Cassandra started feeling that twinge of anger in her blood. "Do I?" She asked. "Well, I did notice some sparks... Oh Well." Cassandra would take matters into her own hands.

"Perhaps your eyes need to get checked. I can run a couple tests if you'd like." Ari turned back to Trel. "You've done good work today. How about you wait and come back another day and do the waiting room?" Ari offered.

"Perhaps..." Cassandra said through gritted teeth, still turned. "Though I don't think I need the tests..." She eyed the shelf. She HAD done a good job... a pity she wouldn't get points for it... Numel had her claws out...

"When would you like me to come back?" Cassandra asked the nurse turning and looking at her, a smile hiding her anger toward the woman.

"At your convenience. I don't want you to become to distracted from school work. I know that's important to you." Ari ran her hands through her hair. Having an apprentice was definitely a new experience.

Cassandra handed the nurse the parchment. "They are in alpha order." She said as she walked to the door. "Thank you Nurse Numel, for the opportunity to work with you... I mean that." She said sincerely. She then left the office and headed to the common room.

"You're welcome, thank you for your help." Ari said giving her a grin as the girl left her office. She looked over the list and made a mental note of what she might need to make before term was over.

Still hooded and cloaked, he prowled along and wondered how happy she would be. He hoped she would be surprised! He wanted her to be happy....he would do anything to make sure she was happy, just so long as her demand wasn't for him to leave the room 'cause that just wasn't going to happen. He would rather die a thousand deaths, than leave her.

Ah...here we go. The Infirmary...now where's her office? After a few more minutes of sneaking around, he finally found it. Mmmm, so close... Still all covered, so that nobody could see him, he lifted a hand and considered knocking on the door. NAH. Because then I have to wait for her to answer the door...and I don't want to wait. I shouldn't have to wait! Who in their right mind would make love WAIT!? So, he quickly turned the doorknob and threw the door open, swiftly moving into the room and shutting the door.

Ariana jumped at about half a foot and dropped the book she had started to read when the door opened and then shut without her saying anyone could come in. She looked up and there was a hooded figure. "Umm what the....who ...um... can I help you??" She wondered a little nervously with a raised eyebrow.

He sighed softly as he saw her standing there, watching him intently. "You sure can," he said softly, stepping deeper into the room, more towards her. "You see...I was looking for this pretty lady, I was wondering if you could lead me to her. It's just....I missed her and loved her so..."

"Conny?" Ari's mouth dropped a bit in shock at seeing him here. "What are you doing here?" She finally managed to sputter out after the shock...sort of weared off. She moved and gave him a big hug. "Not that I'm not glad to see you or anything."

He smiled broadly and wrapped his arms around her and returned her big hug, lifting her off the ground a little bit. "I'm here to see you, of course! What other reason would I have to risk my job and enter this boring 'ol school? It sure as wasn't for the trees, I'll tell you that!" He lowered his hood so that she could see his face. The light that hit his face, showed Neo as being in a dreamy state, his eyes glazed over...as though nothing else in world could phase him at this moment. Nope, not a thing. He was the happiest man alive!

"I'm so glad I get to see you!! I missed you a lot!" in like..the half hour they had been separated.

Ari gave a little squeal when he lifted her off the ground. "Conny you're crazy." She said giving him a smile "But it hasn't been that long. No way can you miss me so much."

The look on his face was priceless and completely adoring and it was so weird and unexpected. She pulled back away from him. "You shouldn't be here." This was very unlike him. Very unlike him.

"Can't I? Who says I can't miss you loads? I shall miss you lots and there isn't thing anyone can do about it! And by the way, I take the crazy comment as a compliment. Especially when it's coming from you," he smiled, reaching out and playing with the ends of her hair a bit. "I shouldn't? Who says? What higher power says that I'm not allowed to see my love?"

Rae entered the infirmary with her wand out. The girl had told her someone had broken into the infirmary, and he seemed to be attacking her nurse. "Unhand that woman, you... you... male person! Incarcerous!" Ropes shot out of her wand.

Jillian walked in after the Headmistress and was shocked at the scene before her.

"Merlin's beard." she half-whispered as the ropes shot out to engulf the man hovering over the nurse.

Ari bit her lip and shook her head. "Conny what did you eat today? You're being so weird." She laughed and then jumped for the second time as Rae barged in. "Cassandra!"

"He's not himself....I don't think he is at least." Ari covered her face with her hand. Oh this was embarrasing.

Neo was about to answer her question when another person entered the room. He spun around on his heel, reaching for his wand, but she beat him to it. There were ropes around him in a second and he instantly lost his balance, falling to the floor with a thud. "Ari...help me," he said, trying to fight the binds, "help me...please.."

"Now... oh..." She marched over, brandishing her wand, but Rae's expression fell at the sight of him. Rae plopped down and made herself comfortable on his bound stomach. "Is your name Constance? Cornelia? Cornucopia, perhaps?" She jabbed his chest gently with her wand. "What part of girl's school is so difficult? And YOU," she glared at Ari. "You... are NOT being a role model."

Ari felt bad for Conny and looked over at the gryffindor girl. Oh yay an audience. "Conny....oh man." She looked over at Cassandra and nodded her head. "Look I know and I'm sorry...but can I talk to you...over here for a minute. "Conny, if Cassandra and came and talked to me...would you be still...for me?" She asked giving him a smile.

Jillian stood ever so still. Glued to the spot near the door. Who was this man? He looked like he held a position in the Boy's school, yet why was he here? And of course they talk about being rolemodels. even more awkward as she was there.

Should I slip out? she thought. No. They'd definitely notice. But she couldn't just stand there. Obviously she was at no authority to question this 'Conny' person, so she just stood there. It was the only thing she could do for now.

"It's Constantine," he said, still fighting the binds. "Get off me!" he snarled, trying to throw her off him. How dare she separate the two of them! How dare she accuse Ariana! How dare she separate true love!?

His eyes went back to Ari, considering her for a second. Slowly he nodded his head, and stopped moving, but his eyes never left Ari.

"But Constantine is a boy's name, so you see how... this worries me," Rae rose gracefully. "Jillian, you have my permission to Stupefy him should he try to free himself." She followed Ariana.

Ari blew Conny a kiss and really hoped he behaved himself. "Cassandra, I know this isn't supposed to happen...but this isn't like him. He wouldn't have done this on his own. I....I .." She took a breath and let it out. "I think he might have taken a love potion. Unknowingly but...yeah." Ari nervously played her fingers around the ends of her hair.

Jillian turned her head in the direction of the Headmistress as she acknowledged her. Stupefy him? A First-year stupefy a grown man?! Insane. she thought a bit horrified. She opened her mouth to protest, but she didn't know what to say.

"Y-yes Professor." she said, a bit confused. She looked at the curious man. He seemed harmless. He was tied up after all. Their gaze met, and she quickly averted her gaze from his eyes. She noticed something though. There was something wrong with his eyes. They looked dreamy-looking...too dreamy-looking. Like those lovesick weirdos you see on the telly.

His eyes briefly glanced at the child that woman had enlisted to watch him. He nearly snorted as she told the child that she could stupefy should he try to free himself. He smiled as the looked away immediately as she caught his gaze; she was young...what were the chances that she was already able of pulling of a stunning spell in time?

His eyes went back to Ari and he gazed at her. Why'd they have to go over there for? Why couldn't they talk over where he laid? He was sure that women would have liked to use him as a cushion again...of course, only Ari was allowed to do that!

AHH...but the longing to hold her was too much. Sometimes, promises had to be broken...he loved her and he wanted to be near her. Silently, with out trying to attract either of the older ladies' attention, he started to fight the bonds again, trying to slip a hand out so that he could reach for his wand and free himself. After a minute or so of struggling and a load of uncomfortable positions for his arm to be in, he almost had one of his hands free for use. He was going to get over to her, whether she liked it or not.
