In the tallest room of the North Tower, lies the office of the Divination professor. Up the winding staircase and through the trap-door, Professor Natasha Blaylock sits waiting. The trap-door to Professor Natasha Blaylock's office is open and as you peek inside to see if she is available, you catch sight of several piles of books lying all over the room. A smoky crystal ball sits on a pedestal in the corner and her desk is littered with tarot cards from a previous reading.

A woman of shorter than average height and a pile of messy auburn hair sits behind the messy desk. She's muttering to herself as she makes notations on a scrap of parchment. A pot of tea sits on the desk beside her, but she ignores it, just as she doesnt notice you standing in the doorway.

OOC Warning : Do not spam my office, please and be patient. I may not be able to reply to your posts immediately, but do not post your character walking off just because Professor Blaylock has not replied.

"I'm afraid I can't tell you that, dear...I will be holding an extra class in the next few days. It's for students who feel they need to revise before the exams, and also for those who'd just like a little extra study. You should come by, if you're interested." She said, thinking of how she'd baited Bucky to get her crystal ball back earlier.

"I understand, and I think I will be coming to that class." Ariana replied, nodding slightly. She looked at her watch and gave a start. "I just realized I have some homework to do and I really should finish it." she looked at the professor and smiled. "Thank you for listening, you've given me a lot to think about." she said as she stood up and picked up her bag before heading towards the ladder.

Natasha smiled and waved the students off, "No problem, come by whenever you need to talk." She was struck with a sense of de ja vu and chuckled to herself as she left her office, locking up behind her.

Silos blinked, snapping out of his reverie. He looked up at Professor Blaylock, and realized that she was waving them out of her office. He stood up and set the cup down on the table and followed Ariana and Professor Blaylock out of the office.

Leo walked through the halls as his bag was on his shoulder. He had something for Professor Blaylock and he wanted to give it to her in person. Unlike Professor Erikson.

He walked further until he had reached the Professors door. Taking a deep breath, he knocked. Now all he had to do is wait.

Natasha huffed as she reached the top of the stairs, leaning on the wall as she caught her breath. "Oh those stairs will be the dea- Leo!" She pushed off the wall, blushing a bright red as she realized that she wasn't alone.

"Well, well, hmmmm..." she waved her hand and the trapdoor opened, at the same time a silver stepladder came down. "Come on up then." she said, patting his elbow as she climbed up the stairs ahead of him.

Leo climbed the stairs and made it to her office. "So Natasha. How are you?"

"Professor Blaylock." She corrected, tapping his shoulder with her wand. "I'm just fine, dearling, despite climbing up those stairs..." She busied herself with brewing a pot of tea for them. "And you, Leo? I heard about your recent...err...mishap." She said, referring to the grass hair and ... stuff.

Leo chuckled. "Okay Professor" he smiled. "You shouldn't go down everytime everyone knocks you know? Couldn't you just use your wand? Doesn't need the same energy. Just a flick" he smiled again watching her brewing some tea for them. Even though he didn't like tea, he couldn't tell her that he didn't want some. It would devastate her. He thinks.

Mishap? OH. Now he got it. "So you have. I wonder who told you about it."

Natasha eyed the boy. Was he alright in the head? Did he have a fever? Needed glasses, perhaps? "I was coming UP the stairs, Leo...I was at the hospital wing, another thingy or other." she waved off. "I was actually at the orchard that day you got ambushed, rather, I was there afterwards, and had a little mishap of my own. I trust you're alright now?"

She poured them both a cup of tea, pushing one towards him, watching him expectantly as if to say 'yes boy, drink up, it's good for you!'.

Leo slightly shook his head. Oh yeah. She came up after he made it to her door. "Sorry Professor. Lost my mind a second ago" he chuckled. But his eyes slightly widened at the mention of Hospital Wing. "Why did you go there?! Are you okay Nat?! I mean Professor!" he asked quickly looking at her. Leo ignored her question about if he was alright or not. Was she alright?

Natasha spilled a bit of her tea as she jumped back from Leo's frantic questioning. She pointed her wand at her robes, cleaning herself up as she eyed him. What on earth was the matter with him?

"I'm fine, it wasn't me who needed the nurse. Kennedy, you know her, the Ravenclaw, well, turns out her appendicitis burst during my last lesson..." she shook her head, worried for the bright child.

He sighed with relief. So it wasn't her, that was good thing. A very very good thing. "Oh yeah. Poor thing" he frowned.

Deciding to give Natasha her gift. Leo put his bag on the chair and opened it "Oh hey, Professor. I got you something" And with that, he pulled a small box. Leo put it on her table and beamed. "Hope you just like it" he said as he opened the box and turned it her way.

Inside the box was a bracelet. And on it were charms. An orb, a blue car, some tarot cards, a heart and a small little charm that had Italy on it. He looked at her with his blue eyes hoping she would like it. "It's also a mood bracelet"

Natasha's eyes widened as she took in the intricate design of the charms and the bracelet itself. Her eyes filled with tears (they seemed to be coming easily to her lately) and she shook her head, "Oh, Leo, this is, it's beautiful! And so sweet, but why? A-and, I don't think it would be proper of me to accept something like this from you...but it's soooo beautiful."

She reached out, fingering the charm of a car...Odd. What was a car doing on a charm bracelet meant for her?

When he saw her eyes filled with tears, he felt like he was in trouble. Was she going to cry? Leo wished she wouldn't. He didn't know how to handle woman when they cried. When she had asked him why. He couldn't help but smile. "I honestly don't know. Maybe Christmas came early for me.And besides, I care about you Professor. " he then closed his bag and looked back at her "Another thing. How many times do you get students who spoil you with a gift?" he laughed.

Natasha smiled at him, blinking back tears, "Are you sure this has nothing to do with the fact that you're almost failing Divination?" She sniffed, "Cos I don't accept bribery...even when it comes wrapped in such a beautiful package." She grinned, walked over to him and gave him a hug, squeezing tight, "You're a peach, Leo Moretti. Thank you, dearling."

Leo blushed. Why would she assume he'd give her the bracelet for that? He never did anything THAT way. Running his hand through his hair he slightly coughed. "I would never do that Professor" he said. Leo blushed even more when she gave him a hug. "N--No pro-problem Professor" he shyly stuttered.

She couldn't help it, he was too cute. Natasha reached up (way up) and pinched his cheeks, "Aren't you just the cutest thing?" she managed to refrain from cooing, so it came out in her normal voice.

"I know you wouldn't, Leo, I was merely teasing. But I am truly honoured you thought of me at all. Thank you, dear boy." she said, peeking into the box at the bracelet.

Okay. Now he was feeling like he was 10 again. She was pinching his cheeks. If she wasn't his Professor he would bite her hand. "Umm. Thanks" he said not sure if he should say it or not.

Teasing? Well that wasn't nice. To him of course. "Oh. Haha. I'm just glad you like it Professor"

Wanting to change the subject, he ruffled his hair. "So, how are you and Professor Erikson?"

Natasha coughed for about five minutes after his question. Was her relationship with Armand public news now? She took a few gulping breaths of air and eyed the boy. "We're fine. Perfectly healthy, I'm sure."

And engaged to be married!

She smiled at the secret. Well, it was a sorta secret.

"Hmmm, how are your studies coming along, Leo? Are you coping with everything well?" she asked, changing the subject.

Leos eyes widened as she cooughed. He was about to hit her back for her to get some air, but when she talked, he changed his mind.

"That's good to know Professor. I'm just happy you're happy. Same goes for Professor Erikson" he shrugged."I'm happy for all of you"

Leo looked at her in the eyes when she asked him about his studies. "I'm doing okay. I don't really see it a big deal anyway, as soon as I finish off with Hogwarts I'm going back home" he sighed. "Yeah, everything is swell"

Natasha rose from her chair and went to sit beside the boy, "Come now, Leo, a great Muggle man once said: education is the best provision for old age." She patted his arm consolingly, "My dear, you cannot survive without a rounded education. Your mind," she held a gentle finger to his forehead, "will be the thing to save you..."

Her words made him wonder. But he wouldn't use magic when he'd leave. He opened his mouth to reply to the older woman, but he closed it. He didn't know what to say. Sighing he baried his face in his hands. "Thanks for the heads up Professor" he muttered.

Natasha rubs his shoulder to comfort him, "My dear boy, life...does not have to be so difficult. You should not go into it expecting the worst." She was quite angered now, not at Leo but at the circumstance he was caught in. It wasn't fair for someone so young to be burdened in such a way.

He felt calmer as she rubbed his shoulders, "How can I not avoid the things that are coming my way?" he softly asked, "Even if I can say, oh yeah I don't want this. I don't want to, you know, because a lot of people depend on me to do so" he sighed.
