"Well if you want to research, books are the best place for that. I do know that it needs to be your intent and not the intent of another, so possession or other influences where your will is in stasis are very, very unlikely as far as creating such a thing." Truebridge answered. "I have plenty of books. Some that are even quite legal for you to study from, if you would like to borrow them."

Ehhh. This would be awkward.

"I ssstill have some trouble with... rrreading. I'm a bbbit better now, but if I bbborrow them, it'd be for a wwwhile," the boy explained, face slightly pained. He didn't want to miss the opportunity to borrow those books. Any thing could happen. "But it's wwworth a shot... so, yyyeah, I'd lllike to buhh-borrow them if that's okay."

Then Jake hesitated again. "When wwwould you want them bbback?"

Dude. He was sooooo spending this summer learning to read.

Then he could get a dictionary and learn what all these fancy words Truebs was saying were.

So the Treehouse was a new thing for both of them. She couldn't wait to go there now. "While can we go there now then? I would love to see it." Kay said pulling on his arm a little. "Please? Can we?" She said smiling at Rex. Still pulling and giggling with Rex Kay thought about Ginny. "Yes I think Ginny picked a good one. I like Bradin and I think the house should be open soon. He said he would let us know." She stopped to look at Rex and stood still waiting for him.

Travis turned aroudn and smiled huge, at Scarlett, "Well Hello there beautiful," he sadi with a grin, "I see that you have been so busy studying you haven't has time for little old me." He smiled at her teasingly.

"You can borrow them for as long as it takes. You can't rush such scholarly pursuits." Truebridge was in no hurry. It was much the same to him if Jake borrowed said books for a day a week or ten years as long as he didn't damage them at all.

"As long as you don't damage the tomes at all." Best to add that. Always good to clarify these things.

Kay stood in front of Rex and smiled. "I can't wait to see everyone at the dance and be with you. It will be so much fun." She said closing her eyes and started to dance. She wondered about the music and how everyone would be dressed. Stopping Kay realized that she was dancing in front of Rex by herself and other people would see. Blushing so hard that her face burned, she sat down again. "Oh, my. Sorry, I got lost in the moment." She said put her face in her hands.

" The dance will be a lot of fun" Rex told Kay. "Well, I see you are doing a great job in dancing" Rex said to Kay. Rex joined Kay in dancing. " Tommorow, I will finally show you your dress" Rex promised Kay.

A wide smile appeared on Jake's face at what Truebridge said. That made him happy; he didn't like borrowing things usually, especially for a long period of time, but Truebs' say so made him feel better.

Though at the whole 'don't damage them' thing, Jake looked thoroughly insulted. "Of cccourse I won't. I mmmay not b-b-be able to rrread, but I ssstill love bbbooks. I'd nnnever damage or dddeface one."

Yeah. Might sound odd but it was true.

Reed walked up to the Whomping Willow. What a strange tree...full of magic. But it is beautiful in a way. She was startled as the tree made a sudden whoosh. Reed had come here for her own entertainment, and she sat below a small pine tree close by the whomping willow. I guess I should just wait for something, she thought. With a sigh, Reed opened a book and began to read.

Blushing when Rex pulled her back up to dance with him, she was happy. "Thanks for dancing with me. I really like dancing with you. Thanks for teaching me." She said smiling. "I can't wait to see my dress. I know I real love it." She said putting her head on Rex's shoulder.

"Well, I love dancing with you" Rex told Kay. " I loved teaching you " Rex said to Kay. " Here is the dress I am giving you for the dance" Rex smiled at Kay.
