*Walks out on stage waving to the audience* Hey everyone! I'm GD2204! This just reminds me of that Oprah meme haha! You get a T-shirt! You get a T-shirt! Everyone gets T-shirts! Haha

*laughs* "Yes I guess it could be like that! Sometimes I'm not sure if new members catch my older celebrity references. Anyway, welcome to the show today, we are so happy to have you here. *offers a seat* "Alright GD2204, is that what you'd like us to call you or do you have another name you like to go by?"
*Nods* This place is just full of people from all over of so many ages it really is a hit or miss with jokes *laughs* Thank you for having me! I'm happy to be here! *Takes the offered seat* You can call me GD or Gavin if you like? Whatever is easier *Winks at the presenter playfully*

Well, Gavin, it is very nice to meet you! I am not sure we have officially be introduced even though we have played a few times. I am so excited for us to finally get to know you more! You have been around SS not too long, right? What has been your favorite thing to do so far?
Yes! We've played a few times so it's nice to finally have an official introduction! I think I've been here for just over a year on and off but I'd have to say that my favourite thing is RPing and just meeting like-minded people who enjoy the same things.

I know I'm biased, but it is the best! I'm glad you have stuck with us for that long. So tell me, how did you find SnitchSeeker and what made you want to stick around and play?
I think originally I wanted to find a few more people who loved HP as much as I did and I just sort of stumbled onto the website through that. Once I discovered the RPing area then, I got hooked very quickly and I've been here ever since despite a few interruptions. It's also a great creative output as well! I've always wanted to write a children's book but never really had the confidence to do it so this is kind of a nice middle ground I guess.

I think many of us would read that book if you gave it a go. You already have many RP fans on site that love to play and watch your characters. *points to self for sure* Tell me a little about you before we fully jump into SS and characters. What do you do outside of SS?
Ah why thank you! But I'm sure it would only be for my eyes. I'm not that confident despite some of my charrie's.
Well, I'm from the UK (Wales to be exact) and we have a lot of mountains here so I try to balance my time being indoors and outside. I love mountain biking, climbing and try to do as much traveling as possible too!

Mountains? That sounds lovely, I bet you get a workout biking there. Now I know this might be insider information, but you are a teacher, right? Did you know many SS members are teachers? Do you think teaching helps inspire you for the RP?
Haha well, it certainly helps me keep somewhat fit! That is inside info! But yes I am a teacher. I know of a fair few to be fair. It's always nice to find someone who's going through the same as you and understands the pain of teaching *laughs* I think most of us have been to school as some point so we've all got something to inspire us. You'd think Hogwarts is more dramatic than everyday school life but you'd be surprised.

*laughs* Oh no dear, I work with the most dramatic 8 and 9-year-olds you can find. I get it for sure! Let's talk about that inspiration for a moment, what was the biggest inspiration for your characters you play right now?
Same! It's such a great job but it can be so draining. Every weekend off is needed. My character at the moment is still my first that I started over a year ago! I based a lot of him on my self, to begin with. I really wanted someone who I understood well and could really get to grips with because this was so new to me. But as time went on, he really grew into his own which has just been so much fun. He's a lot more dramatic than me I will say that! I'm a lot more relaxed.

Well, we do love a good dramatic boy character. He is so much fun to stalk. Now you do have an adult character you've recently started, tell us about that one.
I do! I've had her for a while but I always seem to be off-site when the Ministry placements take place and miss it! She's a lovely little thing! Really bubbly and a lot of fun although she's recently arrived in London so doesn't have a lot of friends Although... she was lucky enough to win the Leaky Cauldron's Quidditch World Cup competition so I'm hoping she'll find someone to take

Now that is a way to win the hearts of many characters with World Cup tickets! Speaking of World Cups, do you have an absolute favorite sport?
Well, this might be a little surprising but I love Football! Or should I say American Football because I'm from the UK! It is 100% my favourite sport! I actually managed to go see my team play when I was travelling out there last summer and it was amazing!

That is interesting. You know I am from America so I have to ask, who is your favorite team?
I'm a huge Green Bay Packers fan! I got to see them play in the opening game of the season against Chicago last year and it was amazing! Hopefully, I'll be in Chicago this year for the game this year too!

Chicago is an amazing area, I try to visit at least every few years if not every year. So you said you traveled to America last summer, do you travel often and if so where was your favorite place so far?
I'm trying to travel but having time off as a teacher is hard! I've been to a few places in Europe and a few states in America. San Diego was pretty cool and I enjoyed Austin too! I'm actually going back out there in a few weeks for a while! Which if you've interacted with my main character, you'll see maybe why he's moved to a different country.

*starts to sniffle* Don't say that he is coming back to Hogwarts, he just has to. You have actually been to places I haven't in the States! No one comes near Ohio, we are pretty boring here. Since you've traveled to a few states I have to ask about the food of course. Have you found any interesting things to eat in your travels or do you have some favorites?
*laughs knowingly* He may be back after a time but it's difficult for me to play him and travel. I may just write a diary for him while I'm away of everything he's been up to just to keep him in my mind though! I'll be honest, Ohio isn't on my list of places but I'm sure it was some pretty cool things! Everything is so different from here in the UK! I just loved food in New Orleans but honestly, when you're travelling, you try to save as much money for flights so I didn't get to eat as much as I would have wanted. I do love Milkshakes though which is what I tried everywhere I went!

Oh, milkshakes are the best, my favorite is always ones with Cookie Dough or Oreos! Let's move into books and movies, which do you like more?
I enjoy both. I mean I watch more movies than I read books but I just love it when I find a book I can really sink my teeth into.

Tell us then what are some of your favorite reads?
I tend to read the same things when I do. A book really has to grab my attention for me to pick it up and read it. The most recent book I've read is 'The Hunting Party' by Lucy Foley which was pretty good. I do enjoy reading some of the children's books that I read growing up too so most things by Rick Riordan and Roald Dahl always bring back fond memories.

*starts to write these down* I haven't heard of the Hunting Party, I'll have to look that one up! Now you said you enjoy watching movies, what is your favorite movie?
My go to movie at the moment is Chef with Jon Favreau. Watching it makes me so happy! And the music throughout is just so good. I'd highly recommend it.

That does sound like a good one! *nods* Now since we are with a bunch of Harry Potter fans I have to ask which is your favorite book and which is your favorite movie?
I think I'd have to say Prisoner of Azkaban! I love a good book with a twist and when I originally read it, I did not see the ending coming. As for the movies, I'm not sure. I like them.all for different reasons. I honestly couldn't pick.

Great answer, it's my favorite too. *big smile* Who is the Harry Potter Character you most relate to?
I'd have to say Neville. As someone who wasn't the most confident in my first few years of school, I'd like to think as I've grown, I'm a little more outgoing and myself? Neville is somewhat similar.

Oh I love it! Neville is a great character to be like. So we are close to the end of the interview and we like to do little random questions. Think you are up for that?

I have to be honest, not a lot has made me really laugh today. But... I'd like to give a mention to my dog Annie for just being super cute and helping me when I'm down *melts on the inside*

oooooh, I love pets! What kind of dog?
She's a Jack Russell and she's just the best!
