"Oh my Godric!" She said the phrase chuckling. She never used it before, but she did here some other's use it. Maybe it would make her sound more wizardish. "You're right!" Shaw did say that didn't he. Phewph! Now that all of that worrying is out of the way Nika can sleep in peace. She awkwardly kicked a pebble that was sitting by her foot as she searched her mind for something to say. Heh, she felt foolish. "Erm- sorry for accusing you Zara. I knew you were good all along." |

"Told ya," she teased. "Hahah, it's all good." She said and winked. "So, er, now what?" |

And he'd managed to get preoccupied about something else along the way. Awesome. Thanks Vindictus. The man should never leave Hogwarts again. But there was that word again. Cute. Amusing how she also used it for either the letter or Conan's action of owling her. At least Treyen was in a somewhat good mood right now not to be bothered with the word. He cared very little for such a thing right now. In all fairness, Conan was just an adorable little kid. Who was asking Ellie to help him with WHAT part of the homework, exactly? That was the little piece of information he was missing. "It's nice of you to help him out," that's when it occurred to him. The dancing part. If Conan wanted help for any of the activities, he could've asked HIM, not Ellie, but if dancing was involved, well, Conan wasn't going to ask Treyen to dance, right? He kept his theory to himself. "I didn't know he met you last year," because this was his second year, so, Ellie should've met him as a first year, no? Interesting. How HE met Ellie, not how SHE met Conan. |
Quote:
Uhm, no. "I met him in Diagon over the summer." He had looked so lost. "He was looking for a bookshop." Silly boy. Looking for books. Pffft. Of course, Ellie wasn't much help to him. Actually, that reminded her that she needed to talk to Little Professor. Because asking people was so much better than researching. You even got an answer faster most of the time. |

Kyle asked gently, not wanting to pry but if they needed to they could start swimming classes. |

In Diagon Alley, eh? That's the same place Treyen met him. Or rather, the same place were Conan had saved him from embarrassing himself at Ollivander's to ask for a second wand. Perhaps his attachment to the boy was closely related to that incident. Looking for a bookshop? Hahahaha. Funny. Clearly, Conan had no idea who he was asking that question to. Treyen had been far more successful before his first year. He even managed to get a book from a dear Slytherin. "That's actually hilarious, considering you stay away from books," or the Library. One reason for them not to meet more often, because he enjoyed being in the Library. Not Madame Donovan, she was scary. Hold on. Over the summer? That reminded him, "Hey, what did you do over the summer?" they were getting closer and closer by the minute, and he actually wished that the time would stop, but Ellie was probably looking forward to Quidditch, no? |
Quote:
Hehe. "I know, right? I've probably only been in the bookshop once or twice." In her whole life. Ellie probably wouldn't even know the name. That was her and Conan's first disagreement of their meeting. Whether books were useful or not. They really weren't. Really. Ohhh summer....Yeah...That. "I stayed with my cousins...for...for too long." Hence why she was ill practiced as far as Quidditch went. "It wasn't all bad, I suppose," Yes, yes it was, "I learned some muggle stuff. Rode a roller coaster..." Which was really unimpressive. "But then," this was where she smiled, "Little Professor and I went on adventures!" Totally the most epic part. "And then I got some flying in." Some, but not nearly enough. "What about you?" Aside from going to the Quidditch World Cup. She knew that. THOUGH, she always liked details...incase there was even more to be said on the subject. But, she knew he was staying in England for most of it. The summer, that is. |
Quote:
You know what? Despite the terrifying parts that he was sure were coming, and the little panic attacks from before, he was still glad that things had turned out to be the way they were. So, thank you Vindictus, and thank you Conan, for making it all possible. Seriously, his smile was kind of gone. He valued books too much. It was all that he had left from Gilderoy, after all. And the fact that Ellie wouldn't even go near them...was just...truly awful. But it didn't truly matter. Wait a minute. His eyes were on her, "So, you had a Muggle summer," he smiled, he'd had an amazing time over all his Muggle summers, which is why he didn't understand Ellie's expression, "You didn't have fun?" be HONEST, Eliana. Professor Descoteaux? For a moment there, Treyen thought that Ellie was talking about a children's book. 'Little Professor and I went on adventures'. Totally a suitable title for a children's book. "I didn't know you were so close." And the man was not even on Treyen's list of cool people. Well, maybe he was, at the bottom of it. It was his turn to answer. Didn't he answer that question already, "Well, besides the World Cup and sneaking into a couple tents to get your autographs...," that was all she was going to know about that story, for now, "...I spent some time with Rae, you know, Fletcher's girlfriend, and we built a tree house...the Muggle way...," like, without magic, because he still couldn't use magic over the summer, how annoying, but it had been entirely fun, "...I also stopped by Luxembourg with Aaron, and the rest was at the beach," he said, a smile was on his lips again. The beach was...still home to him. Amazing. |

"Yes I do want to know. Your one of my close friends and I still consider you one. Even if you don't consider me one.." she said, her voice wobbling at the last bit. Emma's mouth fell wide open and her features on her face softened. Wow- She felt... like a jerk. "What? No. It couldn't.. I'm so sorry to hear that Alexbear. I really really.. truly am. That's terrible.. It reminds me of what my ex boyfriend did to me, except it wasn't with my best friend. " she explained. How could Chadler be so mean? And Ellie to? Using her best friend? The blonde blanched a bit as he admitted he had feelings for Ellie. Emma had feelings for Alex And Braeden. Cough. This was... a disaster wasn’t it? “Alex. I know this may sound harsh but if she was going after your best friend than she isn’t worth it- no matter how much you love her. Sometimes you have to let people go. I know it probably sounds ridiculous. ” she explained. Bothering her with this!? “No, no, no, your not!” she exclaimed and gave him a hug. “You still have me. And you’ll always will. I thought you were leaving me for Ellie and Chandler. Fee felt the same way as if you had forgotten us. But I secretly hoped that you wouldn’t, cause I believed in you. I still do. You’re my partner and my Alexbear.” |

She was watching him, from time to time, out of the corner of her eye as they walked. And, yes, she saw his smile after he said 'muggle summer'. SHE, however, was not smiling. "You make it sound like it's a good thing..." Which, really, right now, she didn't agree with. "Do you realize I could have spent that time practicing? But instead, I was playing board games. The pieces don't even move themselves! AND I had to learn to shuffle cards." It. Was. Awful. There were PAPERCUTS. THOSE things hurt worse than Bludgers to the stomach. Ellie pretty much avoided papercuts. Splinters, sure. But she didn't really go near paper too often. It wasn't like she read or anything. She barely ever took notes in class. Heh. Little Professor was a much better subject. "He invited me." Which was her way of saying...she didn't know they were that close, either. But now she did. And she loved it. Didn't he want to know what kind of adventures they went on? Did he? Huh? Hehehe. She nodded as he spoke of the Cup. Yes, she did know that part. And...HEH. BEAM. The autographs. BEAM. No...she didn't know Rae...BUT she knew Fletcher. And APPARENTLY he had a girlfriend and APPARENTLY her name was Rae. Got it. And they....what? Really? They built a treehouse. If he wanted a treehouse, there was one right here...on the grounds... Really. More nods. Luxembourg with Aaron..."Who's Aaron?" By the way. He's mentioned him...a few times, but, Ellie was left hanging when it came to details. For all she knew, he could be one of Treyen's brothers that he pretended didn't exist until now. And beaches...were niiiiice. "Sounds good. Fun." At least, the very first part and very last part did. She wasn't so sure about the middle. |
OHOHOHO, time to get physical now. Heather took a deep breath and tried to stretch before running those 8 kilometers Lord Borr assigned as one of the tasks in their DADA homework. She took a deep breath. "How long is 8 kilometers anyway? I can't even tell how far that is...." she sighed. Just running would be good, right? "Okay." she said to herself. "Here i go!" |

He nodded his head and shrugged, he really didn't have anything else to say. It was terrible but there wasn't really anything he could do. "She wasn't going after him." he said. "It wasn't like they did anything and Chandler wouldn't do that to Kai, he loves her more than anything." And why was he defending them again? Because they were his best friends and always would be? Right. He shut his mouth and decided to stay quiet instead. When she gave him a hug he smiled and hugged her back. He'd missed her. "Thanks." he murmured. "Partner." he added. "I didn't forget about you guys, I got a girlfriend and for once I got a good male best friend. Fee and you are like my sisters and that will never change." he assured her with a nudge of her side. "It's easy to say let her go but it's hard." he mumbled. He had feelings for her over a year before they officially started dating. "And I want to forgive Chandler, I really do, I mean technically he didn't do anything wrong but..." he frowned and scraped his shoe on the ground slightly. "It's hard to look him in the face when I know he is the guy Ellie wants." he added low. |

Why did Lord Borr assign us such ridiculous homework? Viola thought. Were they training for the Olymics or something? Geez. 5 miles? Viola wasn't sure she would be able to make even half a mile. Sigh. She liked to run. She really did. But, she couldn't do 5 miles. That is, 8 kilometers! She groaned. She's got to do this for the rest of the term. How terrible! Anyway, there definitely was no point in grumbling. Viola took a deep breath and...she was off. |

Running down the pathways was nice and calming. As he did so, he noticed a familiar face and grinned madly. "Violaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!" He called, speeding up to catch up with her pace. "You having a run, too!?" They should, like, RUN TOGETHER. Oh. ..... "I'm Jamie, by the way. In case you forgot." That would be embarrassing. It was embarrassing even having to remind her, but he had to make sure she remembered before continuing. |

Text Cut: Ladies Evan smiled a little at the 'handsome'. It never failed to excite him, and hearing it in front of other people made him feel a bit... embarrased? Though in a good way. He watched the exchange between girls and then chuckled at both of them. Oooh, so they seriouly thought they could beat him, eh? Well, beating them easily would be fun, but he would go easy on them... 'cause losing after speaking so sure truly hurt, he knew from the experience. Plus, he was a gentleman. No going hard on girls. "Yeah, right. We'll see about that," he challenged back coolly, not getting nervous the bit. "Well, I got a contract offer from Everton. This won't even be fun." Heh. He got his wand out from his bag and levitated two big rocks to mark the opposite goal. He repeated the action with his feet for the other goal, and set the ball in the middle. "Choose the goal you'll be scoring, and start." he said, smirking at that. He considered starting off handicapped, but then decided against it. It would be more elegant if he intentionally let them score the first goal. "You know the rules--fouls are OK but please be gentle." He didn't want to break his legs. Definitely no, even if it would take no time to heal it back. He still felt it wouldn't be the same. "No touch, corners are OK... no cards... What else?" He paused to think. "Oh yeah, there'll be penalties too." He smirked at that as well. He was sure they would fell him in the penalty area. With his wand again he marked the penalty square, before he put the wand in the bag and threw it off the way. |
Quote:
Looking at their options, she turned to Bissy. "I think we should pick that goal," she nodded as she pointed toward the goal closest to them. It really didn't matter just which goal they wanted really, as both were pretty identical and all. Listening to Evan, she nodded and bent over to stretch a bit. She didn't want to injure herself with quidditch coming up and all. |
Quote:
Emma nodded. "I understand. Tell me about it partner. I had to do the same thing last year, when the guy I liked started dating his crush. I was literally crushed thats why I didn't really come out a lot last year. It was tough but I survived! I'm still here! " she exclaimed, chuckling. Ellie chose Chanlder over Alex? Was she blind? No offense to Chandler of course. "Alex. She must be blind. You gave her everything you had and she tossed it in the trash. Yet you'll still catch a grenade for her. If I had been her, I would have chosen the funny, adorable, best friend, and a guy that wasn't afraid to be himself or take over the world beside me. If I had been her I would have chosen you. no offense to Chandler of course. He already has a girlfriend and going after a boy who is taken is kind of weird. No offense to Ellie either- I like her as a friend." "Alex, can you promise me two things please?" she asked, gazing into her friends eyes with her own brown ones. |
*pets you* Text Cut: Ellie There was a tiny hint of a smirk on his face. Yes, Ellie, thanks. He'd been sarcastic before, but now she was making a pause...and what was she going to add?! Treyen turned to her as he waited for the rest of that sentence...well, that IS obvious. They didn't need Borr telling them what to do, it was still amusing that Ellie had said that, really, because..., "Is that an invitation?" WINK. And by her expression on the summer part, she didn't have fun. Ellie was obviously complaining, and Treyen was only listening. It was amusing, to say the least, how serious she was about Quidditch. There was a slight reminder of his sister because of this. He wasn't one to take Quidditch as seriously as both his dad and sister, YET he only supported ONE team. Perhaps his reasoning for not comprehending how Ellie could support THREE was because of that serious approach to the sport. It was only a game, which is why HE should be the one supporting a gazillion teams. Wait. She'd stopped talking. "But it IS a good thing, you visited family," and that was the most important thing over his summers, "You don't need practicing," he didn't intend to say it out loud, but did it anyway, "I'm not going to lie about the board games, I like the chess pieces to talk back to my commands, otherwise it's the most boring thing ever," and the fun at Wizarding Chess was the talking pieces. He still shrugged his shoulders, "I liked my Muggle summers, I learned how to skateboard in one of them, and it seems you learned something too...," he was smirking again, "...you learned to shuffle cards." HAHA. Amazing. Treyen would've invited Ellie to the World Cup if he knew she was available to take any invitation during the summer! But, yes, of course, she went on adventures with Descoteaux. "That's nice," he supposed. Her smiles, though, he loved them. And, yes, the World Cup, she was aware of that. Aaron? Oh, right! Aaron! "He's one of my best friends," he started to say, a smile was on his face as he said it, "Arya, Aaron and me...," are the most awesome badger trio ever, no? "...we started Hogwarts together," even if he didn't realize Arya existed until his third year, "But he was only in Hogwarts for one year, our first year, and now he goes to Luxembourg's Quidditch Academy," they all knew what Aaron was doing for the majority of his life, no? "We always meet up over summer," and they keep in touch mostly via owl. Gilderoy liked heading Aaron's way, but he preferred Arya's. Clearly, Arya had to feed the owl in order to be liked so much by him, no? He smiled, "It was, I actually forgot how much I missed being with my grandparents," and the silly house-elf he could oh-so-easily annoy. Kaika was always a plus, especially after this summer. |

He looked down the pathways both ways, hoping no one was there to see this tragic even about to go down. Starting off as a walk he slowly began to pick up speed until he was a jogging speed. Not paying too much attention as he jogged, Preston suddenly heard footsteps coming up behind him. Slowly down slightly, Preston turned and attempted to do a side ways jog trying to look at whomever it was that was coming up on him. "Hey!" Preston greeted with a smile. He turned back around and continued his jog, "W-w-what a-a-about th-that f-f-five m-miles?" He asked as he started to pick his pace up into a run. He really hoped for his sake and everyone else's that he could keep control and not trip or crash into anything. |

Connor was in the heat of competition, he did not like to be bested at anything, especially where athletics were concerned. He put on a burst of speed and thundered by her leaving behind him nothing but a cloud of Veela Scent. He got to the tree and turned around waiting for her. He leaned against the tree, crossing his arms, his breathing already calming as he smirked at her. He was in excellent physical shape and the athletics they had been assigned for DADA would help him loose the little hint of a belly he was getting from eating so many of Kurumi's cookies. When she finally caught up, he laughed a little. "I thought you weren't that slow." he teased. Then he held his hand out to her, after setting a magical music box on the ground and opening the lid, as the Song Began. "Dance with me." Yes he wanted to be doing this with Kurumi, she song reminded him of her. But he had promised Dani a dance and DADA hat provided the opportunity to keep that promise. |

"H-have w-w-we m-m-met b-b-before?" Preston asked through huffs of breaths he was taking, he wasn't out of shape, he just wasn't used to running like this. "Y-Y-You s-s-seem f-f-familiar." He added on. Maybe he had been to New York over the summer or something. Turning back to focus on the pathways, it was a little too late as Preston saw a cat suddenly dart out in front of him. He tried to jump over it like a hurdler would do but his brain and feet weren't working together and he ended up kicking the cat as he fell face first onto the pavement of the pathways. "Too good to be true." He growled, angry at the cat for ruining his nice run he was having, and angry at himself for thinking he could get away without an injury. "Ow." Preston sighed as he gripped his head that he was positive was splitting into two. "Did I hit my head?" He asked, still clearly angry. Obviously he had. |

Dallin looked ahead again as he thought, trying to remember where he'd seen the boy before. He was pretty sure he wasn't in Ravenclaw, so it wasn't the common room. "We probably - have," Dal said. "Maybe at the - feast - or on the -" His eyes widened as he looked over and suddenly there wasn't another boy there. He heard a feline-like screech and another not-so-good sound. He immediately came to a stop and looked down to find his jogging companion on the ground and a very angry-looking cat walking away. He tried to push back his urge to laugh as he crouched down next to the kid that kicked the cat. "You okay?" he asked, his face looking completely serious, unlike his mind which was sort of laughing. |

He frowned as the boy started yelling again. "There's no Al here!" Dal yelled, now totally frustrated. "You hit your head, you're bleeding, and you're going to the Hospital Wing!" So there. With that decision made, Dallin eyed the boy. He didn't look too big, and Dallin was feeling an adrenaline rush (or something) from the jog. In one movement he had knelt down and put his arm under both of the boy's arms and lifted. He prepared for fight, but he had a feeling the boy couldn't do much of anything because of the way he was acting. So, he started on his way to the Hospital Wing with the boy who he thought he knew, but couldn't really remember. |

Uhh, where's Jamie? Viola stopped and turned around. There he was, with the most incredulous expression on his face. LOL. "Okay. Give me two reasons why I shouldn't have forgotten you." Viola continued to run, with a smile on her face. She brushed the hair off her face. Urgh. It was damp with sweat. "Well, you don't actually have to swim. You can just take a dip in the water and you're done. I'm actually worried about dancing." Viola was the worst dancer. Ever. |
Quote:
Singing was on the list? "SINGING?!" Maybe he could just skip that one, and write a fake diary about it. Yes, mwahahaha. TWO reasons? Jamie could give her two million. "Okay, reason number one... I am a friendly Slytherin, remember?" Viola had said that she wasn't a Slytherin fan, so there was a great reason! "And reason number two, how could you possibly forget this face?" He pointed at himself with a grin. In all seriousness, Jamie Keaton was gorgeous, yo! There. Two reasons why Viola the Hufflepuff should remember him. To be fair, he remembered HER, so unless she had horrible memory, it should be the same vise versa, right? "Just a dip? Are you sure?" Jamie was still worried about that. He never went near water unless it was a bath or a shower. Sighing heavier than usual due to the lack of breath, Jamie wiped his forehead with his sleeve. BLEH, so disgusting. And even worse, he was sweating next to a pretty GIRL. Dancing was on the list, too?! He must have missed her saying that one. "I'll be your dance partner, if you want." He sent her his flirty eyes. OH, WHY WAS HE FOREVER DOING THAT, WHY?! Coughing shortly, Jamie looked to the sky. Failure. He should have not even approached Viola and kept running. .... :head: |
Quote:
"Yes. Singing." Viola laughed. She liked to sing even though she wasn't good at it. But yeah, she was gonna try. Viola slowed down a bit. Her legs were starting to ache. Badly. "Well, yeah. I do. You are friendly and a Slytherin. An unusal combination. Anyway, go on." Uhh. Really, this was too much. She looked at him and grinned. "Yeah, right. Like you've got the most beautiful face in the world." He was hilarious. He really was. Gosh, her face was flushed and she really wanted to take a break for a couple of minutes but that would be a bit embarrassing. Especially, in front of Jamie. "Yeah. I am. I-" She stopped. She couldn't talk due to the lack of breath. "I actually went swimming this morning and there were many who just had a dip. They were out of the water in a flash. You can do that." Now, she had to stop. Viola slowed down to a walk, clutching her stomach. So much for not embarrassing herself in front of Jamie. "Really?" Her eyes went wide and she was blushing. A little. "That would be nice." She smiled. "But, I'm terrible. I'm probably the worst dancer in the history of mankind." Umm..what was he doing with his eyes? Anyway, she constrained her laughter and asked, "Can we take a break for a couple of minutes? I'm drained." |

SPOILER!!: Violaa! Lose pounds? Jamie raised an eyebrow at Viola. If she lost any pounds then she would wither away into nothing. "Really? Don't think you need to, personally." It was the other way round for Jamie. He used to be quite fat, but managed to burn it off during the summer. Because he wasn't going to school looking how he did. As a break from running, Jamie suddenly got onto his knees and did a front roll. OH YEA. Killing two birds with one stone!!! The boy coughed shortly. "Cool, well, I am a good singer." Not that he regularly tried, but whenever he took part in karaoke, he was always a star. Not bragging, though. Noticing Viola slow down a bit, Jamie did so, too. He beamed when she agreed to his friendliness. That's right! He was the best Slytherin at this school! o__________O SAY WAT. "Are you... questioning my beauty?" The Slytherin stared at the girl, feeling somewhat speechless. No, he wasn't the next BRAD PITT, but he was gorgeous. He knew that. Jamie frowned, and let out a few grumbles. "Can't believe you even said that, Viola." Sheesh. Merlin. Wow. Huh. That was that solved, then. A little dip it would be! OMM, she had stopped running and looked as if she was about to DIE. "Are you okay, VIOLA?!" He held her arm, to support her. Don't go dying now. Hospital wing? Awww, yay! He had a dance partner. :loved: "Awesome. We shall dance horribly together." Because he was also an awful dancer. The type who would stand on people's toes and not even notice. YES, a break sounded good. "Of course." And with that, Jamie sat down on the floor and spread his arms and legs out. Ahhhh, this was the life. "Would you like a sandwich, Viola? I brought some." That would get their energy back! See, he knew his stuff! |
Quote:
"You are?" Viola asked, grinning. "Really? I mean, seriously? Are you sure? Like, absolutely sure? No doubt about it?" Ah, she liked to tease him. Viola couldn't help smiling when she looked at Jamie's face. "Beauty?" Viola snorted with laughter. "Hey, it's not like your.." Oh. What's the name of that muggle actor? Who's like extremely good looking? "Hugh Dancy." Yep. She blushed, slightly. "I mean, he's gorgeous and.." She stopped. Oh. Gosh. She couldn't believe that she was talking about her crush to a boy! Eek! What was wrong with her!?!? "Uhh. Sorry 'bout that." Viola said, blushing deeply and not looking at his face. Aw. He was really hurt. Or was he? "Well, I'll admit. You are good looking. Not beautiful but yeah, good looking." Viola smiled. What the-? "Thanks but I'm definitely not going to faint." He looked like she was going to die any second. "I'm just exhausted, that's all." Still clutching her stomach, she walked slowly. Oh man. This was terrible. She couldn't even run half a mile. That's pathetic. Viola nodded and said with a grin, "That sounds good." Dancing badly together didn't seem like a bad idea at all. "Thank you." she added, gratefully.Viola sat down and stretched out her legs in front of her. They were hurting real bad. But, it felt great to just sit down for a while. A sandwich? Yeah, that sounds lovely. "Thanks. I would definitely love to have one." |

SPOILER!!: XD Then WHY was she even mentioning losing the pounds. FACEPALM. "I will never understand a woman's mind." He muttered, mainly to himself. GAAAAAAASP. GASP! Jamie had thrown himself into that forward roll way too fast after all that running. He was gasping endlessly for air. "Oh, it's quite easy! Just as soon as you get used to landing hard on the ground." It hurt, not gonna lie. He nodded. "Yep. I've done... four so far." One here, and three elsewhere. He beamed at his accomplishment but decided to do the rest of the rolls at a different time. Was she making FUN of him!? "I am amazing at it, thank you very much." Jamie was amazing at EVERYTHING, actually. And anyone who questioned that needed to go fall down a well. "Would you like a demonstration?" HUH, huhhhh? Jamie wasn't afraid. Jamie could almost feel his lip beginning to wibble. Way to embarrass and bruise his ego! "Who is this Hugh Dancy? He's a Gryffindor, isn't he?" His eyes narrowed. Those bloody Gryffindors. Bloody good at everything, supposedly. PFFFFFT. Oh, finally, a compliment. Not one that was nearly good enough, though. "THANKS, I suppose." Still frowning, Jamie decided to hurt Viola's feelings, too. "SAME with you, actually. Pretty, but not beautiful." He regretted saying that after he had. Girls always took things like this seriously. ACTUALLY... so did HE! No harm done! "Oh." That was awkward, then. At least it showed that he was a caring kind of guy. "Good, just checking. Don't want no girls dying with me. People will think my beautiful face stunned you to death." He laughed at himself. Because he was so funny. "You're welcome. When did you wanna get our dance number done, then?" Preferably not now when they were both sweaty and gross. Rummaging through his bag, Jamie picked out a jam sandwich and some crisps for himself. He took the top layer of bread off and filled the sandwich with crisps. Yep, cool, right? Smiling, the boy passed his bag of sandwiches over to Viola. "Pick any. There's loads of different flavours." Even a sandwich that was filled with Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans. |

“Yeah, yeah. You seem to be amazing at everything you do. Like a superman. Are you NOT good at something?” A demonstration? Hmm. “Well, if you want.” Viola said, doubtfully. "So, what are you going to sing?” Viola burst out laughing. A Gryffindor? LOL. “He’s not a wizard. At least, I don’t think he is. He is a muggle actor and a really good one at that.” Colour slowly spread across her cheeks. “You know, you should be happy. I don’t really hand out compliments that easy.” Okay, now she was totally faking it. ”I said you were good looking. Isn’t that enough for you?” Viola said, pretending to be annoyed. Huh. She wasn’t beautiful? Really? “You don’t think I’m beautiful?” Viola stared. “You’re the only guy who has actually said that to me.” LOL. That was the biggest joke of the year. Where did she come up with lines like that!? AW JEEEEEEEEEEZZZZ! “Seriously?” Viola couldn’t help laughing, though. “That’s the cheesiest dialogue I’ve heard in a long time.” “Dunno. How about tomorrow?” Viola asked, as she tied her hair in a bun. Yuck. Her hair was damp with sweat. Really disgusting. “Oh. By the way, what kinda music do you wanna dance to? Nothing too slow, I hope.” Crisps and a jam sandwich? Ohh. ”That’s quite an odd combination.” Viola remarked. “Ah, thank you.” She took the bag and grabbed a random sandwich. She immediately took a bite. Yum. “Thanks a ton.” Viola said, as she proceeded to take another bite. Ah, life's good. |
Presley was running again. She'd run around the practice pitch this morning, as was typical for her. Now she was going for her second run of the day. She ran when she was stressed, and that number on the scale had definitely stressed her out. What eleven year old Presley's height wieghed 60 lbs? This was getting out of hand. So she ran the pathways, in the dark. She ran until her muscles were screaming for release, and then she kept running. Finally she paused for a break. She folded herself onto the dirt path, and took a breather. Her heart was beating like it had no right to. Pres laid back, not caring if she got dirt in her hair, and waited for it to slow. |

SPOILER!!: Treyen Hehehehee. Ellie smiled back at Treyen, but didn't say anything. Did she have to? Shrug. That was true. She usually saw her family. Occasionally. Over the Christmas holiday and once or twice during the summer. This trip, she'd definitely seen them more than usual. It was nice...she supposed. BUT "But I do," she said, "I can't go two months without practice and expect to get better." Practice made perfect, after all, didn't it? Giggle. "Chess is boring anyway." And confusing. And invented solely to torture her. She was sure of it. Still, she was glad Treyen agreed with her on that. Oh! He'd told her about skateboarding! The thing with wheels and a board. AND she learned that Dylan had one this summer. "My cousin had a skateboard." Fun fact. "I didn't ask him to teach me, though." There was something about standing on a board...eh. Mann...shuffling cards...Ellie rolled her eyes. "It's really not as easy as it looks, you know." Took many, many, many tries to get that down. "I like cards that shuffle themselves much better." Nod. "It was." She was very glad Little Professor had thought of it. Mhm. Even if it further impeded on her flying time. Totally worth it. And it was all still exercise, so...totally acceptable. Awwww, Treyen. She totally wanted to hear about his best friend. Wait, he went to Hogwarts? Then... Oh okay. Treyen answered that. Wow. "That's sad," she concluded, "I mean...that's an awesome school and stuff, but...it's sad you don't get to see him often." Whether it was more sad for Treyen or Arya or Aaron, Ellie didn't really know. Maybe Aaron...he got the benefit of the amazing Quidditch-centered education, but...he was kinda left out, yeah? Because Treyen and Arya saw each other all the time...he was excluded. Terribly sad. "That's nice." Meeting over the summer. It was the best they could do, right? His smile was contagious, man. "'M glad you had a good time." Good summer. The whole thing. |
Text Cut: Ellie THAT smile. It was so an invitation, he couldn't help but smile as well. She even gave him an idea. Sigh. Yes, sigh. You know what? "You're right," but he wasn't going to let her enjoy it this time, "But if I'm all for Hufflepuff winning...doesn't it mean I don't mind if you get better or not?" TRUE, but that will never be the reason behind all of it, that's why he was smiling sweetly, "I still think you're amazing, regardless of whether you practice or not," he started to say, "Just believe what you want to believe," there was a slight shrug on his shoulders. The subject will never get somewhere because Treyen was being completely stubborn about it. They might as well drop it. Or he might as well drop it. Which is why he commented no further. How come he wasn't surprised? "Muggle Chess is, the Wizarding one...you have to love how every little piece shatters when one wins over their position," especially when those little swords are used. Of course, it words if the game is fast paced, otherwise he'll be doing homework while playing. Go figure. She didn't ask her cousin to teach her. "Mmmhmm," she was a girl, most girls didn't like skateboards. Obviously, Treyen had to laugh at her comment on shuffling cards. Yes, he was well aware about that fact, he'd done it, and didn't mind it. "Awww, they gave you the hardest task," he joked. In all fairness, there were hardest Muggle things to do. Wait, what? Sad? OH. Yes, it kind of was, he had Aaron on his mind ever so often, well, when Arya was around, and they'd probably end up being the best trio ever if he'd stayed and got the Captain badge. They'd be unstoppable. But, yeah, that wouldn't happen anymore. At least he and Arya were both Prefects, and Aaron was still Captain back in Luxembourg. So, still awesome, this trio. "Well, I do miss him sometimes, but it kind of makes our summers more enjoyable," and their meetings the highlight of the summer. And, he was going to say the same thing, but MOST of her vacations didn't go as planned, "I'm sorry you didn't." A small apologetic smile was on his face after he spoke. |
SPOILER!!: Evan and Mina Bissy chuckled at Mina's calling Evan 'handsome'. She eyed Mina and Evan for a few seconds; she thought they were a nice couple and smiled faintly to herslef. She wished Mina hadn't talked like that. Evan was about to become a professional football player; how could they possibly beat him? She hoped they would. She watched Evan mark the goals by lavitating rocks and listened to his words carefully. However, she couldn't understand; what were penalties and cards? She lamely nodded with blank eyes and looked at the squares Evan had made. Then, she said rather timidly: "Evan, don't please be angry with me but I don't know what cards and penalties are. Could you please tell me what are they?" She looked into Evan's eyes and placed a shy upon her lips. Then, she nodded when told which goal to choose and she said: "It doesn't matter to me as long as we don't let the ball in." Hehe. |
SPOILER!!: . "I'm fine. Totally fine." He said, finally able to regain his previous posture and breathing. The Slytherin smiled confidently, yes, he was okay. "It is great." Because HE is great. "There is another reason for you to remember me. Jamie Keaton is great -" at everything. Hehehehe. A bit late for flattery?! But Jamie wouldn't deny, it sounded good to hear someone say it out loud. Someone that wasn't himself, anyway. "You're absolutely right, Viola." He grinned. Not good at? Well, actually, there were a few things. "Flying, I am rubbish at." No point in hiding that. Viola had probably worked it out by now anyway. "I didn't go to the tryouts, by the way." He smirked mischievously. Wasn't he so rebellious and coool? Yep. Oooh, what to sing? What to sing to the lovely Viola. Grinning as he thought of something, Jamie stood still and flailed his arms into the air. "Don't need MONEY! Don't take fame!" He clicked his fingers after every line. "Don't need no credit card to ride this train! It's strong and it's sudden! It can be cruel sometimes! But it might just save your liiiiffe..." Jamie paused for dramatic effect for the big finish.... "THAT'S THE POWER OF LUV!" JAZZ HANDS! "Huey Lewis. Good song." Jamie said, allowing his sudden burst of singing energy to cool down. Now he was back to normal. Phew, wasn't he great? No word of a lie, he wasn't the next Beyonce, but he was a goodish singer. "What did ya think?" He asked, wide eyed. Oh.... a muggle actor? His assumption was a little embarrassing, then. Coughing shortly, Jamie nodded. "I see. Well, he can't be that good. I've never heard of him." And surprisingly, the third year did enjoy the occasional muggle movie. They were interesting and quite good standard for muggles produce! He snorted, still sulking from her endless insults. "It could have been enough, but you carried on to say that I WASN'T beautiful." When he was. Okay, Jamie felt really evil when she responded to the whole 'you're not beautiful, either' thing. Don't cave, Jamie!!!! DON'T CA - "Course not. I was only kidding." His face turned pink, so he looked away. Jamie chuckled along with her, pleased to AMUSE her... "May be cheesy, but it's the truth. Don't you agree?" He stared at her closely. This was a test to see whether she would insult him further. Hadn't she done enough today? "OKAY." He replied rather hastily. He scratched his head afterwards, because that's what he did whenever he felt even the slightest bit uncomfortable. Errmmm... Not a slow one, okay. "Anything with a beat will do, then!" He smiled. Jamie shrugged when she commented on his choice of sandwich, then took a bite with a loud CRUNCH to follow. Mmmmm, so yummy! "You're welcome." Always happy to share sandwiches. They were a fantastic invention. |

Why did he look so pleased? “Ummm..Jamie? Sorry to break your bubble but the whole superman thing was a joke. I was kidding.” Viola said, slowly. Did he actually take that seriously? Great. “Well, yeah. I do know that. Anything else?” Viola wasn’t surprised. “Really?” Viola didn’t go to the tryouts either. She really wanted to but she would have just embarrassed herself. Oh, why was she so freaked out about heights? “Is that something to be happy about?” She didn’t think so. Dramatic, Viola thought as she looked at his performance. WHAAAAAAAAAA! Power Of Love by Huey Lewis? A good song? Geez. She didn’t like that song. At all. “You did okay, I suppose. I mean, you weren’t bad or anything.” Viola smiled. “In fact, you were good.” Her voice held a hint of surprise. “But, why did you spoil the whole effect by yelling at the end?” Hopefully, he wouldn’t ask her to sing. Now, THAT wouldn’t be good. Nope. “Hey. Just because you haven’t heard of him, does NOT mean he’s bad.” Viola said, quickly coming to Hugh’s defence. She’d seen a few of his movies over the summer and she thought he was brilliant. Very handsome, of course. She blushed a little. “Well, yeah. I meant you weren’t as beautiful as Hugh Dancy. No one is as beautiful as Hugh Dancy.” She should stop. Seriously. Hmm. Viola smiled as she noticed that his face slowly turned pink. Wow. “Yeah, right.” Viola paused. “Were you actually kidding?” Or did he just say that to make her feel better? Viola really wanted to know, for some odd reason. Why was he staring? Was something wrong with her? She checked. Nope. Not really. She was an absolute mess, though. “Well….” Viola hesitated. “Yeah, I agree.” Viola didn’t agree but she kinda didn’t want him to feel bad. She was insulting him like crazy (in a good way, of course!) and he really deserved a break. But..”No more cheesy quotes, okay?” Viola nodded. “Yep.” She started to feel really nervous. What if she was terrible? Okay. She WAS terrible, but what if she was worse than terrible? Like, really really bad? Huh. “Are you sure it’s okay? Like, about the whole dancing thing?” Viola closed her eyes as she munched on her sandwich. It was lovely. She felt soo much better now. |
SPOILER!!: hehe Get tired of praising himself? Was she serious? "Not really. If I don't do it, then who will?" He asked solemnly. Jamie didn't exactly have many friends who liked him incredibly, and his family were always too preoccupied with themselves. Besides, it was in his upbringing to think of no one but himself. His whole family did it. Self-preserved, just like any other Slytherin. Wh-whaaaaaat? She was cooler than him? Err, well, maybe. "I wouldn't go THAT far. But you are cool." She was a Hufflepuff, after all. Pout. "You are a right kidder, ain't chu?" Everything she said was an apparent joke. All those compliments were fake! That's it! Jamie was never believing a word she said ever again. Hmm, what else was he rubbish at? Was Viola trying to turn this into a self-loathing session for him? Pfft... "I'm rubbish at writing and spelling." Yes, that was baaaad. "Course I am! I signed up to look cool, but I didn't show up so I couldn't possibly cause myself or anyone else any harm! I was thinking of EVERYONE here, Viola." If he had been let loose on a broomstick, all hell would break loose. Jamie's overstretched smile faded slightly at her reaction. Was that it? He just sang his soul out in the middle of the grounds and she said it was OKAY?! The boy smacked his head, "I don't think I can ever please you." He said with a grumble. Just trying to impress the ladies, huuur! Cut him a break! "I wasn't yelling. That was my big finish." He did the jazz hands and everything! Meaning, he should definitely be on stage. "Well, he is no Johnny Depp, is he?" Because everyone had heard of him. Wanna know why? Because he was a GOOD ACTOR. But whatever, Jamie would trust Viola in that he was a good actor. She seemed to have quite a soft spot for this Hugh Dancy. Smirking at her next comment, Jamie could not resist with his response. "Are you saying that I am the second most beautiful person ever?" Flirty eyes again. GAH, STOP! The third year looked to her, almost shocked that she didn't believe him. "Course I was kidding. You're ah... you're ah... very pretty..." Ah, that wasn't what he was supposed to say... "I mean, beautiful... kinda, yeah." He scratched his head and coughed shortly. Oh, Merlin's toes. "YOU AGREE?! You agree that my BEAUTIFUL face knocks woman dead?!" GOTCHAAAAAAAAAAAA! Jamie was literally bouncing with excitement by this point. No more cheesy quotes? Sheesh, she was asking a lot of Jamie today. "I can't promise that one, Viola." He was just full of cheese. Full of cheese, and full of awesome. Nothing he could do about that! Was she having second thoughts about the dancing? Owhh. "Sure, I'm sure. It's gotta be done, hasn't it? For our DADA assignment..." And Jamie would much rather dance with Viola as opposed to a stranger. Grinning, the Slytherin got to his feet once his sandwich was finished. "Let's keep going, ya?" They had 4.8 miles left to run! Better get cracking! |

Aw. He was hurt. Well, she liked to tease him and kinda hoped that he wouldn’t take her teasing and insulting too seriously. But, it seemed like he had. Now, she felt guilty. “Umm..I’m sorry. I mean it in a good way, you know? If you don’t like it, then…” she shrugged. “Oh. Now, that’s a good thing to be rubbish at.” Viola nodded. Yep. By the way, did that even make sense? “So, just because you want to look COOL, you sign up for the tryouts when you have no intention of actually turning up?” Yeah, that makes sense. NOT. Okay. On a serious note. “You should have tried, at least. I mean, for all you know, you might have been good.” Well, she said that more to herself, than to him. Why couldn’t she follow her own advice? Huh. Was she actually being rude? Oh. NOOOOOOO. That’s crazy. But, she was just teasing him, in a good way. Bleh. Boys=Confusion. Why did they have to behave in such crazy ways? “Look. I didn’t say you’re bad. You were actually really good." Emphasis on the 'really'. "But, you could have skipped the dramatic ending, that’s all.” Gosh, she really felt bad. “Ah. Okay, then. Well, it certainly was a grand finish.” Viola grinned. “Huh. Who?” She’d never heard of this Johnny Depp. “Is he a muggle actor as well?” Well, she didn’t watch a lot of muggle movies but the ones she had, had Hugh Dancy in it. So, yeah. Viola blushed. Why did he have to ask her such silly questions and expect her to give him a non-sarcastic answer. “Well. Yeah. Sort of?” SHUT UP, Viola! What’s wrong with you!? And, he did something with his eyes that made her blush again. Aw. “Well, thanks.” That made her feel better. Why!? “That’s nice of you. And, you’re handsome as well..” Lovely. She HAD to say that. “Not as handsome as Hugh, obviously.” She had to make that clear. NAAAAAAHHHHH! Oh, why did she say that!? WHYY? “Well, yes. I do agree.” Unfortunately. “Well, you have to. Please.” Viola would definitely puke, if he came up with such CHEESY dialogues again. Oh man. “Well, yeah. It has to be done.” There was no doubt about it. Okay, then. “Awesome. It’s decided, then.” And, she’d rather embarrass herself in front of him than anyone else. Viola finished her sandwich quickly and got up. She was ready to go! WOOT! “C’mon, then. Lets go.” |
SPOILER!!: . "Because.. praising makes ya happy, right?" For example, when Jamie called Viola beautiful, it was all to make her feel GOOD about herself. And it worked, he hoped. His point was, he rarely got praise or compliments from anyone, so he gave them to himself, instead! A sort of 'love yourself' movement. And it sure worked a treat! o_O "Oi!" He pointed and frowned. "You've been insulting me all day, I think YOU'RE the mean one in this situation." He was totally right. Viola had called him ugly, a bad singer, uncool.... Well, maybe not as dramatic as all those things. But Jamie saw it that way! A small smile crept through his features. What a fabulous actor he was. "Oh, that's okay. I forgive you." He grinned. Hehehe. Since when was not being able to spell a good thing to be rubbish at? "I disagree. I couldn't even write my full name til I was seven." When all the other kids could write long stories about their families and stuff. Bad times. Awww. Just, awww. "Thank you, Viola. That really made me feel good." But then again, should he believe her? Jamie was rubbish at understanding sarcasm, so he studied her face for a moment. Nah, seemed genuine enough. "Okay, okay. Next time..." There would be a next time? "I will skip the big finish." And he would produce a lovely little number. Maybe he could SING whilst they danced tomorrow? .... Actually, that would just make things uncomfortable. WHO? "WHO? Johnny Depp! That, err... Pirate dude!" He couldn't remember the name but he was a pirate, which made him cool! Merlin's socks.... Merlin's pants...! Viola just gave him such a compliment, that he frantically embraced her into a hug. "That's the sweetest thing you have ever said to me!" True, Viola had dished a lot of opinions out about Jamie over the conversation, but that was the nicest! Second most beautiful man in the world. Wow. Then she continued, with the 'handsome' comment. But all was ruined when she mentioned Hugh Dancy's name again. "I think you should stop mentioning his name." Because now he felt like a beauty rival. PLEEEEEEEEASE, stop feeding his ego! If she continued, his self-obsession would almost double in size. "Sure, I'll stop. Seeing as you're bein' so cute." He pinched her cheeks. Not hard, of course, then giggled. Jamie was glad that Viola was happy to continue the run. A part of him thought she would bale. "Awesome." He confirmed, and off they went, through the never ending pathways. "What else is on that assignment list, do you know?" Anything that didn't physically hurt them? He should actually be grateful that flying wasn't on the list... wait... it wasn't on it, right? He wasn't sure! AH! |
Emily walked along the path humming to herself. She was bored. And all of her friends had seemed to have vanished. So she'd decided to take a nice stoll outside... and it was still boring. Looking at her watch, she realised she'd only been out here 10 minutes. It felt like hours. All this fresh air was getting to her, she turned and was heading back to the castle when she felt a tugging at her bag. It was cought on a branch. She tugged it until... RIP. All her stuff came spilling out of her bag. Ink splattered on the ground as well as all her books and letters and parchment. "Oh merlin!" she cried picking up her wand that had also fallen out. Why did everything happen to her? |
Samira too (: Quote:
Aww he felt hurt? Naaah, poor Willy."Dont feel hurt you partner up with people next to you or near to you most of the time",the blonde nodded,"so it doesnt have to do anything with you.Dont worry." --------- Fee was making her way to the pathway searching for a bench to sit down and start reading. It was a beautiful autumn day and to spend it inside would be a crime.Smiling to herself the blonde walked to oen of the benches that apparead in her view now.eveb though it was a bit chilly outside it didnt bother the third year. With her book and her ipod in hand the girl sat down and breathed in the autumn air. |
Quote:
Samira was just about to walk in a different direction when she heard a slightly familiar, and very frustrated, voice. She turne and saw the face of a girl she talked to breifly the year before--Emily, if memory serves correct. Ooh, she seemed to be in a bit of a tangle. Samra pushed a stray curl behind her ear and walked over. She picked up one of the ink-splattered books and handed it to Emily. She bit her lip and sympathized. "Ouch..." |
Quote:
"Oh hi! Samira, right?" she said smiling at the girl and taking the book from her. "We talked briefly end of last year?" she'd shake hands with her but they were covered with ink now as well. She dumped her stuff in a pile at her feet and looked at her ripped bag. "Ouch indeed..." she commented, wand in hand. "Reparo!" and her bag was fixed. At least that was something... |
:) Anybody? Anybody? :) Tara sat down and looked up at the sky. "Look, it's a dragon! Over there is a sword." She said to herself as she looked up into the clouds.Tara started to hum as she looked to see if anyone was around her to talk to.Tara got up, but she slipped and fell on the mud. |

...."Yeeess." Hmm. That was very true, actually. "You shouldn't mind." But if he did, what was the luck for last term? Smirk. Ellie valued his opinion. Really, she did. It's why her cheeks tinged pink. She will still believe what she wanted, though. And that was that even if she was 'amazing' - Treyen's words, not hers - she could still get better. You could always get better, no? Ooooooh. Also very true. Ellie did love seeing the pieces kill each other. Hey now. She POUTED and sent Treyen a LOOK. It was not funny. Not at all. "They did. I can deal alright. I can play alright. But shuffling is difficult." The cards just didn't do what she wanted. Instead of staying neat, they went flying everywhere. Instead of falling onto each other, they missed. Instead of going down individually, they went down in chunks. Not cool and NOT funny, Treyen. That kind of amazed Ellie. She probably shouldn't be, but it happened. He was just saw the good part of everything, didn't he? "I guess it would." She shrugged. "It was just poorly planned. I didn't think about the sacrifices." Because not only did she get little Quidditch, she got little Daddy, Aiden and Mom time. And she hated that. How many days until Christmas, again? |

Text Cut: Evan and Bissy Mina nodded and looked back between the two of them. She was probably out of line to think that they had a chance to beat him but she wasn't about to allow him to have a big ego. She knew he was an amazing player and he knew it as well, but as his girlfriend; she did feel that she needed to keep him grounded as well. They would at least give him a run for his galleons. They just weren't going to let him walk all over them, no that was not going to happen. Pulling her wand out, she transfigured her ballet flats into suitable trainers. The last time she even tried to play in flat, it didn't turn out all that well. Content with the trainers, she leaned over to stretch out a bit, loosening up and getting herself ready to run around. Listening with one ear, she continued to stretch out her legs and arms. She wasn't completely sure about all the card and penalties, but a little refresher wouldn't be back as well. "Yes, can you go over them a little, so we know," she nodded. She understood the basics, but they was probably much she could still learn about it. Glancing at their goal, she smiled and nodded. "Oh, you know I intend on not allowing the ball in there without a fight." She was a fighter after all and losing was something she did hate to do. |
Quote:
Treyen caught the blushing, which only made him smile, he wasn't going to point it out, like Neptune does. Also, Ellie didn't need to know how beautiful she looked when she blushed, right? Because that would be awkward. So, he said nothing. If he'd notice her cheeks changing to a pink tone, then it was obvious he'd seen all the pouting going on. That wouldn't make any difference, no? Pouts don't work on the young Lockhart. Simple as that. Slowly, a smirk made its way to his face as he considered something that will make it all seem hilarious, at least to him. "You should practice, then," he said, raising an eyebrow, "Didn't you say 'practice makes perfect'?" since it was such a difficult thing to do, she should, "Unless you need no improving," which was completely fine by him. Chances were, Ellie was going to avoid any Muggle cards game. Another reason to get her Muggle cards, no? No, no, no guesses. Their summers were more enjoyable that way, otherwise, they wouldn't spend time together during the summer. But, enough of that. He'll need to owl Aaron soon, though. He nodded, twice, "Well, at least now you'll be better at planning it, right? If you do something similar again," or if she goes to visit the Muggles again, that is. Not anytime soon, by the looks of it. But, the Pitch was like...so close. Sigh. The grip on the broom tightened again. |
Quote:
Next time - should there even BE a next time - someone else will shuffle. "Right." Again, should there be a next time. Ever. The girl was perfectly fine with them coming to HER house the rest of her life. Her pace slowed as they approached the Pitch, and she eventually stopped outside the entrance and turned to face Treyen. He had her broom. She needed that. "You sure you're okay?" Cuz now he had to walk back. On his own. And if he still wasn't well, that wouldn't be good. Concerned, she was. |
Quote:
He nodded as she replied again, only once, and then sighed as they stopped. There was something he'd failed to see when he decided to join Ellie, or did see it but didn't care at the time. Treyen had to walk back again. Great. If he'd been running, this would've counted as those five miles for DADA. What now? "Yeah, of course," he said, with a smile. She'd agreed to go out with him, no? That was great. Only, come to think about it, not so much, and he'd better not think about what just happened, in case his reactions were to be the same. Yeah, keep it cool, Lockhart. "I guess you'll need this," he extended his hand, the one that had been holding the broom all along, and loosened his grip on it. She could take it now. "I hope your tryouts turn out great, Ellie," he smiled, but he was NOT wishing her good luck, yes? |
Quote:
Ellie giggled as she took the broom. "Maybe." It just might come in handy. In a crucial kind of way. Hah. So did she, Treyen, so did she. And with the miniscule amount of practice she'd gotten, she was worried. Crazy worried. Hence the practicing beforehand. And...yeah he knew. "Same to you." Really. She liked playing against him. As long as the Snitch didn't decide to be near him while she was Seeker again. That was not ideal. Though, she probably wouldn't pull out next time. She'd learned. "See you later." Grin. Because they would definitely be seeing each other. Outside of classes. Outside of Hogwarts, even. That was a nice thought to fly to. |
Quote:
Oh, of course! He had tryouts to attend to, as well, no? "Thanks," he smiled, eyes on Ellie. Did he really want to get on the team again? Because he didn't want to play against her, playing against Ravenclaw had proven to be a complete disaster in the past. Well, he managed to be a complete disaster, everyone else was just as awesome. Yeah, he wasn't sure. Ah, see. That smile right there was reason ONE for not wanting to leave, but he still nodded, "Yeah, see you, Ellie," he said, before turning back and heading to the Castle once more. 'See you'. Yes, because they were going to see each other again, right? Even outside Hogwarts' grounds. Okay. Treyen was free to freak out again if he wanted to. |

Was this all an act? Ridiculous. She just couldn’t understand boys at all. Viola smacked him on the head. ”You could have stopped at ‘that’s okay’.” He forgives her? Yeah, right. “Oh. What’s wrong in that? You can spell your name now, yes?” Oh man. She could still remember what a nerd she was when she was six AND she didn’t have any friends. Yeah. Pathetic. She was still a nerd but had friends now. Yep. Viola felt embarrassed. “No problem.” Viola smiled, awkwardly. She looked at him suspiciously. Was he being sarcastic as well? “What’s with all the niceness?” Woah. She was SO relieved that he hadn’t asked her to sing. WOOT! Thank Goodness. Ah, she was so scared for a minute there. Viola slowed down a bit. She was running way too fast and she’d probably get tired soon. Ugh. She should have got a bottle of water with her. She was thirsty. “That would be great.” No big finish the next time. Awesome. “Okayy. Well, I don’t know any pirate dude.” Who was he talking about? She hadn’t watched any movie with a pirate in it. “What’s the name of the movie?” She could probably watch it during the holidays. Before she could say anything, he pulled her sweaty and disgusting self into a hug. “Well, I’m glad to have made you happy..” Something was terrible wrong with him. Anyway, she was kinda glad that he didn’t seem too annoyed with her. LOL. “Is someone jealous?” Viola, will you just put a lid on it!? What kind of a silly question was that? Of course, he wasn’t jealous. Cute? Yuck! And, did he just pinch her cheeks!?! She wasn't sure whether to be annoyed because someone just pulled her cheeks or to be happy that he was less self-obsessed...for a change. AT least, that got him to agree. “Really. No offence. What’s got into you? You’re being really nice..? Do you want to get your head checked or something?" AH! “Now, let’s see. Karate, Singing, Dancing, Front Rolls, Talking to a mirror about your goals, Running 5 miles, Touch your toes, Stretch daily, Swimming and Meditation.” Viola ranted off the list. Yep. She remembered. Uhh, she was pretty sure she wasn’t going to do any Karate, meditation and front rolls. Why would anyone want to do Karate? Jeez. |

"I don't think I've seen you around lately? How are things?" |

She dropped a book in her newly repared bag, and luckily it didn't rip again. As she put her things back into her bag she sighed slightly at the question. Honestly things hadn't been great, but she didn't really want to bore her with the full story. "Things are... happening. Just family stuff. Other than that, fine. How are you?" she didn't look at her the whole time. She didn't want her to see how frustrated she was because of the family problems. "Nice bag." she commented causually, finally looking up at her. "Bet that dosn't rip like my tatty one." Well it had belonged to her sister. And she never took care of her things. |
Jai was really loving Hogwarts. The classes, the teachers, the students and the quidditch. It was different from Durmstrang. He found his way along a path way. It was peaceful and pretty. The green all around was calming. Every now and again he would see other students on it. It was a nice day out and he was enjoying it. |

Having developed a small case of cabin fever (Castle fever?) from being cooped up in the common room doing homework, Ivory had decided the best and only cure was to venture outside under the open sun, breathing in the brilliant fresh air. The crunch of fall leaves beneath her feet was pleasant to her ears and as she walked slowly through the natural avenue made by the trees, she couldn't help but feel content. Maybe she wouldn't run today. Maybe she'd just walk around. A few rays of sunlight trickled through the leaves giving an environment that was secluded and cool. Perfect strolling weather. Tucking her book under her arm, she tilted her face up. Eyes closed, lashes casting long shadows across her cheekbones, there was a soft smile on her lips as she walked through the pathway. Not stressing about new responsibilities or ridiculous drama, just enjoying the day. Blissful in her ignorance of anything going on around her, she had no way of knowing that she was close to quite literally coming face to face with nature. That of course being a euphemism for a tree. A few hard solid tree. |

Jai moved a little closer and said,"I wonder what colour your eyes are when the sun hits them and when it doesn't?" He came to stand next to her and turned his face up just as she did only with his eyes open. He looked at the leaves above and visible dust particles that gently floated by through the beams of sun that unexpected appeared between the leaves. It was in one word, beautiful. |

Oof. Blinking in bewilderment, Ivory brought up a slim hand to rub her head. Seriously, she'd bumped into a stupid tree. Gah, that's what she got for not paying attentions. Kneeling down to pick up her book, she snapped up abruptly at the sound of a male voice. Huh? Her eyes? For a second she panicked, wondering if maybe she didn't have her control in check and perhaps her eyes were some odd swirling color, before his words sunk in. Oh. He was wondering about the color. Ah. Dark eyes wide open now as she took in the person next to her as he seemingly observed the surrounding nature, Ivory blinked almost owlishly before turning around for a second. Maybe he was talking to someone else. No one to her right...or her left.Hmmm. Looking at him skeptically for a split second, her lips parted. "...just a boring ol' dark brown?" she answered questioningly. Wait, had that been a question right? Or was he just wondering aloud? Oh, well. She'd answered anyway. |

He pushed the sleeves of his shirt up his elbows as they were getting uncomfortable before running his hand through his black hair.He looked into her eyes and considering what she said or asked and replied,"Interesting response. I think they go perfectly with your hair. They're nice I'd say." he remarked,"I hope I didn't scare you. I'm Jai." Jai was careful to keep his voice low and kind as well as keep his eyes on her face. His stance was relaxed so as to not frighten her anymore than he probably already have. He looked at her more carefully and said,"You seem to like being outside." |

Seeing the guy's smile, Ivory's own lips quirked up in a grin which was quickly followed by a small blush at his words. Well now. That sounded like a compliment. Bringing up a hand self-consciously to her hair, she shrugged her slim shoulders with a shy smile. "Thanks." A little shake of her head at his remark had her hair fanning over her shoulders. "Oh no scare, just a surprise is all." Over the initial shyness of the introduction now, the Ravenclaw prefect gave him a lopsided smile and extended a slender hand in greeting."Good to meet you Jai, I'm Ivory." Blinking under his careful scrutiny, something she seemed to be doing a lot lately, she tucked a strand of hair behind one ear. "Yeah," Her shoulders rose as she took in a deep breath of the fresh air. "The grounds are great. I like to come outside whenever I get a chance." She admitted with grin. " What about you?" Her eyes moved off his for a second to look around them. "Spontaneous wandering and exploring or regular habit?" |

"So, other than walking and being one with nature, what else do you like?" he asked. He made to continue walking before asking her,"Do you mind if I continue walking with you?", flashing her a friendly, warm smile. Jai was taught by his mother and father toalways be a gentleman. 'Always ask a lady.' they would say. |
