Kourtney smiled and nodded in agreement with Indy as she complimented the greenhouse that they had all worked on to repair and clean. "Agreed! I'm sure that the professors are all alert for these...snow creatures. Though I wonder who even created them in the first place...I mean, the snowman didn't do anything, but the dragon destroyed lots of stuff, so it couldn't have been a joke."

YAY! Indy agreed! "Want to go first? I can pretend!" She carefully set her bag and her camera aside and stood a little ways from the ropes. "Ready?"

Placing her hands together in front of her, she bent her knees and then straightened them, jumping up and forward a little as a diver would do. Hopefully Indy would be able to snap the picture just in time!

William was walking by the statues on the fifth floor when he decided he should probably check on how his egg Mischievous was doing. He took the egg out of his pocket and saw that it was a bit dry, so he put it down on the ground for a moment in order to get his wand out. To his surprise and dismay, he saw that Mischievous was trying to skip towards the statues. That was when William realized that he hadn't named his egg Mischievous for nothing, it apparently a very strong bond with the Weasley twins and wanted to be near the portable swamp, for some crazy reason. Either that, or Mischievous was trying to find its own way of becoming moisturized.

William brought his wand out of his pocket and called out Accio, which caused Mischievous to stop and come towards him. He grabbed the egg and saw that it was really dry, even drier than a few moments ago, so his suspicions had been right. The egg instinctively wanted to go into that swamp, which would have been really bad! "Argentum Humidus", William said, twirling and pointing his wand at Mischievous at the same time he said the incantation.

William checked and saw that the egg was no longer so dry,so he knew that it would be okay. He pointed his wand at the egg one more time and said "Excolo", making a tracing motion all over to make sure it was free from dirt and anything that might cause rust. Mischievous was finally clean.

"Now let's get you out of here before someone sees you and tries to eat you for breakfast," William whispered to the egg, placing it into his pocket once again.

"I know! Alhough I wonder if there will be anymore, i mean there isn't much snow about anymore." Because well it was getting kind of warmer now. It was a good thing, especially if like no more snow creatures came around. "I hope they find out who made them." Indy mused with a smile. Then they wouldn't be able to destory anything else, which would be a very good thing.

"Okaaay." Indy smiled, as she picked her camera up and held it up, so that she would be able to snap a picture of Kourt. She held it up to her eye, so she could look through it, and when Kourt jumped up a little, she took the picture. "All doneee." She smiled at her friend. Now to just hope she got the picture right.

Kourtney frowned a little and shook her head. "No...I don't think so. Or at least I hope not. We don't need any more destruction or anything around the castle." She sighed quietly. "Yes! Yes, they need to! The culprit needs to be caught and punished. It's not fair if they aren't."

Kourt giggled as Indy snapped a picture of her pretend dive into the swamp. "Awesome! Can't wait to see how it comes out." She glanced around. "Hmm...what can we do for you....OH! I know! Why don't you pretend you are dancing with one of the statues? Like doing a waltz or something?"

[COLOR="RoyalBlue"]"I know! The castle is so pretty, it can't be ruined." Because that would be really horrible. Although Indiana knew that they could fix the castle with magic, but that would kind of take all of the prettyness, and coolness away form it. The castle looked so pretty, and old, and nice. "I hope its not a student that did it." Because that would not be good at all. They were supposed to like school not ruin it.

"I know! I bet it'll look really cool." Indy nodded with a big grin. She would totally put the photo up in her dorm room. "Ooh....yes." Indy giggled, putting her camera into her bag, and putting it on the floor carefully, before skipping over to a a statue, and pretending to dance with it.

Kourtney nodded twice in quick succession in agreement with Indy. "I completely agree with you. I might talk to Professor Bentley and see if the teachers know anything about this mess. After all, she was hit the hardest from it all...." Her voice trailed off as Indy suggested that a student might have done it. "Oh...oh, I hope not. Would a student even be capable of such? It seems like advanced magic. Maybe a seventh year or something but...I don't think a student would do something like that..."

Grinning, Kourtney readied her camera as Indy skipped over to one of the statues. She snapped a few pictures, getting several stills of the dance. There was Indy waltzing and then Indy fast dancing. Fun! Oh! And there was one of Indy pretending to have a rose in her teeth and doing a sort of tango!

Kourt laughed as she lowered her camera. "I think I got some really good shots!"

"Ooh. I'll come with you." It would be nice to know if the teachers had figured any of it out. And she did like Professor Bentley after all. She was her favorite professor. "I don't know....I mean I dont remember seeing as students around who would be controlling the stuff. I mean I would think you would need to be near to charm the snow things to move..." And she hoped a student hadn't done it really. That would have been really mean. But hopefully the staff would be able to catch whoever had done it. It would've been weird.

"oooh. I hope soo." Indy nodded, as she skipped over to her friend, with a big smile. "Shall we go and develop them?" THen tey could see what they looked like!

Kourtney beamed as Indy offered to come with her. "Sure! We'll go really soon, probably after we develop the pictures." She replied as she held her camera in her arms and picked up her bag. "That's the thing; it seems really advanced to me. I think someone else is responsible for this. I want to find out who it is though." It really was a shame that someone had destroyed the greenhouse, and that was really the only place that she knew of. Had there been others?

She grinned and linked her arm through Indy's after she had returned her camera to her bag. "Yep! Let's go!" She turned and headed off down the corridor.

William took out his wizard camers. He took a picture of both statues. This is fun.

With all the studying and homework Stella had been doing, she'd suddenly realized she hadn't really explored the castle yet. Of course, she knew she'd be able to explore next term, but by then it would lose the novelty of, well, being new. To her, at least. Plus, Hogwarts had always been intriguing to her, much more than Beauxbatons had been. Either way, she'd decided to take a break from studying, and found herself on the fifth floor. Stopping near the statues, she simply watched them for a moment. She didn't expect them to do anything, they were just, well, odd. And, in the spirit of that oddness, she reached into her bag and took Oberon out. Surprisingly the egg hadn't done anything to make her worry about it lately, but she didn't want to not check on it either.

But now was either the best or worst time to have chosen to do so. As she unwrapped the egg, it slid out of her hand like a bar of soap, that slick with moisture. Apparently I should have checked on it earlier, she thought, as she knelt down to scramble after the rolling metal egg. She contemplated trying to stupefy it, or use an Impediment jinx, but she quickly scrapped those ideas on the odd chance they would damage the delicate little egg. She couldn't dry it off until she caught it, either, because it was rolling just quick enough that she wasn't sure she could hit it. She just hoped it wouldn't roll all the way into the swamp.

Luckily, she caught up to it and dropped her scarf over top of it to be able to grasp it right at the edge of the roped-off area, and she sat back on her heels in relief. Fishing her egg out of the swamp, or losing it altogether, would have been bad. Definitely not the way to prove Charms was one of her better subjects, failing the final project by means of losing her egg. She set Oberon in her lap as she let the anxiety bleed out of her, then took out her wand. "Okay, Oberon," she murmured, before casting the spell to dry it off. "Argentum siccus" Then, once she knew her egg wasn't going to escape again, she lifted it up in one hand. "You're all dirty now," she said, as if the egg was going to respond. She needed to fix that as well, so she flicked her wand a second time, cleaning the dirt off that was now loose after she'd taken the moisture away, then she added a quick polishing. Now Oberon was all pretty again, but she slipped it back into her bag. That had been too close a call. She wasn't about to risk it again.
