Hufflepuff: Common Room
 

Karly was so glad to be in her new common room, she made her way straight to the fire place and dropped down into one of the comfy chairs

Karly gave a smile as a clearly younger girl entered the room, she was going to stand but really was too comfy
"Hi, Im Karly...Karly Lockwood, Nice to meet you Josey"

"Nice to meet you too Karly," Josey said with a smile. "I'm a first year, what year are you in?" She knew that the girl was not a first year, but she wasn't that much older. Maybe about a third year.

Ahh my year Karly thought to herself, this was going to get interesting
"Well technically I am in my first year at Hogwarts, however I am actually a third year"
Wow that was less interesting when said out loud then it was in her head... Karly gave a yawn, the fire place must be making her tired

"Did you transfer from....someplace, or something?" Josey asked. She didn't know if it would be an akward question or not, and seh hoped she wasn't being rude by asking it.

"Got it in one" Karly laughed
"I'm an exchange from Beauxbatons"
As she spoke she felt her eyes getting heavier, I really must move soon Karly told herself. It really would not be good to fall asleep in the common room before everyone else had even arrived

"Beaubaxtons? What was it like? Did you like it?" Josey had always wanted to see France. She had gotten accepted to Beaubaxtons, but she had decided to go to Hogwarts instead, because Annabelle hadn't gotten accepted into Beaubaxtons.

What was it like???After two years she still did not really have an opinion on the place So smiling and sitting up straighter she simply replied
"Yeah was alright, glad to be back here however, even if it is only as an exchange student"
She ran her fingers through her blonde hair and looked round the room, trying to change the subject she asked the younger girl
"So what do you think of our new home so far then?"

Karly looked up as someone else entered the room, seeing it was another girl she motioned for her to join them at the fire place
"Hey sweetie, come and join the party"
She gave a welcoming smile as she thought to herself Lets hope this keeps me awake

"Hello! I'm Avery Donner, Second Year" Avery smiled and jumped out of her chair and ran over to the girls to 'join the party' She was really excited to meet new people. She said that alot, she realized that she thought that alot. "So who might you be?" Alyssa was ready to get to know her now.

Chelsea entered the Hufflepuff common room. It was decorated with yellow and black.

"Amazing..." Chelsea whispered. She looked around the room and saw a couple of Hufflepuff's.

"I hope I can make friends while I'm here..." Chelsea mumbled to herself.

Karly stood momenteraly and made a little curtsy
"I be Karly Lockwood, Third Year student, First Year Hogwarts.....Exchange student"
Once she had finished her little introduction she plonked back into her seat.
"So how are you Miss Donner?"

Eloise hopped on into the Hufflepuff common room, her eyes scanning the crowds of badgers looking for someone decent to talk to. She shrugged to herself and took a seat by the fire. The fireplace cracked loudly, casting shadows all around the room. She didnt mind being lonely, infact she rather liked it compared to being crowded around with people. Besides, there was probably no Hufflepuffs that she actually liked. Or in other words, actually liked her. Why, oh why, did I have to get into Hufflepuff?

Anastasia stumbled into the Common Room. She'd almost forgotten her way here. Geez, it'd only been one summer.


She eased into a comfy chair, and looked around.

Chelsea noticed someone sitting near the fireplace. She looked a little lonely, so then Chelsea walked over.

"Mind if I join you...?" Chelsea asked sweetly, holding her crutches tightly.

Eloise looked up as someone walked towards her, an annoyed sigh escaping her lips. "Go ahead, I dont care." she replied back in a snobby tone, her lips pursed together so as to not speak out anymore. One rude thing at a time, that was her motto. When she saw easy prey, she usually would have been done with them by now. But seeing as it was the first day back, Eloise was going to have to lay low for a while.

Without a word, Eloise stood up and trotted up the girls dormitary, wanting to be the first 4th year to get the best bed.

Chelsea looked at the girl weirdly but shrugged it off. As soon as she sat down, the girl got up and walked away. Chelsea turn back and looked into the fireplace.

"Maybe a bad day...?" Chelsea thought. She's dealt with people like the girl she "talked" to back home. She just learnt to deal with them to be, what they would like to put it "targets".

"So far? Well, I've only been here for about an hour. But I love it! It's everything I expected it to be!" She smiled. She just loved Hogwarts. Though her opinion might change after she actually started classes. (:lol:)

Josey saw a girl who she hadn't seen before. Though she thought she remembered seeing her at the feast. The girl looked young enough to maybe be a first year. "Hi," Josey said to her. "My name's Josey. What's yours?"

Josey saw someone sit in a chair near her. She had never met the girl before, though there were a lot of people she hadn't met. But Josey was friendly, and she liked making new friends thank you very much. So she introduced herself to the girl. "Hi," she said. "My name's Josey Flow. What's yours?" She hoped the girl knew she was referring to her name. But then again, what else would she be reffering to?

Anastasia smiled, she assumed this girl was new. "Hello dear, name's Anastasia." She moved over, so the girl could sit near her if she wished. "I'm a second year."

Kay walked into the common room and looked around. She saw that her favorite place by the fire was open. She ran over to it and jump on the sofa. She was happy to be home and hoped that some of her friend would come over to sit with her. She slide down into the sofa and watched the fire.

Sophia entered Hufflepuff's Common Room. "Wow," she thought. She is finally a Hogwarts student. She saw the yellow and black colors that dominated the whole room. She waited for her new friends to get inside. Maybe she was a bit excited that she's gone inside first.

"Nice to meet you Anastasia," Josey said. She decided she was getting tired of standing, so she sat down in the empty chair near Anastasia. "What's Hogwarts like? Do you like the classes? Well I suppose like may not be the term to describe them, they are classes after all." She paused for a moment, there was so much to take in. She didn't want to scare Anastasia with all her questions. "Do you like the classes?"

Josey saw a girl who looked like she could be a first year enter the common room. "Hi," she said to her. "Are you a first year? I am, my name's Josey. Josey Flow. I have a twin sister named Annabelle, but she's not in here yet." Josey clamped her mouth shut. She has got to stop talking so much.

Speaking of Annabelle, where was she? Oh, Josey thought. She's probably with Brody. Typical.
