Vicky walked in with Ryan.She looked at him

"Uh...you're right.I'm so irresponsible..."she shook her head blaming herself and looked over at the proffessor
"She is very busy..."she said looking at all the students who were talking to her.

"Put the cat in a cage"she added when she noticed that all the others were doing the same with the animals

Ryan nodded, "You're right, she probably won't be able to get to us for a while." he opened a cage, and put the small, white, no named cat in. He looked around quickly, found a bag of cat food, filled a bowl and put it in the cage. He scratched the cat behind the ears, and muttered "There you go."

"We should probably leave a note." he said to Vicky, pulling out his wand. He quickly conjoured up some parchment, that read.

The letter itself, was written in neat printing, but the signature was a messy, looping cursive, only barly legible.
Ryan held the note against the wooden cage, and with a poke of his wand produced a nail that held it in place.

Vicky smiled

"It's better now..."she said and looked closely at the white cat.Sorry for leaving you in here...she thought

Jessica nodded and stepped off to the side, as to not get in the way of the Professor or any of the students who were helping out in the hospital.

Ryan nodded, "Yep. I'm heading back to the lake now, you can join me if you'd like." he said, heading back to his tree.

Athena landed back with Caramel, walking her around a bit to cool her down. Soon, she dismounted and began walking her around more, seeing that she was still warm. After awhile, Athena judged that Caramel had been cooled down enough and began leading her into the Hospital.

Once again, they avoided the many students that had arrived, and Athena smiled at a few first years that stared. Caramel bobbed her head up and down, happy from the run. Athena smiled and patted her on the neck, praising her for a good job. Soon, they reached the pen, and Athena led her into it. She then untacked Caramel quickly, then let her go join the other mares that were in the pen. Smiling to herself, Athena let herself out and stored the tack away neatly, putting the pad out to dry.

Looking around, Athen saw tht many animals had already been taken care of, so she walked toward Silmaril's pen. The unicorn looked up and quickly limped over, although her limp wasn't as bad as last year. Silmaril put her head over the fence and greeted Athena warmly. "Hey girl!" Athena crooned softly, stroking the unicorn's face. Silmaril nickered and Athena smiled. "I missed you too, girl!" she said. Putting her hand in her pocket, Athena pulled a small treat that she had gotten earlier. "There you go!" Athena said, feeding the unicorn the treat. She quickly took it from Athena's hand and bobbed her head up and down in thanks as she ate it.

Promising that she would visit later, Athena walked back to the Professor to see if anything else needed to be taken care of.

Sabrina walked in looking around the hospital. Wow she thought Look at all the animals. As she walked further in, she saw a boy and girl placing a white kitten in a cage and nailing a note in place.

She walked toward the cage, glanced at the note, and bent down to look at the animal. "Oh" she let out a small cry. "What a beautiful animal." she murmured, taking in its electric blue eyes and smooth, silky fur.

She straightened up and looked around for the professor. She saw her surrounded by a group of people and waited for her turn.

When she turned toward her. she said smiling "Hello, Professor, my name is Sabrina and I'm interested in adopting that small kitten over there. A couple of fellow students left a note saying it was found abandoned in the halls and I was thinking about adopting it because I have no pet."

Meghan walked around the hospital looking around. She saw alot of people playing with animals and walked over to a cage that no one was at. She saw something that looked like a cat and checked the card. It said it was part kneazle..."Hmmm...I wonder what a kneazle is..." Meghan muttered to herself. The card said it was safe and she opened the cage door. The cat tried to get past her out the oped door but Meghan scooped him up before he could escape. "Hello you pretty thing.." She set him on the ground and started to play with him.

Jessica walked towards her favourite place.

"Hi Professor," she said to Professor Dainsie. "I'm so glad to be back. The vacations felt like ages." She walked up to Caramel who was standing alone and petted him. He nuzzled her hair and she laughed. She mounted on Caramel and he began to canter. Finally, she dismounted, her shiny red hair a perfect mess. Petting him once more, Jessica went over to the Snidget. It was a great friend of hers, no one could deny. After feeding him, she wandered around a bit.

Anna loooked around for the professor and spotted her chatting with a fellow student."Excuse me professor,but I'm new around here and I was wondering if you have any animals that need a home.I'm open for anything."She smiled warmly."Or I could look after an animal or two if you're busy."

David wakled over to Professor Dainsie. ''Eeer, Professor, I seem to have developed a friendship with one of the Hippogriffs, so I was just wondering if I could ride him?''

Anna hopped of the fence and walked towards the unicorn.The mare jerked up her head quickly and snorted,her ears swiveling.Anna had heard her name was Silmaril and the mare seemed cautious.Slowly,she pulled out a treat from her pocket and held it towards Silmaril,her hand shaking slightly.

Silmaril snorted again quietly and took a few steps towards Anna,wuffling up the treat.Anna smiled,stroking the mare's neck as she admired her large gold horn.She had finally made a friend.

Giggling slightly Heshasa nodded and hurried off to find another winged horse she could ride.

"What is this baby phoenix's name" asked Emma.

Excuse me, Professor, but I'd like to help out, & my grama says that if I do well in my classes @ mid term, maybe I could adopt something, so what do we have to do to be eligable to adopt a pet? I'd reall ylike to help out though.

Heshasa headed back towards the ground on the back of her chosen winged horse. Patting her neck as she touched down Heshasa recalled the great feeling of flying. Walking her around a bit without dismounting to cool her off Heshasa racked her brain trying to think of a name for her. She knew most of the winged horses did not have names but Heshasa wanted to name this one. Finally she settled on a name, "Liberty". It meant freedom and Heshasa found it suiting. Heshasa leaned forward and whispered in the mares ear,"Do you like the name Liberty?" The mare gave a soft nicker of consent. Smiling Heshasa said,"Then its settled I'll call you Liberty...that is if Professor Dainsie allows me to." "I'll ask her when I get back," she thought to herself

Heshasa dismounted and lead the mare around in a cirlce a few times. After seven times Heshasa took off the mare's saddle and led her around seven more times. Patting her Heshasa hoisted the saddle onto the mare's back for she could not carry it and lead her back to the hospital. Heshasa took off the rest of her tack and brushed her down attempting to cool ehr off a bit more. Once she seemed cooled off enough Heshasa led her into the pasture with the rest of the winged horses. Giving her a treat Heshasa waved goodbye to the mare and went back inside.

Almost automatically Heshasa walked over to Professor Dainsie."Professor is it okay that I name one of the winged horses?"

Andrew walks around and looks for professor Dainsie. Andrew looks around so he can help with the care of the injured animals and to see if he could adopt a pet himself. He looked around but couldn't find the professor to help out but instead just leaves and thinks to himself " I will try again tommorow."

"Oooo... thx professor." Cynthia said.

Cynthia walks around and spots a lil White and red coloured Kneazle. "Hmmm... this lil guy is cute." Cynthia mutters. She picks him up and cuddles him.

I'm sorry, the phoenix can not be adopted.

You can most certainly adopt something, or you could just play with some animals, whichever you wish.

Professor Dainsie collapsed onto a seat exhausted. With her hectic summer and a very busy start to the term, she was starting to get worn out easier than usual.

Jessica walked up to the professor and stood next to her. "Would you like me to get you some water, professor? You look very tired"

Natisia a little upset, run to the prof. Dainsie. "Professor! Professor!" - she was crying not seeing her around. Finally she found her talking to a few students. "Professor! I'm sorry that I dustrub but my cat - Popcorn, I think he's sick." Natisia said pointed the cage she was carrying. "He hasn't eat anythig since yesterday, all the time he's sleeping and look into his eyes.. They're strangly shadowy, don't you think?" asked Natisia pulling out Popcorn from the cage. "Maybe I'm spastic but I think there's somehing wrong with him. He has never behaved like that. I'd be very pleased if you took care of him for few days." said Natisia giving her beloved kitty into prof. Dainsie's arms.

"Thank You sooo much, professor" c00kie exclaimed excitedly. She carried the little kitten in her arms and said, "You're coming home with me!" she squeled. The little kitten let out a little meow of approval.

Athena looked over at Professor Dainsie. "You look exhausted Professor! Anything I can do for you to help?" she asked. BUt then she gave a sheepish smile. "Of course, that's probably the last thing you want to answer right now!" she said with a laugh.

"Anyway, if there's nothing I can do, could I take Silmaril for a walk outside?" she asked, glancing over at the unicorn who was still watching Athena.

Ughh, woodlice wasn't exactly the best of creatures to play around with but if thats what it takes to win house points, then why not?
Diazdi lifted open the cover of the container containing the woodlice and peered inside. Hundreds of tiny creatures were crawling. Not feeling the slightest bit squirmish, after all there were girls around, he picked up a few using tongs and dropped them into the wide mouths of the bowtruckles.

"Ahh that was easy," thought Diazdi, wondering if there was anything else he could help out with.


"Hey prof, I think I'm done with thses bowtruckle-thinggys. Anything else that you'd need help with?" asked Diazdi smiling.
