"No," Kurumi countered taking a hold of Ever-Lily's arm. "I just think that the poking should be done by professionals."

Adam refrained himself very much from making a stupid or rude comment. "Right- should we BOTH take her to the hospital wing, or just me, cause God knows you can't trust me with my ex crush..."He empahseized the word even though it was whispered.

"I'll go later, I'm fine for now." She lied. "I'm not sure if it's broken or not, but it's my more dominant hand. My right hand is useless." She chuckled. When they started arguing, she rolled her eyes. "Please stop, you two...I'm sorry, it's that thing's fault in the first place." She pointed at the cup. "She's a lunatic...I'll keep her like this until summer, then give her away." She decided.

Adam turned around surprised. "Give away your cat, why, that's kinda mean?"He asked in a caring and surprised tone. "Give her to me, maybe she will date my cat, Tigger...I'm bringing him next year, he's such a weirdo, but he's my weirdo..."Adam then went daydreaming about Tigger and all the crazy accidents that's happened to the furball.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Kurumi asked glaring at Adam. When had she said she didn't trust him? "Stop trying to put me in the same box as Katie!" Kurumi felt hurt and frustrated.

"Ever-Lily, don't give your cat away," she frowned knowing how hard it would be to give away Walnut. "I'll just make sure that Walnut stays away." Walnut meowed. You didn't need to tell this cat twice to stay away.

"Nothing, "Adam simply said , shrugging his shoulders. STOP IT. You'll ruin the relationship you have with her, that you waited and worked on so hard to get, now it's all disappearing..."Same box as Katie...I'm not trying to do that, I just want you to express your feelings, i think you like to lock things up and that's not healthy and I know that too, but I've been more aware of it...I know I do that myself- but I have realized it more this year, because you have made me see things now..."

"You are so paranoid," Kurumi sighed as she took off the bandage on Ever-Lily's hand to take a look at the scratch. "It doesn't look too bad," she said examining it. "You should have it looked at just to be safe."

She looked over her shoulder at Adam. "I'm not trying to keep you out on purpose...it's come from my life experience. You should know better than anyone how much I have opened up to you this year! I've never done that with anyone else and I tell you practically everything! Don't tell me to show my feelings more, because I already am. I can't be an open book so fast!" Kurumi returned to looking at the other girl's hand as her hair began changing colors.

"She is too...er, she was too much of a spaz. Well, I'll think about it." She answered, her voice trailing off as they started arguing again. "Calm down...please..." Ever started quietly. "I think I'll go to the Hospital Wing now, maybe..." she started backing towards the door.

"Stay because if you leave there will be no one here to watch over the situation, please stay- for the better of all of us..."Adam pleaded to her desperately.Adam sighed. "Kurumi, I just meant, you always seem to keep things in- I never said you had to tell anyone anything you didn't want to- I just mean emotions- like whe you're angry just scream or something- feelings I should say..."

Kurumi took a few steps back and leaned against the counter. She set Walnut on the ground. "Why don't you head on back to the common room," she said as she knelt down next to the cat. "And try to stay out of trouble....no mice!"

She watched as Walnut waddle off. She turned back to Ever-Lily and Adam. Best to just ignore that scene. She picked up the cup that once was a cat and set it on a table. She took out her wand and gave it a soft swish and flick. "Deletrius," she whispered as the cup slowly began turning back into a cat.

Not really expecting any praise, Kurumi went back to her work area and started mixing a few things together. At least her cream cheese had become all soft after the cats had trampled it several times.

"If you go, then I lash out at her she at me, and we won't stop till someone gets hurt..But if you stay I may make things worse, but I'll control myself more...An thanks..."He whispered urgently. "Sorry for getting you in this mess..."

"EEEEEEEEEK!" Ever squeaked as her demon cat was reawakened from the slumber of the cup. "Nice kitty...good kitty?" She said uncertainly, stroking the top of Cloudy's head. Cloudy purred. Go figure.
"Unbelievable." Ever murmured angrily.

"I always look past the drama in any situation - once you do, everything is more fun!" she revealed her secret. She then realized that that was the reason she hadn't had any drama all year so far until then. She'd been looking past it all. In most cases, that would be a good thing, but now, she realized that living in the moment was just as fun. "Oh, the cupcakes!" She remembered and looked sadly at the crushed bowl and ingredients scattered. "Should we clean up, then?"
She watched silently as Cloudy exited the room, tail swishing high, as if her mission had been accomplished.

Kurumi put her cake in the oven and looked over at Adam and Ever-Lily. Was he trying to make her angry? Did he secretly want her to attack him with birds and cookies again? She pointed her wand at the messed and practically shouted, "Scourgify!" as the mess was instantly cleaned up. She crossed her arms and looked at Adam. It wasn't Ever-Lily's fault, she was an innocent bystander at the moment...despite having a crazy cat that probably should be checked for rabies. She had been like Ever-Lily once, avoiding drama and trying to look past it all...but that all had changed and now it seemed like she was at the center of a bunch of unwanted drama.

She took several deep breaths before giving her wand a quick jab in his direction and whispering, "Silencio." Maybe him not being able to talk would help her calm down. If he was going to just brush her off like that...

Adam wanted to tell Ever Lily something but when he opened his mouth to say "Ever" nothing came out, as if he had no voice. He opened his mouth again and silence. He smacked the floor with his foot then walked to Kurumi and pointed many times at her then to his mouth."HMMMMM...."He mouthed.

Kurumi could have pretended to play innocent like she didn't know what the problem was, but she wasn't that mean spirited. "Fine," she said with another wave of her wand to undo the spell.

"It seemed like the only way to get your attention," she said putting her wand back in her pocket. She looked over at Ever-Lily. "Sorry, I seem to not be myself right now." She bowed slightly and look back at Adam. "Can you try to realize the effect of your actions...what you do and don't do?" She waved her wand again to clean up her station before addressing one of the house elves. "Do you mind taking that out of the oven when it is done and chilling it? I'll be back later to pick it up." She smiled at the house elf an bowed a little. Maybe she needed some fresh air. She was a little shaken up from the cat fight and then Adam snapping at her randomly.

Adam looked at her. Was she mad because he was talking to his friend, maybe too much. And what he wasn't doing???Giving his girlfriend all the attention...Kurumi- I didn't realize talking to my friend is bad- I'm sorry..."He said in a quiet pleading voice.He couldn't blow it again, he had already ruined special moments with her before.

"I'm...uh, it's alright." She sputtered. Having a boyfriend must be stressful, she figured. While they were talking, she thought about turning around and leaving, but then she remembered why she must stay.

"I am not telling you to not talk with your friends," Kurumi snapped turning around to face him. "Do you know how confusing you are? One minute you are saying such kind and gentle things and the next you act like I am not even in the room." She took a deep breath and closed her eyes in an attempt to calm down. "Balance, that's all I ask."

"I will try my best to find my what's it called 'center'."He told her.Right there he had just realized he had shown so many emotions to Kurumi, he was sneaking away from her, then being good, then rude, drama, mad, and now peaceful- what was he a GIRL?
