He was a little confused now as to why she was suddenly ditching him after he had just arrived there. He even wore this silly costume for her..

"I'll see you later?" he asked her as she disappeared. Now he was feeling alone.

Anya walked into the Death Day party with her red devil's dress that reached just above her knees, black stockings, red lipstick, and small devil horns.

"Hello Sir Nick," she said. She also spotted Jason. "Hello Jason,"

Nate walked into the party and looked around. He didn't see anyone he knew. He decided to wait for someone to come up to him so he didn't seem like a fool. Even though he was wearing a pirate coustume, including an eyepatch.

Fia heard a new voice and looked up to find that BLONDIE girl once again. Awww! Doesn't she look sickening? It was a good thing that no one could see her face because the smile disappeared quickly but she was not going to say a word. If they were headless, then there were not supposed to be noises coming from their heads...but other places could happen.

She then turned her head and seemed to cling to his hand a bit tighter as he spoke to that blondie. "You are not supposed to talk," she spoke under her breath but here was the bad thing, they'd already been chatting all along. What she needed to add to that statement was you don't need to speak to HER!

Carter wandered in to the death day party. Why? Because he had never been to one before... nor did he know what it was all about. But, Sir Nicholas was his house ghost and he felt the need to support him. [b]"Happy Deathday." he said walking in.

Reese glanced down at her dress. She knew she should have dressed up, but sadly, she didn't. "Oh, well, it is very unique," she said. "Thanks, I didn't know we were suppose to dress up and -" She stopped talking when Brody walked up to her and LouAnn. "You know what, I think I'm actually going to run off real quickly and throw on this costume thingy I bought during winter break," she added. "I'll be right back." With that, Reese Upstead dashed out of the corridor and back into the Slytherinc common room.

Just as Brody was staring at the headless people, one of them spoke. Ahh that was helpful, kind of. She stared for a few more moments, before giggling. She knew that voice! "Miles." She smiled, looking at where she hoped his face was. Grr. Headless hats were not helpful at times like these. "Do you like my costume?" she asked, as she twirled around. Of course he would like it. She looked fantastic.
Oh and then the other headless person talked. She rolled her eyes. "Hello to you too."

Then someone else was talking to her. She kind of stared at him. And Im totally out of your league She thought as she smiled at him.

Miles looked as a guy game over to talk to Brody and he suppressed a chuckle as he saw her look. Pretending to take a hat off his non existent head he bowed, "And I'm Miles Vorkosigan." He turned to look at Brody and smiled his invisible smile, "Doesn't she though. Who knew she could pretend to be so nice?" He jibed and leaned in to whisper, "She's brutal mate. Might want to run away before she turns into the wicked witch of the west." There...a little humour at her expense but hopefully he'll get the hint.

Turning to look at Fia his expression puzzled though she couldn't see it. "What do you mean I'm not supposed to talk? What were you doing just now..." This was just weird. Ugh. Not tonight.

'Why am I doing this?'
Destiny made her way to the Death Day party in her Bumblebee costume. Bumblebees weren't scary. But ghosts were!
She stopped when she saw them.
'Umm, hello Sir Nick. Happy Death Day.' she didn't make eye contact with them.
Would it be called 'eye-contact'?

Spotting Evelyn, a vampire Evelyn, she ran over to her. 'Evelyn! Hide me. Ghosts are everywhere!'

Fia began laughing a fake laugh, loudly, as she placed her hand to her chest and abruptly stopped. Yes! Yes! Fia was NOT liking this little snobby girl at the moment and her eyes were glaring at the rolling-eyed blondie.

"Yes, well, it would be nice to thank that nice Gryffindor male that complimented you on such a...flamboyant outfit," she smarted off then overheard Miles speaking to the nice Gryffindor boy.


"You're too late," she smiled wickedly under her headless hat. "She's already turned into the wicked witch of Hogwarts." OUUUCHHHHH! Okay! Fia did NOT like this girl. There was something about her that just..DIDN'T FIT!

Her head then turned to Miles and she glared at him. Okay so maybe she shouldn't have told him not to talk but..."I was just meaning not to speak to the witch." Course, she was being nice. "I was trying to play a game with her. I mean...Shoe Girl knew who we were. Why not give this..." clueless "...one a chance." Oooohhh being jealous was an evil thing. But, she was trying to cover her tracks...only a little.

Reese Upstead was gone about 10 minutes before she finally left the common room wearing her costume (yes, she was wearing a wig) and matching shoes (which weren’t glass, but plastic!) She walked back up to the party and looked towards LouAnn, who was still talking to Brody. Eh, maybe it’s best if she kept her distance from the blonde. Instead of going back to talk to LouAnn, she started towards the food until she noticed Torin. “Hello Torin,” she greeted him with a smile. “Still sick?”

"Destiny!" Evelyn called out, spotting the other girl. "Nice costume." smiling, she stared at everyone in the room, noting their outfits and spotting the new ghost that entered...

Great...

He was here. She still remembered the encounter with the Bloody Baron in the common room and she was hoping to never have to go through with that again. But, seeing him glare at everyone, it looked like she was...Sighing, she turned back to Destiny, giggling a little. "Well it is Sir Nick's party, who is a ghost...so more ghosts will probably be coming. Beware!"

Everyone seemed to be ignoring him! HIM! THE BLOODY BARON! He rattled his chains and stood tall. He knew it was Sir Nick's Deathday Party, but it was no reason to ignore him... he was a Baron... he was THE Baron.

"...Miles" Brody scowled a little, before she giggling. How rudde! She was totally good all the while of course! Well...sometimes...to the people she liked, which was not a lot. She blonde smiled in his general direction, but probably was totally looking in the wrong direction considering as she was actually messing with her hair at the same time.

She glanced at the other person, probably Miles' silly girlfriend. "Why don't you thank him for me seeing as you think its so important." Brody giggled, a little evilly at the girl. She wouldn't be thanking the girl. She knew the was adorable, and she knew she was pretty, she didnt need to be told it.

"Oh and Miles....your hats hiding your handsome face." She smirked at him. Because she wasn't being mean to Fia or anything.

Currently he was leaning against the wall not really sure what to do. He wanted to go over where Brody was, but he also wanted to give her space if she wanted to hand out with her friends just then.

Only problem was that he was getting tired.

He was starting to nod off right when Reese came up to him. Finally someone here that he could talk to. He was still feeling a bit sickish, so he wasn't back to his crazy social self.

"Sorta. Not as bad but still sorta off. Tired too."

Warren smirked and looked around. He saw the Baron rattling around, he looked like he needed someone to talk to. Warren went on over, he didn't want to be rude. ''Hi Mr Baron. Are you ok?'' Good start? he thought.. he stepped back abit.. Baron looked slightly angry..

Miles frowned as he heard Fia speak and took off crossed his arms, "That's rude Fia." What was WITH her? Taking off his hat he frowned and looked at her fully. "Her name is Brody. She happens to be rather nice. What is your problem?" Okay so he didn't correct her about the shoe girl cause...well he didn't remember her name either. "And if she knew it was me she knew it was you also."

Miles sighed and shook his head as the two girls went at it and placed his hat back on his head. No use in arguing about it. It would just bring down the part. Hearing Brody speak he laughed, "It's a costume....you're not supposed to see my face." Duh. "It would ruin the careful illusion and thought behind the idea," he said teasingly.

Myrtle.... somehow popped up out of a candle in the middle of the mouldy food table. She hovered out over the middle of the crowd and looked for someone to talk to.

Boooooohooohooo. No one cared for poor, innocent, moaning moping Myrtle.

Snifflewailing to herself, Myrtle dodged through the crowd and floated over to a wall to be a wallflower. The prettiest wallflower around, of course, not that anyone noticed nor careeed.

Halloween.
Costumes, masks and Hogwart's ghosts. That castle was the perfect place to have an Halloween party. The younbg seventeen year old girl bowed as the Bloody Baron passed by to greet Gryffindor's ghots.
"Bloody Baron. Sir Nicholas." she looked around. "Great party. Congratulations."

The girl was wearing short black dress, a witch's hat and a mask ´so that other students couldn't immediately tell who she was. And her red high heels, of course.
She walked on the corridor occasionally bumping into someone.
"Oops, sorry." adressing the boy in a suit a nice smile, she asked: "Trick or treat?"

'Thank you!' Destiny said as she spun around in her costume. 'Your costume is scary! And your eyes are blue!?' She started looking around the room at everyone else's costume, a pirate, werewolf, a hot dog?, and then she spotted him, The Bloody Baron. 'Ghosts like him?' she asked Evelyn looking in the Baron's direction.

Oh he was a scary, scary ghost. 'Don't look at him, don't look at him.' Too late. She looked at him. 'Don't come over here, don't come over here!' If he did Destiny was sure to run, or scream.

Jack was going to KILL his girlfriend.

He felt a tad bit foolish as he walked into the party, dressed up as a PRINCE. When Reese had said she was going as Cinderella, he first asked what on Earth that was--and when he found out it involved dressing up as someone from like a billion years ago, he THEN asked if it was going to involve tights.

He was putting his foot DOWN at tights.

But, it didn't, and yet he still felt a bit--well, stupid--as he walked in. Guys were supposed to be COOOOOOOOL things for Halloween right? Like, wrestlers or zombies or vampires. Not princes.

But hey, if it made his girlfriend happy, he'd do it.

He spotted her amongst the crowd instantly--she was wearing that big poofy dress she showed him earlier. "Heyyyy! You look stunning!" he said as he approached her.

Well, wasn't this interesting? It was odd seeing students from other houses in the dungeons, when not in Potions class. She immediately found the Ghost of Honor, which was not hard, because he WAS a ghost, afterall. "Hello Sir Nicholas." She grinned, greeting him, "Happy Death Day."

And then, her eyes found the other ghost, The Barron, and she greeted him with a reverent bow of her head, "Hello Barron."

Warren noticed another ghost. It was Myrtle! ''Hey Myrtle are you ok?'' He liked talking to ghosts, he found them fascinating and amusing. ''Great party aye?'' he smiled and thought he'd better introduce himself. ''Im Warren!''


Warren felt someone bump into him and looked around. ''erm.. TRICK!'' he smiled retucking his shirt, Warren loved to look smart.. and after all he was wearing a tux? ''Im Warren, you?'' His smile grew.

Fia's green eyes looked towards the EVIL WITCH. She took her headless hat off of her head and balled it up in her fist at her side. "You.Are.Rude." And then Miles called her rude. And then she talked about Miles' handsome face. Well, he did have a handsome face. "Hands off! He's MINE!" She grabbed Miles' hand and....

"Hey! How could you..." she turned her angry face towards Miles, which then turned into a sour look of why he was snipping at her. "She's the one that's clearly being a snob when someone compliments her on such a girlie dress." How could he be angry with her? "She's flirting with you!"

"GooOoOoOoOoOOoOD evening, sir!" LouAnn said, bobbing along in her hot dog costume. She giggled as she nearly walked right through a ghost floating nearby and rattling some chains. In quite the merry mood, LouAnn saluted the ghost then danced along to the rattling of his chains.

That was when she got wind of some rather peculiar events taking place nearby. She craned her neck, nearly toppling over in her costume, as she listened to Fia and Brody. Ohhhh! "Fight, fight, fight, fight!" she called out, flailing about and pointing her fingers at the girls. "Somebodeh's about to go downnnn!" She hurried over to the girls as fast as she could, her hot dog costume still bobbing up and down as she ran. "Girls, girls! Friends, Romans, Countrymennn! Let's not fight...pleeeeeeeeease! Nick would be so displeased." She then grew quiet and leaned over to Miles, who was standing. "So, what's the scoop!?!?"
