| | | Transfiguration - Lesson 1
Alex sits at her desk looking quite pleased with herself. She had just returned from the Great Hall in which she transfigured the Hufflepuff table, and previously the Gryffindor one, back to acceptable standards. After leavng the hall, she went down the kitchens and retrieve 5 of 6 trays of delicious looking danishs. "Come on in, have a seat." she said with a smile.

Carly followed on and got her danishes, and waited for the Professor to tell them what to do next.
She looked at the Danishes with a cocked eye-brow.Hmm...she said, this was quite a good lesson, and she was intregued to find out what was going to happen next.
Carly hadnt cared much for Transfiguration, but since the schools had been slipt and the teacher was a nice teacher, she seemed to be taking to the lesson rather well.

Kayla sat at her desk with her danish in front of her, she was quite excited to see how this worked. She could think of a few people who she would like to turn into an animal. All the Ministry employees, the Minister and his stupid wife and...oh yeah Prefect Trelawney.

Rolling around several danishes on her desk slowly, Shayna stared at them apprehensively. Did they really have to work with them? As in transfiguration wise? Why not leave them be to sit there innocently, be hacked into a million chunks and then thrown in some sort of stew or another? Why have them charmed?! She continued to stare at the small vegetables, inching backwards slightly in her chair, as though any minute, they might come to life and attack her.

Astrid did as she was instructed and took some danishes back to where she was sitting. This was certainly a first. She was going to be much more careful about what she ate from now on. And although the thought of it sounded kinda, she was excited to learn all about it.

Chalice walked into class and followed the lead of everyone else in class and went to take the danishes that they were told to create into transfiguration foods. She had heard of transfiguration foods before, her mom gave one to her dad once when they were having an arguement, but her mom never showed her how to make one."Good morning Professor. My name is Chalice, I was sorted into Gryffindor this year." Chalice had gotten a gift for all of her teachers, but as this was her first lesson she delivered the first gift. " Here, Professor." said Chalice as she handed the basket to Professor Pierce. The basket contained a bottle of butterbeer,a box of chocolate coldrons, and a couple fizzing wisbees.

She approached the desk and took a danish, the smallest she could find. She transfigured a piece of parchment into a napkin so to place her danish on it.

Chloe did as she was instructed and walked up to the desk grabbed two danishes and returned to her seat. Even though she wasn't very fond of danishes she was anxious to see what animal she would turn into.

A little nervous after last year, and the animals, Liz walks up to the front and takes a small danish, and goes back to her seat.
Sitting down, she goes over her last few classes and almost every one, has had something to do with food. hmmmm...

Ponessa grabbed a danish, and, upon sitting back down, set it lightly upon her desk.
Without picking it up, she interestingly observed it, raising an eyebrow at it.

She knew this all too well, first hand infact, but not from the firing side. She sat at her seat and touched her skin, she remembered feeling fur there and a shudder shot down her bacK. She ran her tongue across her teeth and sank into her chair.

Isabella rose from her seat and walked to the front of the class. Pasteries were not her thing, but she picked up a Danish as instructed, looking for the smallest one there. She went back to her seat at the back of the class and waited for further instructions. The lessons here were certainly more fun than back at her old school, Beauxbatons.

Oh no, oh no, oh no, oh no.
She knew she should have skipped this class! She knew it! Food who turned people into animals? She had had her share of that during the previous term, thank you very much. Even if it was only for a short period of time - she couldn't do it. She'd rather give up on all her books than to turn into an animal again. Yes, she would.
Not moving from her seat, she observed the other girls and shuddered. They obviously never had suffered the pains of being transformed into an animal. Obviously - or they wouldn't do that. One of the girls caught her eye though and she smiled weakly at Jai. Jai had transformed too and Evangeline was sure the girl didn't look all too pleased.
Turning back to Pierce, she rose her hand and cleared her throat. "Professor, ca -- can I skip the --- eating and transforming part?" She asked, a bit shyly infact. She'd do it if she was forced really, but she really really wished she could just skip that part.

Ellie quickly moved her eyes from the window to the professor and then blinked for a while. "The "biter" will become an animal?" then a grin crossed her face as she stood up. "Sounds.. interesting."the brunette girl walked up to the front and took a small danish.
She turned around and walked back to her table. "Its going to be erm.. kinda fun Evangeline"she said as she sat and looked at the older girl.
She really didn't seem to be liking that idea.

Laylee watched as the Professor recieved a letter, it looked like it was from the Minstry... She crumpled the letter and threw it aside.
Laylee frowned, how horrible it must be for the teachers here on a daily bases!
As the Professor turning into a canary Laylee sniggered to herself, remembering when she had done that to her friend Jackie. She walked up to the desk and took a danish, hoping they could start soon. She couldnt wait! Maybe she could create a Kangaroo Cake, or a Dragon Danish!
She took her seat at her desk once more, thinking of what a great job the teachers were doing to keep everyones mind off of how bad everything was...

Desdemonda strutted up to the front of the classroom as ordered, picking up a golden brown danish and returning to her seat. This was certainly due to be an innteresting assignment; though she thought the professors would have avoided transfiguration spells added to food this term.

Sabrina walked up to the front and took one of the danishes. This was going to be an interesting lesson if they were going to be turned into animals. "Alright kiddos, the incantaion is the name of the animal you want and Snafius Danium. Fox Snafius Danium." Alex said pointing her wand at a cherry danish on front of her. Picking it up, she poped it into her mouth, turned into a fox and after a few moments shed the fur and became Alex once again. "Go for it!" OOC: I apologize for my disappearance, my internet is down. I will be back to finish class and post homework when I get it working again. In the meantime, behave and have fun, I'll have a few other mods keep an eye on it in here
