Task Two Stands Have you brought a warm coat? A winter cloak? A scarf and a pair of mitts? It's bound to get very chilly in the stands. Cheering on the champions might keep you warm, but once they've entered the maze, there isn't much else to do than wait and hope that whatever the champions are facing isn't as bad as what you're imagining. The hedges are impenetrable, both to sight and to sound. A black wall just beyond the few flickering torches that fill the starting area with uncertain light, they are moving slightly in the wintry breeze and rustling faintly. As there is nothing to see, there is nothing to hear. And which is worse? Complete silence that leaves the champions to an uncertain fate – or loud noises of a struggle? Whatever the case, there is not much else to do than sit tight and stay warm, and hope that whoever you support makes it first through the eerie maze. |
So, why was he here again? Because Treyen already knew that the Stands weren't going to give away anything that may be happening with the Champions, right? Well, this time he was right. But he couldn't stay in the Castle either. He wanted to be there when Duncan emerged from...eh, whatever the task consisted on. That. It was almost freezing, but he was liking the cold, because he was warm...everything was covered and he had his purple/blue striped scarf. Pretty scarf. It made his eyes stand out. But, yeah, whatever. He'd only come to see his Champion come out unscathed. His Champion being Fletcher, of course. Fear not! Because he brought a book along, a book about Nifflers, something Mr. Masterson lend him. Nice man. Evil sometimes. But helpful. And so he took a seat, and made himself comfortable. This could take a while. |
Okay. Second task. And this time, Ellie was getting a GOOD view. So, she raced out to the stands as early as she could. And all alone. But that didn't bother her. Because she was going to WATCH Raiden kick butt this time! ...Or not. From what she could see, she wouldn't be able to see ANYTHING. What were they thinking putting bushes in the way? How were they supposed to watch the task now?! The redhead grumbled to herself, as she rubbed her bare hands together, keeping them warm. She should have brought hot chocolate. |
It was not too hard to miss the red hair walking somewhere nearby. He couldn't help to remember his golden (like the sun!) hair before Glitter!girl ruined it. Yeah, he was NOT letting that one go. "Ellie!" he said, waving at the girl, "Who are you supporting here?" mmm, Miles was not going through the second task...so... ...he was still curious, though, because apart from that Divination lesson he hadn't spoken to Ellie anymore, and there was no chance to ask something tournament-related in class. The boy closed the book, not before putting a tag on the page he was on. |
She was not going to lie. Danika was worried about both her friends, even if she knew they were more than capable of handling themselves she was still nervous. Not to mention that this was the first time she was outside the Castle since the first task. It was a long time for someone who used to spend much more time outside than inside. Danika sighed when she took a seat. She had no distractions except to think or hope for the best. Something that was unnecessary, she was worrying for nothing. Her face seemed pretty neutral, though, there was no worry or nervousness there, perhaps the tapping of the fingers on her leg was the only thing that could give her away. It was only a matter of time. And patience. She could handle that very easily, especially with all the coldness around. She loved that, the cold. |
Her attire was....pretty much the same as the first task with a few small differences. She still had the green sweatshirt, and her green again hair was still curled with silver ribbons. The only difference was the badger scarf she was sporting instead of a button, and a black pair of gloves. Again, obvious who she was supporting. Fletcher and Raiden. And again she could see what was going on in the maze. Which may have been a good thing considering how the champions had come out in the first task. At least she wasn't as worried as the last task. Maybe. It could have been the warm thermos of hot chocolate that she had. A bit distracting it was. Bouncing down the stands, she took a seat beside Treyen, and smiled at him and the Ravenclaw girl before taking a sip of her coco. Eyes flicking towards the maze. And now she waited. |
Quote:
But, Ellie liked Treyen, of course. And she HAD been thinking of meeting him after Divination...before he left before she had a chance to ask of his plans. So this was a good thing. "Hey!" she greeted in return. "Raiden." BEAM. Champion, Prefect, Raiden. "What about you?" She studied him a bit more, and noticed he had a book. Blink. Weren't Ravenclaws supposed to be the ones carrying books to exciting events, preferring to read? And Ellie, a Ravenclaw, hadn't read a book for leisure since the days of Beedle the Bard. Not..not when Beedle was ALIVE days, but when she was young enough to be interested in silly tales days. Raising an eyebrow, she inquired him about it. "What're you reading there?" Though she wanted to ask him, instead, HOW HE COULD BE READING WHEN THERE WAS A TOURNAMENT GOING ON?! But...she contained herself. |

Hair streaked green and gold streamed behind her as she took the steps two at a time up to the stands. There was no way she was going to get a seat far from her friends in the nose bleed section like she had in the first task. No, no that just wouldn't do. But then again there was only so fast that a person could climb steps when they were balancing green and yellow pompoms and a hot chocolate. Nevertheless, eventually she did make it to the appropriate area of the stands where her best friend was seated, unmistakable in her green hair. "Arya...Arya!" She called out to her bestie even though she was still a few rows away. Weaving between the different people sending out a few apologies when necessary, she finally sat herself down with a sigh and a hug for her friend. "Did I miss anything? Has it started?" Looking around hurriedly, she let out a breath as she realized the answer. No, it seemed she got here just in time. An anxious smile on her face, she turned and realized that Treyen was sitting at Arya's other side. "Oh, hey Treyen! Long time no see, how's it going?" |
iRearrange Quote:
Raiden? Huh? Treyen didn't hide his disappointment, eyebrows furrowed and all, "Raiden?" like, why? Sure, the boy had been the first one out last time, but that was no insurance of anything. The Huffie boy smiled next, grinned almost, when he replied, "Fletcher, of course, Sir Awesome" Sir Duncan Awesome Fletcher, that one. The Hufflepuff boy made of awesome, got it? Oh, he noticed, the look towards the book! Treyen looked around first, in case Saylen popped out of nowhere. She does that. "Oh, I have a never ending assignment" he said, almost sighing, "I have to read about Nifflers and find stuff out if I want Phineas back" though, he highly doubted that was happening soon considering it had taken him around 3 months to get a book, Phineas might have forgotten him by now. Thanks Saylen. "It serves as a distraction, you know" because he freaked out big time in the first task. Quote:
Treyen frowned, "Why are you wearing green?" it wasn't just the green, it just seemed as if she was supporting the Slytherin boy. Colors didn't truly matter, after all, he was wearing a purple/blue scarf, but Arya seemed to be supporting someone...other than Fletcher, the Awesome. Sneaky badger. He did eye the hot chocolate. Ha. Someone was smart enough to bring hot beverages. Perfect! Quote:
Long time no see. True. Very true, considering the fact that he'd forgotten her name! Oh, he should be ashamed of himself. It was odd, though, because he never forgot a name. The boy resisted the urge to scratch his head while he thought of her name. But...nothing came to mind. Eek! "Heeey, everything is going great...see...Fletcher is right there" alive, and safe. |
Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. Oh dear. Lilyan Moretti took her seat, crossing her legs and tugging her hat over her ears. If the last task was any indication of this one, she was sure that she would need to be everywhere all at once... again. Well, the only thing she could do now was sit tight and wait for her job. At least she had her coffee to keep her company. |
Treyen AND Arya Quote:
Fletcher? "Oh, is that the Hufflepuff?" Psh. It would make sense that Treyen would support the Hufflepuff, grilled cheese, champion. But, he did seem kind of alright. From what she knew. "Wha...? Who's Phineas?" Nifflers? Heh. They were fun. If you were stranded on an island with buried treasure.... Otherwise, they creeped Ellie out. Just a tad, though. No worries. She turned to the arrival of some other people. One of which she remembered....But had barely spoken to. And she was wearing green. Heh. Take that Treyen. |
Quote:
He...didn't like the way she said 'the Hufflepuff'. Sir Awesome was not just a Hufflepuff. "Yes, he's a Hufflepuff, a real bright one too, and very clever" aha, very clever that one was, "Like all Hufflepuffs" right, Arya? But, never mind, he'd better let the topic drop. The boy's eyes flickering between the book and the maze, "Last year, when Professor Lawson gave us a creature to look after...well, I named my Niffler, Phineas" a fancy name for a fancy creature, no? "I haven't seen him since" thank you, Saylen. Very much. |
Quote:
Climbing a bit higher, she spotted Lily and, without a word (as she was far too cold), she sat down. Finally, after a minute of silence, not talking was starting to annoy her, so she turned to Lily and said, "I need a warming charm...or some coffee." She giggled then nodded once in the direction of Lil's coffee. "So...other than freezing, how ya doing?" she asked. |
Eeeeeeeeeee, Grayson internally squeed as she bounced up into the stands for the second task. Especially as she turned around and saw that it was a maze, which only made her internal squeeing get worse. It was totally like the stories, although a tiny part of her hoped this maze wasn't going to end up like that one. Nobody had evil dark wizards after them, that she knew of. At least, she didn't think Raiden or But, beyond the same t-shirt and thermal she'd worn to the last task, she also had her blonde hair sort of tucked up into her beanie and Draco was curled around her neck like a white fuzzy neck-warmer. And her jeans were tucked into fuzzy boots so her feet weren't getting cold. And she had a heavy parka on as well. She was good. Turning back to the stands as she continued making her way to a seat, she took a moment to wave at Arya and Ivory before glancing at Healer Moretti. Who had just been joined by Professor Carlton, which made Grayson wonder if the baby ferret was still nameless. The woman looked really nervous, which made Grayson's excitement wane the slightest bit. But then she looked back at the maze and it was back. Grin blossoming across her face as she finally sat down wherever she was standing, she leaned forward to peer at the starting area. "GO RAIDEN AND FLETCHER!!!!!!!, she yelled out. Things wer much easier when she didn;t have four people to cheer for, even though she was sad Cam and Miles were no longer competing. Hogwarts was still going to win it all. |
Her brown eyes flicked back to her huffie friend when he inquired about her hair, a slight confused frown crossing her features when she noticed his own. "Cause I'm supporting, Rai....why else would I have all this green?" She had waaaay too much green and sliver to not be supporting the prefect. She picked up the end of her yellow scarf and waved it a bit. "I'm supporting Fletcher too." In case he thought she abandoned her house. That would never happen. Noticing him eying her hot chocolate, her frown faded into a grin. "You want some? I can duplicate it..." It wouldn't last long in his stomach, but it would keep him warm while they waited for the champions. Spotting the younger girl looking at her, she smiled a bit more. "Hey, I'm Arya.-" That conversation, however, did not last long as the young puff heard a familiar voice calling her name. "Hey, Ivy!!" Grin widening, she gratefully returned the hug from her best friend. "You haven't missed a thing, they just went in..." She glanced back over to the maze anxiously before turning back to her bestie. Free hand reaching up and flicking a strand of the girl's green and gold hair. "Love the hair." Her eyes caught site of Grayson, and she returned the girl's wave. Peeking back at the maze when she cheered for Raiden and Fletcher. |
*sigh* where are the boys? What?! Were they all supporting Raiden? Was there a special part of the benches reserved for people supporting Sir Awesome and he didn't know about it? Tsk. Tsk. Treyen frowned at the scarf even more. She was all green with a yellow spot. That was no fair. Both color should be equal, no? Or no colors at all. He had no particular color. All good. "I would have never guessed you were supporting Fletcher" no smile. But he smiled next. "Oh, no, that's okay, thank you Arya" well, not yet. The boy nodded while he answered and then his smile widened. Arya had said the Ravenclaw's name! Ivy! And he knew that was short of something. Yeah, he was good. Real good. Now he |

"Oh, I don't doubt he's bright. Or clever. Must be." Because Ellie had a theory on the Tournament. And that included all the champions being both smart and skillful. But she smirked at the 'all Hufflepuffs'. Ellie didn't believe you could count the whole house on something. She thought that everyone made their own. GASP. "Oh no! What happened to it?!" There was a critter in need! Concern was an understatement. Quote:

Quote:
YUM. "I'm lovely." She grinned. She really was lovely. Still in that WONDERFUL kind of mood she'd been in all term. "You?" |
Quote:
Those were the times when he didn't like Fletcher. Things change real quick, don't they? But then, to Ellie, it made total sense, whilst it took him a great amount of time to accept it. That's why she was a Ravenclaw. Treyen noticed that, and almost narrowed his eyes at the smirk, but he didn't fully do that. He'd let those things go, after all, Houses aren't important. "Oh, no, nothing, he's alright" or so Treyen likes to believe, "I just failed to answer a question about his food habits and Saylen doesn't want me near him until I find out" it had been a mistake to go ask Saylen something. A very big mistake. |
Hecate came to the task's stand and sat looking in the stands for her boyfriend. She was a little concerned. She'd wanted to come support the champions... hers in particular, but she only had Masterson's warm cloak she'd borrowed from him, and still had yet to return. So that's what she was wearing... all snuggled up and warm. |
Danika, Professor Lafay ^_^ It felt extremely perculiar to be sitting on this side of the arena. The last time this event had happened, she'd been crawling through plants and ..ick and EW. It felt nice to be clean and safe and .. out of the caves. Yes. But goodluck to Fletcher and Raiden. The BEST luck. Because she knew what could happen in there. Passing the Durmstrang girl, she smiled. They'd met at the feast. "You're looking much better," She interjected, rubbing her hands together. She despised the cold. It was horrible and right now she was absolutely freezing. Quote:
"You've come to support the Champions?" She asked with a small smile. She would've thought after the debacle with Raiden, she might'nt have been so keen. |
Grayson and Danika Quote:

It seemed like so long ago. Perhaps because of the cold. Perhaps because she'd been inside the Castle all this time. "Are you supporting someone in particular?" she decided on asking, maybe Cameron could see that Danika seemed nicer, but the fingers were still tapping her leg, the worry wouldn't disappear soon. Quote:
"Hey, I still have your overcoat, I have veen trying to find you, vut I do not know your name" she smiled, he'd been so helpful back then, and he was probably freezing right now. Didn't he have another overcoat? "I am, thanc you" not really, she was now worried about her friends over there on the maze. But she was enjoying a perfectly good health, which meant she was better than the last he'd seen her. |
Quote:
Help. She had to help him, right? "Do.." Huh. What DID Nifflers eat? Not gold. They were attracted to shiny. Far different from eating it. Ellie bowed her head. "I'm sorry to hear that." At least it wasn't lost in the Forest or something, though. That was a major plus. |
Really? She had slept in?! Cosette huffed as she tried to hurry herself over to the stands for the second task. After taking a few minutes to find the perfect outfit, due to the blistering cold, she was able to rely on a pair of black fox fur ear muffs, a Mongolian sheepskin and wool cloak, a plaid skirt underneath a black tights to go with her combat boots, along with her short sleeve black turtle neck. Putting the ear muffs over her blond hair, she walked up along the stairs to the stands in front of the entrance area. She really wasn't going to be able to see him before the task? Biting her pale pink lip, her eyes darted around to see all the champions had already embarked on the task. Oh mon diu! She only hoped Noel would be ok. What if she never got to see him again? No, she couldn't think like that. "Allez mon champion, Noel!" She only hoped he could hear her. |
... and Salandar ^_^ Quote:
Ah. Yes. Her arm. She grimaced. "Those plants were nasty.." EVIL things. But Cameron's burn hadn't been the worst of it. In fact, it'd been rather minor compared to Danika. "They got you to the Nurse then?" Moretti hadn't been anywhere in sight, from what Cam had seen. She'd seen her later in the Hospital to get a bandage for her arm. Hum. "The Hogwarts boys?" She mused quietly. She wasn't going for anyone in particular, really, as Cameron had no sense of house pride - or Hogwarts pride too. She just supposed that it was proper that she went for her house. "I don't mind who get's out - as long as they all stay safe.." Even the other schools. It would be horrible for someone to die. Danika's hand tapping was making her very nervous. "You?" She asked quietly. "The Miroslav girl?" Those two were friends were they not? And a guest. Salandar. "I'm Cameron," She greeted brightly - trying to evade the nerves. "You're quite the bright spark in Charms, arentcha?" GIGGLE. Nervous. She was very nervous. |
Quote:
Yeah, that was not at all nice. Nice was Mr. Masterson giving him the book. "It's okay. I sort of miss him, but I'll get him back" you hear Saylen? He'll get Phineas back! And...he should get the Dugbog back to Saylen after she gives him the permission. An eye for an eye. A Niffler for a Dugbog? "What have you been up to?" especially after the 'death' talk. |

"I just assumed - " But she was cut off as Lafay looked at her. *GULP* Boy that was scary. "..erm.. well.. I don't know. I've never seen you at these types of things before.." Had she been to the one before? Cameron didn't know. She'd been in the caves. Lafay didn't SEEM the banner/scarf/fan cheerer type. Just a feeling Cam had. "Raiden and Fletcher?" She interjected curiously. Riiight. |
Quote:
Danika couldn't help to smile again, "I actually like it, vut I am used to it" Cameron wouldn't enjoy Durmstrang too much, would she? It was pretty cold most of the year. Summer was a nice break, but she'd been always around the cold and the snowy scenes. Oh, yes, the plants. Danika sighed, "I did not have much trouvle with the plants, vhat did you get? I had trouvle vith Vowtruckles, lots of them" that's where all the blood and cuts had come from. Bowtruckles. She didn't look at trees the same way. Not that she'd say that. "Fletcher did, and the healing part was rather fast" the physical, anyway, but this was her first time outside. Danika laughed nicely, yes, shocking, but she found it funny. 'The Hogwarts Boys'. Well, if she had to choose between one of those Hogwarts boys...no, she couldn't. Perhaps Raiden? It didn't matter, the Durmstrang girl nodded, Cameron was right, "You are right, as long as they all come out safe" or the Dursmtrang ones do. Her eyes flickered to the maze and then back to Cameron. "Yes, Sandra" actually, both, but Sandra needed it more, Nikolai would find something else to focus on. |
Quote:
Awwww. He missed him! Cue pitiful look. Now she felt bad for him. Animals were her soft spot. 'Cept spiders. And she learned she wasn't fond of kappa's either. Or bugs. But, almost any other animal, was her weakness. "I really hope you do. Is there any way I can help?" You could say she felt involved now. You could say that. The girl shrugged again. "Walking around, hanging out in the common room. Nothing too exciting, unfortunately." Then she may have looked shocked, suddenly. She just realized that she'd been BORED. She just realized that she had absolutely nothing to do with her time! No quidditch, no fun for Ellie! And she decided. She needed a hobby. Soon. Like, now. "What have you been up to?" Maybe if Treyen had a hobby, Ellie could pick up the same one. Or at least get an idea. Because....she couldn't just do NOTHING with her time. What a waste. |
Sylvie made her way out to the stands and glanced about for a place to sit. A bit of fresh air would be nice and she did want to cheer on the champions. A bit of school spirit would be a nice change for her, besides it was no fun to hold herself up in her office all the time. Books and reading only entertained for so long. Spotting a seat, she ventured up and settled in to take in what she could see of the maze. |

"Oh, I get it now" but the explanation sort of confused him, up to a point, he understood the whole thing. But really, there was nothing to worry about, he'll get Phineas back. Eventually. Then there was another look on his face, almost an evil grin, almost, not quite, "How close are you to Professor Saylen?" he asked, as low as he could, there were other Professors here, better not to make things worse. Treyen nodded. Walking, hanging around. Aha. "I see" plenty of interesting stuff, no? It all depends on where you walk to. "Oh, I've been trying to build a skateboard, but I haven't build it yet" or researching on how to do that, and he'd also been making some pamphlets disappear, but he wasn't going to say that. He'd been feeding a Dugbog in his dormitory, but he wasn't allowed to say that, oh, the madness if Saylen found out. He...sort of felt like all he was doing were illegal stuff...like Fletcher. Oh. That's no good. Or is it? "We're going to skate...soon" 'we' being Arya. "And we climbed the Tree House and slipped through the ropes before falling to the ground, like the Tarzan dude" this 'we' was him and Rubiey, though, technically they were under the effects of a potion. You know what? Treyen needs some male friends. Immediately. |
Quote:
Professor Saylen? "Not close at all..." There was a silent 'why' at the end of that. Because, she thought she might know why. Or maybe Treyen would just outright tell her. Either way, she felt the 'why' unnecessary. "What's a skateboard?" It... had to be muggle related, right? And maybe muggle boy... Because Ellie's cousins never mentioned a skateboard. And she would know about it if it was in the magic world. Right? But, building things.... Maybe Ellie could take up building... Okay, no. That would most likely, never give her any satisfaction. It just seemed like a laborious muggle job. Or wizard job. Just less labor intense. Equally boring, though. She nodded as he continued. Skate? She supposed that might have something to do with skateboarding. And decided to save herself from those looks that people give you, and not ask about it. She could connect dots well enough. The treehouse, however, sounded fun. She hadn't been by there this year. Maybe she'd see who hung out that aways. Make new friends. |
Quote:
"Then never mind about Phineas" because if she was close to Saylen, then maybe, just maybe, she might be able to convince her, but...it was okay, Treyen liked a challenge, no? As long as cameras were around, and no glitter was to be seen the little Lockhart was alright. He forgot. Ellie was pureblood. And maybe she had no idea what that meant. "A skateboard is..." where are you Professor Zookara? "...well, to make it simple, is like this piece of wood that has wheels...and you get on top of that and...you ride it...like a bike, except differently" very differently, but how could he explain? "You slide with the board while standing on top of it" yes! that! Brilliant! Zookara would be proud. "I'm no skater, but I've done that once, it's fun, like flying, without a broom" and without being up in the air, "But Arya and I..." and possibly Ivy too? "...we are rollerskating, she's teaching me, it's different from skateboarding, you see, because there's no piece of wood, just shoes with wheels and you...slide with those" that seemed easier, hopefully it was. |
Quote:
"Lonely?" The blonde asked, as she sat down next to the History of Magic professor, a slight smile playing around her lips. |
MEEEP. Scary Lafay! Quote:
She eyed the girl like she was crazy for a moment, before laughing. "You must have ice in your blood. I find this weather miserable." The crawl-into-bed-and-nom-hot-chocolate type of weather. The Bowtruckles? Cameron had found them quite subservient. Just give them eggs, snatch the wand and get the hell out of there. Then again.. they might not have had the same batch. Maybe Danika got evil ones. "Did you give them an offering?" She asked. Cam had given them the eggs - the only thing she'd remember from Herbology. "That's good - you looked really bad." Cameron was cut and dry. She said it like it was. "I was worried you wouldn't make it." She'd looked so pale and scary. Cam smiled. Well.. if she had to choose some, then it'd be those two. Fletcher's little Niffler was enough to make her go for him. "Chyeah.. I just hope they can deal with whatever's in there.." Whatever it was. Quote:
"You don't really seem the type to cheer for anyone.." And there was that foolhardly mouth of hers. BAD timing Cam. Right. Look in some dark, shifty corner? No thanks, Prof. But she kept that, rather wisely, to herself. "Well.. erm.. Professor, I should.. -" Go. But instead her new order was to sit. Her eyes flickered the Professor in curiosity. "Well.. I was thinking of sort of.. leaving you to be.." But it had been an order. She sat. Merlin help her. |
Quote:
"Perhaps just a bit," she laughed as gave a shrug to the Divination professor. "The Quidditch pitch is very uncharted territory for me, as is the stand. I figured more students would be around to watch." The crowd was a lot smaller than the last task for sure. |
Quote:
Or at least, in the school. More students? Well, yes. "I expect the stands will fill up as the task progresses," Di remarked. "So... how has the experience at Hogwarts been so far?" Heh. |
Quote:
It wasn't like she would ever play, so basics were enough, right? Glancing a bit again, she nodded. "It is a bit cold, perhaps that is deterring the students?" She had to pull herself away from her fire to venture out, but it was still early and perhaps the stands would soon be full of students soon. Her experience? Oddly, she hadn't really thought much about her time at Hogwarts. "It's been...nice. Strange to be teaching, but nice still." she answered. "The students are rather amusing at times, they remind me of my time as a student. But I don't remember being as facetious as some of them though." |
SPOILER!!: Cameron =) Well, Danika was from Iceland. Even if she didn't live there anymore. "It vill ve over vefore you know it" not like Durmstrang winter times, at least in Hogwarts they had a bit more summer and spring months. That should cheer Cameron up. And then Danika froze when she mentioned the offering. Even her tapping stopped. She remembered the decision making time. It hadn't been easy, but she'd chosen not to go back and get the eggs or the woodlice. "No, no offering" and she almost sighed, but didn't because she knew that little part had been her fault. Her choice. The girl smiled, "Thanc you. I vas concerned avout that too" and all she could think back then was not fainting, and getting out alive. Really, tough task, for some. There was a nod, she wanted that too. Though, Danika knew that whatever was in there, both Nikolai and Sandra could handle. Sandra more likely than Nikolai. But then, Professor Lafay called out for Cameron. There was little the girl could do, and Danika sort of admired the fact that the Gryffindor girl did as told, even if the Professor was taking some of her company away. |
So Rhea found herself at the stands, though she didn't want to be there. Why? That was a long story. But here she was, still wearing her Bauxbaton scarf, though she would probably be cheering Raiden and Fletcher on today. She did hope that Noel would be o.k though, she really did. Today she wore jeans and a silver top with a white jacket over it along with her bauxbaton scarf of course and her winter boots. She sat and people watched a bit as the stands filled up.Hopefully Lauren would join her or maybe Jack. She didn't much feel like sitting a long for too long. SPOILER!!: Rhea's outfit |

"You have a twin?" The smile came back in place. "I've heard twins get along splendidly. Know what the other is up to, no need for an exchange of information, that kind of thing. Is it really true?" Di had always thought things like that varied from twins to twins but then, she didn't have one, so she could not be considered an authority on the subject. "I like the cold," she said, honestly. "But yes, that could be a reason." Students, amusing? Merlin. "Some of them are quite.... strange." Di's small disappeared completely, as she said this. "I've come across the kind that can eat cookies that they placed in their hair." She did not take the name of any specific student - too unlike Davina Markovic to do that - but she did shake her head at the thought. |
Quote:
"Yes, Sebastien. I was borne just before him," she smiled. He was her little brother and strangely enough, she missed him at the moment. "Well, we have our moments. When we were younger, before we came to school here, we were thick as thieves. He was my only friend, but things changed once we came here." Change was an understatement, but she wasn't about to get into that. "We do have that strange bond though, it's kind of strange sometimes," she laughed. Even when they were mad at each other, she still felt a deep connection with him. He was like her other half in some ways, even if they did spend a fair amount of time fighting as children. "Winter is once of my favourite times, but I'm sure the students would prefer it be warmer," she shrugged. The warmer it was, the happier most students seemed to be, well in her experience that is. Strange? Hearing that made Sylvie laugh a bit. "Strange students, yes I do believe I have encountered a few of them as well. In fact, a few have even managed to make me laugh," she said. The strangest of them usually made her lessons a bit more interesting. "I will say that the students are much different than the student that I remember being but at the same time, they are just the same." There were the same kind of students, but they just all seem different. It was like seeing history repeating itself. |

Or not. Maybe it was good she did not have a sister. Her 'family' had been cause of enough drama in her life. "I only spent my last year at Hogwarts," Di said, smiling sliiightly again. "I can't say I remember the kind of student life people here led, then." Of course she did not. Too much else, on her plate. "Things hadn't been going well, back then, and I only paid attention to my studies. I have a feeling there are always -" ODD - "Different students, though." Different? Bizarre ones! |
Iris hurried down to the stands, feeling slightly more cheerful about this task than the last one. At least she knew that she'd have Jimbo joining her at some point, unlike last time. Quickly finding a seat, Iris plopped herself down in it; wrapped up nice and warm in her Slytherin scarf and hat. Even though they didn't match her dress. Teehee. |
Salander, Danika and Cam (*pets Cam for dealing with Professor Lafay*) Grayson was beginning to think she was going to be the only person to cheer, but she was okay with that. The others in the stands could continue their conversations, or whatever it was they were doing. her and Draco could uphold the cheering section, not that her ferret was doing a lot of cheering. Just sitting there being her neck warmer. But then she realized someone had sat next to her, and then cheered just as loud as she had, and she turned to see Salander. "Hey Salander," she said with a grin, before a tiny bit of concern flickered in her green eyes. "Cold?" Well, at least cheering and bouncing would keep him warm. She'd be bouncing too, if she let herself. But then he'd leaned forward, and she tried to look around him as she heard him speak again. Oh. The Durmstrang girl she hadn't met, since Aleksandra was still in the competition. And Cam, but she already knew the Gryffindor "Hi, she said to both girls, waiting for a bit of the conversation to come to a lull before turning her attention to the redheaded Durmstrang student. "Um, we haven't met. I'm Grayson," she said with a smile. "You did amazing in the last task. I'm sure the points were really close." That could go toward Cam as well, but the poor Gryffie had ended up in a conversation with Professor Lafay. She just hoped the professor was in a better mood than she'd been in during class, or the prefect was doomed. But there was the task to distract her from that worry, and she glanced back at the maze. She just wished she could see what was going on, but she didn't want to insult the Durmstrang girl by randomly cheering for Hogwarts again. Not right now when she was trying to make a good impression. |

Brothers did come in handy at times, she was learning that now. "I was a student for five years before leaving, but the type of students appear to be the same, but very different too. Same little groups of friend, different faces and personalities?" she nodded. There was a small group of girls that very much reminded her of herself at that age. They were a clever little bunch of snakes. Shaking her head, she shrugged and offered a smile. "I remember things not being completely pleasant back then for myself, but I do think that made me a bit stronger." Yes, live lessons that she needed to learn. Some sooner than others. |
Emmaleigh made her way out to the quiddich pitch for the next task wearing too many layers of clothes. It was freezing out here, and she still didn't have her blanket back from that Ravenclaw guy. *pout* It only got colder as she went up into the stands, so she pulled her bright yellow hat down further on her head, and stuffed her hands into her pockets. As she surveyed the people already out here she saw some of her favorite, and not so favorite professors were here. She also reconized alot of the students faces, some from class, and some from the Hufflepuff common room, but none that she actually knew. She sat down, hoping some of her firends would come out to watch the task. "Go Fletcher!" she yelled. Yeah, she felt like a fool, but wasn't the point of being out here to cheer for the champions? That, and to be completely nervous, because she totaly was. |

Woah.. task two already. This shindig was passing waaaaay too fast.. which meant the school year was flying by. They were half way through the term already and Oliver was drrrrrreading his graduation. But he wasn't going to think about that... no siree. Not today. He was here to have fun watching... erm.. a giant hedge? Wonderful. Quidditch was cancelled so the entire school could sit and gawk at greenery. Dodson would love this shizz... but Oliver was no Herbologist. Sigh. Urrh.. Nevermind. This was Oliver and Oliver was an optimist and therefore he was going to make the most of things. Looking around the stands for a familiar face, he smiled when he zoned in on Cameron's fiery bright red hair. It was useful having a siren for a girlfriend. It was impossible to lose her in a crowd. He grinned and bounded up the steps, coming to a rather abrupt halt when he saw who the lassy was sitting with. His face fell. Lafay? Um... The Slytherin hesitated for a moment, then turned around, and began as nonchalantly as he could (which was a challenge considering the way he entered the stands like Tigger the Tiger after ODing on Invigorating Draughts), making his way back down the steps of the stands. Cool and casual, yeah? With any luck Cam wouldn't spot him. |
Danika, Cameron, Grayson and the Potions Mistress for spice hehe... The Slytherin boy smiled at the Durmstrang red-head. She remembered him, despite all her trauma. W00t!! "My name's Salander." he said as he offered his hand. Relief showed in his face when the red head mentioned his overcoat "You still have it? Great!" Speaking of the Gryffs, he turned his attention to their own redhead, the Gryffindor Hogwarts Champion "Hello Cameron!" the lad greeted her back warmly, glad to finally have the name that matches the face and incredible hair "I'm Salander." he introduced himself in case she didnt know "I see you around the school a lot, and I guess we share many of the same classes." he added. The lad was listening girls' convo when he heard a familiar voice. Turning, his eyes settle on.... The Slytherin Head of House. "Greetings Professor Lafay" the boy nodded his head at the Potions Mistress in respect. He watched Cameron cautiously take her seat beside the Professor, and gave the Gryfindor Prefect a reassuring smile You'll be fine! he mouthed at her. Really why wouldnt she? No potions to screw up, so Lafay should be a pussycat right? He turned his head at Grayson when she joined them "Naaww I'm good." he bluffed when she asked about cold. He bounced a little less obviously because he didnt want to make it appear that the cursed weather was getting to him. Turning his head, his brows went up when he got the first good look at the second task. "Well would you look at that. A maze. 'Wonder if they borrowed the Whomping Willow to help out"he chuckled. The lad has found himself overcoming the maze challenges from so many of his classes he started to develop a sense of direction. And for Salander's case, that's akin to a miracle. |
Rubiey ran to the Quidditch Pitch after waking up late. Her long brown hair flew madly around her face, but she didn't care; she didn't want to miss the start of the second task. .. Too late. Aww man, it wasn't even as if she could see what was going on either. Ugh. This tournament really wasn't as exciting as she had first thought. Sigh. She pulled her scarf tighter around her neck, and took a seat. Go Hogwarts.. |
SPOILER!!: Grayson Her face turned to the new girl, oh, and a proper introduction as well, like that even mattered anymore. Danika smiled, "Nice to meet you, Grayson" she said, with a nod, "I am Danika" she supposed she didn't know her name, otherwise she'd said it. But then, huh? Clearly, Grayson didn't notice Danika coming out of the cave, she would've said something different, like Cameron or Salander, both have asked (and said something) about her being better now. The Durmstrang girl was not going to comment on it, "Thanc you" if you counted coming out of the cave breathing, then yes, she did amazing, "They probably vere, no vay of knowing" and she didn't really want to know, unlike Vlad. SPOILER!!: Salander "Salander" she repeated, "Nice to officially meet you, I am Danika" though, he probably already heard the name when she spoke to Grayson. Let's just forget about the first time we met, yes? Because she remembered little. He didn't have another one. Good thing she didn't throw it away. "I do, vut not right now" and is all cleaned up, too, looks like new. The Gryffindors, Cameron, same thing, "I am, and yes, you are free to stop vy" it was his school after all. "The Vhomping Villow? In there? Unless it guards something precious I do not see vhy it vould be there" shudder. Bowtruckles. Wand. Tree. At least Sandra and Nikolai would know what to do if the Whomping Willow was in there. Yes, Danika knew about that tree. |
Nia was dressed similarly to the first task. Her blonde hair was covered by her green woolly slouch hat, with only a few wisps of fringe showing at the front. The hat was pulled down over her ears, and her super long scarf was wrapped in a bundle around her neck. That basically resulted in lots of green wooliness around her face to shut out all that nasty cold air. The gloves were out today too, matching the hat and scarf. The rest of her was covered by a thick brown cord coat, and on her feet she wore some blue suede snow-style shoes with extra warm furriness inside. She was gonna be toasty warm today. Or have toasty things to give to Raiden when he reappeared. Hopefully he wouldn't have to give his t-shirt up to Bowtruckles this time though... She looked across the pitch as she reached the top of the stands, albeit somewhat sadly. First because she would never get to Captain Ravenclaw again there, and second because it seemed once again they wouldn't be able to see much. Ah well, she did have some entertainment in the form of a brand new Quidditch magazine (received that morning) and a large flask of steaming hot chocolate. "C'mon Raiden!" she cheered, as she headed for a seat. "Go get 'em!" |
HAHAHAHA Pussycat... yeah, right! Quote:

Trixie as causally as possible walked up the stands to find an open seat. At least THIS time she wasn't half asleep, but she was still a little relucatant to want to sit here and watch a load of...Nothingness really. But as the Blonde reached the top step she spotted Cameron sat next to Lafay and Oliver running off in the opposite direction. That was..was... bwahahahaha! The Slytherin laughed, really quite loudly to herself. Poor Cameron. Well this was revenge in her eyes. Err...Now to hide. The sixteen year old debated on where she should sit. Closer to Ketchup or.. You know, Far away. |
Edmond & Rubies ♥ "Two of my best friends are dying to get to know you", Fee giggled. Introducing him to Freya and Cass would be so fun. "Me not annoying someone? Ask my friend Taylor", she laughed,"one day i sat with Sapphy, i hand t seen her for ages,"in the three broomsticks and told her about me having a boyfriend and so on. The only comment Taylor gave was ' talking about Edmond again?'." That day had been a little strange, with Sapphy thinking Hugo was Edmond. Taylor seeing her older brother with yet another girl and Adam staring at her. "Well, mister i cant help but laugh when you wiggle your eyebrows, sooo i will distract you cause you distract me" Woah did that even make any sense?! Fee giggled at Edmonds excitement about Raiden making it to the second task. "Shouldnt you be cheering for Cameron", she asked smirking. But he was right, some of the champions werent looking to good. Fee once again felt happy that none of her friends were involved. Quote:
Had it already started?! Noooo idea... As she wanted to take a seat she noticed a familiar brown head. "Ruuuuubies,my love",Fee smiled widely,"want to sit together?" |
Quote:
But skateboards sounded so....complicated. "How is wood on wheels anything like a broom?" Brooms didn't have wheels. Plus they flew. "Like a bike? So.. you sit on them? And slide?" That sounded quite fun, actually. "Ooh! Do you slide down hills and stuff?!" That could be an awesome adrenaline rush. Maybe she WILL make one. And slide down the hills at Hogwarts with it. Now rollerskating sounded much more fun. "Aww, fun!" Why didn't all shoes have wheels on them? That would be awesome! |
Quote:
Turning to see her slytherin best friend, she grinned and patted the bench next to her. "Of course! Take a seat love." She replied. "How are ya?" She asked, turning to look back at the hedge. Oh, this tournament was a bundle of laughs. [/sarcasm] |
bwahaha xD Text Cut: Salander, Danika and Professor Lafay Grayson grinned a little as the bouncing Salander denied beign cold. She was cold, and she had all her layers on. Including a parka. he had to be cold, but maybe he just wanted to pretend he was stronger than the rest of them. The bouncing kind of took away from that, though. "Okay." Maybe the bouncing was just from excitement, like hers was. She doubted it. But oh well. She turned a smile onto the Durmstrang girl as her greeting was returned, figuring she'd let Salander do what he wanted for now. It would probably be amusing, at least. "Nice to meet you too, Danika." Now she'd met both Durmstrang girls. Danika seemed a bit nicer, though. At least, she didn't feel like the older girl wanted her elsewhere. But her eyes widened as it seemed Danika didn't quite understand her compliment. "You're welcome. I just meant that you made it through, that's all," she explained. Everyone had been in really bad shape, but they all did amazing as far as she was concerned because they weren't dead. Or seriously maimed. "And yeah. We probably will never know, but I'd like to think so." Points. If they'd been close, that meant Cam and Miles had been close to moving on too. And her excitement could continue. She laughed a little, as the redheaded Durmstrang girl responded to Salander's question about the Willow, turningto look at the Slytherin. "I don't think anyone moves the Willow. So I don't think it'll be inside the maze. That was a completely different one. And there's probably other stuff in the maze." The maze in the stories had definitely had scary stuff. Sphinxes, acromantulas, boggarts . . . Imperiused champions. Oh, eep. She turned again as she heard Professor Lafay speak, thoughts of the scariness in the maze in Harry's time vanishing. She hadn't even noticed the professor speaking to Danika. "Hi Professor Lafay," she said, working up a smile. No potions being brewed, so she should be safe. Should be. She still wondered if the professor knew about the potions she'd used outside of class last term. But then, she hadn't had much in class last term. Anyway . . . she was being invited to join her. Like Cam had. It sounded better in her head to say invited, at least. The other possibility was that Lafay was going to eat them, or at least wanted to keep an eye on them. "Of course." The professor probably was cheering for Raiden, in whatever way she cheered. She couldn't see the woman yelling things out like she did earlier, at least. Oh, and Salander was being asked to sit too. So at least there was that. |
Lafay, Scarmander, Oliver, Grayson.. A bit. Cameron gulped. "Are you sure, P-professor?" She squirmed in her seat. "Surely you don't want to be disturbed right?" MEEP! Se was absolutely petrified of Lafay and if THAT didn't show on her face, nothing would. As Salander spoke, she leant forward and smiled weakly. She NEEDED an excuse to leave Lafay. She did NOT fancy watching her cheer.. Or whatever :/ "We do.. We've just never been introduced properly. Nayways, it's a pleasure. You're very funny." He made classes just a little bit more fun. Seeing Grayson approach, Cam nodded and smiled weakly. Get me OUT of here!?!?!?????!!!!!!! She squirmed in her seat next to Lafay. "You sure you don't want to move? I'd be -" But she was cut off as she saw Oliver walk up the stairs SEE her being captured by Lafay and promptly turn around and walk away. She growled. What a HORRIBLE boyfriend he was. Hmph. She needed saving! Saving! But it seemed Lafay had noticed the Head Boy's punctualexit and she snickered at her request. "Oh, it'd be my pleasure." *grin* Getting up from the seat next to Lafay, she left it unattended. No one would try take the seat - it was NEXT to Lafay. And anyway, that would bethe Head Boy's reserved seating. Smirrrrk. She flounced after him, trailing through the crowds and grinning when she reached him. "Oh, babe!" She exclaimed with simpering, sickly sweetness. "You mustn't have seen me, you little ducky, you!" She giggled like a sappy third year and fluttered her eyelashes. "And I hope you ARE glad to see me, because Lafay is glad to see YOU. So much do, she wants to have a little chitterchatter witcha." Muahahahahahahaha! |
Just time for one post I'm afraid. Need to be up at 4am :( Lexy and Droo <333 Now... where to sit? Oooh lookie, there was Trixie! Oliver started to make his way towards his bestie. She was always good company at these shindigs.. You were guaranteed a giggle with the blonde. Beat staring boredly at a hedge any day. He turned when he heard the dulcet tones of his little redheaded girlfriend. She managed to escape, huh? He grinned.. but something about her tone of voice caused it to falter. 'Little Ducky?' ...and what, pray tell, was with the evil smile and giggle, hmm? He crinkled his nose. This was well suss. “I'm... always glad to see you, babe...?” He replied in a confused, questioning tone. Um.. “Lafay is glad to see me? What?” He top lip curled upwards. He really didn't like the sickly way Cameron was addressing him. But then his eyes widened with horror. Lafay wanted to have a leeeetle chat? With him!? Pffft.. and his evil little girlfriend was enjoying this.. <_< “Oh sweet Merlin.” He mumbled and rubbed at his eye distractedly. “But why, Cam, WHY?” Ok.. overreaction much? He took a breath and gazed back up the steps from whence he came and shook his head. “Well... thanks for letting me know.” He reached out for Cam's hand (oh yeah, she was coming with him) and started back up the stairs to Darth Vader's theme music playing in his head. Dun dun duuun dun-da-dun dun-da-duuuuunnnn... He headed straight for the Potions Master to the sound of the Imperial Death March, a forced bright smile on his face as he stopped beside her. “Hello, Professor Lafay.” He greeted her. “Might I say you're looking ravishing today.” *Grin* O__________________________O Ravishing? RAVISHING!? What the flappers!? “Um.. I mean... you wanted to see me, Professor?” Cue awkward scratch of the back of the neck. Dear... merlin. |
Edmond walked to the stands, to witness the second task. There was an unexplained excitement and he just went along with it. He wondered if he should save a seat for Feenella, but then he saw her sitting next to Rubie. "May I have this seat?" he asked politely to both girls, signaling the seat next to his Fee. Quote:
"That doesn't sound a bit annoying." he chuckled, "It's rather adorable." yes, she was. Edmond laughed, "Ah, so it's payback I'm understanding?" he joked. If it was a game of payback, then he knew who the winner would be; the pretty blonde witch sitting next to him. Right. Ed should have been cheering for the Gryffindor Champion, but it was just not going to happen. His heart was with Slytherin...and a certain Slytherin firsty. "I should, but it's better to cheer for the team I'm actually cheering for. Plus, there's this beautiful first year Slytherin girl that's cheering for them, so I might as well." he smiled and winked at Feenella. |
Pssh I want an outfit Quote:

open ended post :D Kurumi made her way through the stands and found an open seat near the front - too bad there wasn't much to see... With Cameron out of the competition, Kurumi found herself unsure as to who she should be rooting for. The Slytherin boy had really made a strong first impression on her in the Defense Against the Dark Arts paint balling game and just recently in Potions where he took a firm stand against Dragon Lady. Despite being in Gryffindor, and therefore probably should have worn yellow ribbons in her hair, she instead had emerald green ones. |
hehe Quote:
Crud. SPRINTING down to where the task supposedly was, decked out in Slytherin colors just like last time, Evelyn ran up the stands and looked out into the quidditch field. Which, was covered with bushes. MOVE THE BUSHES! She couldn't see a THING! Well, now she knew she just ran from the Slytherin common room to here in the freezing cold for nothing. Scoffing, Evelyn rolled her eyes before moping to a front seat, deciding to just wait it out. And perhaps busy herself somehow while she was waiting. Hopefully Mr. Mysterious and Raiden were alright in, whatever bush maze thing this was. Just about to sit down, her eyes looked up to see...Cookie girl right there. Wearing...GREEN!? NO WAY! "Rooting for Raiden?" Yes? |
haha! Quote:
Kurumi found herself short on breath and unable to speak. She didn't look angry that had green ribbons weaved in her French braided hair - which was a huge relief. She gripped her box of cookies she had sat on her lap tightly and swallowed before addressing the girl. "Yes," she said in a steady voice. While her and Raiden had hardly talked at all, he seemed very capable and Kurumi admired his morals. Was cookie hater going to bite her? |
Quote:
"Oh well, this seat is saved for a certain handsome Gryffindor",Fee smiled up at her boyfriend,"oh wait thats you." Removing her bag from the seat she laughed a little. Sometimes she was just silly. "Well, as soon as possible", she chuckled,"they are dyyyyying and keep telling me how bad i am for not introducing them to you." Something in Edmond's eyes told her he was afraid. "Dont be scared",she smiled taking his hand," they will loooove you." Fee couldnt help but smile at his comment. "Oh man", she happy sighed," i really got the best boy by my side.Couldnt blame people for being jealous." So true, if all the girls knew what of a great guy Edmond were they would be like suuuper jealous. "Its not payback its just the effect we have on eachother", she chuckled a little. That was so true, Edmond had such a hufe effect on Fee. She always felt happy and complete around him. he made her feel calm and all her problems seemed like so far away. "So maybe i should cheer for the Cameron, cause there is this one Gryffie i adore", she winked back at him. |
Quote:
It seemed like it took forever for the Cookie girl to speak up, but when she finally did, her answer was pleasing to here. Evelyn's expression showed no emotion however as she continued to stare at the younger girl, her black eyes flickering to the box in the girl's death grip. Cookies? Well, she wasn't called Cookie girl for nothing now was she. Raising a brow, the Slytherin nodded slowly, a contemplated look replacing the neutral expression. "Good." Was all she said before turning around and sitting down on the bench. It was the best seat in the whole place obviously. Though it'd be even better if Josh or one of her friends were here with her. |
Quote:
*gulp* What should she do now? Had they ever actually introduced themselves before? If she did...would the Slytherin actually listen or introduce herself in return? *gulp* "I-I-I-I'm Kurumi," she stammered turning her head just a little more towards cookie hater. |

"Master Greenwood," She said reproachingly, "I am in no mood to play games. Once you've finished sucking up, I would like you to tell me why you have forgotten to greet me once more, when you first approached. It is rude and I thought I made that clear during class... Apologize, greet both myself and the ladies and gentleman that have joined me in the stands, then take a seat beside me." She said angrily. ... was Miss Caddock coming back? |
Keefer trooped up the steps into the stands. He was breathing hard, and his breath was visible on the cold winter air. He found an empty place and sat down. Chilling to the bone almost instantly, he whipped out his wand and conjured a jar and some blue flames to warm him. Then he turned his attention to the hedges, looking for any signs of trouble or success. |
Why was Treyen not happy with her yellow scarf? It was more yellow than she had last time. Loads more, it was long and yellow and black. Much bigger than a little button. "But I am supporting him." She tilted her head to the side, confused. The girl was sure that Treyen liked Raiden, maybe not as much as she did, but liked him well enough. Maybe he didn't like how she seemed to be supporting Raiden more than Fletcher. Cause she totally was. "I have more yellow..." Reaching into the pocket of her hoodie, she slowly pulled out a yellow pom pom. Making sure the green one didn't fall out. "See?" the girl gave it a good shake, grinning when as the pom pom screamed 'Go Fletcher!'. He didn't want any coco? His loss. The girl took another sip of the hot chocolate, peeking past the boy to look at the younger girl. "Hey, Elle." As Ellie and Treyen continued to their conversation, the girl let her eyes wonder back to the maze. The conversation a light buzz as she wondered what the champions were doing in the maze. Until she heard her name. "Hmm. What? What are we doing?" How could they talk about....whatever, when their friends were in the maze facing....whatever? |
Quote:
Turning her head, the Slytherin stared at Kurumi, aka Cookie Girl…wondering just why in the world she brought cookies if she wasn’t going to eat them. If she gripped the box any harder, it was going to break! "I don’t…care." Evelyn muttered sweetly, even putting on a friendly smile and tilting her head slightly to the side as if interested in what she was saying. "But it’s nice to meet you." Hmm, see? That was the second time she had been nice to Kurumi. Evelyn wasn’t all that mean. …And no, she wasn’t about to introduce herself. If Cookie girl didn’t bother to find out from someone in the first place, then she wasn’t all that interested in knowing who she was now was she. |
SPOILER!!: Grayson There was a single nod after the introductions were done. And then there was a smile. Until...of course, so the girl, Grayson, had been paying attention to the first task. Good. Because she was afraid that 'amazing' could equal bloody and on the verge of death. Good thing they understood each other now, "I see, yes, that vas the point, no? Get out alive" she almost laughed, that hadn't been the primary point at all, but her perspective on things had changed. Points. No, she didn't truly care about those, so she shrugged just a bit. Grayson seemed to believe the same thing about the Whomping Willow, it was up to Salander to believe it true or not, or not care at all. That would be the best, to not care about the tree, Danika was not caring about any tree for sure. SPOILER!!: Lafay =) Oh, but someone else spoke her name. Danika nodded, one single nod, "Professor Lafay" the great one, no? "Thanc you for the vords, it is a shame, truly, that I did not go through" at least she was alive, and her mother relieved, sort of, "Vut he and I can vattle something else if you are curious avout it, Professor" if they were going to battle in front of cameras we all know who was going to win that, don't we? There was a small smile, "I vould ve delighted to" she said, as she moved only a bit closer to were they sat. Amazingly enough, the worry and nervousness had almost disappeared. Odd, no? |

There were other question that were asked, and needed answers. The boy sighed, "I think you'll understand it more if you tried it" because he was getting nowhere? "If we think of brooms as wood that flies it's pretty much the same, but that's not the point...it's the feeling of freedom, and the air on your face" that's what he was comparing it to, not the literal 'skateboard' thing. He could laugh, but he wouldn't, this was serious business. "No, well, yes, like a bike, but you don't slide..." oh, but...blink, blink, blink...evil grin, "...now that you mention it, sliding on it would be even more fun" they should definitely try that. "I don't, but we could" haha, that would be fun, sliding down hill, mmm, does Hogwarts have dangerous hills? Because they should skip those. The boy grinned, "It should be" they still hadn't gotten to the point of trying out the rollerskating part. Quote:
Treyen was going to call out to him, because we all know this boy could use the company of less girls, but he seemed to be focusing on something. His eyes followed Keefer's but there was nothing there. Keefer needed glasses. Now. Quote:
No, he was not happy. "With only a scarf?" yes, he was questioning the girl's loyalty to Hufflepuff. Dramatic, this boy was. And then an eyebrow was raised, the questioning continued. Ooooh, lookit! A pompom! A yellow one! Haha. Treyen laughed when the thing said 'Go Fletcher!'. Yeah, he liked that. "I guess it's okay, then" and it truly was, because there was not a single item of clothes that could give him away, there was no point in asking Arya to do the same. Actually, this whole discussion was pointless, because Fletcher was the one who needed the support, there were plenty of people cheering for Raiden already. Sigh. "Skating, Arya" he replied, with a smile, surely Arya had plenty of things on her mind to be able to keep up with his conversation with Ellie. |

"No, Laur, HE didn't give it to me, Jermaine did, and He and I are not dating, he's sucking face with someone else." Not that she cared, pfft. She didn't want to talk about him really. She had been going on and on about Nik for a while, so it was good that she had gotten to hang out with the guy, though it didn't seem it went as Lauren had hoped, or so it seemed anyways. "That's great Laur, how did it go? Did you guys have fun?" Of course she would take her word for it, Rhea had great taste in guys, just look at her boyfriend. He was hot. Hehe. Rhea laughed. Lauren was such a drama queen. yes major drama queen. "Yes that Jack and yes there are date-able guys here at Hogwarts, if you're lucky enough to run into one." She made a shock face at Lauren then nudged her. "Oi,woman, I did tell you. You just have horrible memory, like I do sometimes. Remember that day we met up by the hour glass and went for a walk? I tooold you then." |
-flails- My bad, I've been away! Quote:
Obviously it wasn't Cam's sterling personality. Duh. SPOILER!!: Oliver Snicker. It was EXTREMELY satisfying that his little grin faltered. Her internal evil laugh cackled shiftily. PFT. He was glad to see her. She could see. The redhead clicked her tongue doubtfully. "For sure. If you're SO glad to see me, hunnybunny," She added the endearment in a sickly sweet tone. "Then you can come sit me and Professor Lafay." She was sickening herself with the sugary tone. Ew. "mmmmmmmmhmmmmmmm," She sang, brightly. "She's so super glad to talk to you - she wants you to SIT next to her. See.. that spot? Next to her? RIGHT up and squishy with the Potions dragon.. Um.. I mean mistress." She flashed him a dazzling smile and pointed to the spot that she'd left unattended. Aha. He would be SITTING next to her. It would be his punishment. muahahahahha! Cameron let the facade fall as she let out a evil cackle at his outburst. "Owww, kyudiewoodie scared of ickle Lafay?" She giggled darkly. "Why? Because you were RUDE, Oliver. RUDE. You didn't say Hello." And didn't save her from Lafay's wrath. Now he had to pay the price. She grabbed his hand and happily followed him up to the trap he was walking into. Her happiness at this event was honestly sadistic. But she quickly let go when he called her Ravishing. She elbowed him in the ribs. "Suckup." She breathed, glaring at him. SPOILER!!: Lafay.. again xD BOOOOOOOM. Cameron giggled. It was funny watching him get told off. She dropped into the seat beside the seat she'd left, dragging Oliver into the plastic chair beside Lafay. He'd find it comfortable, yeah? "So, Professor. Oliver's really interested in knowing more about .. umm.. how you got into Potions teaching. Chyeah. He wants to know lots and lots and lots of details. He's really interested in becoming a potions .. person." She flashed a sweet smile at her Professor and then Oliver. |

"I hope he is too. He's kinda hawt." She winked at her cousin and playfully bumped her with her shoulder. Then she went on about running and what not and she lost her. Well that was random. "Why do you need to start running?" She asked with a puzzled look on her face. Maybe it was to impress Nik or something. She nodded when Lauren finally remembered. "Yeeeah, see I did tell you.And you'll get to meet him soon.Really soon." She laughed and shook her head. Lauren didn't have to worry though, because Rhea had a plan. *smug* |
After countlessly running her hands together to keep them warm, Cosette finally placed them into her lap. She didn't understand why she had remembered to wear her fox fur earmuffs but not bring her leather gloves to an event outside in the middle of January cold. Rolling her gray eyes, she blamed it on the fact she was running late. And there were some meddlesome mudbloods that had gotten in her way on the third floor. She should have just cursed them out of her way. She would have been on time if she had done that. Darting her eyes around, she ran her hands on her dark plaid skirt, running out the creases. She needed to stop worrying, she knew Noel was going to be fine. He had prepared for the task, thoroughly. "Just be zafe." She muttered to herself, running her hand down to her combat boot to make sure her wand was still snuggled between her black tights and black knee high socks. Yes, nice and safely still there. Looking back at the maze entrance, she clapped her hands together, mustering a smile on her face. "Go Noel and Fletcher!" She yelled, knowing they wouldn't be able to hear. But still, it was the thought that counts. |
Hugo was prepared this time. He brought a warm sweater and a thermos full of hot chocolate. He looked for a nice seat and a person to maybe sit with. Hmm... No. Whatever. He was even prepared for the boring part, and brought a book. Let the game begin! |
Jeremy had found an empty seat and was now simply sitting there, staring straight ahead at the dark maze in front of them. Hopefully the champions weren't scared of the dark. Though, who wouldn't be a little scared inside a creepy maze at night? Exactly, nobody. Even though, he wouldn't ever say so, he was anxious if not also a little nervous. It was all Professor Saylen's fault. This tournament wasn't THAT dangerous. Not like she kept on telling them it was. Though, the way some of the champions had looked after emerging from the cave last time had been quite bad. Luckily, the Healer had been around...but still. Bleh. This was supposed to be exciting...fun. They were going to be okay. Pulling his hat down a little, the 32 year old continued to gaze downwards for any signs from the champions inside the maze. |

She had made sure that the lion couldn't rawr any longer since in the long run it had grown tiring to hear it day in and day out. Not really paying attention to what the other students were doing as she hunted for a vacant seat Roxxy didn't see the leg that was put in her way. Roxxy only got time to record the feeling of contact before she tumbled forwards and landed in the lap of the Muggle studies professor. Embarrassed she quiped up "Sorry. So sorry professor Zookara someone tripped me and i couldn't stop myself." quickly jumping up and out of the professor lap Roxxy sat down next to him still wide-eyed. "Has the task started yet?" |

Meep! SPOILER!!: Lexy Cue the Darth Vader theme... Potions dragon? Man, he wished Lafay could hear the chick. “You're hilarious aren't you? Enjoy it while you can. I'm gonna get you for this, babe.” He smirked and winked at Cam like she wasn't getting to him. He was gonna act like she wasn't bothering him. That was one of the best way to get on someone's nerves. Heh. RUDE? Pffft. “You wanna shut it so I can get this over with?” He replied. “I didn't want to disturb the pair of you. You looked like you were bonding.” And that was a lie.. but who cares. Who in their right mind would chose the seat next to the 'Potions Dragon?' SPOILER!!: Droo “I'm finished.” Sucking up.. yeah. Oh crap. Now should he lie here and pretend he hadn't seen the woman, or tell her the truth? More scratching of his neck. “I.. um..” Just LIE, idiot!boy! “I'm not trying to be disrespectful, professor. I think you're a brilliant teacher. I've said it before that potions is one of the few classes I actually LEARN anything in. Your strict methods demand it. ...But they also make you seem.. sort of.. *gulp* unapproachable...?” Um.. Was that lying!? o.O NO! NO IT BLOODY WASN'T!!! He gave the scary lady an awkward, apologetic smile. He HAD complimented her too, right? She was a great professor.. but she scared the boy. Simple as. He wasn't deliberately trying to be rude. “I apologise if I seemed rude. It wont happen again.” He looked around at the group surrounding the professor and smiled. “Hey everyone.” He was tempted to bow like the clown he was.. but didn't - thankfully. His brain wasn't THAT dmaged. SPOILER!!: Lexy and Droo Snicker. But Lafay was having none of it. Wise woman. Wise scary woman. He smirked at Cam then turned his attention back to hedge watching. Well wasn't this as much fun as you could shake a stick at? [/sarcasm] |
Louisa arrived at the stands breathing heavily. She held her cat's basket a little higher and started walking between the students... and teachers. She wanted someone she knew to sit with. She came across an empty seat that could make enough space for Kitty's basket. "Here we go Kitty.." She chuckled jerking the basket slightly making the kitten's head snap out from under the sheet. |

She sat down next to her, facing forward. After a moment she turned to face Louisa and Kitty - whom she saw was in her basket. Enya hadn't seen her before. "Heya" She said smiling. |

Shifting slightly in her seat to face Enya, Louisa gestured at the brown bag. "I have a bunch of cookies in there if you like. I didn't feed Kitty this morning that's why I brought some of my food along. She liked it." She explained to her best friend. |

Turning back when Louisa spoke to her she looked down at the brown paper bag. She was pretty hungry, but she didn't fancy eating something that had been near an owl. She was about to decline the offer when her stumach rumbled. Cursing it she stuck her hand into the bag and pulled out a cookie. No way she could decline now, sigh. "Thanks" She simple said biting into the food. |

"I wonder what could be in that maze." Louisa started her eyes floating forward. "I was here in the last task. And believe me it wasn't fun. I gasped and yelled like never before." She sniggered.. oh and speaking of which, "You didn't show up back then right?" Yeah right. She just needed to know where the heck does Enya go when Louisa was looking for her. Meditating with her sketch book? or whatever it was. |
