Taika Ai entered the library and quickly headed to a far corner.
Her bag was rather heavy at the moment and she just wanted to hurry and sit down, open a book, do some homework... whatever.
She took a seat in a corner, pulling the latest book she'd found in the Hogwarts library out of her bag. The cover was faded and looked as though it were only being kept toghether by magic, which it probably was.
She opened the heavy book and looked down at the illustration. It depicted a beautiful mermaid, whose large sea-blue eyes sparkled as she moved, her long auburn hair floating on the page. Taika Ai smiled and then flipped to the place she'd left off. |
