I cant believe it! Karly voice screamed in her head Second day of school an she was already lost....how had she even got here? Come to think about it, where was she?
Taking a deep breath (which she regretted immediately, this place spelt foul) She spoke in a shaky voice
"Hello...anyone here?"

Karly jumped slightly as someone spoke back to her, she turned to see a young girl - more then likely a first year. Great way to make a first impression she grimaced to herself before replying
"Oh Hi, yeah I think I might be, I kind of followed a hidden passage way from the second floor and ended up.....well here" She lowered her voice slightly before adding "Erm where is here exactly?

'We're on the sixth floor. I came... um... up that staircase over there, and down to the left. I can't exactly remember where I was befor, though. It's really confusing, this school...'

"Ahh Sixth floor" Karly nodded Okay so maybe a bit far away from her intended destination but nevermind Glancing over to the staircase she smiled again "Stairs sound good to me, I know what you mean about the school...I was heading for the grounds" letting out a laugh she motioned to the steps "You going back this way?"

Trixie sighed as she appeared on the sixth floor. She was making ehr way up to the top of the castle, studying and exploring each floor as the came along. It was a good thing to do so she could become acquainted to the school itself and therefore never get lost. She turned the corner from the moving staircase and sighed. Well it wasn't very exciting up here was it?

Vanessa was walking up to the Gryffindor Common Room but decided that it would be best to walk around the corridors and such. She looked ahead, thinking that she saw someone familiar. To her sight it was Trixie. She smiled but then frowned. Were they friends or not? Trixie was friends with Ella but would they be okay? She walked over to Trixie and waved. "Hello." She said politely, with a smile.

Trixie spun around as she heard a greeting coming from a familiar voice. "Vanessa" she grinned as she walked foward to meet her in the middle. "Hey. How are you?" she asked. She was suprisingly in a very good mood. But she had nothing against Vanessa. Well not just yet anyway.

"I'm ba-good." Vanessa said quickly switching her answer. She did not want another person, for example Aiden, to ask why she was bad or something. She cleared her throat. "How about you?" She asked sighing. She really needed to work on her lying, it usually never worked on people.

Trixie raised an eyebrow. "Very convincing" she said giggling slightly. "What's up?" she asked. Trixie was a good listener. She was a lot of things but she was always willing to listen to people. "I'm very good" she said sighing happily. There were somethings or rather people who cheered her up. But then again she hadn't spoken to Patrick in a while and she was pretty sure he was still seething after the suitcase incident.

Vanessa laughed and rubbed her arm nervously. "Not much, just heading towards the common room." She said. "Have you talked to Ella recently?" She asked curiously. She wanted to know if Ella told Trixie about there argument earlier that day beside the Lake. It was a pretty nasty argument.

Trixie smiled and rolled her eyes. Obviously she wasn't ready to tell her why her day had been so bad just quite yet. She nodded. "Yeah we had a reasonably long conversation in the common room which suprisingly contained no arguments whatsoever" she laughed pleased that they had been triumphant. Ella had only mentioned a few things about Vanessa. She had mentioned a little tiff but Trixie was a little too disorientated in her own thoughts about Patrick to listen.

Vanessa tilted her head to the side and walked over to the corridor wall, leaning on it. "Really?..Did she say anything about me?" She asked casually. "You don't have to tell me if you don't want to, just wondering." She shrugged. It was a lie, but Vanessa was getting fed up with all of this drama by the second.

Trixie shrugged. "She just said that you had an argument. And she may have mentioned something about jealousy" she added on blushing slightly. Wasn't like she was jealous! Yeah Much! "Didn't really continue for much longer seeing as she was too busy trying to muscle secrets out of me" she laughed casually.

Vanessa rolled her eyes. "Of course she said that." She sighed. "Never mind, I don't need to hear more about it all." She shrugged it off. Of course she was jealous. "Oh..well I heard about you and Aiden. Rumours of course. I don't know if it's true or not." She shrugged.

Trixie nodded and smiled weakly. Well she had bought it up ad not her. Can't blame Trixie. "If it's any help, Ella can be a bit of a liar at times" she said witha weak smile. No wait! No ill speaking of your second cousin. Trixie's eyes widened as she mentioned Aiden. What was this about her and Aiden? "I...Err..What?" she asked in a bit of a fluster.

Vanessa smiled weakley but went back to frowning. She didn't realize that she could be hurt so much in just a couple of days. "Oh well I heard that Aiden and you kissed. It's okay, you don't have to tell me if it's true or not. I wouldn't tell anybody if you did tell me though." She said not really caring. However it was true she wouldn't tell anybody, it wouldn't be like Vanessa to tell secrets.

Trixie turned a very deep shade of red. "Well it wasn't a kiss exactly" Blimey how quickly did rumours spread around this school. "I pecked him goodbye on the lips that is all" she said as she folded her arms lightly in defense. But Aiden didn't feel the same way about her and she knew it. She sighed sadly.

Vanessa nodded and smiled. She then tilted her head to the side when it seemed Trixie seemed sad. "Wait, what's the matter?" She asked. "I think that you two would certainly be a great couple." She said thinking about it. Wait...if Aiden isn't together with Trixie, maybe he can help me make Patrick jealous...hmmm....

Trixie shrugged. "It's just...Well, I'm a little confused at the moment" she smiled weakly. Guys. Drama. It all added up. But at least Trixie hadn't been confronted by Vanessa about Patrick yet, Now that would make things worse. She'd have to keep that bit a secret. For now at least. "Thanks" she sighed.

"I know what you mean. Especially with all the boys I fancy." Vanessa said laughing. "So what have you been up to recently?" She said changing the subject, but wanting to go back to the boy subject..just in case Trixie liked Patrick as well.

Trixie giggled slightly as the older girl agreed with her. There were only two guys she liked at this very moment but that could all change. She shrugged. "Meeting new people. Most of them firstie's who take time in their day to quite simply annoy you" she said getting a little fustrated. "And of course that compulsory Slytherin meeting inw hich we gained back 69 points" she said smiling a little. "But almost lost Hogsmeade privilages" she added on with a slight frown. "And talking to...People" she said trying not to mention the suitcase incident. Did Vanessa even know baout that?

Vanessa laughed. "I know how that feels. First years can get pretty annoying but they can be sweet..sometimes." She shrugged. It was true, Melissa was pretty sweet. She then rolled her eyes about the points. "Just wait and see Trixie, Gryffindor will win." She teased.

Vanessa then raised an eyebrow. What exactly did she mean by "talking to ...people?'' Could it be Patrick...or Aiden? Or even Ella? "What do you mean, Trixie?" She asked curious now.

Trixie nodded. "Yeah some of them are sweet. My second cousin on the Malfoy side is a Firstie Slytherin" she smiled thinking about little Emma who was so foward it was adorable. It was her turn to roll her eyes. "Your going down Lion" she said with a jokey wink.

"You know. Just talking" she said truthfully. What else could she say? "Ella, Aiden and *cough* Patrick" she added on shyly at the end. "Or rather dropping suitcases on peoples feet" she said slightly embarrased.
