Cora walked into the Magical Creature park. She hadn't yet recieved the permission slip to enter the bigger park, so she decided to try and earn some extra points by helping around.

She pulled on some gloves, and grabbed a bag of food, before walking over to where the crups were held. Gorgeous creatures! She held out a handful of food for them.

Dan headed into the park , with his protective gloves already on. He glanced over to the bigger park, he had already applied for permission to enter ther but had not yet recived the right to enter it.

He glanced around at the various creatures, they were all so amazing in their own way. Dan made his way over to the Diricawls, the birds that Muggles called Dodos , a few of them needed their featers cleaning , and feeding, Dan happily got to work.

Jack walked into the park he took gloves out of his robes and put them on.He went over to his favorite creatures,crups.He started to feed all of them he loved them.

Cora scowled as a tiny firstie began to push her out of the way and feed the crups. She eyed him suspiciously. Pffft. Sticking her nose in the air, she moved on to the kneazels and began to clean them.

Silly little first year.

Matt walked up to the park and looked over the fence. A few of the students were already standing with some animals but he was just interested in some of the larger, more dangerous ones. Hippogriffs. He made his way past the various enclosures and gently opened the Hippogriff enclosure gate. A Hippogriff which had been lying down sleeping woke up and stood up, ruffling his feathers angrily. Matt walked up to him without blinking and bowed. After stamping the ground angrily for a few moments, the Hippogriff bowed to and let Matt stroke him and give him a few dead rats that he had killed earlier.

Ale entered this park, for the time being, he sat down as these creatures were harmless he began to sit on a stone and draw them with great detail, he hoped with these diagrams he could learn more about each and every animals structure and what makes them different.

Lily walked into the Magical Creatures Park 61, since she wasn't old enough to be in park 66. She walked towards the Crups, and began to feed them a little. She also cleaned a few Crups.

Gwen entered Park #61, scowling slightly since she wasn't yet old enough to go to Park 66. She knew there was not much to see there yet, but still. She saw that several people were spending some time with the crups. She decided to feed the kneazles and a knarl; she just left some food near the knarl and backed away quickly before it could have a fit for being offered food. She spent some time with a fire crab, admiring its glittering shell. Before she left, she checked the fire where the ashwinders were kept. One ashwinder had just slithered out of the fire. It turned its glowing red eyes toward her.

Ashwinders are so cool, she thought. "It's too bad you're going to snuff it in a hour," she said to it. It turned away from her and slithered to a corner, leaving an trail of dusty ash in its wake. She left the park to tell Prof. Clark about the new ashwinder.

Since it was only her first year, Caelia couldn't enter Park 66, but that was fine with her; she preferred the friendlier, less dangerous creatures anyway. The cute, tiny blue speckled birds caught her eye instantly. Because she read about them, Caelia was instantly able to identify them as Jobberknolls. Though this particular bunch looked quite friendly, she wore her gloves as a percaution. She stuck her gloved hand, which held some small insects, into the cage. One of the Jobberknolls landed on her finger and ate out of her hand, and the others hovered in midair and ate. She wispered to them, complementing them on their lovely feathers (which also happen to be valuable potion ingredients), but she wasn't expecting a reply; Jobberknolls make no noise until the time of their death. After they were fed and she admired them a while longer, Caelia left them. Before she left, though, she said to them, "Don't worry, I'll be back."

On her way out of the park she noticed the Flobberworms. "Poor things. You must not get much attention," she said to them. They weren't really that interesting, but needed to be fed nonetheless. Caelia dropped some lettuce for them to eat, as well as a few other assorted vegetables, before heading back up to the castle.

Alexandra who is an animal lover.. Decided since I had spare time to do some cleaning around,, Gloves on, protective clothing, and bucket to get rid of all the mess. Animals are such beautiful creatures.. I feel at home here..to bad i can only get into #61.

Emily wandered into Park 61. She was a little miffed that only third years and above were allowed in Park 66. Emily could handle herself against the more dangerous creatures. At least she thought so anyway.

Henry was perched on her shoulder, and in her hand, was a jar of dried crickets. Or Jar O’ Crickets, as they were so called on the label. Not live ones, just in case she had the misfortune to run into Kate with them in her possession. Plus, dried ones were less likely to re-enact their own cricket version of The Great Escape.

Emily headed straight to the lizard house and made a b-line for the Mokes. Ems thought it might be nice for Henry to meet some fellow lizards.

The Mokes were currently at full size. Ems gazed into the large tank and smiled. They were very cute indeed. She held Henry up to the glass so he could get a better view. He stared vacantly into the tank for a few moments before hissing, like he did when he was happy, and flicking his tongue. Emily chuckled at his behaviour. It took her a few moments to realise that the poor beast was not looking at the Mokes, but at his own reflection! Emily giggled “What are you Henry. A lizard or a budgie?” ….Mummy ish gonna have to get you a mirror now ishn’t she.” She said in a baby voice and tickled his chin. She plopped him down on the ground knowing it was safe to do so in here as he never strayed too far from ‘his mummy.’

She opened the lid of the tank. “Hello you 'orrible lot.” She whispered gently to the Mokes. “I brought you a treat. Henry’s favourite… Crickets!” The lizards all looked at her with glazed expressions, much like the way Henry did. She put her hand in and stroked one of them, which then proceeded to shrink in size. Emily chuckled to herself. “Sorry mista… or is it misus?” She opened the Jar O’ Crickets, examined the contents before sprinkling some of them into the tank. The little creatures went crazy trying to get at them. “There we go.” She said softly as she closed the tank again securely. She stayed and watched them with fascination for a while, before picking up Henry and having a wander around the rest of the park to see if there were any other animals she could introduce him to.

After feeding and cleaning some of the crups, Lily dicided to see the fire crabs. She loved the fire crabs and crups the most, but Hippogriffs and Ashwinders and some other creatures were OK. She wasn't a big animal lover, but she still liked some of them. After looking and feeding some other animals, she left the magical creature park. This was her first time in the park, since she didn't visit it in her first year. She decided to come here more often.

Fabian strolled through the gates of Park 61 wearing a gray long sleeved cotton shirt with matching Pants. He was also wearing his fluorescent-yellow-knee high-waterproof boots, swinging an ice-bucket in one hand and a pair of dragon hive gloves in the other.

"Greetings Children!" he greeted loudly to the ones he passed, "keep doing your.. thing! holler if you need help!".

He peered around Park 61 first, then headed towards the Ashwinder section, a dark rocky secluded area of the park to search for that Ashwinder to be in egg laying status.

Gwen entered the park again with Prof. Clark's dragon-hide gloves. She went over to the ashwinder pen, heeding the Professor's instructions to just observe for the time being. She wondered if she'd be able to perform the Freezing Charm needed for the eggs to be collected.

Emily was still strolling around the park showing Henry all the weird and wonderful magical creatures. “Next year, I can show you the more dangerous ones.” She whispered to him. She waved at the professor as he greeted the students. “Nice boots, sir.” She grinned.

Emily was nearing the Ashwinder pen and spotted a Gryffindor girl of about the same age as her. She was determined to make a few more acquaintances, and hopefully friends, from the red house this year, so approached the girl.

“Fascinating, aren’t they?” She said. “You, know, I’m surprised they’re only classed as XXX. The eggs can be very dangerous, can’t they?” Emily noticed that the girl was wearing dragon-hide gloves. “Whatcha up to?” She asked with interest.

Gwen noticed the Slytherin girl speaking to her. "I'm just waiting for it to lay its eggs," Gwen said. "Professor Clark asked me to keep an eye on it until he comes to get the eggs."

"Well, XXX is only one step away from a more dangerous animal," she said. "The ashwinder itself isn't very dangerous and you'll be okay if you can do the Freezing Charm. I'm Gwen, by the way."

After he fed the crups Jack started to clean a few of the crups.

“Lets hope they don't decide to hatch before he collects them." Emily chuckled. “Do you know much about them? Is there some kind of warning before they decide to hatch, or will we know when we’re suddenly engulfed in flames?” Emily joked but took a step back from the pen.

“Hi Gwen. I’m Emily. Nice to meet you.” Ems then held up Henry the Lizard for Gwen to see. “And this overweight chappy is Henry.” She gave the girl a warm smile and let Henry scramble back up onto to her shoulder.

Dan felt he had sufficiently cleaned out and fed the Diricawls, and made his way over to another creature. On his way he walked past Ems who was talking to a Gryffindor, and she appeared to be tending to Ashwinders , odd " I thought you were scared of snakes Ems " Dan said as he glanced down at the Ashwinder, he would say hello to the little chap but not when there was someone around who he didnt know. " My Cousins house got burned down by an Ashwinder Egg ... shame really " Dan said thoughtfully.

Emily grinned at Dan. “Sychev! What you been up to?” She asked. She chuckled a little when he mentioned her phobia of snakes. “I’m fine when they’re in an enclosure. There’s no threat then.” She explained to him. “Spells that summon them to attack me, on the other hand.” Emily shrugged. Dan knew the deal.

“Oh, er, Dan this is Gwen, Gwen, Dan.” She introduced the two. “Dan's rather fond of snakes.” She told Gwen. She giggled at Dan’s story about his cousins house being burned down. “Not a good idea to keep one in your home. Although the eggs are quite valuable, I think.”

Gwen laughed. "I don't think you need to back away from the pen," she said. "I dunno if there's any warnings about when they hatch...although they do set buildings on fire...." She trailed off. "But we'll be alright, since we're outside and all. They die when they lay their eggs anyway."

"What sort of lizard is he?

Dan smiled slightly At Ems " oh you know , quidditch trials here , Astronomy homework there " Dan said with a glance down to the Ashwinder " yeah , there eggs can be used for potion making" Why couldnt Dan have the knowledge about other things as well as Quidditch and the odd magical creature.

Dan looked up from the Ashwinder to the Gryffindor girl and smiled , thinking on it he didnt know many Gryffindors, only Sera infact " Hi Gwen "

Emily smiled as the girl reassured her but stayed fixed to the spot where she was. “Poor dears.” She said and looked at the Ashwinder sypathetically. “Seems such a waste.” She said sadly.

“Henry is a iguana. ...I think.” Emily said. She absolutely sure, but he resembled one, apart from his beautiful tribal markings and red coloured skin. She stoked his head and he flicked his tongue. "I got him in the Magical Menagerie last year."

Emily grinned at Dan and elbowed him playfully. “I know that, silly. I meant, what have you been doing HERE? In the Magical Creatures Park?”

Dan continued to watch the Ashwinder with a half smile on his face, he looked up as Ems elbowed him " Oh , feeding and cleaning Diricawls " he laughed slightly " Nobody pays them any attention cause there ..... well boring " Dan glanced over to the birds , and they were eating the food Dan had left them contently.
