"Nice to meet you too, Samira," she smiled in spite of the pain. Eehh, Zara watched as Samira had the look in her eyes of seeing Zara as a firstie. Too bad she wasn't really able to meet Samira's expectations since Zara is 5"2.5 tall. A little too much for being an eleven-year-old. Must be because of her dad. It's in the genes.

Fee sighed a little at Kurumi.She really didnt move on from Adam,did she?To be honest he has been so mean to her and hadndone things to her boyfriends shouldnt do to their girlfriends.But the blonde completely understod what the gryffindor was talking about.Why were boys making everything so difficult?!Damn.

Taking her friend's hand the third year looked straight in her eyes."Kurumi look at me",she said,"you already made it without him.You have friends that are there for you and you arent dependend.You are a greart person that only deserves the best and you are accepted and loved."Maybe in a friendly way but friends could give you more than a boyfriend sometimes.

Kurumi blushed and turned her face towards the ground as Fee spoke to her, hugging her legs even closer to herself. Sighing loudly, she buried her face in her knees.

She was so confused and it wasn't just a matter of her mind thinking one thing while her heart was thinking another - which was true - it was more about the fear she felt building up inside her whenever she thought about Adam and about...Connor. She knew there was some sort of connection between the two of them, but she was terrified of opening herself up to those emotions again. Connor made her feel different than how Adam had, and perhaps it was that difference that scared her. At first, he had felt like an older brother - which may have been due to his being older than her. A third year and a fifth year, Kurumi could hardly imagine why someone like Connor would be interested in someone like her. Meek and plain with an ability that she was unable to control. It was almost laughable.

Yet...it wasn't...

"Fee...," Kurumi said as she lifted her head up and once again rested her cheek on her knees so that she was facing her friend. "I...I...I think there may be someone..."

Ug...she had wanted to help Fee with her problems, not turn it all onto her. Fee could be too selfless sometimes.

Fee just looked at Kurumi,she really seemed to be debating on what to tell in her head.The gryffindor should know that the blonde would always be there for her.They've been through so much together,they could solve almost every problem.With her head on her knees the girl observed how Kurumi's face changed at her thoughst and how the girl's eyes started to sparkle.Something really seemed to be up with her and the third year hoped Kurumi would share it with her.

Waiiiit,there was someone in her life?Like a love interest?Oh my glitter,now Fee was excied and her eyes grew wide.This was perfect,it would help Kurumi to let go.She just needed to let this person in."Tell me about him",the girl smiled,"what do you feel about him?"It was really important that Kurumi talked about her feelings because she would realize them then.It always helped to say them out loud if you werent able to make an decision.Aaaand if Fee knew all about this guy she could help Kurumi way better.Checking out the guy was a part of that,too.Of course.Hehe.

Riiiiight. Homework. She still thought he was insane. She glanced at the paper. Oh, it was the insane homework from DADA. She had that in her notebook back in her common room. Maybe the professor was the insane one. But the professor was also the Minister for Magic. They were being led by a crazy person. Maybe Oakey was his son. Yeah, that made sense; they were both crazy. "Hello Oakey," she said. Hello son of 'Lord' Berty Borr. "I'm Jaymie."

Isobel was really bored. She had been walking around the grounds looking for someone she knew when she spotted Jaymie. She walked over to her and saw that Jaymie was talking to Oakey. "Hey guys," she said with a smile.

"Oh Fee, I don't know how I feel," she sighed throwing her arms up in the air and falling backwards onto the soft grass in a spread eagle position. "That's the problem..." She moved her right hand to cover her eyes for no other reason than the sun was very bright. "He's older than me, a fifth year to be exact, and just transferred to Hogwarts this term. He's in your house."

Kurumi's cheeks flushed as she figured that Fee was probably already able to put the pieces of the puzzle together. Kurumi had felt perfectly fine, at least that is what she had told herself, over the summer holiday living in ignorant bliss from day to day under the illusion that letters from Adam were coming. Yet, as the summer went on, and the letters never came, Kurumi's heart had begun to chip away at the edges. She still cared for him, deeply, no matter how much she thought about the terrible things he had done to her. All the good things seemed to outweigh them. Connor had asked her once if she had forgiven him, and she now thought that she had. If he would just come back...

She turned her head to look at Fee and a timid smile crept across her lips.

"I...I....I think I like him Fee," she said as her cheeks flushed. "But...I don't know why..." She paused for a moment knowing that the blonde was just DYING to pounce on the opportunity to tell Kurumi to throw caution to the wind and dive in headfirst. "I...I am scared that I like him because I just want something to fill the void...the void that Adam left..."

Evan was wandering around the grounds, enjoying the last bits of good weather in his free time and hoping to bump into someone fun. In case he couldn't bump into anyone though, he had a magazine in his hand, a football magazine of course, which was brand new and waiting to be read. Whistling to himself, he walked past the Whomping Willow... and came backwards, eyes on a certain boy...

It WASN'T him, was he? He told he was leaving! But, yeah, he was. Same face, same Gryffindork attire, same eyes. Same expression, even. Evan couldn't believe the boy was back, after breaking up with Sophie like that. He wondered if Sophie had seen him yet. He was just... incredible.

"Hi... traveller," he greeted with a small laugh as he sat next to him, dropping his magazine as well. "How're you?" Because it was rude to ask what he was doing here and why he had lied, before getting done with the formalities first.

Penny had been taking a quiet walk before going down to the pitch, and heard raised voices coming from over by the Whomping Willow...

Looking over, she saw her new friend Oakey being man-handled by an older guy, a ravenclaw by the looks of its...

Concerned for Oakey she made her way over, he was bound in ropes now being dragged by the Ravenclaw..."Merlins beard, what's going on?" she thought.....then saw Oakey make the ropes burn away..relief swept over her now, thinking he was free...

But wait the big guy was now pulling Oakey to his feet and dragging him across the grounds..... Incensed that someone could treat another person like this - she stomped over to them both..

"Uhm, er excuse me, but what in the name of merlin do you think you are doing?", she asked the Ravenclaw..
Then turning to Oakey, who was still being held by his robes..."Oakey, are you ok?"

Oakey had heard someone come to help him. It was Penny.

Then it hit him, she shouldn't get involved. He didn't want her to get hurt as well. Oakey needed to tell her to go away.

Pen... He began to speak up...wait no! focus on the crazy Ravenclaw don't take your eyes off him, don't speak up

But he needed help. This boy had every intention of feeding him alive to a plant.

Still facing the Ravenclaw Oakey mouthed Get Help and wiggled his broken right hand telling her to leave.

Woooaaah, thought Daisy. The whomping willow and Oakey was not a good mix. And he looked in pain. Oakey couldn't last 5 minutes without damaging something or other, but that was kinda sweet and Daisy felt really sorry for him: he was practiacally crying
'Oakey, are you ok?' she asked kindly. It was times like these Daisy wanted to forget all dignity and give Oakey a huge hug...

Penny got the message Oakey was trying to send her....but didn't want to leave him either..... her brain whirring with different thoughts, she tried to decide on what she should do..

Thinking to herself, she tried her hardest to remember a spell or 2 from her DADA book, The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection.....
Then it came to her, she would have to stop the older boy, releasing Oakey at the same time..... Oh but would she be able to do it..."here goes nothing" she thought..

Withdrawing her wand from its holster and pointing it at the boy..."PETRIFICUS TOTALUS"..she yelled loudly, and then held her breath..

"Please let it work"...Penny thought with all her might, hoping that her full body bind would work...

Then thinking to herself."Ohhh Merlins Pants, I really hope no-one saw that, I would be 'big' trouble"

What now! Daisy had come by too! DO I LOOK FINE! Oakey thought to himself. Still keeping his gaze on the Ravenclaw.

Even thoughts hurt his burns. Oakey winced in pain The tears now flowing down his face.

Go! Leave! GET OUT OF HERE! GET HELP! Oakey was in too much pain to call out to them and he was too afraid of angering his captor even more.

Ok, this was too much, Daisy burst into tears, not worried who was around her.
'I'll get help...' she sobbed 'I'll - I'll go to the hospital wing. You hang on in there Oakey.' she said shakily...

Penny saw Daisy arrive, and relief swept over her..."Daisy go get help...quickly....Oakey is hurt, he needs to go the hospital wing!!"

Penny saw the Ravenclaw fall to the ground.... hopefully he would stay there until help arrived - She wasn't sure how long the bind would last or if she'd done it strongly enough...

Then just as she'd had the thought... the body bind lifted off him... "oh no....this isn't good" she thought....
backing off a little - hoping against hope that the Ravenclaw wouldn't be too mad..

Jacob was about to freeze the boy... but all the sudden more Hufflepuffs were making their way towards them? Was there like some sort of Distress signal Jacob didn't know about.

And one tried to attack him. With a quick flick of his wand, and a silent Shield charm. Jacob turned back to the boy... was he asking them to get help? What, was a teacher going to help when he was being devoured by the Snargaluff... Poor Snargy must be Starving! And these little Hufflepuffs were not helping the cause. "Off with you, or the Snargaluff will have a Feast of huffies tonight!"

He Jabbed his wand at the boy he was holding, 'Petrificus Totalus' he thought, sending a silent body-bind curse at the boy.

With that, Jacob moved down towards the greenhouses.

Ever scrambled along and stood at the base of the Whomping Wiilow. She easily scaled the tree. Its not like it was going to whomp her to death, right?

Feeling brave, Ever clung to the base and shimmied her way up until she reached a thick branch that looked strong enough to hold her.

"Hahaha!" giggled Ever. This tree had the best view. She took her water bottle out of her bag and guzzled some down. "Mmmm, lake water, fresh,"

Ever put her water bottle back ing her bag."Wahh!!!" The whomping willow had thrown her into a nearby bush. "Grrr," mumbled Ever as she recollected herself.

After that expeirience, Ever found herself a different tree. She climbed up to the top of another one--one that would NOT whomp her into a bush.

Charlotter ran to the whopping willow. She was furious! She got owl this morning saying she was moving to Denmark! Seriously? Whats so special about Denmark. Its just another one of those crappy places

As Ever climbed up a normal tree, she couldn't help but notice some girl snickering.

"Accio photo album," whispered Ever. That book came flying towards her and almost knocked her out of the tree again.
