| | |  The Student Garden
 Your wonderful Professor Bunbury has been extremely careful and tedious in preserving this garden started by Professor Caraccio. She hasn't moved a single plant around nor made any other changes, with the exception of the puffapods and flutterbies the class planted in Term 21 in the southwestern corner of the garden. Oh, and don't overlook that bright, shiny, new pink shed in that contains tools, buckets and watering cans for the students to use.
Feel free to tend to a plant you or a friend may have created in class, or just admire the handiwork of your fellow Hogwartians. Lining the student gardens are the cherry trees which were grafted in Term 15 and the Northern Planters are occupied by the student hybrids created at the end of Term 16.
A pond borders the western edge of the garden and newly painted pink benches have been renovated so hardworking students may take a rest after pulling weeds.
North-Eastern Planter- Excelsior's White Lily x Tiger Lily (unnamed): a lily which looks much like the tiger lily, though a light yellow color
- Rapunzel's Honking Daffodil x Narcicuss (The Bright Badger): a petite narcicuss which squeak
Central North Planter- Jasmine's plumeria rubra acutifolia x catharanthus roseus (unnamed): a deep-blue colored Frangipani
- Sho's Silver Rose x Yellow Carnation (Sunrise Carnation): large-petaled carnations which look like a metallic yellow
- Ariana's Pink Rose x Blue Rose (unnamed): roses with red petals that fade to purple
North-Western Planter- Hermy's Sword Leaf Iris x Winter Love Lily (unnamed): slender spread petals, shimmering in purple, blue, and gold
- Ryan's Royal Iris x Easter Lily (Rowena's Knight): lily with frilled petals in blue and purple
- Bess's Dark Mauve Iris x Light Pink Lily (unnamed): dark pink lily with specks of deep violet adorning the center

Gory death. GORY death." "FINE! You are IMPOSSIBLE! INSANE! CRAZY! A MEANY FACE! Does that break it down for you BUB!?" Words were NOT that hard to understand. I mean REALLY!
And he was POKING HIS HEAD AGAIN! "ENOUGH with the POKING! This is INSANITY! And my name is not LADY or PERSON! It is HAYLEY! Got it MISTER! My Name is HAYLEY! HAYLEY!" Flubbergarfendoofersnizzle! Such a MEAN BOY!
"FINEFINEFINE! I'm sorry for "poking" you! I'm sorry for MAKING SURE YOU WEREN'T DEAD!"
She wasn't sorry..but if it kept this crazy boy from being all...crazy, she'd say it.

This girl was complimenting him, calling him impossibly and crazy. SHE GOT SO NICE ALL OF A SUDDEN! "Why-uhh... thanks!" Girls were SOOO weird, changing from being completely confusing to totally nice and giving him all of those compliments, or well... he took them as compliments. Yup. OR MAYBE SHE WAAAAS PURPOSELY GIVING HIM COMPLIMENTS.

Why did he have to hold out his hand? DISGUUUUSTING GUUUURL HAND. He immediately took his own hand back right after she shook it, wiping it on his robes for... safety reasons. Whaaaat was he doing? OMG THE PLANTS. PLANTS. PLAAAANTS.
The two had raised their voices in front of the poooooor plants who's ears probably hurted now! "OOOOH. We gotta--we gotta say sorreh!" And he skipped towards the pretty plants and said, "Soooorrry plants. I sorry. She sorry too."
And he sat down, there, waiting for an answer.

He was talking to PLANTS?! Oh..oh my. Hayley wondered if she should get the school nurse or something. This boy seemed WAAAY out of it. Maybe he shouldn't be in school! He should really be in St. Mungo's! I mean...really. Okay, Hayley, approach the situation delicately. She sat next to him on the ground. He was staring at the flowers. "Are the talking back," she whispered, "do they forgive us?"

Cam looked back at the girl who decided to sit down on the ground with him. OHHHH so she wanted some forgiveness toooo! Oh yay the plants were gonna be happy there was another plant-talker around the area--well, he didn't know if she could speak plant, but yeah. YAAAAAYY. "Ummmm..." he started off, looking back at the plants and giving them a meaningful stare, pointing at one squeaking daffodil.
"See that daffodil over there? It squeaks. It's usually the one that starts speaking first," he said, "it's sorta a shy flower but I talk to it sometimes." He nodded meeeekly and put his hand near the flower, petting it, like it was a pet. "And and that one over there," he told Hayley pointing at one with the blue and purple petals, "it's shy too but I speak to it toooooo. They won't tell me their names but they make greaaaaat friends."
He stared.
"I'm waiting for an aaaaaanswer." He stared at the flowers and continued sitting down, not blinking at all.

"The purple petaled one is sooo pretty! Hey wait! What if they don't HAVE names!? What if the flowers need someone to GIVE them names?" Okay...now Hayley was going a bit crazy. Oh well, it's fun!
She looked at Cam as he stared, blinklessly(was that a word?). His eyes must be drrryyyy! "Have they said anything yet?" she whispered.

Cam had heard the daffodil squeak, he HEAAAARD it, and he was for sure waiting for it to squeakity squeak again. He looked back at Hayley and DID in fact think she had a point, why wouldn't they tell them their nameeesss?! 'TWASN'T FAIR REALLY--after all he'd done for them! Talk to them when they felt lonely, petting them when they were depressed from lack of water! How--how DAAAAARE they.
He heard the girl say something like giving them names. Ohhhh he would do that alright. "Bu-bbuuut---but we can't do that! They might not like the names we give 'em, eh--what if someone called you uh, uh.. uh, BERTHA?"
Bertha was a weird and odd name (to him of course).
Squeak.
"Oh look, it's squeakity squeakin' squeak'ahnnn again!" he said, pointing to the daffodil. "OH? OH? OH! They tooootteerrrly said that they gave us a complete warning. A warninggg! WE'RE DOOOMED, I TELL YA, DOOOMED!"
He grabbed the girl by the shoulders and started SHAKIING her in panic. PAAAANICC.
