Arya frowned, that wasn't the response she was looking for but there was little she could do without a wand. "Heal them if you must, just keep them restrained so they won't get in the way. Put a crab on each of them, that will help us with our task."
Standing slowly her eyes glided around to corridor floor, still in search of her wand. She just had to find it before continuing. Her eyes landed back to Lina, "Thanks for the crab."
Before she could get out more, another professor came onto the corridor. He seemed familiar but couldn't quite place him. After a moment she remembered who he was, Sir Lawson, but she knew not of who this Iliana was.
And then Lina did something unexpected, she seemed to truely be on there side. Crouching low she krept to the edge of the corridor keeping her eyes on Lawson while looking for her wand.

By the time she arrived to where Oliver and that one girl were, Wesley was a sniveling wreck. Face blotchy, wet, and slightly snot-covered, the Hufflepuff reached for his outstretched hand but then, looking up at his face, recoiled, letting go and shrinking away. She knew she had been bad. She hadn't worked hard enough. She hadn't worked fast enough.
"Th-the promise! I-I promised y-you I w-wouldn't let a-anyb-body else g-get hurt! And, and your hurt!" He was, face covered in blood and dust, bouncy hair matted and tangled, "I'm s-sorry! I t-tried, I did, but it - it d-doesn't matter! I w-wasn't s-smart enough! I wasn't f-fast enough! H-he's here! H-he's here - the the Hufflepuff K-k-k-ki-KILLER is here! U-upstairs! And- and - and he's g-going t-to k-k-k-kill P-professor L-lupa!"
At this statement, which she had not fully come to before, but now, in the explanation had, the small girl let out a cry. This was not the happy ending that Lettie deserved! Professor Lupa was nice! She was nice -and this bad man was going to kill her! He was going to kill her like he had killed Kyle and Abby and Helios. She was going to die, and if Wesley, if Wesley had worked harder - if she had read those books faster, talked to more people, started searching for answers sooner, this wouldn't have been happening. "I'm s-sorry Oliver! I'm - I'm sorry! I-," Gulping, she stopped long enough to take in his next words, and shaking her head wildly, continued to babble on, "I n-need to - I need to get Jake! He l-left after Professor L-lawson, but he's hurt! And I- I need t-to g-get him! I-I promised...!"
She did. She did promise. She promised Jack she'd take care of Jake. And, dark eyes looking slightly crazed, Wesley shook her head once more. "I - I'm s-sorry Oliver! I g-gotta go! I gotta g-go now!"
Uuuuurgh! Oliver did NOT have time for this!
He watched Wesley closely as she went off on one in a blind panic, jaw clenched and remaining silent as she stuttered out her words, his eyes fixed on her the whole time. His trademark smirk spread across his face but it wasn't his usual amused one; it was cruel. He laughed softly. “It's not our fault people have been hurt. If they would just back off and let the Bossman get on with his job, none of this would have happened.” His tone was matter-of-fact.
She was still yapping. Yap yap yap. Bor-ing. And factually incorrect. That kid - Jake - he was on Sam's side. Oliver had admired witnessed the chaos he caused in the Entrance Hall when he pounced on the Slytherin prefect. He was fighting FOR Samuel.. to protect him and let him do whatever the hell it was he was trying to do.
He narrowed his eyes on the little girl, breathing out heavily with impatience through his nostrils as she continued her hysterical little rant. His patience was wearing thin. “You're right, luv.” He said faking a smile at the girl. “You failed us all. You're not smart enough and you're ceeeertainly not fast enough.” hehe.
He swiftly aimed his wand at her face. “I'm sorry too... but I cannot let you go up there. Now turn around and go back downstairs.” He raised his eyebrows daring her not to do as he asked of her.
Lina turned suddenly hearing a shout from behind her. It was one of the professors! Taking a chance, she rushed over to him, wand out and aimed at him, her little devices clutched in a hand to her chest. Once she had her back to the other students, she bit her lip and mouthed a 'sorry.' "I can't let you through here, professor." In her hand she managed to get one of her little green smiley blob toys between two of her fingers, just trying to make sure he could see it, hoping he would spot the red angry one on Arya's chest and see the labeled ones on her sleeve. "Please go back downstairs... I have other students to heal."
Lawson's eyes widened in shock as Lina rushed towards him with her wand trained on him. His immediate reaction was to bring his own wand up but he did nothing...yet.
He looked at what she was holding in her hand and didn't understand what it meant until he heard Arya's voice and noticed that she had a different colored one. His gaze turned back to Lina's and he gave an imperceptible nod of his head.
He turned slightly but was still able to see Arya out of the corner of his eye, "Look" he said in an inaudible voice, his lips barely moving, "I need to find my wife. She's eight months pregnant and I have to make sure she is alright. I need to get to the fifth floor. Got any suggestions?"
Clearing his throat and with his wand still on Lina, he spoke in a louder voice, "What are you doing Lina? Don't make me hurt you."
'Get these from me,' she mouthed, emphasizing the little green blob. Lina backed away slowly, still keeping her back to the other students. "I can't let you get past here," she said as she curled the little toy back into her fist. She made a quick glance back, then to the professor, making it fast enough that he never really left her vision. "Like I said, I need to get to the other students, so back down, and we can all be friendly-like." She gestured to him, then to the hallway leading to the bathrooms. 'Run. I'll follow.'

Arya kept her eyes on the two as they exchanged words, giving up the search for her wand. She was crouched low, ready to attack in case Lawson atempted to make his way up the stairs. She wouldn't let her being wandless stop her from protecting Sam. Creeping slowly, she stoped when she was beside the stairs that lead to the fifth floor just in case...

The kid was smart.
And as much as he didn't want to put his wand away, Marcus did just that. He re-holstered his wand and took a step back. "Whatever you say Lina, I don't want any trouble."
And he didn't. What he wanted was to make sure that his wife was safe and help these kids. He gave her a searching look as he took another step back. "Hope you know what you're doing" he breathed softly before turning and running down the hallway she had gestured and burst into the bathroom.
Lina growled audibly and ran after him. "Stop!" She glanced behind her, shouting. "Get upstairs! Tell them to stand guard! I'll get him." Oh good, he actually went straight for the bathroom. Following, she burst in after him.

She watched as the professor obeyed Lina, good Lawson. Now all she had to do was find a wand, she wouldn't be able to take everyone wandless. She continued her search for a wand, but never turned her back on the students on the corridor.

Breathing heavily, Miranda looked pleadingly at Oliver who had come closer to her. She was SO sure he was going to help her, but the next thing he said made her stop fidgeting and simply stare. "W-what?" She breathed, trying to see an answer on his face. She didn't understand, she was so confused. Why was he doing this!?
Miranda's head jerked to the side. Someone was saying her name... Brody!"Brody! Oh, Merlin, please get me out of these-"
"Oliver... please." She said, looking into his eyes. She was about to plead some more but her jaw dropped. Danger to herself?! Oh, boy, that was it!
Miranda frowned. She was going to go all rabid badger on his butt! Uh..."What?" Attack Masterson? Who attacked him!? "What are you talking about?" Her Head of House! "Where is he? Is- is he allright?" Oh, Merlin!
And who the hell was Sam!?
Miranda's expression was of utter confusion as Nancy arrived. At first, the girl looked like she was going to help her take the bonds off, but then she started talking about this man who needed their help. Who-
Wait... She was...supposed to be doing something. But what?
Pondering a little, she had missed Oliver's and Nancy's discussion, but suddenly Oliver had yelled something and was looking pretty mad. But she was freeeeeee! Miranda scrambled up to her feet, but still looked at the two people infront of her with hesitation.
Going? Going where? Miranda definitely felt that she was forgetting something, but what? For fear of looking like a lunatic infront of her friends, she nodded and picked up her wand.
But suddenly Wesley arrived! "Wesley!" Miranda reached out for the girl, wanting to give her a goood hug, but Oliver seemed intent on barking at her instead. "Stop it!" She growled at the boy. Who did he think he was!? But he was right about one thing, this was not a place for Wesley to be. "You should listen to him, it's dangerous up here. You should go," and then, "we'll...we'll be down in a minute or so." 'Down' meant away from this corridor, but she had no clue if that was making any sense since she had NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL WAS GOING ON!
And now Professor Lawson was here aswell. What and why and oh so many questions it was probably better to shut up and just listen. Sigh.
WOW, hold on a MINUTE!
Oliver had his wand pointed at Wesley!? "Oliver! What the hell are you doing?" She grabbed Wesley and dragged her behind herself, now she had the wand pointed at her.

Having ran up quickly from the third floor, Evelyn paused for a moment to look at the mess. Wow, who blew out the ceiling?
And who was that older man slumped over there? Was that a Professor?...
...BAHAHAHA!
Smirking, she glanced behind her at Destiny and Ivory to see if they noticed everything since it was kinda hard not to, and hoping to Merlin that she didn't see Josh there with them. But alas, no Josh. Good.
Maneuvering around all the rubble on the ground, she hopped over the Professor and continued on her way, looking around at everyone else there. Some random person with their wand pointed at two people, someone at the stairs...blah blah blah...
Got to do the COMC homework and then off for the night :(
"Miranda? Miranda!" Wesley exclaimed, reaching back and grabbing her hands. But her startled smile disappeared. The captain was just as bad off as Oliver - just as bad as that one December night. Forehead crumpling, she opened her mouth to apologize to Miranda too, but then Oliver spoke.
Mind positively bursting with everything that had and was happening, the Hufflepuff failed to pick up the warning signs. Instead, she heard what she wanted to hear, saw what she wanted to see.
He was angry. It was her fault.
"N-no Miranda, he's right!" Wesley argued. He was right. He was right. She knew he was right. "Look at you! Y-your hurt! A-and I was, I-I was supposed to protect you!" Letting go of the girl's hands, Wesley reached around her own back and under her robe, feeling around for the golden, silky fabric that was hidden behind it and pulling on it so the older Hufflepuff could see. The cape she hadn't taken off since she'd opened the package. "I w-was supposed t-to s-save y-"
And then his wand was in her face and she dropped the cape's tail.
For a brief second, the small girl stared, quiet for the first time since seeing him, eyes traveling from the wand, to his hand, to his face, to his mouth, caked in blood, to his eyebrows, and then, somehow, manner lessons ingrained into her very being, to his eyes. Which didn't look cloudy or scary. They just looked like Oliver.
And then they looked like Miranda's back.

Marcus had no idea but he would just about try anything so long as he could get to his wife. Doing his best not to draw attention to himself which was rather hard considering he was carry an out cold kid in his arms and he was trying to go upstairs rather than down.
Would they cast on him when he had one of their own in his arms?
Hmm, probably but at least he had two wands instead of one.

Destiny had run up to the fourth floor right behind Evelyn and Ivory. At least that rather creepy Gryffindor boy was not behind her, and good thing too. Destiny had a wand again, and she would like to pay that boy back.
If only she knew his name..
Ignoring all the people on that floor, and the mess, Destiny started looking for a certain girl..aha! There she was!
'Ayra! We gotta find you a wand!'
Or you know, she could resort to muggle fighting..

For a moment, Evelyn thought she saw another adult in the midst of things, but Destiny's yelling right by her ear practically made her BLIND!
Did the girl have to yell so close? "Which one is Ayra?" she asked, looking from person to person. If she was one of the people have a wand pointed at then that one guy was going down! Unless she was the person looking as if she was lost, yet guarding something at the same time. She didn't know what she would do if it was that person...
Probably laugh.
Although, Evelyn did not miss what Destiny said they needed to do. Oops. Clearing her throat as she continued to hop over and slide around ceiling parts, she slid Josh's wand up her sleeve and looked around, hoping to spot another wand on the floor somewhere. But no such luck.
Lina followed out after him. He was not only going to blow her cover, but unless she could get him back there was nothing she could do. She would be stuck there and wouldn't be able to get to the other students.

How could Evelyn NOT know Ayra? Destiny had no idea, but that wasn't what was important right now. What was important was getting Ayra a wand, getting out of there and getting to where they had to be; which was one floor up.
Too much running for one person to be doing.
She pointed to the girl that was multi-tasking at the moment. At least she was fixed up and looking much better than last time Destiny was up here. But who knew how long that would last, since she was all wandless. Heaving a sigh, Destiny started kicking whatever stuff was on the ground looking for a wand.
'Marie and Carter. They stole all the wands!'
Thieving thieves.

Lina followed out after him. He was not only going to blow her cover, but unless she could get him back there was nothing she could do. She would be stuck there and wouldn't be able to get to the other students.
Marcus turned and looked at Lina and gave her an exasperated look, 'What?' he mouthed. Didn't he tell her to stay in the bathroom?
He felt like screaming. He just wanted to get to his wife. Was that too much to ask?
She tried to sneak up close, using her natural stealthy talent. And she was small enough they probably couldn't see her past him anyway. "You're going to get caught and get me caught as well," she hissed, speaking as quietly as she could so she didn't draw any attention. "And I can't heal, much less stabilize, anyone this way. Plus..." she pointed to the little crab on her sleeve labeled Tibi. "He's weak, and could die before you get up there, because he needs a blood replenishing potion. I know you want to get up there, but at this rate you're not going to do anybody any good! All they care about is getting to the fifth floor and protecting Samuel Huxley." Even she was surprised she seemed to get all of that in one breath.

Even she was surprised she seemed to get all of that in one breath.
Lawson looked down at Tibi's form and realised that she was right. "Then do what you have to Lina but do it fast."
Yes he was totally desperate at this point allowing a student to have free reign without having asked what she was planning to do.
She pulled him back a little. They didn't get back in the bathroom, but they weren't in plain sight either. "You pretend to be stunned, and I can loosely tie you up. Hide your wand somewhere so you look like you're disarmed. I'll convince them that I've captured you, and I'm trying to keep the other students from reviving you. They're all feeling the pull to go upstairs, it seems. I'll levitate you with one of the crabs on you, but I'll activate it in test mode, so that it will look like you're stunned. If I can, I'll get you over to your wife. I can signal you when you are, then you can get out of the ropes. Hopefully everyone will be occupied and won't really notice by that point."
She looked over at Tibi. "While you're pretending to be stunned, I can at least stabilize him. He last saw me cast at you, so when I wake him up, he'll see that you're down. If nothing else, I can convince them that I'll stay behind with you, but then run upstairs when we're alone and tell them there's more students coming and they tried to revive you. If we do this right, no one will be able to tell that anything is wrong."
She looked back up at him, completely serious. "I know, it's long, and it's going to be hard to be patient. If it were Raiden up there, I'd be in a panic. But it's better to actually make it up there, than to get impatient and storm in, to find three students and six wands all casting at you. They may be students, but they're imperiused, and I have no idea what they're capable of." She held out two little crabs and one of the blobs. "You saw how I used these. You might need them."
Urm.. Nancy looked confused. Oliver gave her a wide-eyed look as if to say, 'I'm NOT kidding.' ..cos usually, under 'normal' circumstances, there would be stupid jokes coming out of his gob right about now. THIS WAS NO JOKE!
He nodded. YES! She attacked the dude ..like a flying ninja.
“NO!” He protested when Nancy aimed her wand at Miranda. “Her brain's become unwired or something. DO NOT untie her.” He was about to raise his wand and point it at Nancy but the next thing she said made complete sense. The fifth floor! They had to get up there! Just why exactly wasn't completely clear to Oliver but he just knew he had to go.
He held Nancy's gaze as she stared into his eyes as if conveying some silent message. What? He frowned confused. She seemed mad. Why couldn't he just remember? ...guh. Because of the head injury.
Help him. It was there.. he could almost see it. Like a name you couldn't quite remember but knew you knew it!
...
....
GASP!
An invisible light-bulb lit up above his head. PING! Oliver's features seemed to cloud over, the light in his green eyes faded and was replaced with blankness. “Finite!” He said pointing his wand at Miranda and released her from the ropes binding her. “C'MON!” He grabbed Nancy's arm and started to drag her towards the stairs. “MIRANDA!” He yelled at her angrily. They had to hurry. They couldn't fail the Bossman. He looked at the younger Hufflepuff he had just revived. “You coming or what?” He asked her briskly.
They had a job to do. They had to help HUXLEY! NOW!
The way he locked eyes with her and gazed right back made her concentrate even harder on making him become his normal self again. The normal self who should know who Sam is and who should know that they had no time to lose to get to the fifth floor. Gaaaaaze! Think, Oliver, think...Jeez! Of all times his brain had apparently decided to be slow right now. Guh!
Shuffling her feet impatiently Nancy could almost hear the DING!-sound Oliver's brain made when it kicked back in. A small rather dangerous smirk curled up her lips. "Finally, Oliver!" She rolled her eyes at him with a mixture of annoyance and teasing as he finally got rid of the ropes around Miranda. "You okay?" It was more a question of "Will you be able to help us?" than one of concern for the Hufflepuff's well-being.
Nancy was a little bit caught off-guard as Oliver all of a sudden grabbed her arm to drag her along. Now THAT was determinism. And Nancy liked that. Snickering she turned around and beckoned for Miranda and the other Hufflepuff to follow them as well. They had to help Mr. Barkeep. And fast. He needed them. Dundundun! NancyOliverMirandaOtherHufflepuff-to the rescue!!!
SPOILER!!: Wesley

Breathing heavily from exertion, wand in one hand and shield up, legs scratched and front covered in Jake's blood, the teenager took in the fourth floor's hallway with wide eyes. Everywhere there was rubble and in some places, smeared blood. Biting her lip, Wesley trudged on, stopping as she spotted the crab girl.
And then that one Hufflepuff. And then some other girl. And then...
"Oliver?" Wesley called out, forgetting all about Jake, and the curses, and concentrating to keep her shield up, and remembering just that Oliver was her friend.
And that she had broken her promise.
"O-oliverrrr! Oliver, I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!" the tiny third year cried out, running - stumbling - towards him.

He was fuming. How could he have been so stupid? How could he have allowed himself to be stunned by that blasted prefect? And then to FORGET his job!? His PURPOSE!?
With a scowl on his face he turned to the sound of the familiar little voice of his adopted little sister as she came running towards him. Urgh! WHAT WAS SHE DOING UP HERE!?
He reached out to catch her as she stumbled towards him. “The HELL you waffling about?” He asked her impatiently. “What are you doing here? You need to get back downstairs to safety, Wesley.” He gave her a warning look. She could get hurt.
...By him.
Oh dear.

Impatiently tugging at Oliver's sleeve Nancy continued to glare at the tiny Hufflepuff as shivers ran down her spine. She was crying! CRYING! EEK!"Oliver! We need to go." Then in a whisper she added, "What's up with HER?!" Jeez! Didn't she notice she was annoying them? Pfft...
Another smirk tugged at the corner of her lips as Oliver finally did something about the annoying Badger by pointing his wand at her. At her face actually. In da face. "That means MOVE!" She snapped at her before gasping audibly.

What the-?!"Get out of the way Miranda!" Not that she was all for hexing the tiny Hufflepuff but this was taking too much time. "C'mon!" Marcus put Tibi down on the floor and then ran his hands through his hair as he paced back and forth. He didn't like it, he didn't like it at all.
He had noticed Destiny and Evelyn out in the corridor and he groaned, "I hope this works because there are a few students out there who would like nothing better than to get their hands on me while I am supposedly out for the count."
He reached out and took the crabs and blob out of her hand and nodded his head. And then with great effort he slipped both his and Tibi's wands down the front of his robes. If there was an emergency, it was going to be hard getting them out in a hurry. And then laid down on the floor beside Tiberius and closed his eyes, "Let's get this show on the road and quickly."
Gah, so many things could go wrong. But all he could think about, was getting to his wife. He had the most horrible feeling.

Ugh, it all came back to Marie and Carter didn't it. They need to find those two and get Destiny's wand back. And maybe this Ayra person's wand back too if they took that one as well.
Finally getting past the obstacle of ceiling rubble on the ground, she looked up to the ceiling only to find a decent size hole there, and she could see the fifth floor as well. Though if there were people on that floor or not, she didn't know as of yet, or the fact if the hole was created from up top, or down below. Coughing slightly from the still dusty air, Evelyn turned back around so she could head over towards the stairs since that's who Destiny pointed out who Ayra was.... but then stopped.
There was somewhere there she recognized, and she was not pleased to see the older girl there either. "HEY!" she said, taking a few steps forward. "I thought you were going to the library!"
Finally she was able to clearly see who the other adult was that she thought she saw moments before...standing up and conscious though that is. Another professor no doubt, but...she completely forgot which professor it was. There was a boy too, a really messed up boy, and that's probably why the girl was with him, but Evelyn was certain that the Slytherin girl would have went straight to the library like she said she doing on the third floor before healing Ivory.
And the library was the other way from where it looked like she had been headed.
Heh, I was bored, and a hole in the ceiling seemed interesting. :)
Drahhco... you danced.. l LET THE GREEN GIRL GO! l I think I got it! l hermoingo boingo boingo....
Keeley adjusted her bright blue fedora hat, walking quietly on the way to the library. Not that reading was her thing, but it was a nice quiet place. But then- she stopped as the air became dusty, and fragments of what looked like plaster littered the floor. And of course there was that huge, gaping hole in the ceiling. Coughing in the dirt, Keeley stared as Destiny was yelling (not a pleasant thing to witness) and Tibi was on the floor and everything was utterly confusing. "What?" She murmered quietly, unsure of what to do and where to go, the result of being frozen in place.
Lina looked past the professor, one of her hands hidden, cursing to herself slightly. "I was, but Ivory told me to help Arya, then the Professor came up here and was trying to get up to the next floor. I tried to stop him, and he bolted down this way." She stepped to the side so that the girl could see her better. Her wand was out, pointed at the professor. "I chased after him and told Arya to block the stairs. He wound up in the bathroom, and when I went in there I found this boy. He's hurt badly. He and the professor got into it, the professor got the wand away, I cast at the professor, then suddenly everything was happening quickly. I managed to get the professor disarmed" true, just in a strange way "and the boy passed out. Probably from lack of blood. The professor held him hostage and came out here. I was just trying to get him to let me heal the boy. I thought we could then use the professor as a hostage."
