Phyre shook her head, noticing Lina had her wand. "You heal him," she said. "Give me my wand. I'll attempt to cover your back as you heal him." She was a first year. She couldn't do anything. She was useless and... She would do what she could for those who protected her. So, Phyre held out her hand. "Wand."

Why did she suddenly feel out numbered? Turning to another student she sent yet another Stunner before throwing her shield back up and moving to the other end of the Entrace hall in an atempt to keep the students from leaving.

"Don't help them Arline." said Violet coldly.
Violet spotted Tibi. "Hey Tibi you were on Jakes side right?" she asked.

Chris looked up at a slightly nervous Tibi, "What's wrong Tibi the rest of your group gone?" he sneered at the boy, "Petrificus Totales!"

Cursing as the yellow prefect put up a shield, Oliver's eyes left the boy as he heard Miranda's request for support. Leaving the others to finish him off, he was over at the girl's side in a flash. “You GO!” He yelled at the Captain. She had to defend Huxley!

He trained his wand on the other Hufflepuff. So many BLOODY yellows! The girl's pleas for him to 'think about what he was doing' fell on deaf ears and he merely smirked his trademark amused smirk at her in response. “Rictusempra!” He hissed, his eyes darkening on second year girl who was now up against a wall. “Stupefy!”

That was it. Phyre yanked her wand out of Lina's hand and aimed at Violet. "Furnunculus!" she screamed. And if that didn't hit... "Expelliarmus! Levicorpus! STUPEFY!"

Tears pressed into Sabel's eyes as he stared at the mess that was Raiden, that was over Raiden. It was only a small relief that another student had come to help and try to stop the bleeding.

Wishing he could speak, move, make a gesture or something he simply stared at the girl, desperately hoping she would notice and cast something to rid him of the paralysis. Of all the spells he had been encumbered with. He could feel his wand in his pocket, pressing up against his side which had turned strangely numb. If anything, the look pleaded her to take care of Raiden, to keep him alive.

This guy was not nice. Torin glared at him and sent a few stunners at him. Take that for trying to hit him!

Fed up with Violet, she glared at the girl. She'd done what she could to help. "Sectumsempra!" she screamed as she cast towards her, then went to healing Raiden. Maybe she would get in trouble for that, but she didn't care right then and there. She had to help Raiden. "Phyre! Shield spell! The strongest you can conjure!" She listed to Raiden's heart beat as it struggled. The first thing she had to do was stop the bleeding... and so she started to do so.

Turning to make sure Carter was okay Marie suddenly fell to the floor....again.

Looking around she couldn't se who had stunned her. This was not good, SHe needed to make sure she had a stronger sheild up....If she ever got up that is.

Evelyn, in the midst of trying to get Marie's wand, heard something quite close to her. She was always aware of her surroundings, and her sensitive ears that she had someone managed to get over the last few days picked a few spells that were being cast closer to her.

"Protego." she mumbled, flicking her wand and turning her head towards whoever cast at her. Her black eyes landed on Carter. He was looking at her and she was just about to raise her wand when he was already knocked unconscious.

Serves him right...

Don't listen to her? Pffft. "Don't give it to me? I'm trying to help! MARIE! She's being controlled!" She said, pointing to Kay.

She didn't know if stunning Kay would either make Marie lean more towards giving her the wand or not, so she was still holding out on that part. Although, her wand hand was just itching to twitch in the Huffie's direction. She was ruining EVERYTHING!

What?! NO!? And then out of no where, she was gone! UGH! Kay and Carter! Looking back to Kay, she stood there for a moment, taking a step towards her before punching her in the face and then running towards Marie and Carter.

Merlin that felt good to do that...

"Stupefy!" she yelled out, pointing her wand to Carter since Marie was already down again, and Carter was waking up...again...

Tiberius looked between the two girls, nodding. "We can't let them get upstairs. Block the way. However you can."

Tiberius looked around. Was there anything to tip? Blow up? Set on fire?

Think, Tiberius. Think!

Carter rubbed his head as he began to come to. And now Marie was down. He cast "Protego." before casting a "Rennervate" to bring Marie back.

"Keep casting Protego. Don't stop." he instructed as she was getting up. This time he had spotted the girl responsible. And sent the stunner in her direction.

"Protego." he said once again. He was not ever letting his sheild die out.

Chris looked over as Oliver a boy he didnt really know began to hover over a small hufflepuff girl and then shoot a rectumsempra at her. "Not so fast!" Chris yelled. "Protego!" the sheild landed on the girl.

Phyre noticed someone looking at them. Someone.. who looked good. She nodded slightly and took up her wand for something good. Well, that was a first. "Finite!" she shouted, aiming her wand at him. That would work, right...?

Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

Years of automatically doing it had seemingly been lost. Every breath was fought for, to keep himself conscious. He didn't want to breathe. Every part of him wanted to be asleep right now, so as to not feel this.

"Don't touch-" he managed weakly, closing his eyes and blocking out the sights of the fighting going on. Did patronuses stay after their caster was gone? Would his rabbit make it to the professor if he passed out now? "It HURTS DON'T TOUCH ME."

He gasped in another breath, faces flashing behind his eyelids as if to remind him of all the reasons he needed to not pass out. Merlin, let him stay awake. Let that patronus get to Kazimeriz. Let him help Cela.

"Send... patronuses. Get the p-professors!"

Truebridge had gotten back just in time, it seemed.

Phyre listened to the spell, and then to Lina herself. "Yes, ma'am!" she chirped, raising her wand over the three of them. "Protego!" she shouted, and she felt the protection shield fall down around them. She couldn't do anything else but hold it... But if that saved Raiden, then that was enough. And... and it was her fault, wasn't it, that he was hurt? She had brought attention to him....

Violet saw Sapphyre's spells and dogded them all somehow. She looked back at Tibi. "Yes but how?"

Just when you think your ropes were going to get to Torin, someone stops them. The person that happened to stop them was Jack. Did he REALLY want to put himself into this? Apparently he did. She smirked a little bit before nonverbally casting Expelliarmus towards Head Boy. Bwaha, take that!

did NOT like the fact that Torin had helped Chris. It was much better when the Gryffie Prefect was down, but no matter. She knew the Prefects probably had a shield around them - no doubt - but would a shield be able to hold through a few spells? She twirled her wand around in her hand a few times before pointing it in their direction, sending stupefy nonverbally three times.

One of them was bound to break through, right?

Though, she wasn't expecting Chris to fire at her. "Protego," she whispered and the shield formed around her, causing the stunning charm to rebound off.

And now Carter was casting towards Evelyn?! Tsk tsk. Needing to help out her friend, she turned around and exclaimed, "STUPEFY!" She watched the red spark head in his direction, and every now and then she looked towards Jack, Torin, and Chris.

Holding her wand up, Kay put everything into her sheild. She felt the rictusempra hit the sheild. Groaning as she puch her sheild out again the stupefy hit. Kay knew she wouldn't be able to hold out to much longer. "Oliver I wanted to tell you off all year!" Kay shouted at him.'thats good make him madder' she thought "EXPELLIARMUS!" She called out tand then "PETRIFICUS TOTALUS!" She hoped that help from the Professor came soon. Kay didn't know how long she could keep this up.

There were spells flying all over the place and Jack was beyond overwhelmed. "Wait, the Hogs Head guy is here?" he asked Carter, when suddenly BAM! The boy was down. EEEP! Pulling out his wand he pointed it at his fellow Quidditch player and yelled "Rennervate," hoping that that would wake him up.

If he was here, and he had Cela...that had to mean she was still alive! His excitement was cut short however as he realized that there had to be something wrong here, especially with Reese--if he had attacked her, why would she apparently be trying to fight the people who were threatening him? It was almost as if she was protecting him.

In fact, a BUNCH of the students seemed to be trying to protect him. There was that Slytherin dude who had fed the thestrals with him, and Arya who he had worked with in potions--what the hell had gotten into everyone!?

He pointed his wand at Arya after she sent a Stunner. Normally, he was NOT one to support the use of magic against students (can you say abuse of badge much?!) but this was an emergency! Expelliarmus, he thought, nonverbally sending the spell at her and hoping it made contact. Why were so many protecting him?!

He wanted to someone try and get to him--but he didn't know how he'd be able to escape this mess.

"Raiden, you do no one any good by dying! I don't fight well, I don't do anything well, I don't have a patronus... I make potions and I heal people so shut up, concentrate on that patronus you sent, stay awake, and let me heal your stubborn butt!" Slowly the bleeding seemed to be stopping. "Stay with me here, Raiden... I swear if you die I'll kill myself just to go after you so you stay awake!!"

Relief washed over him as he felt the spells slip away. Adrenaline surged over the wounds that would surely entice pain later, for now quelling it to a dull, numb throbbing. Scrambling to his feet, he yanked his wand free and scooted over to the student that had helped him, over to Raiden, crouching beside them protectively. His eyes flicked over those at the stairs, those that had attacked the other students; students that had attacked students. It made absolutely no sense.

Glancing over his shoulder at Raiden, he winced at the boy's condition, and the pain in his words. "What do you need me to do?" His eyes went back to the girl that had helped him.

What HAD she done?

It was lucky Mildred hadn't fainted from the shock. She was feeling slightly light headed. What a KERFUFFLE! A complete SHAMBLES! A giant bloomin' MESS!

Spells were shooting here there and everywhere. THE CHILDREN HAD ALL GONE INSANE. She was a mere old lady.. not nearly strong enough to take on more than a dozen young'uns. She'd just been trying to help!!

FAIL!

Yes, Reese was definitely out of her mind, especially since she tried to disarm him. He felt his wand nearly get ripped out of his hand, but held it close to him and was able to throw it off, just by a hair. "Reese! Stop this! It's ME!" he exclaimed. He doubted that screaming at her was going to get him anywhere though, and he gulped and sent a stunner at her. It wasn't very weak, and he wasn't sure it would even make contact but--he just couldn't do it.

Ashford. That was the first thought that popped into Jack's mind when Raiden croaked out for patronuses. "Expecto Patronum," he muttered, watching a silvery panda bear fly out of his wand. He'd never sent a message via patronus before but--hopefully it would help. Raiden needed SERIOUS help, and Ashford could help him.
