Ian walked around the room looking at the students dance.He wondered if any of the Professors would, that'd be an interesting sight.It felt a little weird to be around all those teenagers wearing formal outfits.Some of them actually did look like 50's clothes.The whole thing seemed rather funny to him. |
Becky walked into the Entrance Hall. She stood looking around at everything. She walked over sitting down on an empty bench thinking of everything that had happened that term, most of it not being very happy thoughts. Resting her elbows on her knees, she held her head in her hands, glad that the term was finally over. |
Ellie walked down the stairs and walked to the Entrance Hall. she open the door a little and with a smile observed everyone inside the party. With a sigh she started thinking of everything that happened last term. She didn't want the term to end.. she didn't want to go home and the most of all, she didn't want to see her sister around, that would ruin her good mood. She crossed her finghers hoping she wouldn't see her sister till the train, then she continued to observe everyone in side the party. |
Chikie's nose was tingling, which was never a good sign. Everytime her nose tingled her annoying little half sister was sure to pop up. I still can't believe they let her come after that stunt this summer Looking around to see who else was there in the entrance hall, but she didn't see a single face she recognized. Most of her friends seemed to be avoiding her and she could probably guess why. |
Maya walked in. This time, she was in a pink, wavy wig, a Marilyn Monroe Dress and matching shoes. She had a small tiara in her hair that was real silver and was extremely glittery. Her necklace was concealed by a mink petticoat and she had a small, tinkery bracelet on her wrist. She had crystal chandelier earrings in her ears, and was trying to avoid her half-sister, who was obviously looking for her. Her necklace was tingling, and something told her that Chiki was in the midst of the crowd. |
Chikie rolled her eyes as her glare landed on a little girl in a pink wig. She knew it had to be Maya for she only knew one person who would wear that outfit with those earrings and pair it off with a tiara. I could go on and pretend i didn't see her, or i could do what dad said and make nice. Chikie tilted her head to the side as she contemplated the idea. Finally the chance to actually talk to someone she knows was too good to pass up. "Oh Maya!" Chikie said as she waved and made her way over to the girl in the pink wig. "Did you really think you could avoid me wearing that?" Chikie pulled off the wig and let it fall to the ground. |
Maya very nearly screamed as Chiki came and yanked her wig off. Her black hair came cascading down her back, and her tiara made a clinking noise as it fell to the ground. Instead, she scurried to pick her tiara up and the wig. She hastily pulled out her wand and tapped the wig away. She fixed the tiara in her black hair and pulled out a mirror to check it. She tweaked it twice and shut the compact away in her clutch bag. " What is it now? " Maya snapped, her heels feeling weirder than ever. They were six inches and cream-white now, and something about it was annoying her... Or maybe that was just her sister. |
Drama had never been an interest for Alanna, so she found a space to sit next to a pillar in the entrance hall. It was much quieter, with whispers of students and a muted thump of music. All in all, it had been a great year. Alanna knew she would miss Hogwarts. |
Chikie looked down at the shoes her sister was wearing. They looked oddly like the pair that had disappeared from her closest over the break. In fact, unless chikie was mistaken, which was highly unlikely, they were the her shoes. "MAYA ELLEWOOD IKEDON!" she couldn't help but scream, outraged by this new development. "Where did you get those shoes" her voice was bearly audible over the echo from her outburst, but her icy glare said it all for her. |
Jake walked into the hall hoping to meet new people. Quote:

Walking out to the Entrance hall and pulled of the engagement ring"Lilly I've been thinking.I don't love Jake the way I thought I did.I need your help,"she said wrapping the ring in a tissue"I don't know how to tell him."She had a look of worrie on her face and hope that she could find the one she did love. |
Jayden strutted back to the Sock Hop, but this time in his regualr clothes. He sported some muggle clothes because robes werent on his idea of fun. He had on a white t with a white and baby blue jacket. Of course blue jeans. His blue and white converses matched perfectly with the jacket. He had gotten out all the gunk that he had his hair pulled back with yesterday. Now in laid messy on the topof his head. Just the way he liked it. He leaned against the wall of the Entrance Hall. |
Becky walked down to the entrance hall. She had everything packed and ready to go in her commona room. She looked around nowing it would be the last time she would see it until next term. Jayden was leaning against a wall by himself so Becky walked over to him. "hey, want some company, you look lonely." |
Jayden smiled. "YEa. Come on sis." he said patting the wall beside him. He propped a leg on the wall. "Last day." he said looking at the ground. HE wasnt worried about the last day but he was more worried about the court trail. "You think... you think.." he couldnt ask. He didnt want to bring bad memories up on the last day. |
"yup last day." Becky said walking over and leaned against the wall beside him. "yes I do think. It's quite an amazing process really." She smiled then looked down at her feet. "Do I think what?" She looked back up at him and tilted her head "finish your thought." |
"Do you think that we will see each other ever again? You know, I may not be coming back. We cant be sure. I would hate to loose such a great friend." he said looking down remembering all the memories him and Becky had had. |

Becky looked down at the ground. It hurt even more to hear him say it out loud. thinking it was one thing, but to actually hear it made it more painful. She could feel tears forming so she continued to stare at the ground, her hair falling around her face so that he couldn't see. "I umm I really hope to umm...to see you again." The tears ran down her face. She didn't want to think about the fact that she really might not see him anymore. "Jayden. I'm going to miss you so much you have no idea."she said into beteen sobs and turned and gave him a hug. "you're like my best friend at this school. I don't want you to leave, I'll kidnap you so you can't leave." |
Jayden hugged her tighht. He smoothed the back of her hair. Tears stung his eyes but he fought them back. He hated crying. It showed weakness and he was one that thought of himself as not weak. "I hope we do too." he knew there was nothing he could say to make her feel better. They had to face reality. |
Becky sobbed into his shoulder. "I lied I take it back I dont want term to end. Term ending means you leaving." She lifted her head and looked at him trying to smile "we still have to go ice skating. I promised that I'd go ice skating with you. And you haven't gotten to beat up Ryan yet. And you'll miss the random guys coming up to me and giving me roses. And I'll miss you falling on me. And those goofy looks you always get. And I only have one year left before I'll have to leave." She wiped away tears which was useless because they just kept coming. "I'm gonna miss having a little bro around." |

Kayla walked into the Entrance Hall and sat on a bench and put her feet up and rested her back against the wall. She couldn't believe that term was finished and that they were going home. She still had alot of things to get done before she left. |
Ellie closed the door, with a half-smile. She didn't want to get into the party.. not now. she turned around and say Kayla seating on a bench. "Hello Winters." she said calmly as she touched her back on the wall. |
"Hey Bluebell, what's up" Kayla said politely. Maybe the two of them could be nice to each other. |
"The ceiling.." Ellie said looking up with a grin then she turned to Kayla "Nothing special... you?" |
Kayla laughed at Ellie's comment, any other time it might have irritated her but not tonight. "I'm looking forward to going home, how about you?" she asked. |
Ellie winked when she saw Kayla laughing. "Okay.. she just lost her mind". "I don't want to go home.." she said as she raised an eyebrow "You look very happy Winters.." |
"Yes I am Bluebell, I'm going home to see my family which I am really looking forward to. And personally I think I could do with the break, I might actually calm down a little" Kayla chuckled. "How come you don't want to go home?" she asked and then thought maybe that was a bit too personal to be asking. |
"Family things, and I don't want to see my sister everyday when I wake up." Ellie wouldn't tell Kayla the other reasons, they weren't friends, and Ellie didn't know if she wanted Kaylas friendship. Ellie crossed her arms and sighed "Besides .. I won't be able to do magic." |
Kayla raised her eyebrows slightly. "You know family is the most important thing in the world, they are your flesh and blood. Maybe you should just try and get on with your sister, you never know you could end up best friends" Kayla knew she was butting in where she shouldn't but she couldn't help it. Her dad was going to die from this illness he had and she was going to lose him forever, people shouldn't take their family for granted because they were not always going to be there. |
"All I miss is my dad."Ellie sighed "You don't know anything.. Its harder than you think." she wouldn't tell her. Ellie wanted to stay in Hogwarts.. she didn't want to see her mother and know that she would have to ask her questions that she didn't know if her mother would answer. Ellie took a deep breath and tied her hair back. "My sister can be my friend.. but she will never know me." She looked at Kayla "Maybe your right in something, family IS the most important thing in the world.. but they don't need to be from your blood or flesh. Family are the people who help you, hug you on the hard moments and tell you never to give up. Are those who will never let you go and leave you alone, those who will take you in there houses and give you love but tell you when your acting wrong." Ellie stopped talking with a smirk, Hogwarts was her home, she had never felt so good in any other place. |
"Yeah you're right they don't have to be flesh and blood to be family" Kayla sighed. "It's your life Ellie and I'm not going to pry into it." Kayla let out a laugh. "Look at us, who would have thought we could be so nice to each other." |
Ellie smiled "Term is ending Kayla Winters... I want to be nice to people. Maybe I'm happy because I wont see you around for sometime." |
Kayla laughed even harder. "The feeling is mutual Bluebell, the feeling is mutual" she repeated. Nothing was going to spoil her last day here and besides she actually enjoyed this banter they had going. Kayla knew that her and Ellie were never going to good friends but then again who knew what the future would bring. |

Ellie looked at Kayla and said a little surprised. "Well, your parents have a nice story..Oh what do your parents say to people when they ask for you? I mean.. do people know that your a witch?" Ellie crossed her legs and added "My mother is a witch and my dad is a muggle." |
"They have no problems in telling people that I'm a witch especially dad he thinks it's great. He said he would have been really disappointed if I turned out to be pure muggle like him" Kayla laughed. "What about you? Does your family tell people that you're a witch?" |
Ellie turned surprised when Kayla said that their parents told people she was a witch. "No, just close people from us know that me, my sister and my mother are witches. My parents tell our neighbours and other people that me and my sister are living with my uncle." She made a short break and then added looking at Kayla "Muggles would think that my parents were crazy if they told them that magic exists!" |
Kayla giggled. "Woops sorry I misunderstood your question. I'm not exactly with it today" she said staring at her hands and thinking about a certain person she really needed to talk to. "What I meant was they don't have a problem telling other witches and wizards that I'm a witch but no they don't tell muggles what I am. I went to a muggle school before coming here and now they just think I attend boarding school overseas. Explains the long absences ffrom home" Kayla told Ellie. |
Ellie raised an eyebrow "I'm not exactly with it today" yeah, right!" "Listen Kayla, I don't know you very well, and we aren't friends.. but for Merlins sake what is wrong with you?! You look .. I don't know! Worried but at the same time exited." Ellie had to ask, she wasn't Kaylas friend and she didn't want to change that, but the girl was especial weird that day. |
Kayla looked up at Ellie startled that she had let her emotions show so easily. "Hey it's nothing for you to worry about Bluebell, we're not friends so I'm not going to bore you with the details" Kayla said as nicely as she could but she knew she was being rude. "Let's just say that there is something I need to do before we go on break and I'm a little nervous about it, okay." That's all she was going to say on the matter she crossed her arms over her chest. |
Ellie frowned to Kayla "I'm not worried about you ,Winters... I was just asking! Pure curiosity." she said with a half-smile Ellie couldn't help a little laugh, she wasn't making fun of Kayla, it was just a simple laugh. "You... nervous? Oh it must be a guy.." |
"Yeah well curiosity killed the cat" she muttered under her breath. Keep a cool head Winter's this is last day of term don't go spoiling it now. "Who said anything about boys" Kayla retorted. She wasn't about to tell Ellie about her crush. |
Ellie smiled and said peacefully " Well, then Merlin that I'm not a cat!" "It isn't necessary to say it..You know..usually girls like you , just change and start acting like your acting when they have a crush." Ellie said, she didn't want to begin a fight, but those things just got out of her mouth. "Maybe we aren't so different like that.. just I don't have a crush.. Oh shut up Bluebell!" |
Kayla bumped her head gently against the wall a couple of times. "For Merlin's sake am I really that transparent?" she asked horrified. |
Ellie looked at Kayla surprised as she raised her eyebrows and observed the girl bumping her head on the wall. "Wooww.. you got to be kidding me! I was just kidding and... Merlin!" Ellie gulped and then said with a half-smile "Agr.. Winters.. just calm down.. you are not transparent.. you just got the wrong person.. I usually have eye to this things.." |
"Great" Kayla muttered. "Trust me to pick the person who's all seeing to talk to" she said dryly. "Yes I have a crush on someone" she added sighing. One good thing about it Ellie didn't know who it was and she definitely was not going to tell her. |

Ellie smirked "Yeah.. I actually have a heart. You seem a little surprised with that...why? You have a heart right?"Ellie knew that was a stupid question, obviously that Kayla had a heart. |

Becky shook her head looking at him. "I would hope that you would miss me. I did save your life after all. That should count for something." she tilted her head slightly and smiled. "I have no doubts in my mind that you would miss me. It's just nice to hear someone say it." |
Jayden pulled her close and wrapped her in a hug. "Sis, Ill miss you. Probably more than alot of people." he said smiling. |
Becky returned the hug laying her head on his shoulder. "You better miss me more than most people. I would be very sad if you didn't. well...sadder, since I'm already sad. Actually, I'm pretty sure that I can't be any sadder" she smiled at him and shrugged. |
Jayden smiled and released her. "Ok so lets get out of this mopey attitude and have some fun shall we?" he asked smiling. he didnt feel like talking about leaving. |
"souds good to me...what did you have in mind?" Becky looked at him smirking. He probably had something evil in mind that she would object to but she ould end up doing it anyway. |
Jayden tapped his chin.. "Hmmmm..." he thought. He looked around the dance floor. He looked up above them. A disco ball was held high above. It was hanging over the barristers. He eyed it. "Um.... I got a sort of plan but lets hear yours first." eh said still eyeing the barrister. |
Becky followed his gaze and looked a bit confused. "unfortunately I dont have an idea, so I umm suppose we shall have to go with your idea." she smiled "i probably won't like it but hey its the last day. might as wellgo out with a bang." |
"Exactly." he said "COme on." he said leadin his way up to the barrister. Once there he looked over the crowd. He smiled. "Have any Weasley Wizards toys?" he asked. He was looking for the firecrackers that they sold. They would make a big bang. |

Jayden smiled. "You can dance but I wanna go out with a bang. Remember I might not be here next year and I want everyone to remember me" he got out his wand. He pointed toward the way his dorms would be. "Accio fireworks." he said. He heard a zoom and looked to see a box heading toward him. He smirked. He caught them in mid-air. "ready?' he asked Becky who hadnt moved. ooc: yea I got work tonite but wont be back on because I got to go to school tomrow |

"Good for you" Chikie said in her saracastic tone, the one she knew would irritate Maya the most. "Then if you could just give me back my shoes I'll be on my way, and let you get along with your little summer fun." Chikie waited for Maya to take off the shoes, and if she didn't then chikie would just have to take them by force. She really hoped it would come to force, any chance to hurt Maya was a chance she relished |

For Tina: Forever stubborn and relentless. Theseus walked stealthily from the dance floor and into the entrance hall. His patience for people had greatly diminished since his arrival nearly two hours ago and his former eagerness to be in the presence of others dissolved into nothingness. After taking a few steps into the hall he swiftly put upon him his black suede jacket and looked about him. He noticed that the overall atmosphere suited his moment of need quite well and decided with confidence that there would be no interruption if he were to sit against a wall. 'The warmth of the dance floor is gone now,' he thought to himself as he clung tighter to his jacket and stared at the wall opposite of where he now sat. |

With her purse dangling from a finger, a few old snapshots shoved under her other arm, and her camera ready for action in her other hand, Rosalie clumsingly made an entrance in the Hall. Laughing nervously as a few students turned toward her, she mouthed a 'sorry' and continued inside. Standing tall, she took a step back to gawk at the magnificent decorations that were up. "The beauty of magic..." she whispered to herself lightly in astonishment. Grinning, she instantly began snapping random pictures of everything in sight. Her eyes began to roam about the room and fell upon a dark figure in a faroff corner. "There's something wrong with that picture," she told herself quietly and walked over.
