Cedric entered the classroom of ancient runes,"Hello,Professor Lupa,"then he take a seat in the middle...

If Dominic could be honest with himself, then he probably would have not have come out for Runes Lesson. Just feigning sickness would have been enough for him. However, that had not been the case and even when Dominic pushed over the all too familiar door on the fifth floor into the classroom, a heavy weight was still remaining on his chest.

The pink buds his eyes noticed at first did not help that weight at all. Nor did the way to hyper Professor Lupa or the memory from her emotional state in potions lesson and they way she talked about his head of house. Guhhh.

Sighing quietly, he nodded more out of politeness than respect, since after what she did to Shackleton . . . he couldn't have that anymore to Lupa and then took a seat somewhere in the middle, but by the door. Never hurt to be by a door, since you really never knew when a quick escape would be necessary.

Anna entered the Ancient Runes classroom, stopping dead in her tracks when she caught sight of the condition the room was in. Professor Lupa was laid across the floor, while an abundance of ivy vines---some with pink buds---crawled throughout the classroom. Blinking, Anna finally put one foot in front of the other and headed into the room to find a seat. As soon as she was seated, she took out her parchment, quill, and textbook and opened to a page she'd been reading earlier. "Good day, Professor," she greeted, looking up from her book. "Those are some very pretty vines and pink buds you have there."

Cedric saw Denton entered classroom,"Hi!Denton,never sit at girl's lap.."Cedric said nastily..then he giggles

Ancient Runes had always been one of Willow's favourite subjects, but thanks to Alessia Lupa's erractic behaviour during potions, and how the woman had acted during their last lesson, Willow wasn't sure anymore.

"Hello, Professor Lupa," murmured Willow respectfully, thinking that ignoring the fact that the woman was laying on the floor was the wisest thing to do. Chosing a seat as far away as she could from Dominic Denton -yes, she wa still mad at him, because Willow Kovac was a huge drama queen sometimes- the girl took sat down, and waited for the class to begin.

Too bad the farthest seat away from his was on the front row. Now she could only hope that Professor Lupa would not come up with something crazy enough that could possibly annoy her.

Anciet Runes. Truthfully, Dustin never paid any attention in the class but deciding to put over a new leaf, Dustin had decided to come to class and will hiself to pay attention. Any attention at all was good. He sat down towards the back of the room giving a small look around the classroom before bowing his head and doodling beore class started. There was a bruise on his eye he didnt want to explain to any curious bystanders/

Tobi scrambled, nearly dropping all his art supplies on the sixth floor, as he ran to get to class on time.

"I'm here! I made it!" he panted. "I made it right?"

He looked around the room. There were plant things.

Wheeze.

"Um, what's been growing in here?" He came to a stop at a desk in the front row, but he didn't sit. Plants were scary.

Cedric saw Tobi,"Hi!Tobi,are you crazy,you're shouting,don't you know"Cedric said

Dominic looked over in alarm has someone addressed him. The first year who had never spoken to him before and he was taunting him?! He was one to talk. Snort.

"Right. And likewise to you, never speak when the listening party doesn't want to listen. Actually, maybe never speak at all." Dom retorted back, rolling his eyes inadvertently and busying himself with flipping through his notes from the previous lesson. It wasn't that he wanted to look through his notes - since it was something he never did, but it was a good distraction.

At least until dark haired mystery girl - Willow Kovac - entered and sat away from him! Huffing silently, he wondered if she could really, honestly still be mad at him. She was supposed to be different. Safe. And now he felt compelled to not even look in her direction at all, no matter how difficult that proved to be. To keep down at his parchment, whilst still watching from the corner of his eye, unable to restrain.

Cedric answered,"as you wish,Mr.Denton"

Raiden peeked into the classroom before entering, pulling on the strap of his messenger bag as he looked around for familiar faces. Hmm... He'd been in classes with a few of them, but so far, nobody he was really close with was there... He headed for the front of the classroom, as per usual, and noticed that a nice looking Ravenclaw was already sitting there. With a big smile, he tapped the desk next to her.

"Do you mind if I sit here?" he asked, glancing at Professor Lupa. Why... was she on the floor? And there were plants on the desks. Stuff like that was to be expected in, say, Herbology, but... "If you don't want me to, I can sit somewhere else... I just like to sit near the front."

"I'm not shouting," Tobi said, confusedly. He asked the strange child, "do you have an auditory hypersensitivity?"

Sure Willow was mad at that Denton boy, and sure she had chosen not to seat by him because. . . well, she had her reasons -other than the obvious ones- but that didn't mean she had any kind of control over her eyes.

Riight. Trying to be really sneaky, and not really managing it, the girl turned around a little, let her hair fall over her shoulder so it could cover her face, and looked at him. As soon as she did it, the girl realized it had been a very bad idea.

One because. . . something she didn't want to think about, and two because the Giant didn't even look sorry. Hmph!

Maybe Denton was expecting--Huh? Blinking her forest green eyes a couple of times, the girl tore her eyes from the person she was very sneakily staring at, to look at someone that had interrupted her mental rambling. Oh. It was a boy. A Slytherin boy that she had never spoken to. Which wasn't surprising, really, considering that Willow didn't talk to many boys. Or girls. "I don't mind, really." Willow had no idea why the boy was smiling so big, but it didn't bother her. Much. "So, um, take a seat." Uh. . .

"Rubbish..I haven't,By the way,where's kayla?"He asked

"Er, Willow," Tobi took a deep breath and took a seat on the other side of the formidable beater that he desperately hoped he wouldn't have to face in the championships, (else he would have to work A LOT harder) "Do you know what's up with the... plant... thingies?"

Deep breaths Avalon. They might not attack...

Raiden set his bag down on the floor, under the desk, on top of a bit of plant. This... was not a place for plants. Hm. He dug around in it for a second before looking up at the girl again. She was... looking at someone, wasn't she? At least, she had been before. He turned in his seat and directed his eyes to where she'd been looking before.

Was she looking at the Hufflepuff prefect guy?

"I'm Raiden... Nice to meet you. Uhm, are you friends with Dominic Denton?" he asked, looking at her again. "Or were you looking at someone else?"

Daniel entered and saw the classroom half full, and a lot of chatting was happening. He found a seat close to the Professor's table and sat. He looked back and saw that everyone still chatting.

Daniel sighed. Don't they remember Transfiguration? he thought. He opened his bag and gets his book for Ancient Runes. He opened it and reads something interesting.

"Hello Professor," Vanessa smiled as she walked into the Ancient Runes classroom. Looking around she noticed that there were quite a number of people already here, and chatting. Shrugging the small girl took a seat near the front of the classroom and pulled out her things.

Celandine had been looking forward to this class all term. She was so excited that she didn't even register anything odd about the professor or the fact that there was budding ivy everywhere. She sat down and arranged her index cards, super duper cool marker pens and her scissors, in a star shape on her desk. Once she had done that she looked up and indeed noticed the ivy. The buds were pink and all fresh new growth. She raised her hand.

"Professor Lupa? Do we get to make the Berkano rune first? Since its like, growth and... like the pretty ivy and flowers are new growth? Or oooooh! Can we do little Ivy designs on our runes once we make them?" Clearly Cela, in her excitement, was getting waaaaay ahead of herself. "Ooooh! Can I make my runes pink, Professor?"

Theo walked into Runes. He frowned as he looked at the plants. It reminded him of a film. His eyes lit up as he remembered, "Why do you look like Poison Ivy, Professor Lupa?" It was a reasonable question. Since she seemed to be more of a Catwoman.

Via entered the classroom and settled at an empty seat she found closest to the professor's table. She noticed the ivy plants crawling their way inside the room. She looked around and there's not much Gryffindor. Via waited for the class to start.

She jumped up and stuck a landing, saying "TADA!!!!!"

She giggled sillily for a good 10 seconds before addressing her class. "Goodmorning to you all. Settle down. I have a very special class planned for you today." She clapped her hands together and then danced around the desks. "Yeah Raidenny, you can sit there, and Cellybear, you can start with Berkano if you wish. And Pink? Ewwwww but they'll be your runes. So..." She held her forefinger and thumbs up on her forehead and if to say 'Whatever.' "Oh and Theoboy, this isn't poison ivy... just the English kind" she smiled.

"We are going to make our own rune set! YAY!!!!" He calmed herself. "Making your own rune set is a part of the rune magic and making them can be as simple or as hard as you want it to be." She said skipping about the room.

"There is a lot of good stuff that comes from making your own rune set. When you make them yourself and are touching them and so during the process you are like giving them your energy. So they are definitely yours. Cool Huh? By making them yourself, your connection with the runes is stronger, so your readings are going to be better!"

Professor Lupa.. was scary. Really, really scary. That giggling.. terrified him. Like whoa. He didn't think she was going to STOP giggling. Ack! Shuffling backwards a little, Clifford nodded at her words. "Sounds wicked cool, ma'am." He gulped nervously.

Vanessa stared at Professor Lupa as she giggled. That was rather scary, and quite odd. Vannie hoped that she wouldn't keep do it during the lesson, it would be wierd.
But ooh the lesson sounded very interesting. "So erm...How exactly do we make our own Runes Professor?"
