"No, but I wouldn' wan' te leave them 'ere while I'm home fer the holidays." he explained. "I wouldn' feel right."

His eyes lifting to hers softly, "Sorry te hear thet." He wasn't sure why she wouldn't, but either way that was sad. "Ye, could always write te me, that is if ye'd like, during the holidays an' stuff."

"You wouldn't have to leave your owl here." She added cheerfully, snapping a picture of a sleeping owl. Her eyes flicked over to the pair, sparing them a smile before turning back to another owl. "You can take 'em home if you like." Or let them live with your big brother like she did.

Looking up as another voice reaches his ears. Smiling at the younger girl "I'm afraid not, me mum and dad would kill me, I brought one home."

Sighing he looks up at the owls, "I'll jus' have te wait I suppose 'til I'm of age, an' can find a place of me own."

Cally glanced at the boy. He so obviously wanted an owl and she sighed a little, remembering when she really wanted something so bad she would almost.. almost kill for it.She looked at the boy for a moment and smiled."You know JD.. I could always take her home with me.. I have a preeeeeeeetty big garden .. and I could bring her back to school at the start of term?"she said smiling

She was considering writing to him over the holidays.She quite liked that idea.Having someone to write to in the break.She lived that idea alot. She looked at the girl and smiled."Im Cally.. "she said to her.

"That sucks. We have lots of pets at home so my parents don't mind." She snapped a picture of a owl as it landed back in the owlery. Arya couldn't even imagine not have any pets in her home or some furry creature tagging along behind her. It was something she always had, even as a child.

Turning back to Cally, his eyes widen, "Really!" he thought about it a bit, his eyebrows knitting. He'd love to do that, he'd just miss the owl a lot on holidays...it was only 2 months but....

"I wonder..." he murmurs cocking his head a little. His grandparents had a barn...owls liked barns didn't they?

Katie held Destiny, her owl, in her hand, with the note attached to her owl, Destiny was ready to send the letter, it was addressed to Alice and Brodie, and then there was another letter for her parents, she missed all of them so much she had to send them a letter, Katie let go of her owl and watched it fly away.

Kurumi walked up the many stairs to the Owlery carry a letter to her family she had written earlier that day while basking in the sun in the courtyard. Her mother would be furious that she had been out in the sun all day, but Kurumi did not need to include such things in her letter. When she entered, she saw Katie standing looking out one of the windows. "Hey."

Katie smiled at Kurumi as the bird landed, "I just sent a letter to my friends and family" Katie said pointing out the window, you couldn't see her owl but she had sent a letter.

Rubiey trudged up the poo-strewn stairs to send a letter to her grandparents. Christmas was fast approaching, and she needed to ask them if she could stay and bring friends with her.

Dear Grandma and Grandpa,

Hi! I'm doing fine, the TWT is well underway, and its getting verrrrrrry cold up here in Scotland. I was wondering if I could come and stay with you guys for Christmas; I got a letter from my mother last month saying she didn't want me home because of my 'abnormality'. You know what she's like. Anyway, I was also wondering if, it's okay, I could bring a couple of friends too? They've never been to Ireland, so I promised I'd show them everything. If thats alright with you'se, of course.

Rubiey coaxed the beautiful black owl down from the roof, and stroked his soft feathers whilst tying the letter to his leg. "Take this to Grandma & pa. You know the way. Make sure they sent a letter back straight away." Gabilan hooted softly; Rubiey took that to mean he understood. "Safe journey, then." She said, releasing him out the window. She hated seeing him flying away, it made her feel more alone than anything.

Daisy walked up the stairs and found her owl Shadow. He was new. She just got him before leaving for school. She pulled out a piece of parchment and a pen and began to write to her dad.

Well I can honestly say I miss you and the house. I hope you're doing okay. I haven't heard from mum. Guess she really is out of my life like she said she would be. I don't miss her much but it would be nice to be able to have to talk to about girl things, like boys. Haha. Don't worry though I'll be fine. Owl me back.

Taylo walked into the Owlery- Scar! She hadn't seen her friend for ages!! "Hey hun!" she practically shouted at her, she walked over to where she was perched and pushed her hair behind her shoulders she gave Scar a huge flashy smile and sat down.
