Selena smiled. "No, you didn't upset me at all," Selena lied. She was surprisingly [or not] good at that. "Have you owled them yet? They must be worried," Selena said.

Selena nodded. "You ought to tell the headmaster soon," Selena said. What a surprise the headmaster would have when Saiyomi's brother waltzed into the school! "Blow up? Please, I was surprise the classroom didn't blow up while I was in there," Selena grinned.

The sudden change of subject made Dianna notice that she was uncomfortable with the subject.
"Uhm.. yeah I just did.." she said. "Anyhow!" Dianna said uplifting her tone.
"My mum is the one I have to send to twice a week..""Can't bear to stand me not telling here how my lessons are and so on.." Dianna was quite embarassed by having a overly protective mother but she can't help it, it was just the way mum was.

Selena smiled. "Awh, that's sooo cute," Selena giggled. Her parents could care less. She loved her father though. He understood how she felt sometimes. "So, what lessons have you attended?" Selena asked.

Dianna blushed.
"I attended Potions,Charms,Herbology,Divination,DADA.." she listed.
"Although I do want to attend Ancient Runes and History of Magic too"

Selena nodded. "Well... I attended all the classes so far, and there's so much homework!" Selena sighed. "I wish I didn't go to them all... however, Astronomy was quite interesting," Selena admitted. "Potions was great as well... kinda feel bad for the people who were burned..." Selena frowned. She thought about it. ancient Runes and History of Magic? The two classes she was most likely to fail. "If I attend the two classes, watch me fail them," Selena grinned.

Dianna remembered her chaotic first day of Potions.
"That was horrible, very horrible" she said. "Astronomy? I'll give that a try next time." she made sure she added that to her list of classes.

"Yeah, maybe it was just me though," Selena shrugged. Selena let out a small sigh. She needed to send an owl to her parents about... what had happened... but... she didn't want to face the truth.

"Nah, there was a lot who messed up back there.." Dianna said.

Saiyomi shook her head and said, "No, but I have my brother back in Japan, he lives alone."

Saiyomi nodded and said, "I will." She laughed at Selena's reply about her kitchen and she said, "I bet that you're better than me, if you succeeded in not blowing up the classroom baking with magic, then you are way better at it than me."

Selena smiled. "Well, it was my first time... and I'm a bit clumsy..." Selena admitted, "So I was beyond happy when they came out of the oven at all..." Selena smiled.

Saiyomi smiled and said, "Well, its still way better than me." She finished her cupcake and lay down on her bed, she was starting to get tired for some reason, she wasn't sure why. Maybe it was because she had ate something sweet, she would sometimes get tired after she ate one or two sweets, of any kind.

Selena smiled. "So, have you been around the grounds yet?" Selena asked. The grounds were beautiful. Absolutely photogenic. And worth painting. That reminded her, she really ought to start on the painting she wanted to make... "What classes have you attended?" Selena asked.

"Yeah, well miracles can happen.." Dianna said.

"Alone? Doesn't he get a bit lonely sometimes?" she asked.

"I've only been out around the lake," Saiyomi said. She was curious as to what all was out around the grounds, there was so much more to see here than in Japan. "I haven't been in the classes, I have this strange disability where I can't be in a room filled with many people, so I have my classes with the professor alone, after classes have ended for the day, its sorta a mixture between autism and schizophrenia. My brother was reluctant to let me come here because of it."

Saiyomi shook her head and said, "No, he likes being alone, he's usually very antisocial, he likes the peace and quiet."

"With me, miracles rarely happen," Selena sighed.

Selena nodded. "I see, so... do you want to go out around later, the views here are absolutely amazing," Selena said, "Especially jumping off the tree house. There's a cushioning charm at the bottom, so when you fall, you don't get hurt," Selena grinned. Plus, it was nice taking pictures there. "The wishing fountain is also beautiful, a magnificent piece of art," Selena nodded.

Saiyomi smiled and said, "I would love to see it, it sounds amazing." She was a sucker for beautiful sights, even if some people didn't like it, if she did, she wouldn't ever want to leave.

"So, would you rather go now or later?" Selena asked. She just needed to remember to bring her camera. She couldn't go anywhere without it... She definitely needed to take some other pictures too. She needed it for the album she was making.

"Ahh... I see... well I heard Japan's very peaceful indeed." she said.

Dianna giggled. "I'm quite bored right now. Are you planning to go somewhere later?" she asked.

"Well, I thought we could go to the wishing fountain or something to just hang out," Selena shrugged.

"Ohh, haven't been there yet!" Dianna exclaimed. She loved exploring new places.

"Yeah, it's a marvelous piece of art," Selena nodded. It really was and Selena wonderer who designed the thing. It was amazing.

"I think I'll go later," Saiyomi said. "The thought of my brother coming here makes me want to relax for a day before I have to do anything about it." She loved her brother to death, but sometimes he could be a little overbearing.

Saiyomi nodded and said, "Yeah, I love it and all, but after you've lived there your whole life it kinda gets boring, makes you want to see new things, like, did you know that we don't have Thestrels in Japan, or Hippogriffs."

Selena nodded. "Yeah, so why don't we all meet up tomorrow here?" Selena said. Then they could have more time to rally up people.

"Sounds good to me." Dianna said before going to her bed and lying down.

Selena smiled and let out a content sigh. "Well... I'll be over there," Selena said as she pointed at her bed, "Talk to you guys a bit later," she said before walking over to her bed and opening her drawer.

'now... what should I write...?' Selena thought as she opened up her writing notebook. She let her hand onto the page and she started to write. 'Lamia, they were, that was what they preferred to be called instead of the modern day vampires... they were after me...' Selena jotted down. It didn't sound right. She crossed it out then called herself stupid. She vanished the words off the page and thought some more.
