Rex continued talking to Kay. " thanks, i will drink the butterbeer later" Rex told Destiny. " I am a little full now" Rex smiled nicely back at Destiny.

Destiny just paid 5 SICKLES for that butterbeer and Rex was going to DRINK IT!

But she couldn't yell at him. It would give her act away and then he would never drink it. 'Sure thing, buddy!' she gently punched Rex's shoulder in a buddy type of way. Was her hand..burning!? No, just her imagination. 'See you guys later!' She smiled at the people all around Rex, but gave Kay an extra BIG smile.

Destiny skipped back over to when Marie and Evelyn were sitting. 'I feel grossssss now!' Gahhh! She was just being nice to the characters and she touched Rex. Actually touched him! She would have to clean that hand later, that's for sure. Leaning in closer to Evelyn, Destiny secretly showed her the half-empty phial of sunshiny yellow potion, so NO ONE else could notice it. 'In their butterbeer.'

Trust me, i wil ldrink the butterbeer" Rex told Destiny. " You are being very nice to me and I think I should get you some candy at HoneyDules." Rex said to Destiny.

What in merlin's beard was going on!? Why was everyone being so nice suddenly!? Jeez, she'd missed a lot! But she'd been busy talking to Nikki and trying to avoid running into the Blake guy. She sooo would've hexed him! He made Nik cry! NOT COOL! Georgie blinked and looked from Rex to Destiny towards Kay to see her reaction. Snort. At least the girls weren't like trying to steal Rex from Kay. That'd be WEIRD!

Georgiana took a large sip of her own butter beer, merlin why did she have such a bad feeling about all this? "I'm a little confused, I thought those 2 girls hated you two?" she asked looking over towards the three farther away from them.

Barry was thirsty. He was dying of thirst. He`d made a hydrating potion for an assignment and it had not helped. It had done this to him. He needed to find Georgie too, they still hadn`t arranged a date yet. But first his thirst.

Barry walked into the three broomsticks and almost fainted as he saw the line for butterbeer. No, not possible. Why were people so thirsty? He looked around for someone he knew. He spotted Rex, Georgie and Kay and gave them a small smile. "Hey" he said waving as he walked over, eyeing the drink. "Could I drink this? I`ll buy you another one" said Barry .

Without waiting for an answer he uncorked the bottle and gulped down the potion. It tasted so good. So wet and creamy and tasty and quenchful

Georgiana smiled as she spotted Barry and waved back as he entered. Then noticing him take Rex's drink and swig it down her eyes widened. No, no, no, no! She looked over towards the Destiny girl to see her reaction. Suddenly it was clicking, Destiny had done something to the potion, and Barry just DRANK IT! Bloody hell. This couldn't bode well..."Er, Barry?" she asked concernedly, how the hell was she supposed to know what was in it?! Ohh, but if it were a love potion someone was soooo gonna get hexed!

Barry started smiling goofily. That wasn`t very like him but right now he was feeling happy. Happy, forgiving and full of pleasntness. Barry looked at Georgie "Yeess my lovely gumdrop? You look pretty today" he said. Like a princess. He followed Georgies look over to Destiny. "I think we should go over to say hi" he said looking over to the girls and waving. They were his to be friends. They would so hangout

Georgie's eyebrows shot up. Lovely gumdrop...? Oh bloody hell, what did they do to him? "Um, thank you?" She wasn't really even use to flattery, especially not from Barry. I mean, sure she knew he liked her and she did like him but this was not him. What did those girls DO!? Noticing his wave she nearly groaned. Merlin, now they had to be CIVIL. Well, he would be. She just wanted to know what the hell they did to Barry!

Hopping of her seat she nodded, "Yes. I think we should." she forced herself to sound pleasant, though she was certainly feeling anything but. Stupid little girls.

"What are we doing around Kay? Um nothing really, just having a bit of fun, that's all," she said as an evil smile crossed her face. Yes, fun, that was it. It was going to be fun watching Kay get all friendly with her knowing darn well that Kay hated her now.
Yeah, it was a pretty awesome idea. "Yeah, she'll never know what hit her. One minute she will be acting all mean to me, then the next she will be acting like she is my best friend again. Only I will know she does't mean it." She kept her voice low so no one from the other table could hear her. Kay still had not taken a drink of her butterbeer and she never would if she knew what was in it.

Oh wait, where was Destiny going now? Marie watched as she went to get another drink, maybe she wasn't going to drink the one Kay gave her after all.
What?! Destiny was giving a butterbeer to Rex the dog. No way did she just see that happen.

Oh, Destiny actually touched Rex. Now Marie knew she too was up to something. Destiny would never touch the Gryffindork if she didn't want something..... Would she?
"Why did you give him a butterbeer?" Was she going crazy or what? Oh, sneaky, she did the same thing Marie had done to Kay. "They are going to be so mad once they realize what we have done to them."

Wait, NOOOOOOO!!!!! Someone else drank Rex's butterbeer. Oh Merlin, what was that boy thinking taking someone else's drink. She looked over at Destiny. "Hey, did you see that, that other boy just drank Rex's drink. Looks like you will be getting a new friend soon." Destiny was not going to like this.

Thalia expected no less in his anger. She had sort of reacted this way when the news was broke to her. It hadn't been her decision though. It could be fun. As long as the two kept their distance. Besides they could kill each other with snowball fights or spike one anothers drinks.

"I did not invite him for your information. My cousin did," she replied glaring at him. "So apparently he's coming and I can't change one thing," Thalia added. This was going to be an interesting Christmas.

Destiny watched as the same boy that gave her the death glare in Flying class, walked in and downed Rex's butterbeer. Mentally beating herself up, Destiny put on a smile, so it wasn't obvious that the butterbeer was tainted.

Could they get in trouble for doing that? No, because KaziMan had given them that assignment, and they can't get in trouble for doing homework! Knowing Destiny though, it could and mostly will happen. Jeeeez! She turned to Marie when she mentioned a new friend, 'I don't need anymore friends.' Siiiigh. She only wanted to give the butterbeer to Rex so it could be a big laugh later on.

Destiny waved back to the boy, Barry, and smiled at him. Nothing strange about this..nothing at all.

And they were coming over..greeeeat.

Barry didn`t even notice Georgie's expression. As long as he was happy everyone was happy. Yup. He looked at Georgie and noticed that her hair was very smooth today. "I like your hair. I`ve never noticed how it goes well with your sparkling eyes" he said.

Yeah new friends! He took Georgie's hand and dragged her along with him to where the three girls were sitting. " Hi. I`m Barry and this is Georgie. Do you mind if we join you stunning girls?" he asked. Everyone was so sunny today

Georgiana knew she should probably be happy he was so complimentary now but she wasn't. This wasn't her Barry! This was some perky Barry that the Slytherin girl created by giving him a potion! And sparkling eyes? Hair? Why did she have to be sick last potions class!? Georgie was nearly positive this had something to do with it! "Thanks Barry." she forced a smile, the best idea was to go with it.

Suddenly she felt herself being pulled over towards the girls and as Barry spoke she crossed her arms angrily and watched the girls. They better have had an explanation and it better have been a damn good one. "Hello, yes might we join you?" she asked pulling a chair and sitting regardless. Maybe this was the best way to get back at them. Not leave them alone, it appeared they weren't so fond of human interaction from Rex and Kay's friends. Well sucked for them! Georgie leaned her elbows on the table, "Might I ask what you happened to do to my friend's potion? In which my boyfriend just drank?" she asked angrily. Not noticing the use of the term. Nothing was official...yet.

"Well it doesn't look like it matters if you need anymore firends, you are getting them anyway."

And here they were, Georgie and the butterbeer thief standing there at their table.
'Butterbeer thief say what?' Marie looked from Evelyn to Destiny, "Did he just call us stunning?" she whispered to them as if he wouldn't be able to hear her, even though he was standing right next to her. This was going to be good. Kay would so not like it that her cousin was sitting with a table full of Slytherins, especially this table.

Okay, she was ultimately confused. For one, what were they doing to Kay that she didn't know about?! Two, why did Destiny just get up and give a butterbeer to Rex? And three, why are they both starring at the weird boy who just drank Rex's butterbeer?

Headache...

Wait...OHHH! DUH! Closing her eyes for a moment, a small sigh escaping her lips, she smiled and shook her head before looking at Marie and Destiny. "Camraderie..." she mumbled quietly to herself, knowing full well that the words would be muffled by the noise of the room. So, someone gave Kay the potion, who probably gave it to one of them and they knew it, who then in turn gave it to Rex? Which probably would have been Destiny because she was the one to stand up and give it to him, but then that one guy drank it...

Another headache...

And she completely missed what the guy said. A good thing too, she would have admitted.

Kay watched everything that was going on. Smiling at Barry and Georgie, she watched Barry down Rex's butterbeer. She laughed and picked hers up when she heard Barry call Georgie Gumdrop? No he didn't. Were they together and Georgie had not told Kay. Taking a drink of her Butterbeer, she thought it tasted better than any she had ever had. Kay tiped the class back and drank the whole thing. "How that was good." Sitting the class down Kay felt all warm. She looked over to Rex and smiled. "Hi, Love." Kay leaned over and kissed Rex right on the lips and giggled. "We should go with Barry and Georgie and sit with the girls. I so want to talk to Marie." Kay pulled Rex with her and went over to the Slytherins. "Hi, Marie. How's it going." Kay flopped in a chair and pulled Rex with her. "I've missed talking to you." She smiled and then Laughed at the look on Rex's face. He looked like he was in shock. "Isn't having friends great Love."She could seem to stop giggleing and she felt very warm and fuzzy.

Apparently Destiny's potion had worked, for Barry was way too happy and he called them all stunning. This wasn't awkward at all. Too bad the potion wasn't the magenta color. Now that would be funny to see Barry turn into a kneazle! 'Ugh, sure you can sit.' Not that it mattered, they sat anyway. She would just have to be nice fr a little longer, the potion would wear off soon enough. It should be easy to be nice..right?

Until the questions started. Destiny turned to face Georgie, a confused expression on her face, 'I have no idea what you are talking about.' It was Barry's own fault for drinking something that was not meant for him! Next time though, Destiny would have to put a label on it or something. 'You mean he isn't this happy all the time?'

Barry looked at Georgie "Be nice! The world is a fuzzy little place full of love and sunshine. We should ALLL be friends. You know sit together and go shopping and fly . No need to be angry!" he said. He was dissapointed for a few seconds at how Georgie was behaving but the potion made him happy again. "OOOH. I`m your boyfriend? I love being a boyfriend. It makes me a thousand times more happier then I am"
"So whats your name?" he asked looking at each of the girls.He remembered seeing them during a flying class so he asked them "Do You like quidditch? Quidditch is so fun. Working together..." Barry trailled off. His world was full of happy things. Lollypops and rainbows make the world go round....

Georgiana rolled her eyes at the other two girls, Marie and who ever the other was. She had bigger fish to fry, but suddenly Kay had dragged Rex over as well and she was all bubbly towards Marie. WHAT THE HELL WAS UP!? She looked from Kay to Barry then over at Rex, they were certainly in trouble now.
Turning back to the other girl Georgiana leaned back and crossed her arms. "No, I'm afraid he's not." she gave a small sigh, obviously the girl was just going to keep denying it. So why not just go along with it. She rolled her eyes and forced a smile, though she couldn't keep the hatred out of her eyes. "So sorry about that, I must just be uptight. But placing accusation towards you when you were merely being nice." Yeah, fat chance of THAT. She held her hand across the table, "Georgiana, pleasure to meet you..." not really.

Georgiana's mouth dropped open slightly. The world...was a happy place full of love and sunshine??? As weird as all this was, and as ironic, Georgiana still had to bite her lip to keep from laughing, and she clutched the table so she wouldn't fall out of her chair. She let her head drop slightly, her shoulders shaking from silents laughter as her hair covered her face. As angry as she was, potioned Barry was funny as hell. But she preferred her Barry still. Of course, she hadn't though about the fact it would make her look as if she were crying. She lifted her head hearing him, "well, er," What the hell was she supposed to say!? Go with it. "Yeah."

Evelyn couldn't handle it, for two reasons though. One, it was starting to get crowded at the table and people were invading her space which she HATED with a passion, and two, this was funny as all get out!

Snickering, she crossed her arms and shook her head, a small smirk on her lips as she stared at what was going on. Though she was gunna have to watch out for that one girl, Georgilly or whatever she said her name was. Apparently the girlfriend of the weird boy who drank the potion meant for Rex.

But, for now, she was just going to sit back and watch the show.

Oh this was just turning out so, so wrong. Who would have thought Kay would drink something Marie gave her? Which reminded Destiny had the butterbeer Kay had given her. The was absolutely no way she was drinking that now. Yuck! kay and Rex were too lovey dovey at the moment.

Gross.

Ugggh, yeah. He was way too happy. Destiny's potion might have been extra strong or something. Too much happiness is unhealthy, that's for sure. 'My name is Destiny.' It was a surprise he didn't already know it. She was sure Rex and or Kay had mentioned it a few time. 'Yeahhh..' Quidditch and teamwork? Random conversation, but Destiny put on a smile anyway, 'Yep! Quidditch is fun! Do you play?'

The niceness was seeping everywhere!

Right. Destiny was indeed nice, just not to anyone associated with Kay and Rex. 'Apology accepted!' she smiled back. Gahhh! Her face was going to be stuck into a never ending smile after this was over. Destiny reached over and accepted the offered hand, 'Destiny. And the pleasure is all mine.' Whatever that meant. She heard that on the muggle box once.

She eyed the butterbeer Kay had given to her and she smirked, 'Georgiana? Would you like a butterbeer?' Because there was one sitting. Right. There.

Nate walked into the Three Broomsticks. Alone. For once. He hadn't been out of the castle much due to the cold. He ordered a butterbeer and payed for it. He wasn't much of a friendly person today so he went to a small booth in the back corner.

"Whyyyy? I like Simon's quotes. He's like my idol," Reese told Torin. Did it matter that Simon Cowell was dead now? Wait... He WAS dead, wasn't he? Mr. Cowell was like 50 way back in the day when he was popular, so that would make him 112 right now. He had to be dead or he was the oldest man alive.

"Do you know the song 'Torin Get a Life'?" She asked. "I would love to hear you sing that." He did say he would take request, so she was giving him a request. A little smile appeared on her face before turning back to Brant.

HE WAS DATING MIRANDA? How did she NOT know this? Reese Upstead was suppose to know all this stuff. Yep yep.

"I know you ask Torin for help, but I want to thrown in my 2 cents," she announced. "I've had three boyfriends all together. Two of which were idiots, but I don't need to go into detail on that." She didn't really feel like repeating how one boyfriend cheated on her and how both ended up disappearing sometime during her relationship with them. Looking towards Torin, she gave him a nod to indicate that she was talking about the boy that she had mention a long time ago to him, before looking back at Brant. "They all made me feel special in some sort of way, which - you know - made me feel like they really cared about me," she explained. "Make Miranda feel special. Trust me, it will make her happy."

Iris walked into the Three Broomsticks on her own, after deciding that she could do with a fresh butterbeer. She dusted the snow off her coat and went over to bar. She ordered a butterbeer and paid the cheery woman behind the bar. Iris decided to give her a 3 sickle tip, then waved goodbye to the landlady.

She looked around for a familiar face and saw Nate sat on his own in one of the corner booth, looking very lonely and quiet. She smiled to herself, and walked over to him with her butterbeer; her heels tapping against the stone floor as she walked.

Iris slipped into the seat seat next to him. "Hi Nate, You all right? You look kinda lonely." She smiled at him, and hoped that he didn't mind her intruding.

Georgiana kept the smile on her face, making sure she wasn't still glaring at the girl. One thing was for sure. She would NOT miss these girls next term. And if Cody had anything to do with him, she would skin him alive! She wasn't going to tell him that though. The prat would immediately seek them out. She forced herself not to cringe as the girl took her hand and shook it, but she moved it back as soon as she could. "So Destiny, you been friends with Rex and Kay long?" she asked with a smirk. Yes, she was kidding. Course she was. But wasn't it better to play as if she were oblivious?

Hearing Destiny, Ana had to stop herself from snorting. As if. She kept the stupid smile in place, "Oh no thank you! I just finished one and I don't want to have too much."
