She turned around when she heard a very familar voice. "Hey Cela." Brody smiled at her friend, who was looking very pretty today, but then when didn't the girl look pretty.

"The rest of my summer was very good." She nodded with a big smile. She'd spent most of it in her house, but then she liked her house, and then the other times she'd been with Jorma. "How was yours?"

"Iiii did some more shopping and got my OWL results back of course." Cela smiled beatifically at that. Copernicus had been right, she'd had nothing to worry about.

"The best thing about my whole summer though, was when I got my prefect badge and Plymouth's mother and Copernicus' father threw me a little party! It was so nice. They were so nice and proud and stuff."

Not so much her own parents.

Brody smiled at Cela. It seemed that the girl had had a really great summer, and Brody was glad, because the summer was fun. She liked the summer, hence why she liked spending it in hot countries, which was why she'd asked to go to Dubai next year. Teehee. She liked the heat. "I didn't go to the quidditch world cup either." She commented, she'd wanted to but seeing as she wasn't in the country she couldn't.

More shopping. She liked shopping, she smiled at Cela, knowing that the girl would have brought some pretty things, because Cela always wore pretty things.

"Aww. Thats so cute." Brody smiled, she knew it was nice to have someone throw a party for you, she'd received one for all of her birthday's minus her Fifteenth seeing as she'd been in Greece.

"It was nice. I felt like part of the family." Celandine blushed at that comment and quickly changed the subject rather than think to deeply on the whole being part of the Kettleburns thingy. Eeek. "Are you glad to be going back though? I have some catalogues coming in the first week if you want to borrow them for shopping."

"Quinn Gallagher is rather hot." Brody commented absently, as she twirled a strand of hair around her finger. Colin McKenzie was also rather hot too, but that was not the point. She'd drool over them in private, and away from her boyfriend, who probably wouldn't be that happy to find her finding other guys attractive, especially hot quidditch players.

"Quidditch. I've missed playing." Brody commented with absent shrug. She had touched her broom all summer, so she was probably gonna be a little rusty. "It should be an interesting year." She nodded, and she had her owls. Fun times. Not.

"Were you going to pick up the candy bar?" She looked pointedly at the food item, raising her eyebrow as she did so. She reaaaally wanted the candy bar. "Cos I think I got here first, and I do want it, too. I mean, I guess there are other variations of the candy bar and all, and I'm sure you don't want just that one. I, on the other hand, do because I have this seriously serious craving for white chocolate right now, and if I don't get it," she paused momentarily, thinking of what to say. "Bad things happen." And they did.

As he tried to stop himself from squealing with girlish delight over the kitty, a sudden feeling came over Jake, as it had as soon as stepping onto the train. And he could tell Nancy, since she was older. Just telling someone would make it feel better...

"I fffeel homesick. Alrrrrready," Jake staed simply, as though it was just a conversational little comment. He didn't want to start the term off by being sad, after all, did he?

Nancy blinked a few times at Jake as it seemed she wouldn't get a better explanation. Or any actually. He was here for the smell of sugar. Right. He had always been a bit...different. Which he again proved by suddenly jerking his head into the direction of one of the windows without obvious reason. Jumpy much?

Honestly, though, what had happened to the cute little Hufflepuff boy she'd met a few terms ago? What with all the stuttering and the jumpiness. Strange...very strange. Had something happened to him last term? Well, Nancy wouldn't know, she had been way to busy studying for her OWLs. Oh, and of course being with somebody who apparently did not find it necessary to at least come and apologize for what he'd done. Stupid boys!

The 16 year old watched her kneazle carefully as Jake reached out to pet it. Who knew how she would react? "Yes, isn't she?" Was all she replied absentmindedly while tensing at every move the kneazle made. Everything seemed to be alright, though. Up to now anyways. And Jake seemed loads happier and less anxious than before...which was also good.

Not so good were the number of people still in line, which meant they were all standing between her and the Food Trolley. Did they do that on purpose?!

"What?!" Nancy turned around to give Jake an incredulous look. Okay...probably not such a good reaction, nor one the boy would probably have expected. Oops. "I mean...uhm..." Guh, she sucked at stuff like that. Hopefully he wasn't going to start crying. "Why? There's no need to be." Yeah, this was going to help the boy. Well, not really but whatever.

Both Annie and Copito eyed the girl who was tappity, tappity with her shoes. They weren't pleased, nor wanted to have a food-related fight, so they just glared at the small candy bar and Annie let it go. She'll have another chance, there were more, weren't there?

But oh NO...there weren't. That small chocolate candy bar was the last one available, at least on its kind.

No fights, no fights...no fights, Anna Maria. She repeated that in her head, using that little tone of her mother to pretend it was her warning her.

"Bad things...like what?" Annie asked, after hearing the girl's expressions. A typical candy addict. Like her... "Don't worry, take the candy bar...I know there has to be something else available for us too, besides...Copito is craving for a whole bar himself and won't even let me eat a candy bar without having one of his own..." She glared down at the crazy kitten.

Mayla wandered through the carts until she found the food trolly she wasn't sure what she wanted she moved out of the way so other students could move past her to get to it. she decided that she wasn't that hungry and went off to look for a compartment to sit in.

Miranda noticed that the area around the trolley was as busy as it had ever been. Bleh. They'd have to wait a long time to get their snacks by the looks of it.
"Um... I dunno, maybe a couple of more chocolate frogs. And I think I'll try a pumpking pasty. 'S been a long time since I had one of those." Miranda smiled at the boy. "What about you?" Was he as crazy for chocolate as she was?

Please" he said to her as he handed her his Gold. Making his way through the crowd he said to Miranda. "It was crazy over there, I didn't want you to get trampled, so I bought your stuff for you if you don't mind, I got alot of Chocolate Frogs and I thought we could share them maybe?." he said very confidently.

Miranda was so silly, did she actually think that he wanted her money, This was a gift. Of many more too come, if she allowed it. He told her that she could buy next time, for He knew how girls thought, Most of them liked getting gifts and what not, but he could sense that she was the type of girl who like to pay for things herself, or atleast go half on things. He wanted her to feel comfortable.

Why, he was being really nice. But Miranda still had her suspicions. She had only been friends with boys and assumed that this was no different. But it was nice. "Why thankyou!" She grinned and took a frog. Yummy yummy yummy. Hehe, he looked funny with the licorice wand hanging from his mouth.

Now she did narrow her eyes a little as a smile appeared. "Okay...But next time I am buying." she told him. She wasn't used to this either, prefering to pay for her own stuff. But she didn't want to seem ungrateful for his niceness and just smiled, taking a bite of her frog. "So how did you start playing Quidditch? Have you always been interested in the game?" Her eyes grew with curiosity.

"Your 'ery Welcome!" he said with a mouth full of food. Brant swolled his bite and said "I'll take you up on that offer Miranda, Nothing better then a Lovely Girl buying a Guy some food" he laughed. She had asked him about quidditch and the smile on his face only got bigger, most girls don't talk quidditch. He knew this girl was way beyond cool. "Ever since I was a kid, My Uncle and I and sometimes my Dad would play in the backyard, It was fun. Even when I was a baby they got me that broom that only let you hover like 3 feet off the ground, I almost broke everything in the house untill I got used to it. It was alot of fun, causing chaos and everyone just thought it was cute" ahahah yeah right Cute that was the word for it. "The only thing I'm looking forward to is Quidditch and Care of Magical Creatures, its always so fun to see some grose creatures, like those flubber worms a couple of years ago, they were just awesome covered in dirt and squirmy" Brant just laughed. Common Hogwarts Train, hurry up I want to get to school already! thats the thought that kept going through his mind.

There were catfights, for certain, but that was only because people moved in on her Hugo! No food related bad things just yet, except that she went into annoyingly noisy fits and tantrums when she didn't get her share of sugar. "Like... like things you probably don't wanna know," she continued, nodding fervently, with wide eyes, so as to further convince the girl. Oh, and lookie! She let go of the candy bar!

As soon as the candy bar left the girl's clutches, she snatched it from the tray and wrapped her slender fingers tightly around it without squishing it. Then she hid it behind her back. Heehee. "I'm Georgie, by the way," she said with a smile, extending her other hand to the girl as thought nothing happened. Then her eyes fell on the little fur ball by the girl. It was a KITTEH! "Oooh, that is the cutest thing I have ever seeeen!" she squealed, almost biting down on her lip too hard. Whoops. It was a good thing she had her lip gloss with her.
