Minerva started laughing at Aaron. He was kind of funny she decided. "Are you ok, your not hurt are you?"

Julie walked into the common room, stifling a yawn. She definitely needed more sleep. She looked around, hoping to spot a familiar face. Seeing her sister, Julie walked over to see what she and her friends were up to. She perched on the arm of a nearby armchair and began fiddling with her hair while she listened to what was going on.

"Perfectly fine with me," said Ness. He was crazy enough for two people in anycase, so it wouldn't like he had to change the way he behaved not to her atleast. "You keep on being over childish...just don't expect a girlfriend," she said with a serious face, not that many girls would go for someone so childish most girls liked real tough men.

Nessie couldn't help but giggle, he seriously thought that she cared wether he loved her or not. "Only if you do something in return" it was only fair if he eaqually embaressed himself just as much as she would.

So they were having a random part, definitely normal at least there'd be party food. "Cool..so we having a random party?"

"It wouldn't be a dare to him, he'd do it without you telling him" Aaron was crazy enough, he didn't people daring him to act crazy. He was like the most Hyper person she had ever met, he was even more mental then Amy at least with Amy you could have an adult conversation.

"It's Random's party!" giggled Ness.

A blonde haired girl had walked into the common room. Ness watched as she sat down only to realize it was her sister Juliet. "JULIE!" Ness shouted. She had never been so happy to see her sister. She hadn't seen her sister around in quite a while and she wanted to make sure that her little sister was doing just fine. "How you been Jellybean?" said Ness teasing her little sister.

Justin walked into the common room and saw Nessie. " Hey, Nessie. How've you been ? "

Julie laughed. "I'm fine, Nestle, don't worry about me," she said with a giggle.
"A random party?" she asked, flipping her long hair out of her eyes, "sounds like my kind of vibe!" She wondered for a moment if they knew what a vibe was. She didn't worry about that for long, though. "So, a party! Where? Am I invited?" Jules loved a good party, and wasn't about to miss out on this one.

Nestle? Julie hadn't called her that in years. Ness just hoped no one else would use the nickname that would be way to embaressing. "Im just lookiung after you like mom and dad told me to do" said Ness with a little nod. She always obeyed her parents as she was usually the goody two shoes in the family.

"Its here and its for all Huffies" said Ness. She looked at her sister smiling. Her sisster seemed to have been fitting in perfectly fine and way better then she did last year.

At the sound of her name Nessie turned around and saw a familiar afce. It was her fellow team mate Justin. "Hey Justin, congrats on getting onto the team" she said with a big grin.

" Thanks, I'm really excited to get started. How have your classes been? " said Justin.

Her name. Shouted.

Kita turned her head and looked at- "ALYSSA!" she squealed, getting up and throwing her arms around the young girl. Yes, okay, she would probably suffocate the girl but she didn't care. No way.

Where has she been? "I was eating in the Great Hall," she said, smiling slightly at the thought of her meal. Oh sweet chocolate cake! How lovely it was to share it with her best friend!

Ahem!

Yelling for her? Wait... party? Aaron? Who was this Aaron person? And why was he throwing a party? Waving off these sudden questions in her head, Kita let a grin spread across her lips. "Party?" she asked, "Am i invited?" Pfft! Like that was the most important question! "Is there food?" Much better.



The sound of a boy talking made Kita shift her attention to him. She frowned slightly. Did she know this boy? He seemed oddly... familiar. Or maybe he wasn't? Maybe he had one of those faces that was common?

Too. Many. Questions!

"That's the best type of party," she said, letting a grin spread across her face. And... the boy was waving his arms around. Like a madman. WAS he a madman? She let out a small giggle.



Kita smiled down at the young girl, secretly glad she had known that the girl was younger than her. Okay, fine, she didn't know what year precisely the girl was in. MOVING ON! "Nice to meet you too Minerva," she said, noting how brave this girl was. Usually, firsties didn't want to talk to her because of her year but Minerva was acting as if they were the same age.

Can cook other things? "Merlin!" She was going to have to stop saying that! "That's a useful skill to have!" One she needed to learn to do. Oh. Muggle cooking. That was still good! Better in fact. But wait... Is there actually a difference between muggle and magical cooking? Scratch that. "But muggle cooking is harder isn't it?" she asked, looking between the two girls, "So magical cooking would be easier for you to learn...?" That was her logic. And... that's why she wasn't in Ravenclaw.

Kita looked at Minerva, slightly confused. The girl said that she'd be right back...? Was she going to go get something? Something along the lines of FOOD?! Shrugging, she waved at the young girl before turning back to the others.

Minerva saw Justin she started waving to him. "Justin, Justin over here come join us. We have Pizza!!"


Minerva scratched her head. "Well I would think wizard cooking would be easier because you could use magic to cook instead of doing everything by hand." Hmm maybe she was wrong. Minerva looked at Kita "Well do you want to try some pizza and tell me if you think I'm a good cook!" Minerva smiled at the older student.

Alyssa turned when she heard voices she recognized. It was Julie, Ness's younger sister and Justin. She yelled over" Hey Julie. Hey Justin, it's great to see you. You're both in time. We're about to have a mini party here. Come and join us."

Alyssa had overheard Nessie congratulating Justin on making the Quidditch team. She again felt a pang of disappointment that she had missed tryouts. She would be the first in her family who didn't make it into the team. She knew that she could try out next year. But her parents had bought her the Fireblot this year and now she wouldn't be needing it except maybe for flying lessons!! Alyssa sighed. She had let down her family. She suddenly didn't feel like partying. All she wanted to do was go up to her bed and cry.
