"Thestrals are amazing creatures, aren't they?" she looked up from the book at Cora "Can you see them, Cora?" she questioned in a very dreamy voice, her Irish accent pouring into her voice. Making her tone of voice that much more dreamily.

She froze and her eyes reddened. "Yes. I can see them." She had seen countless people die. Her brother, Ryan, had murdered her father right before her eyes. Her Uncle Randolf had totured and then killed cousin Clara...yes. She could see them. "Can you?"

Eliza looked up at Cora and sighed sadly "Yes. Ever since I was Three." she frowned. Her parents had killed her friend when she was three. Only because the girl was a muggle and because Eliza had told the girl about Magic. And then there was Glin. She looked at her hands for a moment and blinked slightly. It still hadn't sunk in how Glin had died, though she knew she'd never understand. Biting her lip, she looked at Cora. "I've been thinking of getting one and keeping it as a pet. I already have 7 bats, two cats, four nifflers, three owls, 5 dogs and a toad. I think I can deal with a Thestral." she didn't realise how silly that must of sounded. But oh-well.

Eliza jumped as Bakura came in and sat down between them. "Oh--Hello Bakura." she smiled happily at him. Well, a smile that meant slightly more than happiness. "Thats good." she said as he said he was feeling better. As he leaned over to try and read the book, she jumped up and literally leapt over to the chair Bakura sat on and reached the book in Cora's hands. Wrenching it from Cora's hands and snapping it shut, she flung it as far as she could so Bakura could not read it. As she went to stand up, she found that she was sitting upon the chair. Sitting upon who was sat in the chair. Moving so she could look up at Bakura, she smiled weakly. "Erm---Hey."

This was the first time he was coming her and noticed that it had pretty much the same amount of books than his previous school but just the way they arrange everything was given a little something nice.
