A great number of floor-to-ceiling bookshelves fill the library, creating rows and aisles of books available for students to read and check out. When returning books to the higher shelves, just hold up the tome and the shelves will take care of the rest; there's a spell on the shelves which summons the returned book to the correct place. Of course, when retrieving a book, they don't 'know' what you're looking for, so those who aren't yet accomplished in the use of the Summoning Charm may use one of the sliding ladders that move around from bookcase to bookcase.
In front of each set of shelves is a small desk. Students can sit at these desks to complete homework or copy down notes and book references. Be aware that other students may need to access books above you… so mind your head.
You can find any book here that's appropriate for all school years, so browse to your heart's content.

Hmmm, yes the textbook. Chuckling quietly, she turned the page in the book and scanned the description of the new spell. That one wasn't so bad. Not as bad as the previous one that is. "Should've been the first place you looked." she smirked, looking back up to Riley.
Well, he certainly wasn't the brightest of the bunch, but Riley was Riley. He had his other talents. Like looking good on the castle wall as a mural. Deciding not to think about that again though since it just annoyed her once Professor Hadley entered the picture, Evelyn glanced over her shoulder to see who was making all that ruckus...
SPOILER!!: Oh goodness...
The sudden presence of another boy surprised her, but not as much as when they shoved Riley against the bookshelf. The book dropped from her hands and landed open on the ground with a soft thud as she suddenly realized it was Josh. She couldn't believe it though. What in Merlin's beard was he doing?
Blink.
"Josh..." she finally got out, shaking her head in disbelief. Mouth opening and closing for a second, not really knowing what to say, the Slytherin girl glanced to Riley as Josh's words echoed in her mind. Was he alright? "Riley, I...he..."
Trying to clear her thoughts, the confused hazel eyed girl looked between the two Gryffindors before turning her full attention to her obviously angry boyfriend, frowning. "Josh!" She finally got her voice back. "What has gotten into you?!" And why did she feel like a sudden statue, unable to move?

No, Josh was not going to excuse you you dirty girlfriend stealer. First The BigHead Boy now Riley. What was going on in Hogwarts? Had people started to forget the very well known, obvious fact that Evelyn Flores BELONGED to Joshua Carter. And the 'Joshua Carter' there being HIM, Josh himself, not anyone else.
The angry dark brown eyes glaring directly into the other Gryffindor's, Josh impatiently waited for a reasonable answer to his question. If he didn't know this she-snake was his girlfriend then Riley was an ignorant, brainless git who needed to be punched to get his head to work and if he did know she was his girlfriend but still tried to get his hands on her, then he had a death wish upon himself and needed to be punched at first place to begin with paying for messing with his beloved.
Wait! Had he just said that they were in a library! Then...then...this had just PROVED that Bissy was right. The Library was chosen specifically. As the angry lion boy looked back at Bissy, the other she-snake, his punch was lowered some while his grip on the boy loosened some right before Riley slapped his hand off himself which caused Josh to quickly glare back at him and only annoyed him more. So, this time grabbing the other Gryffindor boy by his robe with both hands, he aggressively pulled him towards himself. ''Yeaa, you thought i would never show up, didn't you? But here i am and i will...''
Josh was about to reveal his plans about Riley to teach him that he must have stood away from his girlfriend yet Evelyn's voice made him stop as well as drawing his attention towards the dark-haired Slytherin girl. Josh....what? Riley, her....what? Why was she unable to speak? Was she stuttering? Josh didn't remember her doing this before so was that a sign of guilt? Was it!!!? ''What has gotten into ME?!!!'' Josh asked angrily with a tone of disbelief while turning to face the girl and forcing Riley to move with himself. ''You think it is ME who is doing something out of order here? It is ME who is causing problems? It is ME who should be stopped?'' dropping Riley and shoving him back towards the shelves, Josh took a step closer to his girlfriend. ''Why this, Rose? Why this? At least you could have told me.''

Running a hand through her dark hair, seeing the way he was treating Riley at the moment was less than awful to watch, yet she didn’t want to upset Josh even more. An argument was one thing between them but his anger…like this…
Letting out a soft breath that she realized she had been holding after she spoke, Evelyn stared at him, her scowl only halfway turning to a look of confusion. "Tell you WHAT?" she asked, not really knowing what answer he was looking for, but she was becoming rather impatient now. "That I wanted to go to the library? You hate the library. Whatever it is you're upset about, you don’t have the right to shove Riley around like that."
Taking a step away from him, Evelyn bent down to pick up the book she had dropped before taking another step away once again. Moving from angry, to confused, to impatient, to rather uncertain and worried, the Slytherin girl held the book close. Wait, they were in the library. Oh jeez...
Glancing around, she jumped slightly when her gaze landed on someone else that stood behind her, having been expecting Donovon to be there. Oh, Mariaed. Pfft. "Don't you have someone else to bug?" Meaning, go away. Yes? Yes.

Seeing Josh being angry with Evelyn was a reward beyond imagination for Bissy. Oh, Merlin! Did Josh yell at Evelyn? Yeah, he did. She was smiling broadly eyes lighting up with excitement. Although she had sworn not to do anyone an ill turn, she couldn't help it with Flores who was an exception. They were bound to be enemies while they were on their own and frienemies with Josh around.
Looking at Evelyn taking the book from the ground, her eyes lingered on Josh and that Riley boy for a second. She jumped hearing Evelyn's words and faced her frienemy. She waved her fingers to the dark-haired girl with a fake and sickening smile, then said: "Oooh! Hi, Flores. You don't want me to miss the entartainment, do you?" Pffft...
Riley just stared at Evelyn as she seemed to be lost for words as Josh was attacking HIM! What in the hell had he done wrong? He was just looking for a book and he was being attacked, now THIS was why he never came to the Library, and he never would again now that he knew he would need a security detail. Geez.
Why couldn't Evelyn speak? She should pull out her wand and shoot the dude into next week yet she didn't. The Slytherin just stared and gasped for words as the other Gryffindor boy shouted at her and then yanked Riley by the robes...AGAIN WITH THE VIOLENCE TOWARDS HIM!
Was that why they had picked the Library? *blink* "What on Earth are you talking about?" he said Riley's eyebrows creasing in the middle. "Oh let me guess, you hate Libraries too?" he smirked sarcastically. Pulling the boy's hands from his robes again, Riley began to to get angry, as Josh continued to yell at him and Evelyn, the latter had taken a change since the boy had arrived. "WHY WOULD SHE TELL YOU ANYTHING, JOSH?!" Riley exploded. "I mean look at how you are acting! And I wasn't aware that people needed to ask permission to enter the Library." he said taking a breath.
"And YES, it's you causing problems. I should not even be in this stupid fight between you and Evelyn, I'm not even sure there is a reason for a fight." The seventh year looked in disgust at Josh and then turned to Evelyn. "Come find me after you're done talking to...him. See ya later."
And with that he turned to walk down the aisle, stopping to glare at the other Slytherin girl, whom he did not know but seemed, at least by Evelyn's reaction, to be the cause of the commotion. He stared at her grinning and obviously excited expression. "Oh go sit on a snargaluff."
And then just before he rounded the corner he said audible enough so that all three could hear. "I wouldn't blame her for sneaking around with others..." and then he was gone.
Simple brute. *sigh*

Thea slowed to a walk as she entered the library. Panting slightly, Thea headed to the bookshelves. She had completely forgotten what she was meant to be loooking for but.. erm.. oh well.
She looke dat the various books while waiting for Eino. He had ran off ahead and now she had no idea where he had gone. He'd probably forgotten he was meant to be coming to the library and wandered off..
Giggling slightly she carried on browsing.

"There you are!" Eino jumped from behind a bookshelf. He had been walking around the library for quite some time looking for Thea. Apparently he had ran too fast and had lost her on the way to the fourth floor. He still couldn't remember what he had to do earlier, so he would remain in the library for now, which was never a bad idea. He had once heard that just by being in the library a person could get much smarter! He believed it. "Are you looking for any book in particular?" He asked as he glanced at some of the books.

Tayla suggested this as she slowly walked out of the rows of bookshelves. Then she added, "Where to next Ari? Want to go to the DADA room to practice? Or some place else?" She loved hanging out with her friend.
'No, wait! I think we should write this down!' Ari exclaimed, but too late, as Tayla had already closed the book. When her friend gave her the book she opened it at the page they had been looking at and scribbled down the spell instructions on a piece of parchment, meticulously copying the drawings illustrating the wand movements. 'There.' she said, putting the book back.
'Sure, that's an excellent idea. You should definitely owl your grandma. But promise to tell me what she says. I'm way too curious now.' the firstie nodded. 'I've never been to the DADA practice room, what's it like?' Ariadne asked her friend.

"Dear me!" He exclaimed. Forgetting things was no good, and no amount of thinking would recover her lost thoughts! Eino was very much familiar with her woes. Perhaps they should both visit the healer in hopes of finding a cure for their forgetfulness. "Where do you suppose you forgot it?" Eino asked. Maybe if they knew where, they could go to that location and retrieve whatever it was that she forgot! Perhaps in the Common Room? Or perhaps she had forgotten it in the moving staircase!

*Blink* Where had she forgotten it?.. Had she heard right? 'Um.. I don't know!' Thea shrugged. Once she forgot something, she didn't usually remember it until days after.. so that was useless. 'Oh well, it doesn't matter!' Thea smile dat Eino, running her hand along the books. 'Any particular book you'd like?' She grinned.

She was asking WHAT she was supposed to tell him? Seriously? Apparently everyone down in the dungeons though he was an idiot just because he was a Gryffindor or for some else reason. He was only sure that now, they thought he was an idiot. Taking a deep breath and swallowing, Josh looked down to the floor right after he had realised that the Slytherin girl was stepping away from him. Yes, away...from him. He still had doubts that Evelyn was actually doing this to him, choosing Riley as her new lover over him, however her every act since the first time he had stepped inside the library to see them was making it hard to keep that doubt, no matter how hard he tried not to believe.
What? Yes, he hated the library but apparently it was not the problem that she went to library, was it? A smart girl, whose means of handling things Josh admired, like Evelyn Flores saying that as if it was not already obvious why he was angry? This was confusing and...troubling not to forget annoying. So taking another breath and looking back at her face, the lion boy was about to express why he was angry however the very next thing his girlfriend had said...was as if she had just kicked him out the way she had been following in her life. He had no right to shove Riley WHATEVER reason he was upset for! Whatever reason. So Riley could be trying to get his hands all over HIS, Josh Carter's, girlfriend and it was no problem for the girlfriend herself, telling her supposed boyfriend that he had no right to deal with it. ''I have...no right?'' the boy asked dark brown eyes widening with a shock of disappointment and offense. Then what did he have?
Now his anger was slowly dying off which was a rare thing since it was usually very hard for him to snap out of fury, yet the feeling that was replacing it now was almost as strong as it as well. Not really knowing what to do, for it was the first time in his life that he was feeling that kind of a broken heart, he ran a hand through his hair completely messing with it just before Bissy's words came to his ears adressed to Evelyn...apparently. And after those words, Josh had to turn immediately and shoot a deep glare at her, some bit of anger rising inside him again for she had called his broken heart an entertaintment. Slytherins...Slytherins...Slytherins....!!!
SLYTHERIN GIRLS!! THEY HAD NO HEART!!! They only played along with you and once they were bored, you found yourself in the trash at the back of the fithy street.
Nevertheless before Josh could utter any comments about Bissy, Riley did open that big mouth of his again which obviously needed to get broken by an ordinary punch of Josh Carter. And what?!! WHAT!!! Did this idiot have any idea what he was talking about?!!
Forcing himself not to charge at the other Gryffindor to beat him up to death, Josh's gaze of deep fury was fixed on him. ''WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE IF SHE WOULD TELL ME ANYTHING OR NOT? WHO ARE YOU TO DECIDE HOW SHOULD I ACT? WHO ARE YOU TO SAY THAT THE ARGUMENT I AM HAVING WITH MY GIRLFRIEND IS STUPID? WHO ARE YOU TO TELL MY GIRLFRIEND MEET YOU? WHO ARE YOU TO EVEN COMMENT ABOUT OUR RELATIONSHIP? WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN THE RELATIONSHIP WHICH IS MINE AND HERS?''
And then the COWARD Gryffindor was just walking away. As Josh had expected him to do. Glaring while he was getting away, Josh fought the strong urge of slamming the other boy's head into the book shelves. What he had said last, however, was the most offensive thing so far so for a moment Josh took a few fast steps after Riley but he could always catch him in the common room or in the dormitory so instead he turned to Evelyn and approached to her.
''You are not going to meet HIM. You are NOT going to meet anyone.''

Really, Evelyn had no idea what to do. All she felt was anger and panic and the two combined was making her at a loss for words. If the two guys would just stop yelling at eachother, she could possibly take a minute to THINK properly and actually make a decent and understandable sentence that she could understand herself!
Why would she tell him anything? What?
She told Josh a lot of things. Sorta. Well, he found out a lot of things by himself, so there really was no need to tell him anything. Is that what he was angry about? That she didn't tell him things?
Staring at Josh as he looked at her with wide and disappointed eyes, she figured that that probably wasn't the reason he was angry. Yet her attention was diverted back to the other Gryffindor boy as he addressed her, and still...she couldn't form words. It seemed her little explosion a minute before was the last time she would be able to speak. Go and find Riley after she spoke with Josh? She heard the words, though she failed to respond.
That is...until she heard Mariaed. Speak! Speak speak speak UP! No. Speaking...was not the problem anymore. It was resisting the urge to have her fist connect with Mariaed's face that was the problem. Or the book she currently held. Or her foot. Or knee... "JOSH!" she yelled, finally snapping. "Just...SHUT...UP! For once in your life, just...stop talking." Just once.
Turning to face him, she shook her head in disbelief, her thoughts trying make sense. "If you want to talk about people deciding things for me, maybe you should take a look at the big picture right now! Who are you to decide who I hang around with? Or where I go?! You may be my boyfriend Josh, but that doesn't give you the right to take away my free will. This is MY life! You don't see ME forbidding you from talking and hanging with Kurumi or Carter or...Mariaed." Mariaed. Meh. WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE ANYWAY!?
*Blink* Where had she forgotten it?.. Had she heard right? 'Um.. I don't know!' Thea shrugged. Once she forgot something, she didn't usually remember it until days after.. so that was useless. 'Oh well, it doesn't matter!' Thea smile dat Eino, running her hand along the books. 'Any particular book you'd like?' She grinned.
"Dear me, that just won't do." If she didn't know where they couldn't go back to retrieve it. What were they to do now? Eino shook his head. "I didn't even know I would like a book!" He cried out holding his head with both hands. Apparently his forgetfulness was beginning worsen. He didn't even know he was looking for a book, let alone which book.

Hmm. Heather wanted to do a bit of light reading, but found she could not look for a good book to pick. She scanned again-oh, hey, is that a book on herbology over there...ON THE TOP SHELF. The lat lesson they had made her quite curious why plants would bother eat meat so she aimed for that book.
but, even if Heather tip-toed, she would not really be able to reach for it. Suppose she could use the summoning charm, but remembering the incident of her own book hurling towards the wall behind her back at the dormitories, she thought otherwise; and the book she was reaching for was rather huge. so there, she went and took a sliding ladder that was unused by anyone and climbed to the shelf she needed. Taking the book was the challenge for it was really heavy, but she managed to take it anyway and climb down; she did not fancy sitting today at the desk in each set of shelves. Not today, maybe some other time.
she quickly got down, settled the entire book on her right arm and flipped it open to read. She had not even noticed that she was now practically sitting on the floor as she went on reading, fascinated by the magical plants and their properties.
Nothing is for sure really but Jeanne just decided to go seek the library for some references. Or maybe, she just wants an excuse to read and relax in the library. The common room is basically packed with students, so reading there and actually understanding what you are reading is impossible. Going outside is quite stupid since the weather will kill you. It's cold and foggy. It's no use of reading there. Lastly, Observatory. It's only nice when it's daytime but Jeanne is quite nocturnal especially when she just wants to read some random books. She loves to read at night, even back at her house. It's a weird habit, really.
Upon reaching one of the bookshelves her eyes automatically searched for a book. "Unfogging the Future?" she mumbled as she got one of the books out of it's corner in the shelf. Hmm... Divination stuffs.
She opens the book and shuffled at the pages around. Interesting book. "Fortune telling" she read one of the chapters and giggled to herself. This book is indeed interesting. Back at Beauxbatons, Fortune telling and reading of tarot cards was a subject, Jeanne didn't like it. Not really fun to do and it's quite painful to the brain to study all the little and minute details you can find. She never really gave it a shot so now, she wants to enjoy divination.
She didn't bother taking a seat for awhile, standing up and finishing the book would be a lot better.
Lalalala. Alright. It was research time. Yup, that's the mission. Zara went over to the library on her own to search for those three subcategories of water plants. *sigh* So much homework to do. AAHHHH.
She scanned the bookshelves for books about plants, especially water plants. She began to get books and looked at the Table of Contents, searching for something about water plants and those categories.

Yeah, Kimber heard the yelling. Who wouldn't have?! It was ear-piercing!
The Librarian took off in the direction of the disturbance and was seething by the time she reached the bookshelves. "Just what on EARTH do you think you are doing?!" she demanded; he eyes wild with anger. "Josh?! Evelyn!? Explain yourselves NOW!"

Library is the best place to spend her time reading. Walking past the shelves, Aiden sees the third year Gryffindor she met at the Three Broomsticks the other day sitting on the floor reading.
...
It is odd. There are many empty seats around her. So Aiden decides to approach Heather.
"What are you doing down here?"she asks, kneeling down in front of heather. Her cold grey eyes are sharp as though they would pierce anything that comes before them.

"What are you doing down here?"she asks, kneeling down in front of heather. Her cold grey eyes are sharp as though they would pierce anything that comes before them.
From reading a passage about healing herbs, Heather looked up to see a familiar first year with piercing gray eyes looking at her silver doll-ish soft ones.
Ah, it was the first year she met at the three broomsticks with William and Zara. What an occasion that day was; she was practically surrounded by adorable first years and if any of Heather's friends were there, they'd mistake her for a first year as well. Glad that didn't happen.
what was her name again? Aiden. That was it. Aiden. Nice girl. Quite shy. Happens all the time as a trait for firsties, except if they were already born and raised to be quite outgoing than usual.
but first, that glaring eye she was giving to Heather was rather uncomfortable, Heather wanted her to stop staring. one way she could do it was to respond to the girl.
"H-hello..." she smiled, reminding herself, do not stutter. Now what was her name again? "...Aiden. Fancy seeing you here..." she was about to ask what the girl was doing in the library; if she was up there for some school work, but Aiden asked her first what she was doing in the floor. she looked about. There were many places she could have sat on, but she had chosen to sit on the floor comfortably.
"oh...uhm...i hadn't noticed...i was sitting on the floor already..." she gingerly smiled with a soft laugh as she closed the book and stood up. "it's...just a habit of mine...we have a private library back home...and I'm qite used to sitting on the floor while reading...i often... uhm...lie down on the floor." she said, blushing a bit. No, she was not going to do that here, but she does miss the comfort of her own hoe library; still, Hogwarts has every book imaginable. The only limit is the restricted section to which she would dare not venture. She had heard of books screaming back at you and Heather did not fancy screaming at one;s face for no apparent reason.
she turned back her attention to Aiden, the girl who stood in front of her, as if waiting for one more word that Heather would say. "Uhm...so...Aiden...what brings you here?" she asked. FOr most normal conversations, that's how everybody starts; ask what they are doing in that place in the first place.

Coward...coward...saying stupid things then running away...coward...
That COWARD! It was unbelievable how Evelyn had been...attracted to that complete exposition of pure cowardice. Why not someone else? Was she trying to insult him?
The eyes that were on her had that angry emotion within them as the Gryffindor stared at the she-snake. He was not done with his words. He had a lot to say and a lot to ask. However, at the same time, he was feeling pretty much unwanted and unloved so it was maybe much better if he just asked the most important one then leave which was 'Why?'. But before even he could open his mouth and take that little breath to utter a word, another shock, a bigger one, ran through him the moment she yelled his name that...furiously and snapped at him to shut up.
While his eyes widening some more reflecting the deeply broken heart which, at that very instant, felt like she had just stabbed him with a dagger, Josh took a step away from her as well as if she was something to be scared of, something deadly. She had never been that...hostile towards him though there had been times she was angry at him. ''I am not taking away your free will.'' he said with a lower tone which had that air of huge resentment he was trying to hide. ''I didn't know meeting and spending time with him was more important to you than any feelings i might have.''
And NO...he was NOT going to cry like a pathetic git. He was NOT that weak. He was not, right? He was NOT. Avoiding another look into the beautiful hazel eyes of her, the boy turned around and was planning to walk away...until he came face to face with the angry, annoyed figure and voice of Madam Donovan.
Moving his gaze of sadness into the woman's eyes, Josh stared at her for a moment or so before letting out a slight breath ''It is...nothing so important Madam Donovan. Now...can you please excuse me?''
He had a seventh year housemate to kick and then find a dark and silent hole to enjoy his inner pain

She tried anyway, with thoughts rushing through her mind. Josh believed Mariaed. Whatever she said. That hurt. She...she needed to find Marie or Mia. No. No, she needed to find Riley.

Reference books for a bit of homework then? Oh yeah...they have homework for Transfiguration and Herbology. Heather held out a book she picked out for Herbology. "I have one for Herbology. You can have it, And i'd give it to you...but...you're carrying a lot already, I'll hold it for you." she told the girl, smiling at her. "I'll help you look for more books. He just wanted to be left alone and free. Nothing much. But unfortunately, now, his way was blocked by his Head of House and he had to be pulled towards her by sleeve. Groaning rather loudly as she did that so, Josh stared into her eyes again. ''Madam Donovan, please...'' he said keeping his voice calm despite the inner storm he had. However the woman had no intentions of letting him go, apparently, and worse than that now he had to hear more words about how people did not care about him or his feelings. Not to mention being snapped about...people not being able to read their books for a few moments.
Once the scolding, during which the boy did nothing but stare into his Head of House's eyes, was over, Josh took a deep breath to keep himself collected and block the anger that had just begun to rise all over again and leaned against the nearby book shelves. After a few moments of staring down at the floor in silence, he lifted his gaze on Evelyn who looked angry, as if she had the right to be, then moving it back on Donovan, he let the breath he had been holding out. Now this was enough of them, wasn't it? Yes, maybe, no one cared about him yet he was a humanbeing so they could at least give him a bit of tolerance for stressing and emotionally difficult moments, couldn't they? Was he asking for too much?
Obviously even THAT was too much for THEM!!! Looking back at the Slytherin girl, the angry look combined by the resentment came back to his eyes and he pushed himself off the shelves pretty fast. ''I have NEVER thought of taking away your free will!!'' then he turned to Madam Donovan ''I do NOT need to hear anymore about people not caring about me for i have JUST learned that well!!!'' Again Evelyn. ''I have NEVER thought of doing anything that would hurt or even bother you!!!'' Back to Donovan ''I have NEVER thought of disrespecting you. And I am NOT selfish!!!'' If she was looking for a selfish jerk, she could go and search for one who thought it was no problem to flirt with the girlfriend of a housemate and who could run away after causing a commotion and snapping out offensive words. So the person to look for would be Riley Sinclair. Not him!
''I HAVE BEEN BETRAYED BY TWO PEOPLE. ONE BEING A SUPPOSED HOUSEMATE AND ONE BEING THE ONE I LOVE MOST. AND YOU EXPECT ME TO CARE ABOUT A FEW PEOPLE WHO ARE READING BOOKS??!! SERIOUSLY?!! THEY CAN ALWAYS COME BACK TO THEIR HAPPY LIBRARY MOMENTS ONCE I AM GONE AND THIS IS OVER BUT I AM DONE WITH, I AM DEAD!!!''
Snorting loudly he took a few steps closer to Madam Donovan in another attempt of leaving the place. ''NOW GET OUT OF MY WAY!! PLEASE!'' literally and figuratively ''BOTH OF YOU!.......PLEASE!''

Taking a hesitant step back, her gaze moved back to the librarian, before flickering to Josh and back to Donovon once more. This was Mariaed's fault. She knew it. Obviously it was hers. Why else would she be standing here with that GRIN on her face as if she just bought Paris? Why else would she be standing here anyway!?
Well, with Donovon's attention on Josh, she tried to send a glare in Mariaed's direction while walking away but for one, it was probably the weakest glare she ever gave someone, and two, could she be so lucky as to sneak away for once without the professor knowing? Just once?
She tried anyway, with thoughts rushing through her mind. Josh believed Mariaed. Whatever she said. That hurt. She...she needed to find Marie or Mia. No. No, she needed to find Riley.
Kimber leveled her eyes on Evelyn just long enough to say three little words. "Evelyn, leave now." There was no inflection in her voice to signal whether or not she was angry with the Slytherin but right now, she was not exactly in the mood to look at her.

Having NEVER been yelled at by student before, Kimber just stood there a moment, stock still, staring into Josh's eyes. The color quickly drained from her face but she FORCED herself to keep her cool. "Carter... report to the dungeons immediately," she said in a strained voice.
