Minnie smiled "Well I'm glad your face is ok. I really was worried that day. So are you glad to be done with Hogwarts?" She glanced over to Harvey and Ronnie and saw Harvey kiss Ronnie. She shook her head and turned back to Jasper trying to smile. "It was really nice meeting you this term. Wish I could have met you earlier."

Jasper nodded his head. "I think you were more worried than my girlfriend which is kinda sad." now thinking of it Caroline wasn't at all that worried. Jasper gave her a friendly smile. "You can hang out with me in the summer if you like. I wish I got out more." Jasper half laughed.

Minerva gave Jasper a small smile. "Well she was probably worried even if she didn't show it. Was that your girlfriend that was hugging you when I came over?" Minerva glanced again over to Harvey and Ronnie she needed to stop. "Where do you live? I will be doing some traveling over the summer so if I'm near your area that would be great to hang out."

Wait What??? What did Simon just say? He wasn't coming back next term? Ronnie turned toward the love of her life and sighed. "Simon...what do you mean you aren't coming back?" She asked as her air caught in her lung. Ronnie felt like she was drowning on dry land. This couldn't be happening.

Her Simon leaving? And he wanted her to go with? What does that mean? Go with him for good, leave school as well with him and spend her life in Hollian with him? Would that really be a option for them. Ronnie hadn't met the new king yet, so she wasn't sure how he would feel about Ronnie being there. "You mean go with you? And live in Hollian?" Ronnie asked not sure what to make of what was happening right now.

Its head hurted still and it scampered under the yellow table, losing its banners as it went.

As Jayden was directed, she began patrolling the tables, in search of the tiny baby elf! There it was, under the table, knocking over silverware as the banners fell on the students.

"ARRGGHH!" She cried as she dived under the table after it.

Alyssa tracked the giggling thingy all the way back to their Hufflepuff table. She saw movement under the table. She started to climb down after it, taking her wand out just in case. But before she dived in after it, Alyssa raised both her hands and yelled out, "It's over here! It's over here!" jumping up and down to get the Professors' attention. Then without waiting for them, she dived under the table after the thingy.

Jayden saw a Hufflepuff looking extremely excited, shouting at the top of her lungs and jumping up and down. "Hey there! Wanna help me corner it? Headmaster Tate asked for us students to catch it.... teamwork?"

It was the name of the Gryffindor Prefect that made him turn towards Simon, really. He should've exclaimed his name as well, you know, since they hadn't seen each other at all this year.

Treyen was to blame for this, because he'd been too busy with a certain Ravenclaw and Arya.

But, what was this? He was leaving?! "You aren't....? Are you...?" he couldn't decide on what question to ask first, except..., "Will you promise to take the time to write? To me, at least?" there were so many things going through his head, and he couldn't pick out just one. "I'll miss you." Terribly. And Treyen's smile faded at the news, he was only ready to accept the fact that the seventh years were leaving...not a great friend who's time wasn't up yet.

And...what were the other students running after, eh?

Taking note of her surroundings, Josephina almost missed something...

"Simon!!" Hadley stared, her eyes bulging slightly at his small song. "While I appreciate your praise... now is not the time. Can't you see that the Great Hall is in distress?!?"

Now wherever did Quirley go? And what was that thingggg that went flying under the table?

Timber arched his brow when a couple of his fellow hufflepuff house mates started jumping up and down excitedly He looked under the table and finally saw what had been causing all the chaos. " Shhhh, " said to the overly excited girls. "calm down a bit your just gonna scare it." He moved off his seat and looked under the table and tried to coax the baby elf from under the table.

Jayden jumped up from under the table. "Alright, what would you like me to do? Do you have a game plan?" She asked calmly.

Alyssa slowly came out from under the table. She had finally seen what she was chasing. It was a baby house elf. Now that she knew what it was, she didn't want to hurt or scare it any more than it was already. So when she heard the other two students talking about a plan to trap it, she had to speak up,"Uh, I don't think we should do anything but let the teaching staff handle it. The only reason I was yelling was to get their attention, so that they could come and deal with it, which in this case is a baby house elf. In fact, I see Professor Hadley heading over here right now. Why don't we just keep an eye on it until she gets here," Alyssa suggested to them.

Now that Nimma said it was a baby elf Minerva kind of had a plan. As she was headed back to her own table she noticed the little thing wondering about. She bent down to be lower to the ground and pulled something out of her pocket. "Ok Sparkles I hope you work." She looked at the baby elf. "Little one would you like to see my pretty, sparkling metal badger. It's name is sparkles." She put the charmed badger in her hand and showed it so the elf could see. "I won't hurt you I just wanted to show you." Minerva knew it took a teddy bear from the practice room so maybe it would like to see something sparkle. She hoped it would work so that order could come again.

"Professor Hadley!" Isabelle called out to her colleague as she approached the Hufflepuff table. She was completely unaware that the baby elf was now under said table, having not seen it dive under there. "We have a situation. A baby elf on the loose, and instructions from the Headmaster to catch it." She'd overheard his orders coming from the Ravenclaw table. "Well, for the students mainly, with our help."

Looking around the faces of the kids seated, Issy could tell they looked anxious. And one of them (TheTravSter) was peering under the table. "Have you seen it?" she asked, moving closer to them and getting ready to bend her old knees.

Minerva heard Professor Magnus talking and wanted to get her attention, but didn't want to scare the little elf. She held one hand out with the small sparkling badger and with her other hand tried to motion the professor without the elf noticing.

Harvey had heard Professor Magnus ask if someone had seen a baby elf.. a what?? baby elf?? must be real tiny then. He then noticed Minnie had her hand up, so he looked under the table from where he was and there sitting scared and frightened was a tiny little elf. It was a cute little one. He didnt go near it, he just watched Minnie weave her magic of kindness and caring.

Overhearing Alyssa saying something about letting the teaching staff handle it, Fina tilted her head to the side. Handle what exactly? Restoring order from the chaos and destruction? And what was that about a baby house elf?

"I'm right here, Alyssa," Hadley said, but before she could ask more about what they were keeping an eye on - had they cornered the baby elf? - Professor Magnus was calling to her.

A baby elf on the loose. So what she overhead from Alyssa WAS true! "I see... well I think Alyssa here was saying something about keeping an eye on it... so I think it's close..." maybe under the table?

"Ah that's it, Minerva!!!" Hadley exclaimed, seeing the young first year using something shiny to lure it out. "Shiny things! That ought to get its attention so we can catch it!" Picking up one of the shiny plates on the Hufflepuff table, she reflected it so light shone under the table.

"C'mon!!" she indicated to other students nearby at the table, "Grab something shiny and reflect it under the table!!" Young kids liked shiny things / got distracted, so shouldn't the same true for baby elves? Maybe?

Close? "Oh, my," Issy muttered, looking around on the floor by her feet, not wanting to tread on it. She'd never even SEEN a real live baby elf before, so had no idea how small the things could be.

Oh, oh, she was being summoned by one of the kids.

Scooting along a little, as quietly as she could, Issy eyed up the metal animal Minerva was holding under the table. Ahhh, yes, something to attract it! "Good thinking," she grinned, peeking under and seeing the poor little thing. So sweet looking.

So they were either like Nifflers, or had the attention of a child. Probably the latter. Well it was a child. Of sorts. Yeah.

Standing up straight, Issy grabbed a spoon and shone it under the table. "As Professor Hadley said, everyone! But please be careful, we don't want to scare the poor thing." Hopefully this would work. It would be awful if the poor thing ran away again and got hurt. They didn't want that.

But then a thought occurred to her. Something Minerva had said at the staff table. It had stolen a teddy from the practice room. "I don't suppose any of you have a stuffed toy on your person, do you?" Issy asked the kids in the vicinity, more in hope than expectation. They were at a feast, but you never knew.

Selina had to make sure she took a few breaths when Violet when off on her excited rampage. The best part about Violet was that she loved life, fully and truly. There was nothing fake about how genuinely happy she was when it came to people she cared about and things she felt passionatley about. However, it did always make the conversations a little jumpy. Violet was here one second and there the next, but Selina loved her for it and knew Violet was one of the best people she had met in her life those who didn't see it where daft.

"Slow down", Selina chuckled. [B]"You can come whenever you like, of course I may have some other people over this summer as well, but you are more than welcome to spend the whole bloody summer at Whitley if you want. You know my Mum won't mind."

Salima wondered what everyone was screaming about, then all of the sudden heard banging under the table. She looked under the table and to her surprise was a small elf. Salima wondered what the elf was doing under the Hufflepuff table, but was glad it was their table and not the slytherins who knows what they migt have done.
'What are you doing here?' Salima asked the elf 'Are you ok? do you need any help?'

OOC: not to offend any Slytherins I just havend read anyone being nice to an elf.

Minerva sat very still she knew others were doing something, but she concentrated on what she was doing. "Hello little one. Come on over here. You want to see my sparkling badger." Minerva didn't want to lose her Sparkles, but she wanted to help with the baby elf. So she placed the badger on the floor and pushed it a little in front of her. So that the elf might be tempted if it wasn't in a human hand. Sparkles being charmed from her egg project moved a little. "Sparkles please just stay still." Minerva whispered. She really hoped this would work.

Simon smiled at Ronnie. "I've got to get on with things back in Hollian, I'm going to be very important there, I'll have to go on more tours and things like that and so I won't have time to come and learn at school, so my father decided the best thing for me to do was leave school early and though I am sad I can't wait to see the world."

Simon then nodded. "Yeah I want you to come with me, I'll have my own house since I'm going to be important and jet and other things like that and so we could easily see each other loads, think about it and tell me what you want to do on the train."

Simon nodded when Treyen spoke. "Even though my plan was to stay for the whole seven years, things change and since I've got some important business to attend to and a world tour to go on, my father has decided that this term will be my last and even though I'm sorry to be leaving and I will miss all my friends I can't wait to see the world."

Simon smiled. "Of course I'll write to you, I'll write everyday if I can, it depends on if I'm going to have loads of bodyguards with me all the time, I know when I am on tour I will be and I'm hating that but well it can't be helped." He then added. "You'll write to me right?"

"Professor Hadley, I wanted to do something grand before I left, I ain't returning to Hogwarts next term, and since you've been so nice to me I decided you deserved a song."

Jasper looked from her to Caroline. He nodded. "Yes she is. Her name is Caroline Scott." he told her with a smile. "I live in Dublin though I dunno where I'll be living afterwards because I get to choose a house and my mum will be paying for it." He told her. Travel? "Traveling sounds like fun."

"Well I am part of a dance competition that will travel all over. That will be most of my summer." Minerva smiled.
