Oceana was stood near the table still when she saw Madison crunch up holding her stomach she rushed over where someone was there already she went to her other side and asked "are you ok? do you want me to whip you up a chair?"

Madison's brown eyes looked up to the first gentleman that made his way over to where she was sitting in the chair. She kindly took the pillow that he offered and sighed. "Thank you so very much," she spoke softly and gave a nod of her head. It was time. She knew it. She could feel it but it was going to take a while to get there probably.

What was she thinking. Someone could floo her there. Was it okay for a pregnant woman to be floo'd to have a baby because at that exact moment, she had another sharp pain of uncomfortableness. "Bella," she called out then looked to Oceana with a smile. "Will you just...stay here for a bit. Make sure everything is fine?" She didn't want Bella to leave either but she knew that whatever Bella did, Madison would be perfectly fine with.

Criag looked to Bella. "Maybe someone should contact her husband?"

She turned back to Madison and offered his hand. "Please feel free to squeeze it when you're in pain. I can floo you to St. Mungo's in my division, if you think you make it Miss?"

He had never seen a woman go into labor before, so he didn't know exactly what to look for.

Bella sipped a bit of butterbeer and nodded in response to what Laura was saying. "Getting hired just in time to attend the party is certainly luck on your part. We're really excited to see you," Bella replied. She glanced down a the food table, studied it a bit, then picked up a tiny, triangular-shaped sandwich. She popped it into her mouth, then turned back to Laura. "So, Laura, tell me a little about yourself. I'm afraid the party started before I could properly read your information in the filing cabinet."

Bella's eyes flickered across the room, landing on Winter as he walked into the room. She studied him for a moment, noticing the way in which he appeared to have lost quite a bit of sleep lately. Bella remembered those days, even if Anna had been a little baby eighteen good years ago. Nevertheless, she smiled at Winter and motioned for him to come join the group conversing at the food table.

"Oh, Laura!" Bella said, her attention turning back to the woman in front of her. "I'd like for you to meet Walter, one of our other newly hired employees. Walter, this is Laura." She motioned to the woman standing in front of her, indicating to Walter who Laura was. "I also don't think we've had a chance to properly meet, Walter. I'm Bella Geingoth, the Department Head here on level six. It's a pleasure to have you join us here."

Just at the moment, Bella happened to glance over in Madi's direction, and her eyes nearly popped right out of her head in surprise. She rushed over to her friend's side and knelt beside her. "Mads, are you alright? Do you need me to owl Neo?" Bella asked, her face full of concern and worry. Oh, dear, Merlin! Was she going to have her baby now? Bella's eyes flickered from Craig to Oceana to Madison and then to pretty much everyone else standing around. Surely someone knew how to deliver a baby. Gulp.

Darla was having a good day so far, she hadn't seen Bella anywhere and she did her job in her division all the way but... she heard something about a party. A welcoming party actually, and how could she not resist joining a party at all? She didn't wear anything great because the notice was too soon but she did apply extra make-up for... the boys.

The most important reason she joined the Ministry in the first place; to find a man in her life! Ohhh the joys.

Wearing a puuurdy dress that would fit her and high heeled shoes, she walked in haughty strides towards the Breakroom. PARTEH-TIME. Oh tonight, she was going to raise da roof on fi-yah. Opening the door, she looked upwards and made a dramatic entrance.

"Daaaaarla's in the hizzouse!" she announced herself.

Her eyes first went towards Bella. Ew.

And whhhyyy was everyone around that woman instead of partying? She clearly couldn't see the woman's face but ooh, maybe she was a famous person handing out autographs. Power-walking on her high-heels towards the crowd, "Oh miss, I want an auto--," oh well it wasn't a famous person at all.

More like the Apparition Division Head... pregnant... stressful looking. "...Oh my." Step back. Step back.

Angelica stood a little to the left her eyes not leaving Madison for one moment. It was perfectly clear to her that her new division boss was having contractions like many of the other women she had delived. Guess know she needed to take action. Angelica took a long breath and then looked into Madison's eyes "Do you feel a contraction coming on?"

Angelica looked over at Craig saying "Flooing her to St Mungos won't get her there fast enough. I'm quite sure that Madison is having her baby right now in the breakroom."Focusing her attention back on Madison she started to think on how best to turn the breakroom into a good birthingroom. As Bella came over to kneel next to Madison Angelica said "Bella..If your going to owl Madison's husband then your going to need the fastest owl in the building because I don't think the baby will wait for him to come. The fastest thing is to apparate there. Get him and apparate back" Looking around at Armen, Craig, Oceana who were nearest she said "We're going to have a baby in the breakroom people." And the she started to give out orders.

Looking at Armen she said "Armen run to the closet in what used to be my office and grab as many pillows and blankets as you possibly can. We need them fast." Turning to glance at Oceana and Craig she said "Can you two clear the feast table. Rip the cloth into smaller pieces and also make the drink dissapear and instead conjure up a lot of warm water?" Turning her attention back to Madison she removed the arms on her dress and asked "Tell me exactly how your feeling, Madison. I've delivered several babies before so there is nothing to worry about. Just relax!"

"I guess, I can volunteer my services and apparate to get Mr. Masterson," Craig said rather alert. "I don't know much about babies, so my services won't do much good here."

But, before he left he cleared off the refreshment table, conjured up a cauldron, "Aguamenti!" and water appeared. "Could someone get this warmed up" And with that he apparated outside the Hogwarts grounds.

WHAT was happening exactly?!

"I thought there was a party...?" Being fashionably late was usually a good thing to her, but in this situation, it was the worst decision she had ever made. Darla Lala Puff did not like watching these scenes nor did she want to even want to see or hear a woman giving birth. Taking another step back, she watched as another woman took control.

A BABY IN THE BREAKROOM. IN. THE. BREAKROOM.

Why was she always in these sorts of situations? Right now she was reconsidering of having a job in the Ministry. She watched as a man conjured a cauldron and told people to heat it. Oh yes, she was doing anything to ... back away from the crowd. "I'll uh... I'll..."

Speechless.

Walking over to the cauldron, she reached for her hair and took out her wand, and then easily casted Incendio on the cauldron, warming the cauldron filled with water, eying the other woman who was originally instructed to do it. Cloth-ripping. Hmm.

Madison watched everyone begin to make a fuss over her. This was exactly the thing she did NOT want. Her eyes grew wide as she looked from one face to the next and then landed on Bella. "Please," she squeaked out as she placed her hand over her mouth. A loud belching sound came from deep within as she tried her best to cover it up, but it was no good. Next, she didn't open her mouth from fear of the terrible odor of bad breath following such things. This was embarrassing. She had no idea what in the world was going on but, to her knowledge, that seemed to air out her stomach in more than one way.

She took a deep breath and then finally opened her mouth to speak. "Excuse me," she said nodding her head and eyeing Bella once more. "It must be gas." Her cheeks turned a BRIGHT RED in colour as that was the MOST EMBARRASSING thing she'd ever suffered in front of anyone, including her husband. Thank goodness he nor her brother were here, she would never hear the end of it. "It's gas." She reconfirmed as the pressure of her stomach began to lift and she started to feel better.

Armen looked around nervously as Madi began to have a small fit. Oh she wasn't going to have the baby here was she? He was a guy with a very weak stomach. His head began to spin slightly as Angelica told him to go fetch the pillows and towels.He then heard he say something about clearing the buffet table. 'Oh this isn't going to be good.' He thought to himself. He didn't want the brand new baby of his friend to come into this world with the sounds of him losing his lunch in the background.

He was about to rush out of the room to get the towels and such when he heard Madi try to calm everyone down, she said it was just gas. Armen winked at her and tried to hold back a laugh. He was a good friend of his, and he wasn't laughing at her. He was just laughing at the situation. They would definatley be laughin about this together sometime later. He didn't do it now because he didn't want her to feel embarresed around all the other employees who she didn't know very well.

Oceana listened to Madison and stoped what she was doing, she looked over at Armen, he had been distant from her for a while and she wondered what was going on? she slowly walked over to him and asked "when you have 10 mins can we please talk?" she turned and walked back it was her attepmt to find something out....

Chris watched as Madison calmed down and then was about to head off, if she was ok now, and socialize when Oceana came up to him and said she needed to talk. "Oh hey Oceana, man this party turned a bit hectic. Sure we can talk." he said as he followed her away from the mini-crowd of their co-workers.

Oceana stopped in the corner of the room and saw Armen following her, she looked up at him her dark hair fell infront of her face she sighed quietly and said "i know i havn't been around lately but did you wanna go and get a butterbeer sometime and have a catch up?" her heart was racing she tried not to look at him directly as she didn't know what he thought about her anymore, she looked down at her dress and pretended to be getting some fluff off her dress.

Armen caught how Oceana wouldn't look at him in the eye. Was she upset with him? Did she think he was upset with her? He definately wasn't. He reached out and touch her gently on the arm. "I would love to catch up with you over a butterbeer." he smiled

Oceana stood there and waited for him to speak a lifetime seemed to have passed and then he touched her arm, she smiled gently at him, "great i'd love to too" she looked at him and said "so just out of curiousity what have you been up to?" she reached over for his hand

Armen practically beamed as the Ocena's modd lightened and they were at ease once again. "Well I think you have noticed by now but I've been promoted to Division Head of the Portkey Office and I've just trying to get to know all my employees. And I've had a few times with Mrs. Greingoth making sure the Department and my Division is all in order." he smiled, "So what's new with you?"

Oceana beamed at him with pride "i know congratulations Armen" she gave him a kiss on the cheek, she was genualy proud for him but it made her ache that she wouldn't be working with him anymore "i bet your so excited," she looked at him in his eyes and wondered what he wanted to do about them????? She thought about his question and said "i went to see my cousin Sapphire the other day she is doing well, and apart from that been working"

Armen felt where Oceana kissed him go warm. He had missed her alot. "Yes I am excited. But I am a bit sad I won't be working with you all day. But we can always meet in here for our breaks and then after work I'm free to go to Hogsmeade or Diagon Alley." he grinned.

"Oh how is Sapphire? She was the cousin that moved to Beuxbatons right?"

Angelica turned to look at Madison as she spoke and announced that she only had a bit of gas. Feeling relieved Angelica said slowly meaning every word "Sorry if we, I jumped the gun Madison. Its just you looked like you were going to have your baby in the middle of the breakroom." Turning a little she produced her wand from her bag and mumbled a few spells so that the breakroom was restored to the way it was. Giving Madison an apologetic look she added "Sorry, but if you need anything. Then just holler, okay?" Angelica then turned to Bella saying "Bella, could I talk to you about something? I need your advice."

Oceana looked at Armen he was so handsome she thought, she had missed him a lot, she smirked at his remark about meeting up and whispered "i'm glad cause i ain't half missed ya" she winked playfully and responded to his question "Sapphire is ok, yes she moved to Beaubatons, she has been in a bit of trouble but is now settling she is in her 4th year now so heading on with her newts" Oceana stood closer to him and placed her arm on the bottom of his back

When the door to the breakroom opened, Bella glanced up to see...uh oh. Oh, nooo. Of course Puff had decided to join the festivities. Why would she not? It was, after all, a party. As the woman's boss, though, Bella would have to be nice to her, even though the woman threatened her just the other day to the point of security being called in. Maybe someday Puff would look aside the fact that Bella once owned a shop with a door too small for the woman to fit through. "Good day, Darla," she greeted. There. That sounded safe.

"I'm not too sure she's quite ready to give birth," Bella said to Angelica, glanced at Madison as she spoke. Now Bella didn't know a whole lot about assisting with the birth of a baby, but she did know that there was usually a lot more yelling and painful expressions than Madison was currently exhibiting. Everything started happening at once, though, and the place got a little chaotic. Before Bella knew what was happening, plans were being made for someone to apparate to Hogwarts. "Oh, but wait! Wait! We should talk with Madi first. She probably knows whether or not the baby's coming. It's that weird motherly instinct, you know," she called out. She sort of thought she was too late, though, as Craig disappeared from view. Ahh, well. At least he was trying to be helpful.

Her eyes traveled back to Madi, and she laughed lightly as her friend admitted that it was simply gas. "That's alright, Madi, dear. We understand completely. You're with child," she said, patting the woman on the back. "Can I get something to drink? Some water, perhaps?" She also needed to owl Craig and Neo and quickly let them know of the change of plans. She stood and walked to a nearby coffee table, grabbed a quill and some parchment, and scribbled a note to both men. In a matter of minutes, she'd sent the letter off, hoping it would arrive as quickly as possible.

Madison began to giggle like a little school girl who was caught with her hand in the cookie jar. This was completely embarrassing but, at least she knew that her co-workers were ready for anything to happen.

Madison looked to Armen first. She could tell by the look in his eyes that he needed to get the laughter out and quickly. She would have done the same. "Please don't hold back your laughter on a-count of my cheeks turning red," she laughed with her shoulders bouncing with her body. "I would have laughed too and please, we need to remember this moment for when we need a bit of laughter in the future."

She then turned to Angelica and reached out her hand to the lady with a smile. "You are truly wonderful, Angelica," she smiled sweetly. "I now know that this floor is prepared for emergencies. Thank you."

And lastly she turned towards Bella, keeping her smile. "Oh, I'm okay," she reinforced her boss with encouraging words. "Nothing like a bit of gas to help bring laughter." She then noticed a rather large lady enter the room and had NO idea who she was but, she didn't seem very friendly. That would be one person she would stay away from. Darla!

John slipped into the place were apparently a party was going on, someone should have told him about this party then maybe he could have got a nice pair of dress robes but as usual he was last to find out. As soon as he entered the room he could tell something was wrong because a pregnant lady was on the floor burping, holding back a laugh he looked around until he found people from his department but gave up looking as his legs began to feel very sore so taking a seat he leaned down and looked up his leg to see what the damage was. Taking note that it was still covered in red blotches he lowered the leg of muggle trousers he was wearing under his robes.

Oceana was stood with Armen when she noticed someone slip in she smiled and waved over she had seen him around level 6, she sat down on a near by chair to rest her feet, she had been in these heels for most of the day and wished she hadn't bought such big heels, but then they were the only one's that went with her dress.

Armen smiled brightly. “Well I’m glad she is doing well now. New school’s can take some time getting use to, but it seems as if she is doing good at it.”

Armen couldn’t hold it in any longer as he saw the look of something between embarrassment and right out hilarity. She looked as if she was about to burst out laughing too. “Oh well Madison, my laughter can wait a little,” he lost it; he chuckled for a second and then finished his sentence to his poor coworker as she started to settle back down. “bit. We we’ll have to bring it up again when the topic is a little further in the past.” He nodded.

After everyone stopped rushing around Madi, and things were seemed to start back to normal Chris heard a door open and looked up to see a large woman enter the breakroom. It was La Puff. Oh crap. He had had his own little problem with her when he and Oceana had first gotten together. They had been in this very room when she decided to try and hit on him when he was already dating someone else. Oh well he hadn’t talked to her since then so maybe she would be over it.
Armen took his eyes away from her and turned back to his friends when he saw Bella. He had heard about the ‘meeting’ that had happened earlier in the week and knew that Bella could not be comfortable with the new arrival. He would be sure to watch out for her in case things decided to get hostile.

Armen scanned the room for anyone that he wished to talked to and noticed a man walk into the party and take a seat at a table. He looked a bit tired, so the Division Head decided to go and talk to him. When he approached he put his hand out to shake the other guy’s who had his head down looking at his leg. “Hello there I’m Armen Recard Division Head of the-. Wait a minute, Jack?” he said excitedly as he recognized the man.
