"No i don't mind, Kurumi! ...in fact, i was going to tell you to pick any you like to keep. I did take pictures of you, and you should keep them if you want!" Heather beamed. She really was glad Kurumi liked the photos she took. She was really proud of the photos and to see that she had taken record of Kurumi in action at the field. "I'm sure your father would love it! I know...you can use my owl to send the pictures over to your dad." Yeah...it's been awhile since she last went to see Sythe and Kurumi, amazingly after so many months, had not met her darling owl.

Mookies. well...it does sound hilarious, really. "Maybe next time, i'll make some..but COOKIES...i will try my best for cookies...but please...i sure do hope the oven won't explode." or the cookies becoming big buns instead of muffins.

"Aw, I've missed you too," Kurumi smiled ruffling Raven's hair a bit. "Where have you been all this time? I was beginning to think that you had transferred!" Kurumi then gestured towards the trays of cookies she had brought with her from the kitchens. "Feel free to take as many as you like. Just don't eat any of the broom ones if you are allergic to peanuts."

Kurumi's attention was then drawn to Rose who had entered the common room and she waved at her teammate who seemed to have a bone to pick with William as well. When was that boy going to give it a rest?

"Really?! Thank you so much!" Kurumi chirped as she hugged Heather tightly again. She could hardly believe how many pictures Heather had taken, each one seeming more exciting than the next minus the ones where she looked as though she were going to throw up because she was so nervous. "Alright, we can go to the Owlery together sometime then. I need to go there to collect some eagle owl feathers for Professor Lafay's homework assignment anyway."

There she was, at a Quidditch celebration party and already discussing classwork.

Thea dodged through the crowd.. but it was no use. She couldn't find Kurumi! Jerking to the left, she thought she saw her head bobbing away. Taking a deep breath Thea yelled after her:
'WELL DONE KURUMI! YOU DID GREAT!' Smiling, she hoped the older lioness had heard her. Wandering to the food table, she grabbed a slice of pizza. Smiling at her fellow Gryffindors, Thea tried to find somebody to talk to. Smiiiiile.

Oooooooooooooooo Merlin!

It was time to rest!!! Then he could take a shower!! Hehe. Yes. And there was nothing like resting in the common room listening to the relaxing sound of burning wood in the large fireplace there. Not to mention the dormitory was boring. So, rushing out the portrait hole to the Lions' Red Resting Area, Josh directly walked to the couch before the fireplace as he took off his robe and threw it at somewhere random...he did not care where it went, apparently.

Then staring at the couch, in all of a sudden, he decided against resting on it and instead he grabbed one of those scarlet pillows on it, placed it on the ground right in front of the fireplace and made himself comfortable on the floor. Yes, on the floor.

Anybody else could take the couch. Slowly closing his eyes, he smiled to himself and loosened his red and gold tie. Time to dream...of good stuff.

Raven smiles he love cookies yes, definitely he can tastes some of Heather's even the oven explode. "just don't overdo it, you can" Raven words of encouragement.

Raven trying to avoid that question but this is the second time kurumi ask it indirectly, he is out of choice.

"I been pulled-out by my muggle Mother authority, but not an issue anymore, she is decided to leave me alone in my education" Raven say, his face in between sadness and happiness. "no worry, it's settled, I'm back already, right"

Rose waved at Kurumi. 'Hey, you did great!' Rose grinned enthusiastically. 'Me and William just broke up, thank God... He was way too posessive! Hey, you seemed mad at him for something at the Whomping Willow when he came over, am I going to find out what it was?' Rose asked Kurumi. Another thing to add to the list, hopefully!

Were her eyes deceiving her? Was that REALLY Josh in the common room AND in one piece?! Kurumi had begun to think that his most recent detention had involved battling a monster perhaps the dragon residing in Hogwarts and he had turned into a roasted Josh sandwich on rye bread.

Grabbing one of the lemon signet cookies, Kurumi hopped over to where Josh was and knelt down in front of him...and noticed that he had loosened his tie and shirt so she could see a little bit of his chest. She had hardly been able to handle Carter practically removing his entire shirt after the match so she could check on bruises, and now she had to deal with this little peek of Josh. It was almost enough for Kurumi to faint right there on the spot.

Sleeping next to the fire, Wanlut swished his tail back and forth as he pondered how best to entertain himself. The common room was awfully loud with all the students, including his Mistress, returning from the match, so he knew a nap was out of the question. Still, he wouldn't mind just relaxing on his back peacefully....

HOLY CROCKSHANKS! WHO TURNED OUT THE LIGHTS!?

Wanut hissed and batted at the air trying to remove whatever foul smelling object had been thrown over him. It reminded him of what that sadistic professor had done. The one who had chased him around with a chainsaw...at least, that was the story Walnut was sticking to.

Finally able to rid himself of the mass, Walnut jumped to his feet and sniffed it. It smelled...and AWFULLY lot like pineapple...

His eyes narrowed.

"J-Josh," Kurumi squeaked softly as she averted her eyes anywhere BUT his face and chest area. Yep, her shoes would do. "I-I think the sofa or perhaps your bed would be a better place to sleep." She held out a cookie for him.
"Oh, I'm sorry Raven," Kurumi replied hanging her head slightly. "I-I didn't mean to bring up a sensitive subject." She pulled on the collor of her Quidditch robes. He little lion brother must have gone through a lot to be able to come back to Hogwarts. "F-For what it's worth, I am glad you are back."
"T-Thank you, Rose," Kurumi blushed bowing her head a little as she summoned a tea cup and poured herself some. "I was so nervous, I've never played in a proper match before. I think...I think I see why everyone enjoys the sport so much." Kurumi's smile faded a bit. William had broken up with another girl? At least Rose didn't seem to be too upset about it. Kurumi was kind of trying to avoid relationships. The thought of them made her break out in hives. "I'm sorry to hear that," she murmured not really knowing what else to say. She then cocked her head to the side and searched her memory for that day before the winter holidays when they had been at the Whomping Willow. "I...I really don't remember. That was months ago."

WHAAAAAAA?!

Kurumi spun around so quickly that she lost her balance and ended up toppling over the back of a foot rest and landed right on one of the scarlet sofas. Eyes nearly popping out of her head, Kurumi saw that it was her first year friend, Thea, who had shouted her name across the common room. Kurumi's cheeks turned a darker shade of pink and she smiled back at her. "T-T-Thank you," she said bowing her head as she pushed herself up off the sofa. "And thank you for coming out and supporting the team."

Rushing over to Kurumi, Thea munched on her bit of pizza. Nom nom nom. Tucking her dark hair behind her ears, she smiled. 'It's fine! You really were great!' Rubbing her eyes, Thea grinned again. Wow, they were sore form all the wind up there! 'Again, it's fine. I'll be chanting a lot louder next time to get people joining in!' Thea grinned again at Kurumi's blush. Naw, cutie pie. 'So, did you enjoy it? You looked so great zooooming around up there!' Feeing something bat her ankle, Thea looked down. Pfft. Scooping up the large white cat, Thea turned back to Kurumi, rolling her eyes. 'This is the cat I caught in Transfiguration! Shaw didn't seem bothered aobut us keeping them.' Thea wrinkled her nose. Maleficent's large eyes were scanning the common room, clearly looking for some poor unfortunate kitty to go and bully..

'Ah, you were great! We might have lost, but there's still a chance of us winning the cup!' Rose grinned positively. 'William's had practice with breaking up with people I guess... He uses them and then chucks them when they start to show a little personality!' Rose shrugged 'I'm happy we've broken up! I just need to makes ure I warn the next girl he goes out with!' Rose grinned evily

Maxine jumped onto her owners lap. She seemed happy! Rose had filled in Maxine in everything that had happened, and, even though she couldn't reply with words, she purred to show that Rose didn't need a boy in her life now! Purr purr purr. Maxine was happy she had an owner now...

Raven smiles sweetly to Kurumi, there is none to worry now, he okay, and back to Hogwarts with new hope. "It's okay, no biggies" Raven say.
"look like you're become more famous here, you're the seeker right, you always step forward, and that my goals, never step back" Raven add as he gave assurance that he is moving on.

Raven watch the new comers with the cat. Raven laugh a little for Thea's action, 'seem like she is happy go lucky' Raven thought.

She wasn't sure she would have described her performance as great, but she was pleased that she had stayed on her broom during the entire match. "Actually...I did...much more than I thought I would," she laughed. "I had been training to be a Beater, but Simon decided a couple days before that I would be better suited as a Seeker." And she had nearly fainted when she had heard the S sound come out of the captain's mouth. "Selina trained me...A LOT over the summer. I really couldn't fly my way out of a wet paper bag last term." And that was an understatement.

Kurumi saw the white cat and smiled. The cat that she had caught for transfiguration was more like a small horse than a cat. The thing had probably weighed somewhere around 15 kilograms. "I couldn't possibly have kept the cat I used," she laughed knowing that it probably would have eaten Walnut. "There is only one cat for me and that is my munchkin cat, Walnut."
"There is always a chance," Kurumi nodded suddenly feeling the pressure build up on her shoulders. She needed to do a lot more training...like NOW. "All we can do is try our best." She rested a hand on the girl's shoulder and smiled. Perhaps they would be seeing Rose on the pitch sometime soon. Kurumi stood very still as she listened to Rose described what had happened between her and William. She didn't want to pass judgement, but on her first encounter with him by the lake, his comment just now in the common room about the team, and now this insight into his relationships, Kurumi was beginning to think that her first impression was almost spot on. "I-I-I wasn't even thinking about having a relationship in my first year...things just sort of happened last term..." she trailed off and her cheeks flushed a bright pink as she thought about a certain Badger Prince. Naw...it wasn't possible that that...

She needed to stop thinking about that right now.
Kurumi blushed and ruffled Raven's hair playfully. "You are already taking your first steps now," she smiled. He was taking his education into his own hands. That was much more than she was doing right now. Kurumi laughed a bit at the notion of her being famous. Sure, she was already well known as being Cookie Girl, but Seeker Hollingberry seemed like something from some parallel world.

Ooooooh...goodness!!! He had no idea where it had come from right now but dreaming about it did feel so...pleasurable which obviously reflected on his happy and content expression with the small but sweet smile. Goodness! And it as going...AHEM! Alright, forget about it! Not really the right time and place. Frowning a bit, Josh rubbed his eyes as he felt someone approaching. And yes, he was totally unaware of the legless cat and his annoyance about him.

Taking a long and deep breath, he opened his eyes a bit to see the visitor to his resting territory. Ah, Kurumi! Kurumi was fine. Knowing she would not so something nasty to him for just the laugh of it, he could safely close his eyes back while smiling at her. And when she spoke his smile grew some. Haha. Yeees, he should have known that she was going to say that. ''Believe me, princess, i am just really comfortable here. I am good.'' he said while completely getting rid of his Gryffindor tie. VERY comfortable expecially comparing being forced to spend hours on a dank and cold dungeon floor with slimey stuff on it.

''You take the sofa. And c'moooooooooon. The bed is boring. I hate being alone and the dormitory is probably deserted.''

Hmmm...wait! Was that the smell of a cookie?!!!!

Raven smile, and said "Nice name indeed" looking to everything the girl had, Raven involuntary said "you are like me when I was first come here at Hogwarts" Raven grab his mount in flash to stop talking, he remember his adventure last term, hauling food at the kitchen with Alicia, and pestering Kurumi about cookies while his sister tutoring him to conjure fire "S-Sorry, didn't mean to become rude" he say. *Raven eyes look very sorry*

"Aww, watch your color cookie sister" Raven mockingly say "I am begins to think you're a chameleon, you see, are you?" Raven tease. "Whenever you will be or go, you're always my cookie sister" Raven say it with flaterry in his voice. Kurumi Hollingberry is surething become biggie.

Selina arranged all of the food to make sure that all of her hungry lions did not go hungry or get angry from the lack of variety. Then she saw that lots of sweets and treats were flying her way and landing perfectly on the set up. Her lips broke out into a smile knowing very well who cast the little spell. When she turned around her suspicions were right because there stood Kurumi Hollingberry wand in hand and already starting to mingle with the growing crowd. Selina did a double take, the growing crowd! There was a lot of people gathering in the Common Room. And a lot of them were yelling to her and saying hello.

...They knew her name? Selina never was one to think that people would even have any idea that she existed. Sometimes she wasn't even sure if she existed. But obviously all of these people knew who she was. So she made her way over to the crowd and addressed every person.

First she walked up to Nika and hugged her, "Yeah long time no see, partner. I'm glad you could trek your way down to the Common Room for this little shin dig. You having any fun?" She hoped that she was. Selina genuinely liked Nika and being that they were one of the few second year Gryffindor girls they had to stick together.

Then she moved to Heather and poked her in the side, "Hey there stranger." She then offered her friend a hug and said, "Glad you enjoyed the game. We had fun, Ravenclaw is just, well, they are really good. Actually I take that back... their keeper is really good. As in really good."

Nodding to Heather she walked over to Raven and nodded to him, "That's the school spirit. And the house spirit! I'm glad you enjoyed the game." She paused and looked at his current position, "Try not to enhale the pizza though. You could choke."

She then heard a small voice that was piping up from the other side of the room. Selina's eye caught the little first year Rose and smiled endearingly. Could it really be only a year ago that Selina was in her position? Time flies so fast... for a twelve year old, "Yeah Rose. We still have a really good chance via how we played today. I mean I wouldn't count us out. Hufflepuff and Slytherin are gonna be ours."

As she walked over to Kurumi she paused at the sight in front of her. Josh was curled up and looked exhausted. She tapped him on the shoulder and said, "Hey there. Tired much?"

Finally she skipped over to Kurumi and engulfed her friend in a bear hug, "You did brilliant. I am so proud of you Kurumi! I know I've said it like four times, but we haven't really been alone since the game so I thought I'd tell you. You really did make me proud out there."

While she was about to continue with Kurumi she heard the makings of a sour tone off in the corner. Selina turned on her heel and wasn't surprised when it was William. He was addressing her and blatantly ignoring Kurumi. If he was smart he would have dealt with Kurumi... she was MUCH nicer than Selina. So she walked over to him and said, "Well at least I got to wear the uniform. And we got close to scoring almost every play, but they are the best team at the school. I wouldn't count us out at the Cup though. You can watch in the stands if you want."

It's the way she walks around, just glaring at the other cats! I still have Henry, of course.. he just sleeps a lot.' He would be up on Thea's bed now, snoozing. 'I named this one as soon as I caught her.' Thea grinned. 'I named her Maleficent, after the evil queen in a muggle fairytale!' She laughed as she explaind. 'Oh I think I've seen your little Walnut! He's beautiful!'

Turning slightly, Thea smiled at another second year. 'Hey, you've done a really good job with all the food!' Thea grinned at her.

Kurumi blushed a bit as she took notice of the adorable dimples that appeared on Josh's face when he was smiling, but not just any smile, those only showed up when he was feeling serene and relaxed. "Well, as long as you are comfortable," she smiled shrugging her shoulders and deciding to join him on the floor. "Bed are not boring," she laughed shaking her head and tossing her long black locks over her shoulder. "I'd never slept in one until Hogwarts. I always slept on the floor on my futon." Which is probably why she had spent most of her first week jumping up and down on her bed having pillow fights when she was a first year. "Walnut could keep you company in the dorms...since..." she blushed a bit and swayed back and forth awkwardly. "...since.....you know, girls can't get into the boys' dormitory."

Kurumi noticed Josh's nostrils flair a bit, so she cast a Summoning Charm on one of each cookie and had then hover above Josh's head. "To celebrate the Quidditch match," she smiled. "I recommend the lemon signet cookies."

Meanwhile, Kurumi swore she heard a noise that sounded like a small stream of water dripping from a faucet...

Kurumi was about to say that she couldn't have even imagined herself on a broom, but the time for such comments had long passed. "And I will continue to do so," she winked. Now she had Selina helping her out, but Lexi had also offered to take her out flying one day.

"Walnut is only three years old," Kurumi smiled as she began looking around for him. He should be around somewhere. "I got him as a gift right before my first term. He was even smaller then." Muchkins were not all that big to begin with really. Her head darted around as the running water smell was then attached to, well, something that it ought not to be attached to.

Scooting around on her bottom, Kurumi's eyes widened and she gasped when she saw Walnut squatting on Josh's robes he had thrown aimlessly towards one of he corners of the common room earlier.

"WALNUT! NO! BAD CAT!"

She really thought she could get squished by Kurumi, but it was the kind of hugs she welcomed the most, especially from the girl. "Yey! Sythe would love to see you!" she said. "He generally likes anything cute-and cookies." just like the owner does.

And then Kurumi mentioned potions homework. Heather's jaw dropped. "Oh noes! I haven't even started in that one yet!" then that means she''ll just have to go with Kurumi in doing that homework-hopefully they'll find a nice eagle owl around.


"I won't." She giggled at the boy. She really does hope that she won't overdo it. Nor at least do things safely.

She could ask for Kurumi to help and teach her....




From the poke someone made, Heather squealed. Pokes tickle her especially on her sides. She turned around and found Selina, offering a hug. She hugged the girl tight. "You were awesome too Selina!" she said. "I enjoyed watching the rest of the team play, especially you and Kurumi!" turning to her back pack, she rummaged through it for some photos of Selina and luckily pulled out one that was one of her best shots of the girl. "I took a photo of you guys in action...i still have more...but...i've piled up the photos in my back pack." she blushed a bit, mentioning that. Unless she spreads the photos on the floor, then Selina could take a pick of which photos she'd like to keep. "You can keep the photos if you want to."



Heather noticed someone Kurumi was talking to whom was lying on the floor. She approached him to take a better look....hey isn't this...it is! It's Josh! "J-Josh? Why are you lying on the floor?" she asked but then covered her mouth. Josh was resting! she shouldn't interrupt him sleeping..."oops...s-sorry...sweet dreams." she said with a smile.



She was backing off quietly away from where Josh was, so that she wouldn't interrupt his 'nap' time, walking backwards when she ended up bumping into someone from behind her. she quickly turned around with a blush on her face, panicky and very, very apologetic. "Oh! I-I-I'm so s-sorry!!" she said, flailing like a little girl.

Thea followed Kurumi's horrified eyes to the little kitten on top of someones robes. She burst out laughing as Kurumi rushed over. Following her, Thea reached down to stroke the little kitten as it batted at her hand with his tiny paws. 'He's luuush.' Thea said grinning. Spotting the older boy just.. lying there(?) Thea held up a hand and waved.

From the poke someone made, Heather squealed. Pokes tickle her especially on her sides. She turned around and found Selina, offering a hug. She hugged the girl tight. "You were awesome too Selina!" she said. "I enjoyed watching the rest of the team play, especially you and Kurumi!" turning to her back pack, she rummaged through it for some photos of Selina and luckily pulled out one that was one of her best shots of the girl. "I took a photo of you guys in action...i still have more...but...i've piled up the photos in my back pack." she blushed a bit, mentioning that. Unless she spreads the photos on the floor, then Selina could take a pick of which photos she'd like to keep. "You can keep the photos if you want to."

Heather noticed someone Kurumi was talking to whom was lying on the floor. She approached him to take a better look....hey isn't this...it is! It's Josh! "J-Josh? Why are you lying on the floor?" she asked but then covered her mouth. Josh was resting! she shouldn't interrupt him sleeping..."oops...s-sorry...sweet dreams." she said with a smile.

She was backing off quietly away from where Josh was, so that she wouldn't interrupt his 'nap' time, walking backwards when she ended up bumping into someone from behind her. she quickly turned around with a blush on her face, panicky and very, very apologetic. "Oh! I-I-I'm so s-sorry!!" she said, flailing like a little girl.

Raising her eyebrows, Thea turned away from the kitten to see another second year looking flustered. 'It's fine, totally totally fine!' Thea held up her hands as if to calm the girl down. Wow, Thea has thought it had meant to be all the lickle firsties like this! Heheh.

Heather calmed down a bit sensing that the person she bumped into was fine with everything and she had not caused so much harm or trouble. She took a deep breath and slowly looked up at the girl. "A-are you sure? I-I'm r-really sorry..." she said nervously. OH! where were her manners? "I-I'm Heather...b-by the way...3rd year..." did she really have to say that? Of course!

Jai just like everyone else wasn't very happy about the loss today but they had other matches and they could still give the other teams a run for the cup. He sat thinking about it while he watched as everyone had conversations and cookies around the common room.
