Eloise watched as more and more students filled the compartment, okay maybe two, but that was a LOT to El. She was still staring out the window as they all made small talk, something she wondered how people went through. It was hard enough having to talk to people, but small talk was something she just did not do. "Im Eloise Greenstone." she said, holding out her hand to the newcomers. Her voice was bland. There was no rudeness, no tone in the way she said those words.

Simon sighed as he went to the door and took out his wand. "But what happens if the spell goes wrong and I blow up the door?" He sighed, he decided he put his wand away and just go upto all the open doors and shut them so J.D could do the spell, that would be a help at least. "I know it helps us so much."

Sapphyre turned her head as she heard someone. Even if the action was pointless, she still ent through the motions. "Quite fine," she replied. "You're... Greek, are you? My governess, Calpurnia, is Greek. She's the best person ever, I think." Then, she offered her hand out flat, hoping it was near enough for the girl to take it.

Colette smiled. "Anytime Phyre." she grinned, knowing her cousin couldn't see it though, turned it to a frown. She then picked up Bloo and cradled him. "Yeah it is." she grinned. "He's my new kitten. I got him a couple of days ago. His name's Bloo." she replied. "Well, no. Obviously not. He's the most adorable kitten. I wish you could see him. Would you like to hold him?" she asked.

Emma smiled as she hopped onboard the train. She told herself I, Emma Malfoy, am almost at Hogwarts! Today had been a long day, with all the good byes. Here parents crying and even her brother decided to be delightful towards her as he wished her good luck. She passed full compatments until she saw Selena sitting in one. "Hi Selena. mind if I join you?" she asked.

"Yeah," Phyre replied. "That sounds great. What color is he?" She could still remember colors. In fact, she could still remember everything. It all grew more vivid in her mind, for it was all that was left...

Wynter gave a smile as one of the girls turned to look at her. She had a look in her eyes though that Wynter recognized faintly that the girl was possibly blind. She walked into the compartment softly. "Thank you." She told them quietly. "Yes." She smiled, "Most people find it difficult to place the accent." She spoke a little faster and more confident knowing that this girl knew of Greek accents. Wynter moved forward and took the girl's hand for a moment and shook it. "Wynter Teegan." She introduced herself. Crash! gave a very loud meow, "And Crash!, my kitten." she chuckled softly.

Mina nodded as she moved down to the next closed door and tapped it twice. Leaning against the wall, she moved to the next one and ducked down to not be seen. Being mischievous was actually kind of fun, she thought.

Following after Simon, she tapped the next door he closed. "Thank you , Simon," she smiled as she kept moving on down the hall. There wasn't that many doors left and they would be done rather quickly.

Tapping the last door she could, Mina made her way back to their own compartment door. It was time for her to get sprayed, wasn't it? Shaking her head, she put her wand away and pushed open the door. A single stream of water got her right in the face and she yelped a little. She was expecting it and all, but the water was cold.

Shaking her head a little, she turned as the water dripped off her face and laughed. "Yeah, it's really not bad. Definitely more funny than anything." she giggled as she moved into the compartment.

Munching candy that he had just bought, Jimbo walked along the corridor happily. He still had his things with him and Pebbles was safe in his cagey thing. Which, kinda wasn't really a cage, but whatever. Jimbo needed to find a compartment to put his things into. Mostly, he was trying to find people he knew, but at the same time it didn't really matter.

Taking out another cauldron cake, he stopped in front of a compartment suddenly. "Ouch!" He dropped his luggage with a thud and peered into his pocket. "Pebbles! Did you just bite me?" He stuck his hand in his pocket and took the turtle out. "Bad Pebbles," he muttered to himself.

He then looked up and noticed he was making a scene in front of a compartment full of people. Well...not many people. The compartment seemed like it had enough room for one boy and a turtle. And lots of candy.

He gave them all his huge goofy grin. "Hi!"

"Sure", smiled Ginny. "Are you another first year to?", asked Ginny. "Your kitten is so cute", said Ginny. "I'm Ginny", Ginny told the girl.

What year are you in?

Phyre jumped as she heard someone's voice. She blinked, still unseeing. Uncertainly, she mumbled a quiet, "Hello," and angled her head towards her knees, suddenly growing shy. She was embarrased, being blind... Not being able to see who had just created a ruckus in front of their compartment...

"I've lived with Calpurnia all my life," Phyre replied. "She might as well have been my mother... So the accent is unmistakable to me." She smiled as Teegan took her hand, then slowly let her magic spread across her hand. For a moment, she could feel it escape, running up Teegan's arm and illuminating her in Phyre's mind for a moment. This was her way of seeing... Her only way of seeing. And wow... Teegan was older than them. A good bit older. "I'm Sapphyre Black, better known as Phyre."

"Nice to meet you Sammy", said Ginny to her. "I'm a second year", Ginny repiled to Sammy.

Nodding, JD understands, where Simon was coming from. He remembered back when he had the same problem. Tapping the last door, JD heads back toward the compartment.

Laughing, as Mina got sprayed, he ducks in after her, still getting sprayed anyway. Hmmm, maybe his first one was a little too strong....spraying without the door opening. Oh well...it'll be funny anyway! he thinks laughing to himself.

Shaking the water out of his hair, he takes a seat, peering out the window to see any others get wet opening doors.

"Oh, hey!" Selena smiled as she looked up from her book, "yeah, just come right in!" Selena said warmly. "What's up?"

" it's nice to meet you as well Ginny"replied Sammy as she sat down and patted Moggy " Do you know how much longer it is going to take to get to hogwarts?" she asked Ginny

Wynter pulled her hand back gently from Phyre and looked at the boy who was making such a ruckus before them. She raised her eyebrows expectantly at the boy, not sure what she should make of him, if she wanted to stay there in the compartment or leave. But she turned back to Phyre and listened to what she said. Thus, deciding she wouldn't leave. "That's very interesting." Wynter told her. She brushed her long blonde hair behind her shoulders and messed with her bangs, pushing them behind her ears. "My sister basically raised me." She told her softly, talking normally, very happy that Phyre could understand her thorugh her accent with no worries. "My friends back home call me Teegan, or Teeg." She told her, she got really annoyed with being called Wynter.

Mina laughed as she shook a little more of the water off and took her seat again. That was just some harmless fun they had and she was in such a better mood now because of it. Yes, that just completely took her mind off her problems.

Maybe she had found just what she needed to keep her sanity this term. Folding her legs under herself again, she leaned against the seat and looked out the window, waiting for the next person to get sprayed.

"I not that sure. Maybe another half and hour to and hour", said Ginny to Sammy. "What house do you think you'll be put in?", asked Ginny.

" I don't really know the houses because I'm muggleborn" said Sammy still patting Moggy to Ginny "what house are you in?" Sammy asked

Colette grinned as she was asked to describe Bloo. "Well, he's a wittle grey kitten with white paws and the most brilliant blue eyes you have ever seen." she began to gently scratch behind his ears as she described him and he pawed at her fingers when she took them away.


Colette turned as someone entered their compartment. She smiled warmly at her and motioned to a seat. "Hello." she smiled. "I'm Colette, but you could call me Cole if you'd like to." she shrugged. Some people had a thing for calling her Cole, and she didn't mind all that much. It had a rather nice ring to it. "That's so cool! If you don't mind my asking, what year are you in?" she asked softly. She then held out her hand and grinned. "It's nice to meet you Wynter." And then her eyes followed the meow sound and she saw the cat. She beamed. "Aw! It's so cute!" she held up Bloo. "And this is Bloo." she smiled and stoked both kittens.


Colette giggled as she watched the boy outside. "Care to join us?" she asked. Aw! He had a turtle! How adorable! she thought as she subconsciously pet Bloo, her kitten.

"Eh, only so much," Phyre replied, shrugging. "She's the only one that really cares. But... what about your sister? What happened to your parents?" She fiddled with her hands in her lap, biting her lip slightly as her hands ran over her wand. She didn't want to be without it, the only thing that could empower her anymore...

"That sounds adorable," Phyre replied, smiling widely. "Can I hold him...?" She held her hands out towards Colette's voice. She wanted to see the kitten...

"It might be suprising for you then", said Ginny curiously to Sammy. "I'm a Half-Blood", said Ginny. "I'm in Gryffindor", Ginny repiled to Sammy.

"Hello Colette." Wynter said with a nod of her head. She bit her lip, for a moment and then realized that she had been asked a question. "Seventh." She responded. "And you?" she asked, keeping her sentences shorter, she wasn't sure if Colette was used to her thick Greek accent as Phyre was. She smiled as Crash! began to purr when Colette scratched his head.

Wynter listened to her as she spoke, moving to sit down across the compartment, she pushed her trunk off to the side for the moment being. "My parents moved to India when I was five, my sister was a few years out of school by then and I've lived with her since." she paused, lightly dropping her shoulder bag to the seat and pulling Crash! out of the bag onto her lap. "My parents didn't want me to lose my Greek knowledge by moving to India." She explained.

"Really your in Gryffindor thats the one with the lion right?"
