SPOILER!!: Beauty and the Beast Information and Synopsis
Synopsis/Summary:
(Copied from IMDB)
In the prologue, told through stained glass windows, an old beggar woman arrives at the castle of a French prince. The woman asks for shelter from the cold, and in return, offers the young prince a rose. Repulsed by her appearance, the prince turns her away. The beggar warns him not to judge by appearances, but the Prince ignores her and shuts the door on her. The woman then throws off her disguise, revealing that she is a beautiful enchantress. The Prince tries to apologize, but she has already seen the lack of kindness in his heart. She conjures a powerful curse, transforming him into a hideous beast, his servants into anthropomorphic household items, and the entire castle and all its surroundings into a dark, forbidding place, so that he will learn not to judge by appearances. The curse can only be broken if the Beast learns to love another and receives the other's love in return before the last petal of the enchantress's rose withers and falls; if not, he will be doomed to remain a beast forever. As the years pass, the Beast sits in his castle wallowing in despair, convinced that no one could ever love him.
Years later, a beautiful young peasant woman named Belle lives in a nearby village with her father, Maurice, who is an inventor. Belle is seen as "odd" by the other townsfolk due to her preference for reading books. She is the object of unwanted attention from the local hunter, Gaston, whom she perceives as an egomaniac and 'positively primeval', barbarian-brained, lunkhead. He and his sidekick, LeFou, openly mock her father's inventions and her love of books. Belle reveals her feelings of loneliness to her father, who promises her that his next invention, a wood-chopping machine, will be the start of a new life for them both.
Maurice rides off to a fair with his invention, but gets lost and loses his horse as night falls. He escapes from some wolves and desperately seeks shelter from a storm. Cold and tired, he stumbles upon a mysterious castle and enters. One by one, the enchanted household items - Lumière the candelabra, Mrs. Potts the teapot and her son Chip the tea cup and Cogsworth the clock and head of the household - welcome him. The Beast, however, is enraged when he discovers Maurice and locks him in a dungeon in the castle tower.
The next day, Gaston arranges a wedding ceremony right outside of Belle's house and invites the entire town. He invites himself in to propose to her and gives her an image of their life together -- "A rustic hunting lodge, my little wife massaging my feet, while the little ones play on the floor with the dogs; oh, we'll have six or seven [strapping boys, like me]". Belle attempts to politely decline when Gaston corners her against her front door and tries to kiss her. As she opens the door to move out of the way, he falls through the door frame and into the mud in front of the entire town. This serves as a hard blow to Gaston's ego.
Belle, who worries when her father's horse returns home without him, decides to seek out her father. Eventually, she winds up at the Beast's castle. The objects, their hope renewed with the arrival of Belle, show her the way to the dungeon while keeping themselves concealed from her sight. Belle finds Maurice in the tower dungeon, but the Beast catches her. She offers herself in exchange for her father's life, against his wishes, giving her word to remain in the castle forever. The Beast reveals himself to her, and although Belle is clearly terrified, she bravely refuses to back down from her offer. The Beast agrees and releases Maurice, who is taken back to the village in an walking coach before they can say goodbye. Moved by Belle's sadness, the Beast decides to give Belle a room in the castle instead of keeping her in the dungeon. The Beast gives Belle permission to go anywhere in the castle except the West Wing, refusing to explain why. He shows Belle her room and tells her that they must meet for dinner (at Lumiere's suggestion).
Back in the village, the citizens attempt to cheer up Gaston in the local tavern after Belle's rejection by reminding him how in awe they are of him. Maurice bursts in and asks for help to rescue Belle from "a beast", but no one believes him. When one of the villagers calls him crazy, Gaston thinks of a plan to get Belle to marry him. Maurice goes off to search for Belle alone, unaware of Gaston's plan. Gaston and the others arrive at the house shortly after Maurice leaves. Finding the house empty, Gaston orders LeFou to wait by the porch until Belle and Maurice return.
Belle meets the enchanted objects who cheer her up, but she refuses to have dinner with the Beast. Enraged, he tells the servants that if Belle does not eat with him, she will have to starve, then shuts himself away in the West Wing. He sees Belle through the magic mirror, who angrily cries that she will have nothing to do with the Beast. Melancholy, he watches one more petal fall from the rose. Ignoring the Beast's orders, Lumiere, along with the other servants, welcomes Belle warmly and entertains her with an elaborate dinner and a show. The famous ballroom dance sequence. After dinner, Belle asks the servants for a tour of the castle. Lumiere and Cogsworth happily oblige, but Belle manages to sneak away from them and penetrate into the forbidden West Wing, where she discovers an extremely disarrayed and desolate room, a slashed portrait of a handsome man with strangely familiar blue eyes, and the enchanted rose. The Beast finds her there and frightens her with a terrifying display of temper. Belle flees the castle, disregarding her promise to the Beast, and, in the dark forest, is attacked by wolves. The Beast appears and fights off the vicious creatures, but is wounded during the fight; a grateful Belle returns to the castle and, while tending to the Beast's wounds, thanks him for saving her life. Over some time, the two start to become friends. The Beast even gives Belle "ownership" of his immense library. The household items are excited and optimistic that Belle may fall in love with the Beast and cause them to become human again. The relationship reaches its climax with an elegant dinner and ballroom dance.
After the romantic evening, The Beast notices that Belle seems melancholy. She tells him that she wishes to see Maurice again, just for a moment. The Beast takes her to the West Wing and gives her the magic mirror, explaining that it will allow her to see anything she might desire to see. Belle asks if she can see her father and the magic mirror reveals that Maurice is lost and sick in the forest. The Beast, having fallen in love with Belle, releases her to rescue her father and also gives her the mirror so that she may look back and remember him. Belle hurries off, finds Maurice and takes him back to the village, where a mob gathers to take him to the asylum. Gaston offers to have Maurice spared if Belle agrees to marry him but she still refuses. Belle uses the magic mirror to show the Beast to the villagers, who become frightened at his hideous visage. Belle assures them that the Beast is kind and gentle, and that he's her friend. Out of jealousy and anger, Gaston tells the mob that Belle is as crazy as her father. Belle disagrees and calls him the real beast for wanting to kill him. She tells him off that she sees him as nothing more than a sexist, narcisstic, rude, obnoxious and selfish jerk. Insulted, Gaston rallies the villagers to storm the castle and "kill the beast," convincing them that he is dangerous to the entire town. To prevent Belle and Maurice from warning the Beast, Gaston has his men lock them in the cellar of their home.
With the help of Chip the teacup, who has stowed away in Belle's satchel, Belle and Maurice escape from the cellar using the invention and rush back to the castle. The villagers force open the door, but Lumiere leads the servants in defense of the castle. Gaston deserts the battle to search for the Beast. The servants eventually manage to drive the villagers out of the castle.
Meanwhile, Gaston finds the Beast alone in the West Wing and attacks him, throwing both of them outside on the balcony and rooftops. The Beast does not defend himself because he has given up hope of being able to see Belle again. As soon as he sees Belle arriving at the castle, calling out for him, the Beast gains the will to fight Gaston. A heated battle ensues between the two, culminating when the Beast grabs Gaston by the neck and threatens to throw him off the roof. Gaston begs for his life, and the Beast relents, softened by his love for Belle. He tells Gaston to leave and never come back, and then throws him aside. When the Beast climbs back up to the balcony where Belle is waiting for him, Gaston stabs him in the back, then loses his footing and falls into the deep chasm far below, signalling his death.
Belle tries to reassure the badly wounded Beast that everything will be fine, but he knows that his wound is fatal. The Beast tells her that he was happy to see her one last time, and dies succumbing to his injury. Belle, in tears, whispers that she loves him, just before the last petal falls from the rose. The spell is broken. The Beast, brought back to life, is reverted to his human form, unrecognizable until Belle looks into his blue eyes. The castle becomes beautiful again and the enchanted objects turn back into humans. The last scene shows Belle and the prince dancing in the ballroom while her father and the objects watch and they live happily ever after.

Magic Free Fun Zone. That had been fun last term too so Lewis had figured that he might as well come here again this term too. According to the notice board this one was different to the time he'd been here with Gwen earlier this year. There wouldn't be any board games. No, instead there would be animated movies. Beauty and the Beast. Whatever that was. But seeing as he didn't really have anything better to do and he could really use the distraction...
The smell of popcorn immediately hit him the moment he stepped into the room but apart from that he couldn't make out too much of anything since the movie had apparently already started which meant that it was quite dark. He was just about to make his way over to a nearby seat so he wouldn't be in the way, Lewis just sort of froze in place when there was a lighter sequence in the movie, illuminating the room a little.
Selina's red hair had caught his attention at first but the moment he recognized her, his eyes flickered to the seat next to hers. And there she was. Kurumi. Looking like she really didn't want to be here. Looking she didn't really want to be anywhere right now. She looked like she just wanted to become one with the chair she was sitting on and...disappear.
Lewis swallowed hard upon seeing her like this and the urge to just walk over to where they were sitting was becoming more and more unbearable. But he shouldn't. Selina had said no. That he should wait for her to come to him. But still. This. The way she was now pulling her legs against her chest, it just, it broke his heart. It was terrible to see her like this. Still, he wasn't allowed to go over there. After a moment of being tempted to just walk out of the room again, he decided that he might as well watch the movie after all. It certainly looked...interesting.
And that way he could keep an eye on Kurumi too.
So as quickly as he could he made his way over to a vacant seat, a couple of rows behind Kurumi and Selina and took a seat. Trying to focus on the movie was quite hard seeing as his gaze repeatedly flicked over to where the two girls were sitting. Also, that movie? Yeah, it was about finding true love or something. Perfect timing. Yes. Perfect timing. Only not really.
Kurumi had hardly registered that Selina had even come back to the dorm rooms after her routine....whatever meal of the day it was... nor had she registered her best friend throwing the covers off her. Thankfully, Kurumi had been in her school uniform for the most part - the blouse and skirt part anyway - or else Selina would have been dragging a pajama clad prefect through the castle. Not that Kurumi would have cared. She hardly put any effort into her appearance these days, and that included brushing her hair. So, right now she sort of resembled what Selina looked like towards the end of Potions.
Once sitting down, Kurumi immediately pulled her legs close to her chest and hugged them tightly there. She didn't want to be here. She wanted to be back in bed hiding from the world. It hurt less that way. In bed she could feel numb and not have people looking at her. Not to mention that people were probably judging her...if they knew what had happened. Kurumi felt sick and the smell of the popcorn wasn't helping much.
"Can I go now...." she asked meekly, her voice trailing off at the end just as the theater went dark and the screen showed the Disney logo. Guess that was a no. Kurumi felt a sharp pain in her chest as the movie began, obvious mentions of love in the narration striking a cord with the Gryffindor that made her clutch her chest and almost whimper. Of course, it had to be this sort of story.
In her own twisted way, Kurumi could sort of identify with the Beast... who could ever learn to love a beast? Yeah, that was exactly how she felt right now because that WAS what she was. A monster. A monster that had hurt him so badly that he had cried...and he never cried. Kurumi pulled her legs up even closer now, but still didn't touch the food even if the buttered popcorn smelled delicious.
SPOILER!!: on screen
Selina watched Kurumi carefully out of the corner of her eye after she returned with the food. It seemed that when she was gone Kurumi finally registered where it was that she was and what Selina was making her do. Panic flooded Kurumi's face, but not the energetic panic of someone who was truly alert, it was more lethargic and comparable to the way Kurumi had been ever since her break up. Her just sitting there with nothing to do and virtually no expression made Selina want to shake her. This was not the Kurumi that was her best friend and if her best friend saw this empty shell of a person she would most likely yell at herself. Kurumi was stronger than this, this was the Adam Kurumi and she had grown stronger since then. Now it was like no progress had been made at all.
She perked up when she heard Kurumi say something, but when it registered what her words were Selina shook her head no and coldly turned her face back to the screen. There was no way that Kurumi was going to leave now and Selina had to make a point that Kurumi was going to sit through the entire movie and try to return to at least a shinning moment of normalcy. "No," she replied quickly, "You can't leave." And that was that. Kurumi was not going to fight Selina on that verdict because, honestly, her best friend did not have the energy to do anything right now. Selina knew that Kurumi had no option but to just sit there.
Luckily for Selina, she did not see the action that went along with Kurumi's request, or she might have been tempted to let her friend retreat. It was too late now though. The movie was starting and Selina always sat back a little when a movie started. Growing up not in the Muggle World seeing muggle movies for the first few minutes always frightened Selina. But then she eased into the movie when the pretty lady started to sing.
As the movie slowly progressed, the redhead stole a glance over at her best friend and saw that she was sitting curled up in her seat. That made Selina's heart break. Not even outside of the dorms could Kurumi pull it together, not even for a small moment in time. Her best friend was so much worse than Selina had originally thought she was, there was a lot to be done before she recovered. And she hoped to Merlin that she did.

SPOILER!!: on the screen
Kurumi didn't even have to hear Selina's reply to know what her best friend was going to say. The redhead wouldn't have dragged Kurumi all the way down here just so that she could walk right back up to the dorms. Wishful thinking, perhaps. Although, Kurumi didn't do too much wishing these days. Her mind wandered, just for a moment, to the book club meeting where she had sat across from him and made brief eye contact with him. She had been wanting it for a while....but not what came next. He had ignore her. Ignore that she even existed. So that was how it was going to be then...he would go on pretending like she wasn't there, like she was under an invisibility cloak.
At least he has seemed...normal. Acted as though he was. While it hurt to see that as well, Kurumi was glad that he was able to find some sort of life rhythm. At least he was able to get through his days...without her....
Kurumi really wasn't paying too much attention to the movie and had missed a rather large chunk of things until ... that Gaston guy took Belle's book and complained about there not being any pictures in it. Kurumi almost smiled, almost. It was faint, but there was something that tugged at the corners of her lips...until he tossed the book into the mud and then Kurumi gasped. First of all, books were not supposed to be tossed. Secondly, they were not supposed to be tossed in mud. And thirdly....Kurumi just didn't like the way the guy was puffing out his chest.
Kurumi didn't shift her body position at all, but her head did lift just a little so that it wasn't resting on her knees now. She wasn't sure why, but she felt as though there was someone watching over her. Someone that wasn't her best friend who was clearly taking every opportunity to glance at her out of the corner of her eye. "I'm not going to make a run for it you know," she murmured in a slightly defeated tone. "I wouldn't be able to outrun you anyway." So, Selina could sit back and relax about that happening, right? Still...there was a familiar feeling behind whoever's gaze it was that had fallen on Kurumi and it made her relax a little.
Kurumi sort of zoned out a bit more, partly missing the exchange between Belle and her father...but she didn't miss when that Gaston dude came back and tried to propose to Belle...again.
SPOILER!!: on screen
Her one hand was still clutching the necklace around her neck, but her other hand had idly reached into the buttered popcorn and popped a few into her mouth, chewing them slowly. "He sort of reminds me of Connor," Kurumi ALMOST laughed. There was an obvious hint of airiness to her voice, one that hadn't been there in over a month.

How would she know, since she didn't really know much about those fascinating creatures muggles? "No," she said in response to the girl's question, feeling the blood rush though her cheeks. "Being raised in a wizarding family didn't quite give me the opportunity of learning a lot about muggles and their inventions." She wasn't a big fan of technology either.
The girl was just giggling. Sarah couldn't help and she too joined in. After they got composed, Nora told about being raised in a wizarding family. "I've the same situation too-" she paused, "-er, sort of" She grew up in a total muggle family. Hogwarts letter, she thought it was their school bully's joke. She'd had chunked it out. But not until her uncle explained that her mother had also been to Hogwarts. How he had hidden everything from me! "I grew up at my uncle's" she said, "totally muggle" She had to admit, having magic was handy. Even after four years at Hogwarts, she still had many things to surprise her. "First time here, I was shocked when the lady in the photo shouted at me!" Her lips broke into a smile, remembering her timid first year days.

Ah. The-who-almost-got-me-broken. Ella walked into the room and Sarah grinned sheepishly as she saw her. She found her last escapade with her totally awkward and funny. Sarah waved. He was surely older than her. Sixth? Seventh? "Hello" she said, a bit timidly than intended. "I'm Sarah" she paused, "Fourth year" She pushed her hair back. "Are you excited about this day?" she asked, trying to bring a conversation.

Muggle animated movies? Sounded interesting. The blonde guy walked to the Muggle Studies classroom. He grabbed a box of salty popcorn and entered the classroom. He had ever watched a movie in muggle cinemas. But it was looooong time ago maybe. Hogwarts was great! He never met this at Salem before. But in Salem there also have muggle club so they could discuss anything about muggles, watch movies, plays muggle sports and musics too.
He took a seat at the back row. But the blonde guy didn't realize that actually there was someone familiar was sitting not too far from him.

Jonathan saw that the Magic free Fun Zone finally opened for students to enjoy. Last 2 terms ago, it was also there but Jonathan barely even made it in. He doesn't exactly know what to do inside and besides he hasn't been into one of these movie places. He remembered Ayumi calling it theater or cinema or something like that. Or was it Ryu that said it? That conversation was long gone anyway.
And so, he decided to give this one a try. Muggle Animated Movies. Beauty and the Beast. He heard Jeanne once talking about it but Jonathan wasn't too sure what the story was. He used to be stubborn to listen everytime he sees someone holding a book and does some story time with him. He has finally fixed that now, considering how he just randomly joined the book club meeting for no reason whatsoever at all.
Waiting outside for Louisa. Jonathan checked his watch, she better not be late. Has the movie started yet or something? Come on Louisa, where are you? Jonathan feels super excited about this one too.

She stood up and moved down a few seats and tapped him on the shoulder. Before waiting if she could sit down, she sat down next to him and rested her head on his shoulder. But only for a moment. In that moment she realised WHAT SHE HAD JUST DONE!!
She sat bolt upright and shoved her handkerchief back into her pocket, realising only as she did so that it was Gary's!

She... Louisa was running through the corridor... wasn't... she almost squashed a couple of firsties... late... and darted even faster toward the theater's door, halting eventually at where Jonathan was waiting for her. She doubled over catching her breath, "I'm... not... late.." Just so he knew she wasn't going to accept his blames. "Did the movie start?" The girl straightened up, fixed her hair and then grinned at him. "Let's get inside!"
Without permission, she linked her arm into his and started dragging him into the door. Playing the tour-guide for Purebloods in theater felt like a lifetime career for her, last term Ellie which ended horribly and this term Jonathan. Although her shot with the boy was very likely to be more successful since he didn't lost his dad and the movie was a family fun movie.... unless he'd fallen in love with a monster once. heh heh heh. Okay. No more jokes.
"SO.. you see mister Johnny..." Louisa stopped for a second looking at him sideways, "Can I call you Johnny?" She already did that behind his back so the permission wasn't really significant to her anyways. "This is called cinema! I don't know if you've been to the theater last term but I'll just tell you everything I know already. I'll cut the boring-for-you interesting-for-me information that I read from books." Kudos for Louisa for being friendly today. This Prefect thing was rubbing off on her it seems.
"We go through this door and on to the main hall where rows of seats.." They both had reached the theater by now and Louisa unhooked her arm from him to gesture around her, ".. exist. That giant screen far ahead is where the movie is going to be played. We need to get some snacks and some drinks before we sit down though... come on.." She grabbed his elbow and dragged him toward the corner where muggle and wizard junk food lied down.
just pretend that she tapped his left shoulder.. quiet hard.

The blonde guy paid attention too much to the movie. Beauty and the Beast, eh? He never watched this movie before. But it sounded interesting. He put the popcorn on his mouth. Nom nom nom.. and continued watching the movie again. While suddenly he just realized that someone tapped his left shoulder.
OH NO!
No one knew that his left shoulder was seriously injured. Well, it happened months ago, but it was still painful when somebody tapped it. "Ouch!" he said. Then he stared at the person who dare to tap his shoulder.
EEEEEEEEEEEEPPPP...
It was her. Again! When he was everywhere in this place at Hogwarts, why she was there too? Did she follow him everywhere? Well, except Boys' bathroom and dorm, of course.Did he tell her before about his injury before? Maybe not. So she dared to do that.
"Oh, you again." said him cool. Then he continued to eat his popcorn again and sip his softdrinks. Mmm.. Pepsi.

Jonathan can already hear noises from the inside. Wait, has it really started? Jonathan however, still did not take a look. He wasn't gonna until Louisa shows her face in this very spot. If he goes inside, he might like what he sees and well, he might not come back to see her. Eyeing his watch again, he was beginning to think the Louisa might stood him up. Really? This girl better not be. She was going to teach him about these things today and he was actually looking forward to her so-called lecture as well.
Hmmph.
As he saw her come in and stood beside him, catching her breath, Jonathan starred at her. He wanted to say she was late but that was obvious enough even she knows it. Then Louisa just started talking and just grabbed his arm. It was all happening to fast, Jonathan doesn't even know if he had time to blink. Was she so excited about the movie too? Jonathan was following her, well sort of following her, considering his arm was linked into hers and didn't have much choice as he dragged his feet inside as well.
As soon as Jonathan went inside, he finally smiled. Wow, it all looks nice and kinda fancy with the moving images and all that. Movies. Muggles have some pretty awesome stuffs for entertainment.
JOHNNY?
Jonathan looked at her and shrugged. Pffft. "No nicknames" he eyed her. Yes, no nicknames. Why would she even want to call him that. Seriously, was his name that long??? Jonathan shook his head once more to confirm to Louisa, NO means NO.
Then she started explaining about it. See? He was right. IT IS A CINEMA. He heard it correctly and is glad with all of this. Louisa was just going on and on about all of the things. It feels like she was speaking in jibberish or something. Nonetheless, Jonathan was still at awe with it. His head moved from top to bottom and left to right. Simply amazed with it.
And then once again he was suddenly swooped. He hasn't said anything to her for the whole five minutes and he was constantly just bounced from one place to another like a ball. Reaching the food and snacks area, Jonathan took a good look with all the fun snacks to enjoy. They seem to all look good so he glanced over to Louisa "Pick for me. Recommend me anything." he said trying to pick any type of candy.

A magic free fun zone. Charlit liked the idea of a zone where they could have fun, without magic! It would be like a challenge, she pictured a giant obstical course faced with hidden creatures that they would need to deal with, without magic.
She stepped into the room, OK, not exactly what she expected. She was captivated by the picture on the wall, it was like a drawing on a book only the people in the picture moved in and out really fast and even some of the candels and clocks moved! This was the coolest magic she had ever seen, oh but wait, it was a magic free zone... how do the muggles do it? "I don't get it!" she said. "How is this picture moving so fast?"
Jezzabelle was running a little late but she slipped into the back row as quietly as possible. It was one of her favorite movies and she was a little sad she had missed a big chunk of the beginning but it was still in it's early phases. She pulled her self into a comfortable little ball in the seat and was thanking Merlin she was tiny.
She hadn't made plans to come here with anyone just to come. She couldn't remember what happened earlier that day but whatever it was made her late. Every time she tried to remember she would come up blank and everything would be black. Oh, well. All she needed to do was lose herself into the lovely story of Belle and the Beast. She watched as Gaston tried to propose to Belle a second time and she just shook her head. When a person says no, they mean no.

Recommend me anything." he said trying to pick any type of candy.
No nicknames? Bummer. She had to remember not to say Johnny in front of him now. Oh well, the earth won't stop spinning if it slipped once or twice. Louisa eyed him for a second when he was nonchalant about the snacks. Huh. "Okay." Really. Something was off with him... and no, she didn't mean the usual things that were off with him for the whole time she'd known him, this was like he was just there. Physically there.
Louisa shrugged to herself and started grabbing all kinds of snacks, "There is a variety of snacks in here, I'll just grab most of the muggle ones since you already know and tasted the wizardy ones. Take this.." she shoved the bucket of snacks into his arms and started filling two popcorn bowls, "Popcorn is like a classic for watching a movie. If you consider the amount of butter or oil you use to make it, it can even be a light snack. We can't get you into the cinema without a popcorn bowl." The Ravenclaw held two bowls for each one of them and started going back to where the seats were.
"Okay, so now we come down to choosing a seat for the movie..." which was starting already!! D: "Don't worry about missing the movie, by the way, I can give you a summary." She flashed him a reassuring smirk. Louisa made him stop at the top of the hall where all the seats stretched down before them. She started, "Your choice of seat depends on your goal of going to a movie." And nope, seeing the film wasn't the only goal. "If you're here to really watch the film, I prefer sitting somewhere in the middle row, center section. Not too close to the screen or you'll get motion sick or your eyes will keep flashing after you're done with the movie." The Ravenclaw started descending slowly in one of the aisles expecting Johnny Jonathan to follow, "If you're here with a loved one and your goal is snogging..." she whispered the word so that nobody would hear and misunderstand, ".. some people sit by the upper last rows."
Walking down a few more steps, Louisa didn't stop talking, "Since we're here for the movie let's try sitting in one of the--" she was saying as her eyes scanned the area and spotted "--OHH! Look KURUMI!" His girlfriend and her friend! Louisa beamed at the boy. "Did you know she was coming?" But why didn't he tell Louisa? And most importantly why didn't they wait for Kurumi to join them? "This is going to be fun!" She prodded Jonathan forward to get into the row that the Gryffindor Prefect and Selina occupied because he naturally would want to join his girlfriend and Louisa was totally fine with that even if he won't be paying attention to her lecture anymore.

Daisy grinned, walking into the Magic Free Fun Zone. It'd been fun last year, muggle things to do and some awesome snacks, so she didn't want to miss this year. Grinning as she saw the familiar cinema format, Daisy wondered what the film would be. Whoever chose the films did have good choices, and the muggle films were funny, but they were weird. Feeling a little lonely, she grabbed some snacks and took an empty seat, smiling at all the happy chatter in the room. Where were her friends?

She stared at the picture for longer, and began to realise that it was telling a story. The best part though, was when the people in this picture, began to sing. This was totally magical, the colors and dancing were something she had never seen before. She went to the snack table during the part when Gaston trying to propose to Bell a second time, will he ever get it? It's so obvious that Bell doesn't want to be with him! Back in her seat, she happily crunched on some popcorn while watching to see what happened next.

GROUP MOVIE NIGHT! Yay!
Jonathan doesn't seem to eat a lot nowadays. Hus stomach would be lucky enough if he had a small meal a day which is not good considering his mother always and countless reminder of him to eat well while he's at Hogwarts. Nahh, the appetite just doesn't seem to be there like it used to be. Jonathan was a huge eater, he can beat a fat man when it comes to eating and he's not exaggerating at that fact. When people say he eats a lot, he does EATS a lot. He just managed to get these sorts of jelly thingy stuffs. Gummy bears, is it? Jonathan is not completely clueless with these things too.
And then Louisa just started grabbing just about everything. It was just..... wow. He has been with some encounters with Louisa in the past but this? This was just different. She's too friendly to him, how is this happening? They usually would have their own fair share of funny sarcastic comments but right now, it's just weird. Then suddenly...
OUCH!
Jonathan was suddenly attacked by a huge bucket of snacks and felt that his stomach was punched. Of course, Jonathan reacted lightly to it. He frowned as he held the snacks in his hands "Seriously... are you trying to kill me before the movie?" he said still massaging the painful area in his stomach. That was a big blow, did she learned martial arts or something? Jonathan didn't hear half of what she explained because he was shocked with her just shoving the snacks to him. Nice one, Louisa. Snacks... popcorn... movie foods... yeah, he got it. Jonathan took a pack of peanuts while she was carrying two bowls of popcorn. He doesn't like peanuts but hey, maybe she might like it. Anyway, it's free right?
Moving onto the chairs, Louisa was still TALKING. Were people paying attention to her? Was she too loud? Because Jonathan can hear her just nonstop. He narrowed his eyes looking at her with an evil grin on his face "This is why you're sorted under Ravenclaw" Jonathan knows that she knew a lot but she was talking too much that Jonathan couldn't take note to all of it. ALL of it. He was still keeping with her pace though.
They choose seats according to their viewing pleasure, that's all their too it. And oh! Avoid sitting in front. Ignoring what she said next about the motives of some couples in the area, Jonathan just nodded like he did the whole time. He just learned something new as well....... LOUISA CAN TALK, alot. Not that it was a bad thing, it's just that, Jonathan and her had never see eye to eye that all of this just seems new to him.
Suddenly though, Jonathan stopped walking when she mentioned her name. His head snapped directly at Louisa and didn't know what to say. He didn't react, not a smile not a nod. He just starred at Louisa though, with a blank expression on his face. It suddenly occurred to him... She doesn't know. Jonathan never told anyone yet about them breaking up. Not a single soul. She didn't even answer her questions, she didn't bother answering them at all.
Gulp.
No. No. No. Louisa, no. No. No. NO. She wanted to sit there????????? Jonathan's face just looked scared for no reason at all. No. Louisa, stop. NO. But she wasn't stopping. In fact, she dragged him as well. Jonathan was silently shaking his head but how can she Louisa see, it's kinda dark.
Jonathan just somehow planted his feet firmly. That way Louisa can stop. What does he do? What does he say? "Uhmmm" he grabbed Louisa's arm and whispered to her "don't you think that area is full already?" Liar. It didn't look like the area was full. He just needed a good excuse not to sit there, however, he knows how stubborn Louisa is. Right now he is just hoping she wouldn't be stubborn enough to drag him even more.

Errr... was it just her or did Johnny Jonathan plant his feet to the ground? Louisa tried drag him again but with the bowls in her hands she couldn't really do much. The boy didn't budge. Worse, he actually whispered to her. The last time a boy whispered to her like that, she got detention. Something was definitely fishy this time too. "Are you kidding me? You don't want to join Kurumi and Selina?" Like.. his girlfriend and her bestie? Louisa glanced in the Gryffindors' direction and furrowed her eyebrows. "What do you mean there is no place. There is enough room for you and me."
Louisa looked back at Johnny Jonathan and pondered his reaction for a minute. A lot of questions 1) shouldn't he be the one dragging her to his girlfriend and her feet get planted on the floor? 2) shouldn't he glow with happiness at the sight of the little lady? Everyone glowed at the sight of Kurumi, it was annoying amusing sometimes. 3) Why would he lie about free space instead of merely telling Louisa to just go on with her lecture if there was no fishy business with the couple? All above direct to a single explanation.
They're having a no-boyfriend no-girlfriend night, rather a friends-only night. Louisa got it. Sort of.
"I don't know, Johnny-" COUGH. "-Johnathan. I saw her being all weird and sad in the train and her friend was like... patting her hand to calm her down. We should at least say hi? I haven't checked if she was still feeling sad like that.." And that was really inappropriate to shout someone's name and then totally ignore them. "Are you two having a friends-only night by the way?" She grinned at him. Some couples did that.. not Louisa since her ex would just disappear sometimes but she knew a few couples taking a break from each other for a night or two. Totally logical to the 'claw.
The Ravenclaw waited for the boy's answer. It was really lucky that the lights were dim and there was a chance that the girls sitting few seats away from where Louisa and Jonathan stood hadn't noticed them yet. Although with Louisa's earlier call out.....
Fine, really? After falling like a hundred times? Eve looked doubtfully at Blue..she did look okay though. Good. "You look very pretty." Eve smiled as she looked at her dress. "You definitely look like Belle today." She gave a smile when Blue asked if her dress was okay. "Yes, your dress is absolutely fine." She nodded before she gave the girl another smile.
Oh, right. Introductions. "Blue, this is Paulie..." Evelyn said, nodding towards the Head Boy. "..and Paulie, this is Blue."
"Fank you!" Blue inclined her head in an another curtesy/bow thingy-ma-bob. She looked like her favourite princess!! "You do too! ...Even though you aren't wearing a princess dress." Blue said, giving Eve a slight reproachful look. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS WERE PRINCESS DRESSES. Jeez. "Good. ...'Cause this is my only princess Belle dress." She smiled, smoothing down inexistent creases on the yellow dress.

Indy was excited. Beauty and the beast was like her most favorite film ever, so to hear that the muggle studies professor was going to be playing it was going to be so much fun. Maybe a bit embarrassing for some, Indy knew most of the lyrics for all of the songs in the film, so it was going to be nice and fun. She'd also asked Daichi to come watch it with her, so it was going to be even more fun. Although she was now considering that maybe Daichi wouldn't want to watch Beauty and the Beast. It was a bit of a girly film. But then the slytherin had agreed to come with her, so that must have meant that he was wanting to come with her. That made her happy, and Indy didn't really understand why. But she put it down to the fact that she was excited to be seeing the movie.
Now she just had to wait for Daichi to arrive. Indy wasn't lonely though, because she'd brought Pink Ted with her. Of course she was going to have brought him. He was her favorite teddy, and he was very much looking forward to seeing the film with her. Mmm. Maybe they could get some popcorn. That would be yummy.

Carrying a big bucket of Popcorn in his right arm and Mr.Duckles in his left arm pressing it against his chest, Daichi made his way to the muggle movie theater that the Professor had set up. He was a bit reluctant to go at first because the person he would meet there was the one that made him feel giggly whenever he saw her.
Hoping he wouldn't act stupid, the Slytherin noticed the Ravenclaw sitting on one of the chairs in the middle of the room. "Hey" he said as he sat down next to her and placed Mr.Duckles on the other seat. "I've got you some popcorn...if you want"

As she was waiting for Daichi to arrive, Indy was considering her excitment. Sure she was excited about the film, because it was her favorite, but then she was also feeling a little excited for a different reason. But Indy could not put her finger on what that reason was. It was kind of frustrating. But luckily Daichi turned up at the right moment. Because it made her thoughts about that feeling go away. "Hi..." She smiled, noticing how he had brought mr Duckles with him. Hehe. It was funny how when they saw each other they had there stuffed toys with him.
Aww. He'd got her some popcorn? Aww. He was so lovely and thoughtful. "I like pop corn..." She mused with a smile at him. She really did. "I'm glad you came..." She mused, feeling her cheeks blush a little. Maybe she shouldn't have said that. Oh well. She had said it now. So nothing could be done about it.

Mmm.. Pepsi.
"Oh... sorry, I didn't realise I tapped you so hard," Zhenya said, extending her hand to rub his shoulder, then realising she didn't want to be caught doing that, so she put her hand down. "Does it feel okay now?"
She ate more of her popcorn and had a big drink of her water, all whilst thinking she hoped he wasn't following her. Not that she minded of course. Or.... maybe he thought she was following him around? She didn't care, either way. But she did realise they couldn't seem to stay away from each other for... some reason.
She really liked this movie so far! She wondered what Gary thought of it...

Lewis wasn't really paying much attention to the movie, only glancing at it once in a while. More lovey dovey stuff only the man in the movie seemed a little...full of himself. Anyway, he wasn't paying much attention because his eyes came to rest on Kurumi again and again until they just stayed there for a couple of minutes. She seemed to be slowly recovering from her stupor and had actually started moving little a normal human being again. He was pretty sure she was even eating some of her popc-

He was surely older than her. Sixth? Seventh? "Hello" she said, a bit timidly than intended. "I'm Sarah" she paused, "Fourth year" She pushed her hair back. "Are you excited about this day?" she asked, trying to bring a conversation.
Lewis whirled around in his seat at the sound of somebody talking nearby and found somebody looking at him. And talking to him too. "W-what?!" He whispered, narrowing his eyes a little in confusion before what the girl had said slowly started to sink in. Oh. Right. Her name. And year. And a question. "H-hello." Sarah. Okay. She would probably want to know his name too. "I'm Lewis."Nod.
Was he excited about today? He glanced around the room for a moment as he pondered this question before allowing his eyes to rest on the girl again. "I...err...I guess so. Are you?" Was she talking about the movie? Or this day in general? Hang on, was today a special kind of day? Had he missed something? Well, if he had he was bound to find out, wasn't he?

Lewis had returned his gaze to the screen again for a moment, actually paying attention to the movie for a few seconds before his eyes flickered back over to where Kurumi and Selina were sitting. This time he was absolutely certain that Kurumi was having some popcorn and it made the wave of anxiety he felt washing over him subside a little. It looked like she was doing a lot better. Or a little bit anyway. Selina was doing a really good job. Not that he had doubted that but you know.
And then all of a sudden somebody was calling Kurumi's name. Loudly. Lewis turned in his seat quite suddenly to see who it was and his jaw literally dropped once he had. It was Louisa. And Jonathan. And now she was dragging the Slytherin over to where Kurumi and Selina were. Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. This was NOT good. At all. This would probably cause Kurumi to...well, this was bad. But luckily Jonathan had stopped them from actually going over to the two Gryffindors. That still didn't mean that Kurumi hadn't noticed them.
A look of sheer panic plastered across his face when he turned back around, his eyes now on the two Gryffindors, Lewis was looking at Selina quite intently. She had to do something. Distract Kurumi somehow. He would do it but somehow he doubted that THAT would be such a good idea. All he could do was hope that Kurumi was too engrossed in the movie and hadn't noticed a thing and that Louisa would get the drift and keep her distance.

Violet smiled at friend and replied. "I'm so excited for the movie though it seems a bit weird that a dangerous beast would fall in love with a girl. The cover is giving me the creepers." She laughed nervously. "Have you seen this movie before?" Violet grabbed a bag of popcorn from her bag and began to munch on it. Not realizing the movie had started already, she became really quiet and looked around the room to see if she had distracted anyone in the small room.

While looking around the room, she caught they eye of her let's say..ex-boyfriend in the room. Did he really have to be here at the wrong time? She heard him call out to her and she waved to him, but not saying anything. It was awfully quiet in the room so she kept her mouth shut. Maybe she could slide over to him and they could have a whispered conversation while the movie was starting.
Okay..just two bum scoots to the left and she would be right beside him. Violet looked apologetically at Angelina for ditching her for a couple of minutes, but she really needed to sort out her situation with Maxwell first. Not looking where she was going, she scooted too much and bumped into Maxwell's side. "Um..sorry about that." She felt herself blush, but fortunately the room was dark and he couldn't see her face properly. "Hi..Maxwell. Um..I guess my year was okay. How was yours?" she whispered softly in his ear. She wanted to cuddle him so badly or at least have another hug from him, but she knew it will never be the same since the events that had happened last year and he has a new girlfriend now.
"Hey Ella" she called. "Over here" she said, pointing to a seat beside her. The second year was someone good to be with.
Sarah saw this older guy enter the room. He didn't look really excited about the movie as everyone did. Sarah thought he was calculating something. Something. He eyed the people in the room, and chose a place to sit, which happened to be a seat away from hers. Awkward not to be talking.

Ella saw Sarah and laughed. Yup, that was her first reaction. The two had had quite an interesting first meeting and Ella kind of loved that. Well except for the whole nearly offing Sarah thing. She waved and walked over to say hello. "Hey Sarah, I see you're fully functioning. Good to hear I did no permanent damage." Heh. "Have you seen this before?" She was curious as she didn't know too much about Sarah yet.
The second year also noticed the Hufflepuff prefect and decided to greet him. She hadn't really ever spoken to the older boy but figured now was as good a time as any. "Hi Mr. Prefect, sir." She said, smiling shyly. She knew the boy was named Lewis, or so she had heard, but she felt like she owed him some kind of respectable greeting.
