well I guess I shouldn't keep you to much longer, you were probably heading somewhere important." she wondered if it was with Damon somewhere, she really needed to stop bringing him into her thoughts, she wasn't with him anymore and needed to stop..

Tay shook her head, "Actually i wasnt really going anywhere." She chuckled, "I just wanted out of the dorm and common room and so i took a walk." Taylor smiled, "I am glad that we had this talk." SHe nodded, "Though i will let you go."

Minerva smiled "I'm really glad we ran into each other. Well I do hate to run, but maybe we could meet up later to hang out." She hoped Taylor would want to meet up and hang out later, she could use some girl time with hopefully her best friend, if Taylor still considered her that or not she wasn't sure.

Tay nodded, "YEah i would love to meet up later to hang." She smiled and laughed, "See ya."

João was just happy to finish yet another day in this horrible castle. He laughed dryly to himself upon that 'horrible castle'. Had a 'Hogwartian' heard that word for their 'beloved' castle, they would probably kill him. He laughed again. He couldn't understand their great love for the castle. Maybe it was only him that couldn't find anything special in it... yeah, it was probably only him that hated it here, judging by the smiles and all that stupid merry things around him. He just wished it was over and he could return to his home. He still had about A MILLION years to return though... how exciting.

Halting for a moment on the first stair to the Slytherin Room, he sighed to himself. It was probably too crowded in there, especially that it was late and everyone was back from dinner. He had started eating his dinners after the normal hour as of late to avoid all the phony people around him. Maybe he should just slip out of the door into the grounds... would they find him there? Looking around uncertainly, he noticed the Broom Cupboard. Better. He could even lock its door, so no one could annoy him there. Turning, he retreated his steps and opened the broom cupboard, entering there swiftly.

At least he could be alone for another or two hours.

Minerva was fuming and walking quickly as she drugging Ariana by the arm from the front gate. Once she felt it was far enough away that Ariana wasn't going to turn around and shot another spell at anyone she stopped and turned to face her. "Can you PLEASE tell me what that was about? Where you setting me up to fight my friends, was that part of your craziness or something? You know I really wanted to be your friend and really wanted you to like me, but I am not going to be put in the middle of all my friends and made a foul of..." She pulled Ariana's wand out of her pocket and handed it back to her. "and don't even think about using it on me."

Ariana was still being dragged no PULLED by min untill she stopped at the front gate "I'm sorry, Taylor honestly started it, i was defending myself, and when i told thenm i was going to go see you they taunted me with you saying that you were there friend and didnt like me and that you would take your side, Damon told me to owl you over." she was rubbing her still bleeding arm. "I'm Sorry stop yelling at me!" she said almost on the verge of tear, today was NOT her day she took her wand back and set it right in it's holster

Minerva sighed and pointed her wand to the spot that was bleeding "Episkey" the scratch healed up. Then she looked at Ariana no still glared at her a bit. "I don't really care who started it. I am all your friends, I am not taking sides. I am sick to death of feeling torn between everyone." Wait did Ariana actually look upset, there is no way she was looking that upset, right? Minerva's glare fell and she looked guilty a bit for being so mean. "I'm sorry I yelled and I'm sorry I took your wand, but I was afraid that your crazy behind would do something and get expelled and how am I going to to explain that to Maxwell. Oh yes Honey I was right there and watched the entire thing without trying to stop her. I don't think so. Ariana I want to be your friend, but lets get something straight right here, I might be a puff, but I'm not a scared puff, I have dealt with dumb crazy things the last few years and my fear tolerance has gone up so don't think I am afraid just because you act tough and aren't afraid to use your wand." She did want to be Ariana's friend, but she was done being walked over by everyone.

Ariana just moved over to the corner of the hallway and sat down she didnt want to deal with all of this she covered her face in her hands and tried to tune out the world.

Minerva stood there shocked, did she just walk away without one word?? Was this the real Ariana, or was someone pretending to be here. Minerva stood there confused for a few minutes and then walked slowly towards her. What if it was a trap and she would be floating again.. She made her way over towards her newest friend. "Ariana, I'm sorry, I guess I'm just a bit upset. I didn't mean to go off on you like that."

Ariana shook her head "it's Not Just you Minerva. it's it's just everything, i try to be a good friend and it always blows up in my face and im just tired of it." of course there was more a lot more to why she was so upset but she wasnt going to parade her feelings around

Minerva looked at her and felt bad. She remembered she seemed upset about her aunt the last time she had actually had a conversation with her. Maybe that was what was bothering Ariana, but Minerva didn't want to push the issue. "You know Ariana, I might be Maxwell's girlfriend, but I can still be your friend. I know you and Taylor didn't hit it off very well, but I would like for us to try and be friends. So if you ever need to talk I can listen."

Ariana didnt look up she instead just tucked her knees to her chest and dug her face into her lap, hoping Minerva couldn't hear the little crying she was doing

Minerva just sat there feeling kind of awkward, she wasn't sure how to help Ariana and if she wasn't going to speak to Minerva how was Minerva suppose to know what to do. She decided to take a chance and put her hand on Ariana's shoulder hoping she wouldn't get a broken nose over it or something. "Are you going to be okay?"

Ariana shrugged and muttered out an "I dont know." with her head still down she tried to stop the last few tears that streamed down her face.

Minerva wished there was something she could do to make her feel better. "Ariana, do you want to talk about it? What's going on?" Minerva hoped she would talk to her so that she could try to help some how.

Ariana lifted her face now red and tear stained "i dont want to bother you with my problems minerva." she said quite honestly
