Minerva just looked at the door of the common room. She couldn't believe Justin was going after William. She had enough and she dealt with things her own way. She turned to Ame do you know who the head of Gryffindor house is?"

The entrance to the Hufflepuff Common Room opened up and in strolled a rather dishevieled looking Damien Murray. Safe to say the boy had been out of it for months -- the nightmares had returned, so he'd reclaimed his shelter in the Room or Requirement. Keeping only half of his stuff there and the other half in the boys dormitories would distract one of his few friends, Lockhart. The Prefect had arranged his quarters with the rest of the boys in their year and Damien didn't want to hurt his feelings.

Not too many people noticed his lackluster appearance as of late -- granted not too many of the students knew who he was anyway.

Heaving a heavy sigh, the boy took in the surroundings of the Common Room. Seeing that there was a lot of open space infront of the massive fire that was roaring in the hearth, Damien sauntered over to one of the cushioned chairs, sitting down with a rush of air.

He was so tired lately.

Minerva came running back into the common room. The tears falling fast down her face. She had enough. She was done with all of it. She sat down and put her head in her hands and just let it out.

"I don't but I could find out for you." She too was appalled at Justin. Violence? No matter what Starr said, Violence didn't set well with her.

Just then Justin came into the commonroom out of breath. He collapsed into his favourite overstuffed chair and remained silent. He knew Minnie would've told Ame what had happened.
And he already knew she'd be mad. So, he just sat there and braced himself for the worst.

Minerva was shaking she was so upset. She looked at Ame, but couldn't get the energy to smile. Just then Justin came in she was so angry at him. "Why wouldn't you just stop. I told you to stop, I told you, I told you."

" Minerva. " Justin pleaded, " he just wouldn't shut his mouth. All he had to do was shut his mouth. I saw right through him from the get go, but kept it t myself for you. I gave him an unearned chance...and just as I suspected, he hurt you. To be honest he's lucky I didn't use mt wand when I had it to his face in the library a few weeks ago. "

Justin felt his anger starting to rise up again, but knew he loved his friend and kept it to himself as he tried to hide it. To be honest he was truly ashamed of his behavior. It was against his nature to lash out like that.

Minerva just looked at him. She couldn't think of anything to say. Tear rolled down her face. "I just want to go home." was all she could say. She wished one of the professor would have answered the door when she went to them, but now one seem to be around. By now William probably had told lies about what had happened. She just felt sick.

Justin sighed. He never meant for any of what happened to happen. He had lost control of his temper and that was so not him. Justin's eyes filled with tears. He got up from the chair and headed to his dorm. As he walked up the stairs he said, " I'm sorry , Min. " as he sniffled. then he opened the door to his dorm and walked in.

Minerva watched just leave and she just hoped that her note would be seen by their head of house. She curled in a ball and cried. She really really wanted to go home. She was done with the drama.

Ame pulled Minnie into her lap and wiped her tears. "Minnie...you can't go.." She knew what Min was thinking. She saw it unfold and she was going to fix it. "I will get through this with you."

Minerva fell into Ame's lap. "I don't mean leave for good I promise. I'm just ready for summer. I need a break." Minerva cried. She didn't want Ame to worry about her.

Ame nodded. "You are brave and strong hearted." She giggled. "You got this!" She hugged her tightly. "You know the truth. If Starr decides to speard lies. And Wellheart was wrong. But he, unlike Starr, sees that." She as of now talked of people by lastname.

After calming down Justin emerged from his dorm and silently sat in the armchair waiting for Amethyst to scold him and he knew he deserved it.

Minerva shuddered at the word Starr. "You do know that isn't even his real last name. It is a fake last name. Another way for people to think he is a big shot I guess." Minerva could not stop the tears. She hated crying in front of people. She wiped them away, but they just kept coming.

Ame stared at him for a second then looked at Dashi who curled up in Minnie's lap. "What exactly happened. Kyle's on her way." No trace of hurt or dissappointment.
Ame ran her fingers through Minnie's hair. She chuckled. "I figured, but he can have that fake last name." Dashi cgrled up against Minnie purring.

Minerva finally started to calm down. She hated being upset, she hated feeling so stressed and confused. She hated crying in front of her friends. She sat with Ame comforting her and Dashi on her lap. "Well as long as you know it was fake."

She let out a softly laugh as she nodded. "Minerva. We all go through people in relationships. If it doesn't work out, it just means someone better is in our future."

Minerva looked over at Justin to see if he was listening. She talked in kind of a whisper. "Ame between you and me and I don't want the boys to know this, but I started to get terrified of William. He just seemed so controlling and then he would begin to talk about hurting himself. I went to both Professor Hadley and Professor Roslund, but neither of them were in their office. Then I got scared he might see me waiting for them so I left without talking to them. I left a note for Professor Hadley to maybe come here to talk since this is the only place I feel his ears and eyes can't go, but I don't know if I will hear back from her or not."

Alyssa walked into the common room. It had been a while since she had been able to come down here and sit for awhile and not feel sad and miserable and alone. Part of her still wished that her Mom had come and picked up her, but now part of her, was glad that she hadn't. Her parents were right. She needed to make someone of herself, and not constantly compare herself with her siblings or without someone else. If she had to do it alone for the time being, then so be it. But she still had her friends. She had Kita, even though her time with her was coming to a close. But she still had other friends here. She just had to stop feeling sorry for herself.

It was then that she noticed Minerva crying and Amethyst consoling her. She remembered how both of them tried to convince her to stay but she had pushed them away. Now was the time to show them that she did appreciate their friendship. But she didn't want to just budge in and ask what was going on. Although she was concerned to see Minerva upset like this. Alyssa wondered whether this had anything to do with William. She had noticed that William and her was no longer sitting together in class. Did they have a falling out? She hoped that she had nothing to do with that.

"Uh! guys! I'm sorry to interrupt and you can tell me to butt out especially since I ignored you both when you both tried to talk with me when I was thinking of leaving. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know that I am staying and that if you guys need anything or need someone to talk, I'll be around here somewhere. I don't know why you are crying, Minerva. But if can help in anyway, I'll try."

'Yes, Alyssa is back.' Alyssa thought to herself.

If this were Doctor Who, Sammy would be Amy and Amy would be Rory. Because Rory just sort of agreed to things and only thought about things he actually cared about. THere were actually aspects that would make Amy Amy, the nice hair and the fact she can put up a fight. Personally, Sammy thought she'd make a much better companion than Amy. "So you kissed him, or he kissed you, then you just agreed to go out with him?" Sammy asked, trying to get Amy's thought process under control. And she wanted to punch Jack in the face because Amy should be with Everett because it's Sammy's real life OTP.

WHy would it matter if Sammy talked to him then? She didn't do anything to his guitar. "I didn't do anything to his guitar though, actually I didn't do anything to him that would hurt him except calling him a poodle. If anything he should be worried about Me, the oncoming storm" she said in her best professional voice. When was it appropriate to make Doctor Who references? ALWAYS.

Why were so many bad things happeing lately. Nessie didn't get it, it was like as soon as she felt she was ready to be happy something else would make her upset again. At times she felt as though she deserved all the sadness but at other times she just wished it would all go away. She knew she just had to stay strong no matter what was going on, it was the only way she would survive. The thought of going to therapy over the holidays was not really exciting, although she knew it would be best for her and it would help her when she went back to her old home, to visit her best friends grave.

The girls dormitory had become boring and stuffy, so Ness walked down the stairs into the common room hoping to find some sort of company besides for Puffles that seemed to be snoring away on her shoulder. She looked around the room looking for no one in particular, but when she spotted a familiar face a huge grin lit up on her face.

Walking closer to the familiar face, she noticed that Damien didn't look like his usual self. Ness frowned a little at this, she didn't like Damien upset. If something was wrong she wanted to fix it. Now that she thought of it, she hadn't seen him in like forever and a lot could have happened since the last time they had seen eachother. "Damien!!" she said softly not wanting to attract attention. She gave him a big hug and then pulled back. "Whats wrong?" she asked with a really concerned face.

Minerva jumped at the sound of Alyssa's voice she tried to wipe her tears, but it was no use. Her face was so red and wet she had a hard time drying it. "Alyssa you here, your staying." Minerva hugged her. "I am so glad your still here. Don't bother with me I'm just being a bit of a baby. I broke up with William and now he is being a wack job yelling at me anytime he sees me. It got nasty tonight." She looked over at Justin and then back to Alyssa "but I am hoping we can all put it past us." As long as no one gets expelled Minerva will be happy.

Alyssa noticed a dishevelled looking boy walk into the common room. He looked familiar. She knew that Damien was his name, but she hasn't seen him much in school lately. He looked really tired and troubled. Alyssa didn't know whether he knew her, and was going to approach him to ask him whether he was alright when she saw Nessie run up to him.

Alyssa was glad that Nessie has gone over to talk with him. She decided that she would go and do the same too. Alyssa walked over to him and said, "Hi there you're Damien, right. I'm Alyssa, Nessie'a friend. I haven't seen much of yiy lately. Are you okay? You do look tired."

Alyssa would have said more but then she heard Minerva call out to her. '"Okay, Damien. I'll be back in a sec."

Alyssa hugged Minerva back. "I'm sorry to hear that. I have to admit that I heard stuff about William in the beginning of the term that bothered me and was concerned that you were dating him. But I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and hoped that he had changed. What did he say or do to make you this miserable today?"

Er. Weeeeell. Amy said, looking to the floor, in my mind, and this is my mind she said, pointing to her skull, which nine times out of ten is filled with "where's Aslan?" she continued, trying to save her skin, this was a good plan, it worked, I was working on the how do I get revenging on Everett she said, no longer looking at the floor and looking instead at the ceiling, and I thought, I know, I'll go and be all flirty and stuff and go out with Jack, because I don't like him in that way. Except...well, now I do Amy finished with a sigh of breath. And Sammy was still thinking what to do. So really, this was my idea she squeaked, backing off.

Ah. Of course. Doctor Who. Sammy, is now really appropriate? Amy asked, slightly terrified, from her little corner
